I have ordered 2 pizza from domino's android app on 16 march 2019 at 18:25:34. My order no. Is 296. It was ordered from delhi rohini sec 11 which was to be delivered at dtu. It was more than 30 mins. I got the pizza at at 19:09. I contacted the dominos customer service at about 18:58 then one of the representative said that ' tell the delivery boy that the package is more than 30 min delayed so i should get the discount of rs300" but when the delivery boy reached to me then i said the same to him. After hearing me he said that its nothing like that. I will not get any discount for getting the pizza late. After few minutes he placed the call to the dominos center from where he brought the pizza. The lady who received the call from the centre also refused to give me discount by saying that your area is out of delivery area and we don't provide pizza in ur area. My order was placed by mistake. Then i told them that i have placed order more than 6 to 7 times. Are all those order placed by mistake?? After saying this they changed the reason by saying that u received the pizza roadside on which we don't provide 30 mins gurrante, we provide 30 mins delivery at door step then i said them that ask your delivery boy that do they come to my door for delivering the pizza or they ask me to come to the nearest land mark. Now after all these she say that you are not going to get any discount because your area does not qualify for the 30 min delivery promise but the order page is having the stamp for 30 min delivery gurrante. Finally after all these conversations she was asking the delivery boy to take back the pizza return to the hut. After all i needed the pizza in emergency so for that time i accepted the pizza by paying the full payment but i need the compensation as per t&c of the dominos. She was also being very rude on the call. I have also not changed the delivery address but they were saying that delivery address has been changed thats why we are not providing the refund of rs 300. My order amount is rs 523 which i paid in cash to the delivery boy. The name of the delivery boy was munil. My order no. Is 296.

    Disgusting service @dominos_india a guy calls up saying their is no service guarantee in my area of delivery despite delivering here for 2 years and when i ask him the reason he cancels on his own. I only just asked him why despite delivering here for 2 freaking years they suddenly decide to do this sort of thing the guy just decides to cancel on his own. I don't know what kind of ship you guys are running there but consider this the last time i ever order from you guys again. Just shameful stuff and it's not just me. People around india have been having the same problem. You guys are too damn arrogant. Keep messing with people like this and you'll be discarded before you know it.

      I had ordered 12 cheese burst pizza's from your sector 132 outlet on 18 dec'18 for which the order numbers were 5 & 6 where couple of pizza's got squeezed n was not in a condition to eat however the delivery supposed to happen at 12.30 but it got delivered around 1.30 hence i accepted the pizza as is.. Then i have got a call from outlet manager ankit contact number [protected] where he told me to not give any such feedback on the online feedback and promised me that he will get 2 cheese burst pizza's delivered to me later on. When i called him for the delivered, he ignored my call and stop answering me. Ideally i should not have listen to him and provided my feedback on the link that i had received. I am really disappointed with this unproffessionalism.

        I went to one of the dominos outlet in girish park location in kolkata and ordered pizzas worth more than 500rs and asked for the corporate discount. The women who took the order said they are not providing the corporate discount now. This is not acceptable from dominos. As they always says that they give 100% customer satisfaction. So why this behaviour?

          We have ordered pizza on dominos from food panda @12.49 our pizza recieved at 1.40 pm so according to the terms we have to get back our refund and order value was 627/- so instead of giving me full refund they are now telling they will give only 300 /- so whats the mean of ordering the pizza from dominos and pizza was also recieved cold and not properly packed we have throwned out that pizza

            This is very shocking for me when i went today wt my family & i came to knw that apart from my bill amount i have to give more extra money for ketchup... It was not abt 2 rs or 4 rs however perilously we use to get ketchup wt pizza but like for peanut rs u guys are begging 1 rs for ketchup.. Shame on u dominos i will stop going henceforth in domino's & will make sure neither refer anyone... U guys are takg already good amt for pizzas & other stuff you cant u guys provide ketchup for free..

                I ordered pizza last weekend and money was deducted from my account but the order got failed and money has not been refunded yet and i have filed my complaint as feedback two days back still i didn't get any information about that. I need my money as early as possible and these problems annoying and makes the website unreliable as we have to claim for refund

                  I had ordered few stuffs including pizza for amount of rs. 594 and had made online payments using my canara bank debit card at prashant branch domino's pizza bangalore around 11.09 p. M dated 2nd of march 2019 later the domino's people cancelled the order themselves for silly reasons and have not yet refunded me back with my money.
                  Please do the needful before i proceeded legally..

                  My order reched me at 50 min. And i want my money back and i didn't get any response from your side this is sooooooo unprofessional I'm trying to contact from last 11 days but didn't get any response this is wrong and so unprofessional . i now i want my whole money back as soon as possible within 2 days 😡
                  I have raised a request for bad quality of pizza on 13 Feb. They have promised me to deliver fresh Pizza and provide me store number.

                  I tried multiple time to reach out to store still they never responded.Each time customer care told me that Store will connect with you.

                  Extremely disappointed by Dominosfake commitment and worst service.

Till now i have not received my refund amount.

                      I have many times call to your customers care number & he is transfer the call in dominos outlet tilak nagar but outlet is no a positive reply to me. I trusted your pathetic services of this outlet.

                        Yesterday i placed a online order at Domino's Raipur Tikrapara Branch (Order No 191 Dated:-12/03/2019) mobile number [protected]

                        In this order Domino's staff changed my order without informing me ( My Order Tako Maxicana non-veg & Received Product Meat Ball )

                        Domino's Delivery boy is in very dirty condition as well not carried chilli flakes and orgeno with order

                        Finally not found any solution even from Domino's tikrapara Branch Manager

                        As i paid advance payment on the time of order placement to Domino's that's why this will forced me to accept changed order by Domino's staff

                        I have call recording of Domino's branch manager

                        I have also submitted my concern through the feedback form but there has not been any response.

                        Kindly take stringent action against domino's Raipur Tikrapara branch.
                        We have ordered pizza but after 1:30 hour they r calling to get our pizza when we asked for 30 minutes they argued either to cancel our order or we have to take order by paying full payment and even pizza is cold

                          I ordered 2 pizzas, margherita and chicken barbeque thorough Domino's app, and it was delivered after 50-55 minutes. I'm trying to call the customer care but I can't reach them. I'm not able to talk to any representative to file a complaint. I was guaranteed a 30 minute delivery or free pizza so now I want a refund of my order in my paytm, through which I paid. My order number was 209.

                            Today we ordered a veg loaded pizza and stuffed garlic bread in iit kanpur' s store around 12.30 am. Both the things were looking over baked from outside and under baked from inside. And the taste was even worse. Pizza was very salty and sour. And in stuffed garlic bread we were able to see raw base material. Both were worst i ever tried in my life.

                              Today we order pizza at 7:59 ondated 11.03.2019 order no.212 by customer care and get late delivery as well as pizza not hot also quality not good.. Same we have compalint to customer care three times but they didn't take any initiative and no response get from restaurant and still i m hungry in my friend farewell party.
                              Today im very disappointed with dominos. Customer representative were saying every time that they will call me in 10 minutes but i had not received any call. Very bad experience in very first time... And same complaint i will log in consumer form...

                                Whomever it may concern...

                                I had ordered pizza from swiggy. After around 15 minutes later, received a call from dominos (Sujoy mondal), saying that he is cancelling the order due to undeliverable place as he said directly without any hesitation.

                                My only query to him was, "if its an undeliverable place, then why did dominos took the order?"

                                After that his wonderful reply was, "why did you ordered from swiggy? You should have ordered from dominos personal app"

                                I would be obliged if dominos give a digestive reply.

                                If they are not capable to handle so many things then they should not misguided people with their valuable time.

                                I have the voice record of the conversation and trying to give the evidence as much as possible.

                                Its my humble request to dominos, do not play with our valuable time.

                                Yesterday I placed an order, I paid for it and it wasn't delivered. I got a message that the order has failed. I reordered and again it was not delivered. I have been charged twice.

                                  Domino's give me lots of order on my number without any giving order from my side some one had order lots of order on every 15 min till late night also when i ask from domino's what wrong with you all of you so they giving me domino's hub number from this messages are coming. When i call on that number no single word response from there side after that i request them to stop giving this type of order messages they not solve this problem after that i request to on twitter please solve this problem, no response from there side so please stop these messages on number and my number is{ [protected]}and after that some unwanted messages are also coming with it.

                                    Dominos is well known for their 30 minutes delivery guarantee. But this was my first experience of having got it late. I called them and informed them about it and they assured that i would get the money back within 5-10 days as i paid through amazon pay. After that period i called them for the refund and they told i would get a call. I got a call and now they say there is nothing that they can do.

                                      The order has not been delivered and it is shown as delivered on their application so that they can show it ahead that the order was delivered the before 30 minutes. Which is against the rules, they just want to maintain that they can deliver the order in under 30 minutes but they do this in an unethical manner.
                                      I have tried calling them and asking how can they do this and they seem to have answer for the same and they just tend to give offers/discounts for the same.

                                        On 27th february i had made an order online. The nearby dominos store called back saying they didn't have the order in stock so i cancelled the whole order... They said it would take 7 days to refund... Its been 12 days (March 11) and i am yet awaiting refund... I called up dominos customer care and the customer service at the palakkad (Kerala) store. My customer reference complaint number is 8667194.

                                        They said the manager will call back and hung up. So far i have not received any call or any follow-up. All are equally pathetic and do not care about customer satisfaction at all. I wouldn't order again... Never again...
