Hi, I placed pizza order worth Rs. 639.24 twice in Dominos, Church Gate Colaba, Mumbai on 4th Feb.2019. At first, the amount was deducted and I got message in my phone for deduction but Dominos didn't get any pay slip.So, they asked me for payment again and promised that amount will be refunded within one week.

It is been more than 3 weeks now and I have not received my cash credited back in my account(Rs. 639.24 ) . I request you to consider this matter seriously and update me ASAP. Thank You.
Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I was trying to order dominos pizza online since last 5days and when I ordered pizza store is showing offline now also it's showing offline.So, kindly solve this issue as soon as possible so that I can order my pizza online.
