I ordered pizza form city mall, kota store. As i make my payment through paytm, it has been successful done and money has been deducted but due to some technical reason my payment has been failed after money deducted. As they told it will initiate in 2 3 days but it not. And today its being more than 15 days.

We have ordered cheese burst pizza after having it we noticed it was not cheese burst it was like normal pizza. This has happened to me for the 3rd time in this three to four months and all the time I have raised a complaint to them And wen we give complaint after calling to same branch they say sorry it will not happen for the next time. When we have ordered cheese burst thenwhy donttheydeliver proper cheese burst forhome delivery it was two pizza's. I want a action on it give me my refund or whta you are goingto do please look after that. I have attached the pic with every bite so u can come to know.

I ordered a pizza cake online via dominos app. The app was taking a lot of time in processing the order. I got to the payment page and entered all the details and the amount (Rs200) i payed via fampay (Upi) money got deducted from my bank account. But then instead of getting redirected to the order confirmed/successful page, i got redirected to making the payment page again!! The amount got deducted from my bank account and the order didn't even get placed!! I request you to refund the said amount to my bank account at the earliest (You can contact me for further detail at ([protected]@gmail.com). I hope you won't force us to go the consumer's court for regressal.

I bought a dominos gift card. I tried to use it online and it wouldn't work. I called the store and they said they aren't accepting any gift cards as payment. This is basically a theft of my money.

Order cancelled and not delivered and refund of rs. 562 is not given

Mobile app is showing store is offline from couple of months. However, the store is open when I checked. When I change my address, the store is showing as online. When asked, manager said that they don't deliver to my location anymore, to which they were delivering earlier. The location is less than 3km.

I have competed 1 week of work. But i didn't received my salary on payout day.
I want my hard earned money. Domino's I request you to credit my salary in my Bank account.

I have ordered 3 pizzas and 1 pepsi bottle but I did not receive the pepsi bottle and the delivery boy did not even mentioned 8t when I asked him about the same first he was not answering my phone after that he received and said he will do the refund I said I want the order he said I don't have that order maybe it will come later but I paid him all the money now it's been 1 day already i already did the complainant but there is no response from there side

I ordered on Domino's app through UPI, money (237rs) debited but order not placed. I want refund .

My name is Tuhin roy i am from barrackpore, kolkata. I order two burger and a pizza, the barrackpore dominoes confirmed me the order then within 5-8mins the so called store manager Mr Rahul Bhadra called and said the burgers wont be available so then i requested to cancel the order bt he said he wont be able to do so he said he will get it arranged and will call me and let me know. I called the store and requested to cancel my order bt the lady transferred the call to the store manager and he said the same that he cant cancel my order and he can deliver the order, requested to cancel the order as it was already 20mins then and he said it will take more 30mins.he was so rude he hangs up then again he called and said ok the order can be cancelled then i asked to delivee the order. I ordered the food at 7:08 Pm and received the food around 8:20 Pm, it was horrible services. Rude store manager. I paid ₹477 for my order, as the food was late as hell should be getting a full amount of refund which i have not got, received 300 points. This is really not acceptable.. Hated the way i was treated by dominos Barrackpore store.. Terrible experience

Hello I have made 2 order at Domino's today. My order number was 152 and 155 the y promised that the order will be delivered in 30 mins but I waited for more than 1 hour and at the last the order which was being delivered to me was cold very cold . I asked them to let me speak to ma ager but they said manager is busy and will not speak over the phone. I was told that I have to accept the order as it in the same condition as it is advised to the delivery boy by the store manager. I refused to do so and returned the order. This is happening for 3rd time. I request to take a complaint against them and do take some action as they spoiled all my program and my kids were waiting for it. Domino's cannot play with it's customers sentiments. Very bery bad service

I ordered pizza my money got deducted but the order is showing pending

Order mini pizzas for rs 262 but even after deduction the order didn't confirmed. Kindly refund.

On 03 Dec Saturday 2021, i went Dominos and there i ordered 2 pizza and pay the amount that was 396.90 after sometimes they told me there's accured transaction error and your money will be refuned within 48hrs, on sunday i called their service center they told me as like they told me wait for 48hrs and if not refunded call at same number, today i try to call their service center but they didnt give any response. So i request to fixed this problem or refund my money not only me but also those who's facing same problem, hope they take serious action on this problem as soon as possible.

Today I ordered choco lava from Dominos for my kid who was at home alone and was craving for a sweet. The order was delivered on time, however when she opened the box, it was full of dead red(fire) ants. She reported the same to us by calling us and since we were out, I raised a case with Zomato and Dominos sent us replacement of it and when I reached home, I visited the outlet from where it was delivered. The staff was unapologetic and even said that replacement was already sent for it.

I need assistance in filing a case in consumer court for this as, had my kid not seen it, she would have consumed it which might have resulted in food poisoning or even worse.

Kindly assist me in filing a case against Dominos.

I order for Rs. 222 in Domino's app and paid using Amazon Pay. The amount got deducted but I didn't receive any order confirmation. Checked again and no order confirmation. Please return back the money

I ordered pizza from Domino's Pizza and paid 221 rs using Amazon pay but after that order is placed but due to some technical issue order get cancelled but I didn't get my money refunded

My order number is 143. I have ordered one regular peppy paneer pizza and one butter scotch brownie. I have order the pizza at 9:11 PM and got at 9:58 PM. The delivered pizza is cold. Also, butter scotch brownie not delivered with the order.
