Hi i placed an order for single peri peri chicken pizza medium size.
I placed order at 1:05 pm today but i recieved my pizza at 2:12 pm.
This is very pathetic service by dominos group
My self also from hotel industry working in jaquar as a food and beverage manager previously worked with pizza hut as a rgm.

I have ordered 2 pizza from dominos online app on 18th feb 2019 of rs. 309. I got a call in return regarding my order saying they are not supposed to deliver pizza in my nearby location and cancelled the order. I m living in gururam (Haryana) sector 9. I had ordered a pizza on 28th february 2019 through dominos app twice from dominos pnm mall patna worth Rs 208 for which the amount got debited but order not placed.I had placed order two times but both the times order got failed but amount debited from my bank account. When I called the dominos customer care they told that to wait for 5 to 7 days to get the refund.Its already been 7 days but i didn't get any refund. I request you to consider...

I order pizza in first week of february 2019. But my money got deducted two times, hence then nd there i informed then to refund the amount of 258 rupees.

I have called them 4 times till date, they always ask me to wait 7-8 working days i have been waiting, but havent recieved the refund yet.

Hence i would like to initate this complaint and hoping that ill get my refund as soon as possible.

Hi team, with great disatisfaction i would like to update you that i visited the dominos store in kuvempunagar mysore and ordered pizza worth 731.78 rs and paid amount through debit card of our karnataka bank but store person stated amount not received to his account and asked me to pay cash again of 731.78 rs. The bill amount of my order was ₹580.34. I had enough money in my card. They swiped my card twice and said it gt rejected. So i paid the bill by cash. When i checked with my account, the bill amount was debited twice. Only one time the money was credited back. The salesperson assured me that i will be credited soon. But its been more than 5 days. And i am residing in coimbatore. How could i go back to bangalore and get my refund?!....

Mai y complaint apne salary regarding kr rhaa hu... Maine nov.5 ko job start kiyaa tha or merii joining date store manger ne 14 december ko daali isii wjah meri salary 5november se le kr 14 december tak abhi tak nai milii... Or baad hmare store manger change ho gye... New manger last mnth joining date se pehlye waali salry dene se saaf saaf mukar rhe hai isme merii koi galtii nai... Maine apne saare document...

I have placed order on feb 10th 2019, order no-8, they have initiated the refund after 15 days and still havent received my money.

I have called the outlet number which i got from order receipt 91 [protected], intially they have gave me assurance that it will get refunded within 10 business working days, later when i reached out they do not pickup the call.

Hope it reaches out dominos and other people, i suggested...

I go with online order, website captured delivery address and my payment also cut from my account, order status shows as your order has been confirmed... After that i received call from dominos they said me we are not delivered pizza to your location. But whlie searching i can see they delivered pizza to my location. Improve your service. Staff behaviour very rude they need to learn how to talk with customers...

The issue that i have experienced was: when ordered pizza online from domino's pizza site itself, after getting my money got deducted from my card i got a message stating that order failed! Sorry, something went wrong. We were unable to place the order, please try again or call [protected]. When i called customer care they said my money will be getting refund in 5 to 7...

Domino's claims to deliver pizza within 30 min but in my case it was not delivered. When i contacted them asking about the refund they just sent me a ref no. Saying someone will contact within 24 hrs, no one contacted and my refund is still pending, been more than a week now. When called their helpdesk they just say will call u in 10 min, no one calls....

Have ordered couple of pizzas and desert items from domino's couple of days before. Delivery boy missed to deliver pepsi and cake from the ordered menu, its unfortunate i haven't noticed it during delivery as well as i had to rush up into something. Once i realized, i made call to delivery boy and he cuts the call and tried to call local store and no body picked up. Called customer care atleast 5x times to explain this issue and resolve it....
