I fesing this problam multipel time...

I have raised many requests for duplicate bill of my order number 153 for Rs 1333 on Dec 16 from Kharadi, Pune store.
I have raised requests through web site and mobile app. I have been trying to raise requests since last 24 days and raised many requests. They send only ticket number and to revert in 72 hours but no response from Domino's.

Very bad customer care service and unethical behaviour from Dominos being a big...

I have not placed this order #154 nor have I visited the store on 8-Jan for any carry-out.

Stop using my cellphone number for taking orders that I have not ordered.

Very unprofessional & unethical of Domino's to misuse their customer contact details. It's a serious offence!...

Once I paid they said they didn't receive money. They asked me to pay again and said the last payment will be refunded as it would have failed. Until now I haven't received refund. I have contacted the dominos multiple...

I ordered pizza from dominos app and selected to pay through amazon pay. The app redirected me to amazon pay website and then i paid the amt. but I didn't recieved any confirmation message from dominos and was also not showing in order history in dominos app.
I contacted dominos store from whrere I order, but they said, they didn't recieved any such payment.

I really like the offers and pizza taste, but try new one yesterday highly dissapointed, dominator pizza regular rupees 331 offer, they mentioned 1 pound cheese and creamy and delicious, Pls check the photo where that 1 pound cheese and creamy, especially I ordered thin crust for texture, but it's look like very average, margarita pizza better than this, I complained, domino's service call and next time not happened they said, the ans not...

I have received the order with missing item, I order from Swiggy from dominos. I asked for refund they told me to come to location to get the refund . How is it fair ?

This is to let you know that I had visited dominoes pizza on dtd. 11.12.2022. When I placed order, money was debited but order was not successfully placed via google pay. So I had to reorder it via order I’d 165. The amount that was debited was Rs 169.

Kindly do the needful to refund the aforesaid amount back to original mode of payment.

I placed an order in Domino's outlet on 13th December 2022 around 9:45pm. I made the payment through UPI. Money got debited rom my account but domino nit received. So they asked me to make another payment as the previous one will credit back to me in 7-10 working days as per the dominos employees. Ite now past 10 days. and I am still waiting for my refund.

Please let me know, if there is any place where I need to make complaint....

kindly teach your employee to how to talk and communicate with your customer. he is very arrogant and do not know how to deal with your customers. He is making false allegation without having any proof. I am ready to give every evidence, also ready to check CCTV footage.
His action in front of other customer in the outlet was non professional...

Almost 20 days back I made an online payment through the link provided by dominos for placing an order. It was done twice as the lady taking orders said that there was some problem with the internet.
