Money deducted order not placed

Everything was incorrect except for the cheese bread I ordered and on top of that I had tipped $5 not realizing what I actually had till I got home the pizza was wrong and the tater tots were dry and overcooked and stuck together I took pictures I didn't eat it it was a waste of money my kids are picking they didn't want that kind of pizza I was busy and I'm just now getting to the complaint

Today i hv buy two onion pizza from Panchkula sector 25 domino’s store but cheese colour is poor quality and very bad colour

Hi I ordered a pizza tonight one of the pizzas I've seen on TV with 100 pieces of pepperoni what my husband came home with was very disappointing the pepperoni was half the size and there was lucky to be 50 pieces I did take photos but I can't upload on here won't let me so if you give me an email I'll be able to send them on there also setting up this account after a written out all my complaint it made me sign up and then have to make me write my complaint again not happy customer..

I have ordered 2 regular size pizza on train. The delivery boy is ready with my order at jhasi station. When i received the pizza they are cold and also the quality was also not good.They are just looting peoples money. My order number is[protected]. Do the needful.

I ordered 3 butterscotch mousse cake in Domino's Pizza store at selaiyur Chennai. I ate and complained it to the store manager that i couldn't feel butterscotch flavour in it so i asked for refund just because I am not satisfied, he said that you should have informed me when you had that first bite. I told him that i had to check whether the butterscotch flavour was stuffed inside so that i ate the whole cake. Later I asked him to provide me a another butterscotch mousse cake to prove him and his answer was " we don't have stock". So i left the store and ordered from home and the butterscotch mousse cake was in the list. I Ordered and they accepted the order and also they despatched from the store ( i have screenshot of the despatched details). When he realised that i was the one who ordered, the next few minutes he cancelled my order.

I placed an order for a Domino Pizza, order number #280 on 04 March 2023 at 21:09 hours. My order has not been delivered so far.

I ordered at 8.51 PM with promised 30 minutes delivery, but the delivery person left the shop only around 9.20 ( I was checking the map location). By 9.35 the delivery person was away from my home (not sure if he was delivering other orders). I received my order at 9.55 PM, me and my wife...

This is in regards to my order number 79 which i bought from Domino's govindpuri delhi on 21st February.I was given a Cold order Which seems as if it was already made i raised up a concern and the executive guy wsas rude to me.I would either like to have my refund or please resolve my issue.Moreover the staff was rude as well

I really had a very bad experience on this delivery.. frustrated and felt very bad why i have ordedred in zomato and dominoz... first issue i have not received the 1 X Meal for 2: Farmhouse & Peppy Paneer and my other items also what i ordered and what i received is totally different and same pizza and the order is delivered very late...i never exepected so poor service for the 15, 000 business i have provided you guys... this really frustrated and made me bad feeling on myslef why ordered through dominoz... always worng information from ur team says will deliever in 10 mins and deliver after 1 and hald hour..u have to really in my position to go through agony what I wnet through

Yesterday (14th Feb 2023) I ordered domino's pizza around 9pm. I paid the order amount using my AXIS Bank credit card. The order was confirmed and the status changed to order is being baked. But even after 1 hour the status didnt change. So i raised a query on support (virtual assistant). It sent me the restaurant's number & when i called it said the number was non existent. So i raised a concern and it said within 24hours the domino's support agent will contact me. But in morning there is no order evidence at all in order history and also no chat history with the virtual assistant. When i opened the app it asked me to relogin and when i logged in using otp the entire thing was cleared and no evidence of the order existed. But i still have the credit card statement of the amount debited.
This is really poor from domino's and for the love of god i cannot find the customer care number. Its always the bot with minimal functionality.

I have placed my order through dominos app at 10:15 around, i paid through Paytm the amount, it shows that payment is successful but when i look back in app there is no information regarding the order placed, i have placed an advanced order for today at 12:15 pm, but still it showing nothing, the amount went to the Domino's account but no information of my order, my order are still at my cart what to do plz help me????

Hi yesterday I was in store and Paid using Cred UPI using your link but it didnt reflected to the counter girl. She said to pay again and said that I will get refund in 1 Hr but I have still not get any refund.
