Hi, I placed pizza order worth Rs. 639.24 twice in Dominos, Church Gate Colaba, Mumbai on 4th Feb.2019. At first, the amount was deducted and I got message in my phone for deduction but Dominos didn't get any pay slip.So, they asked me for payment again and promised that amount will be refunded within one week.

    Dear team,
    My name is ashutosh singh and i ordered (Order no:- 116) from your palanpur branch (385001) at 7.28 pm and got that at 8.22 pm dated 17 feb 2019.

    It was a prepaid order and i used an e - voucher. Total amount was 307 rs and i got 60 rs discount through that voucher.

    Your team accepted that they didnt complete the 30 mim delivery promise. So they will refund my money back in my account.

    So i called your customer care and told that incident and asked them how can i get money refund in bank when i didnt pay from bank coz i used e voucher.

    Then he replied that there is no refund coz u used e-voucher. His statement was if customer use any voucher or coupon, then he or she is not alligible for refund.

    Now my complaint is why will i dont get my refund? Second thing, as per your customer executive words, it means any customer uses coupon, he will not get any refund, no matter either he get the order after 1hr. Items had completely lose their freshness. Or you can say not eatable getting hard so i dump them in dustbin.

    Kindly understand my problem and frankly saying your this kind of replies to customer take your name down. I am not mailing you for money it is just my feedback for your services.

    Now, tell me what was my fault in that?

      I had ordered 2 pizzas on 04 feb 2019 = rs. 292, order no. 47.
      Domino's outlet - virar west.
      Order was placed using domino's mobile app and payment was made through paytm.
      Please refer the screenshots attached of order and payment receipt.

      Order was delivered late by 7-8 minutes.

      Delivery boy argued that he is on time, but later he agreed that he was late and he agreed that refund will be processed in a week.

      Its been more than 12 days today, but i have not received any refund from domino's pizza.

      This was my last order to domino's, as order was delivered cold and delivery boy argued that he was not late. Poor service from domino's.

      I want full refund of this order.

        Date of order:- 14th february 2019.

        This is pure nonsense and utter rediculus.
        I placed an order at 8:15 pm ist 14th february 2019 and received the delivery at 10:45 pm ist on the same day. They (Domino's branch or delivery personnel) nearly took 2 hours 30 minutes to delivery the order literally 150 minutes.in the mean while i had called the customer helpline 6 times and enquired every detail and everytime they just said that the order is on the way that is all they did and still lets forget about the delivery, now talk about the quality of food which is arrived it was so improperly arranged that the paper on upper inside of the paper box completely torn off and sticked to the pizza's cheese crust which made the pizza inedible. Now i ask the domino's community two straight queries
        1. Is this the fastest of all 30 minute delivery that you offer? Which in my case is 2:30 hrs

        2. Is this the level of authenticity of domino's pizza? Is this the quality that has been assured to every customer?

        This is a cause for serious concern about domino's authenticity and i strongly demand a refund and compensation for sabotaging my hunger feelings at late nights and i urge you people to share a deep explanation which can help me to stay with domino's in future, because i personally love domino's pizza very much and this incident really disappoints loyal customers like me.

          I ordered my pizza (Order no-234) at 9:03pm on 13th of february 2019 in pune. The store is in nigdi pune.
          It was assured to be delivered in 30 min.
          So when it was not delivered in time, i called up the store at 9:35pm to enquire about the order.
          The store manager or whoever picked the call, started to give illogical excuses.
          I waited few more minutes at my society gate and there was no sign of delivery or delivery boy.

          At 9:42pm i called customer care and explained the thing.
          He had given me a concern reference #8401676.

          After the call i checked the status and it showed delivered.
          I called up the store again and same story continued.
          When i was calling the store the delivery boy called, later on i called him back and guided him to my society.
          Finally i received the order at 9:58pm - 55 minutes after i ordered and it was cold.

          This is pathetic and really frustrating to get a pizza which is delayed and cold at the same time.

          Its no good you know, making customers infuriated and agitated when they are angry-its really upsetting.

          There was no initiation of refund and pune store managet still has no clue.

            I ordered the big night in deal through the app from Dominos in Kidlington, Oxford on the 1st January 2019.[protected] i made the purches with my card online. i then got a call a few minutes later saying that they are not delivering since it is new years day and that i can cancel the order or come and pick it up. i told the domino’s employee that i would like to cancel my order. in was told my refund would be in my account in 5-7 working days. two weeks later i call them back since i haven’t received my refund. i was told that the employee would have to find out who was manger that night and ask them about my refund. i was told they would get back to me. a few weeks later and i still haven’t heard back from them so i call again. explain the situation again and got told the same thing. it was been a couple more weeks since then and i have still not heard back from them nor have i received my refund for £23.99. all i would like is a full refund.

              I ordered pizza on dominos app on 22 jan in ambala cant room no 106 hotel batra palace lawrence road it was an advance order but i slept before receiving it the delivery man told me that the amount will be refunded to my account within 5-7 working days but it's.                 This is my second most worst experience with this restuarant. I order my pizza on 7th feb at 10:12 pm. I was supposed to get it by 10:42 as a 30 min guarantee because it showed at the time of booking. But till 12 o clock i. E after 2 hours i did not get any update about pizaa and after 5 calls to customer care i got the response that restuarant is not contactable and they asked me to call the next day to get the refund of rs 695 and a complimentry pizza. Not this is really pathetic service from dominos and clear monopoly. You guys are looting customers. Next day i raised a complain in dominos with ref no 8341439 and it has been 2 days now since i get a call. Means there is no response from dominos again. This is really irritating and now i am fed up and you guys have lost your customer. And i will definitely go to consumer court for this.

                  Order was delivered late by more than one hour and they had to process the refund but so far even after multiple follow ups over phone, the refund has not been initiated. They just cheat and make fool of the customers.

                  It is very disappointing to have such pathetic experience from Dominos. Despite several follow ups for last one month, the refund is not yet processed.

                  When I talk to your centralized number I get different answer and get the assurance of resolution and calling back. But sorry to state neither the issue has been resolved nor I got any call back from their side.

                  The restaurant where order was placed is highly unprofessional and rude. They dont even deserve to run such outlet.

                  Kindly address and resolve the issue ASAP now. The details are as below:

                    Order tracker showed packed after 45 minutes of order time.

                    After 3 and half hours also the food is not delivered or cancelled, i tried calling customer care multiple times and initially they said food will be delivered soon later they said the store is not responding.

                    The food is not delivered nor the order is cancelled. Not sure if my money will be refunded.

                    These pizza guys say 30 minutes delivery guarantee

                    I request immediate action to be taken against domino's pizza.

                    The food is not delivered nor cancelled even after a day, the customer care still says the store is not responding and there is no info regarding the order. Even after multiple calls to customer care there is no call back from Domino's.

                      Jan 02 2019-the order was placed from kukatpally area using dominos mob app and i paid the amount online.in few minutes i received a call from moosapet dominos branch stating - the order cannot be delivered because the branch isn't under the radius of the order placed. Since the mob app doesn't allow us to choose the branch, i requested the person to cancel the order from their side. Also mob app doesn't have an option to place the cancellation of order. I rigorously followed up for the refunds the next two days. Jan 05 2019-i had to call customer care again and with anger i got in touch with manager and then a complaint was raised by mentioning refunds would happen within 7-10 days (Golden statement always received from dominos), along with dropping a message that had complaint ref#. I had to call them everytime since then and keep exlaining them the same issue everything until feb 09 2019 and even today i am hearing them say the same golden statement even till today. However i haven't received the refund yet! I have also added messages i received.

                        Today on 8th feb. I have placed an order with dominos online, which shows order has been placed in dominos 53744. But when i inquired them they said order has not been placed. I have received message from the bank as well which clearly stated the deduction. I have also attached the message.

                        Please solve my issue as soon as possible.

                          Denied home delivery even when there was no rain and water blockages, when went for pick up from the restaurant, they denied card payment and not informed regarding it while accepting order on phone, denied giving carry bags. Mr. Dharmendra misbehaved and argued with me. Very pathetic service and height o[censored]nprofessionalism. Even after asking they did not give any customer care number. This kind of behaviour is not at all acceptable from a brand like Dominos. The staff of dominos sector 4 of gurugram, haryana should be taught some manners and professionalism.

                              I have placed an order of rs 381 and did payment via paytm. The said transaction was successful but error occured in your site. I called dominos in my area (Lucknow, aashiyana) and they said order didnot placed, contact paytm. Paytm people said since transaction is successful and i have to contact merchant (Means you people).
                              I am really dissatisfied with your service. I am looking forward to get my money back. Herewith am attaching the screenshot of transaction and my conversation with paytm. Resolve this issue or you will loose one good customer.

                                I ordered pizza today i.e 6 Feb 2019 at 17:21 evening and i get the pizza at 18:09. And what ridicule is that i get the msg at 18:28 that pizza is out for delivery. I haven't ordered in bulk and i have paid through net banking. Now how this 30 min or free stupid logo works. The delivery boy said that this process is auto as you will get refund initiation msg within 2 hours and amount of Rs 300 will be refunded in your bank account in next 3 days. But how i will check my update regarding all this. I didn't get any msg of late delivery. How i will track all this. I need my refund

                                  When i order food form swiggy they say it cannot be delivered and i need to cancel it and they will charge rs 75 for cancelling the order. I said either deliver it or refund me the entire amount but they refused both the things and they cancelled my order this scamming me for rs 75. They guy i talked to on swiggy his name was k sandeep. They did not even deliver my food and took rs 75 because i made an online payment. They say they are 5 km away from me and when i asked them why they accepted my order they said it was your gps mistake, even though the address is proper. These guys can scam you.

                                    Dominos delivery was 10 minutes late after the 30 minute guarantee and the pizza was cold. The invoice no. Is 65879/18/112382, order placed on 5th feb 2019 at 07.42 pm, order received at 8.22 pm. I called up the store when the delivery arrived. The store says the area of delivery doesn't come under the store delivery area. I had placed the order online, so the store said because the order was made online it was accepted otherwise we don't accept it for orders from my area. This means one of the two things-either dominos website online ordering is faulty because i chose my area and dominos website chose the store, not me or the store will lie and give any reason to avoid fulfilling their promise of no charge if delivery later than 30 minutes. My order was one regular pizza and it wasnt made on any festival or difficult time. The delivery person didnt complain of traffic or any other issue. So either dominos should apologise to me and fix their online portal or refund me my rs.294/- and make sure the people who give such reasons don't in the future.

                                      Today i had order two pizzas one is corn pizza and second one is chicken sauseg. And this is a take a way order. After reaching home i checked there is no pizza which i had orderd. Instead of those pizzas i have got capsicum and soyabean pizza mania. I dont know how this happend. I dont accept this type of service from you dominoz people. I am very dissapoint with your employees carelessness.

                                        We planned pizza party yesterday in our office so we ordered 4 medium size pizza's including 1 cheese burst and 2 garlic bread with cheesy dips (Order no. 314).in the order the cheesy dips were missing. The cheese burst pizza has no cheese and its almost the normal base pizza. We received the order within 30 mins but still the pizza's were cold. We spent more than rs.1800 for this but now we are thinking like we got robbed of our money. This is our worst experience with domino's as we are used to do pizza party 2-3 times a month.

                                        I also called the delivery boy to inform about missing cheesy dips but after listening this he just disconnected the call. Today morning i got call from domino's and that guy told me he can only provide me 2 garlic breads with cheesy dips but when i asked him what about so called cheese burst pizza we received without cheese and that all 4 pizza's were cold also then he simply said i can't do anything in that.

                                        I had raised the same concern with domino's team 3 days back and they reference number (#8271639) for the escalated issue but there is no response and when i told them i didn't get any response even after 36 hrs then again provided me another reference number (#8294570) saying that they have re-escalated my issue but that for no response as well.

                                        We are expecting the proper compensation or refund from domino's.
