I had recieved a gift card for dominos and tried several times to activate it but all the effort has been in vain.
Such bad service from the outlet i had been visiting since my school days is really disappointing.

You people are playing with emotion of Indian child. When I have been ordered at last night. My child was waiting at home for pizza. Dominons was fail to deliver nor arrange take away for me from another outlet. I had told them, I shall collect, while returning to home. But they have failed. So I m going to GR and CF as well as defamation too. One more thing, I am also in customer service industry. So you people can't cheat me..

The pizza I've ordered just now the bread was not even cooked properly and the peices were not not coming out.

I have placed order at counter on 5th October at janak cinema. The payment was done of Rs. 373.85 but representative told me that the payment was not received and asked me to do it again. She said I will receive the refund within 2-3 days. I have trusted her and done the payment again. But till now the payment haven't received. Even I visited the store also but there is no one wo can give a relevant response. I am now pissed off. For such a small payment there is no any kind of records or tracing system.
since last 2 weeks i am sending so many mails even i visited the restraunt but there is no response. Not a single person called me yet.

Today, we ordered Dominos pizza. It was completely horrible. Base was not meeting the quality expectation. Very disappointed.

Moreover, toppings were over cooked. Onion and mushroom were over burnt. Very very dark. Unable to eat.

Kindly refund.

Your Outlet located in the Vidyaratna Nagar, Manipal, Udupi Dist, accepted an order on 28.10.2022 at 12.02 AM through Zomato. The delivery person came to our building at 12.20 AM but refused to come up to the first floor and insisted that I come down to collect or else he would cancel the order. Despite my requests and assurances, he left back. On enquiring with the manager telephonically, he was rude and canceled the order. I was left with no choice but to go to bed hungry.

Your company advertisement says the delivery would be done at the doorstep, the person will ring the bell and wait outside until the customer takes/collects the parcel. Kindly make sure that you follow what you advertise. It makes a lot of difference to people who work late till night.

Delivery executive of this branch is very arrogant and showed very worst bad behaviour. He was unable to find the location and showed rude behaviour to me. If this is how your customers are treated, then no one will order in your store. I am really fed up with these disgusting people and their behaviour. Really thumbs down dominos. I didn't expect this kind of worst behaviour and response from your side. Hope you atleast return the money...

Placed an order today online on the Domino's app at 5:12pm and paid via Internet banking Rs444 successfully. Even after payment the app did not show order placed and is not able to track it either.

I had ordered pizza from Dominos through card. The order was not confirmed but still money was deducted from my account. And still money was not refunded.

During that time I had to go to the washroom, so I asked the Domino’s Pizza out late representative / Mr. Bajrang & in charge about the washroom, then he refused and said that it is only for Restaurant Staff.

Later I also asked him but the same answer.

I have ordered pizza around 2:30 pm today and the delivery time of pizza at 4 pm at the arrival of train in Pune junction. As soon as train reached the Pune junction they cancelled my order and telling us due to malfunction of oven they have cancelled our order.
Staff behaviour of Domino's Pune junction is not good at all for customer.
Please ensure that this will not happen again and make sure that Domino's should cancelled order and share information atleast 45 min before the delivery time so that passenger can make alternative.

This is in context to one of my order placed on 17th october 2022. I placed a dine in order through the dominos application for the restaurant located in Metro New Ashok nagar Delhi 110096. I order cheese burst pizza for dine in as I don’t wanted home delivery, when we went there they didn’t allowed us to sit and eat we had a short argument with one of the employee there and therby he then told us to sit in the corner and have our food. In a while when we just starting eating some other senior manager came and just started shouting recklessly and he just took away our pizza and didn’t allowed us to sit in there, We asked him to refund our money he said it will be refunded in our orignal payment mode by which the payment is done within 48hrs. I filled a complaint on dominos site and i received a call from this number [protected] in the morning from that very store and she just took there side and told that we should order takeaway from next time. I told this is not acceptable and she aborted the call
Now i received my refund in the dominos wallet which is not acceptable. I do not want to have anything from that store whose staff is not trained enough to respect the customer and I want my money back in the bank account itself . If a suitable action is not been taken I would further reach higher authorities for further help as per the consumer Rights. Consumer Court is the last option which is not left to me . I am hoping to hear from you soon.

Delivery got late. It delivered in 40 mins only. I have a proof of a call from delivery person. Kindly see this issue and solve it. Thanks in advance.

I placed order on 26 aug 2022 .Due to gas pipeline issue they cancelled my order .I told them that handover my refund but they denied me that your payment mode is through UPI so we are not give you cash..your refund will automatically refunded after a week but it's 15oct 2022 now..till now my refund is not refunded.i file lots of complaint against the store from their toll free number but no responses is given by the store.. kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible
