Yesterday night around 10 pm we orderded in dominos for the bill amount of 447 and it is paid through my debit card. Payment was successful and money was debited. But one of the dominos representative called and informed that there is no stock and we will refund your money and u will get an intimation regarding this. But still now there is no reply

    I ordered pizzas worth rs. 1092/- on 30th september, sunday 2018. all the three times we tried to place the order the respone showed payment failed and under it it was written payment successful. we got confused and then called the rajouri garden branch dutta market main road dominos branch which confirmed that the payment was through and the order was getting ready but when asked about how many transactions were made, they didnt declare. since i was not getting any bank updates on my phone thus couldnt cross check. next day on 1st october i went to the OBC bank shivaji enclave to get my pass book updated which showed that 3 transactions took place for the same order. which amounted to RS. 3276/- then i went to dominos where i showed my passbook to gaurav who said was the head of the team of the rajouri garden dominos branch. he told me to wait for sometime as the transaction might get reverted but i told him that the transactions havecleared as it is showing in my passbook and the amount has been deducted from my account. gaurav didnt lodge my complaint and rather told me to come after 10 bank working days and if the problem doesnt get solved then we will lodge a complaint and he even asked me to disclose the trnsaction no. of the 3 transactions. but he did not file any complaint. now my money is stuck and no one is taking or lodging my complaint. please help

        For the order cancelled by the restaurant they are not giving the refund.
        Worst management, reached customer care, online complain and spoke with restaurant but no use. Only reason is they forgot to cancel the order and now they are asking me take the order when i no longer need the items.
        Is it like eat when we prepare or when the user needs you prepare?

        Worst is even the customer care people are not responding properly.

        Order no.155 22sep18 delivery boy comes after 30 minutes.and argued me .said i need full money.i[censored] want free call customer care. I tried customer care but no respond.he took 522 .please take care for future.u need to resolve this issues.ineed my refund.

          I order pizzas and i didn't get my order. This is happening with me third time. And even refunded money. Worst experience. If you can't deliver food in particular area then please stop taking orders and inform the same before next time not only to me but others also. Even for the last two times the money is not refunded for delivery time more the 30 min, where they mentioned clearly will delivery order before 30 min on site.

            I had ordered a pizza, a choco lava cake and a coke on 23rd september, 2018. I received my order after 30 minutes and as per domino's late delivery policy, i didn't received my payment back. Also i didn't received choco lava cake as per placed order. On 25th september, 2018 i received call from manager because of the feedback and as per discussion on call i was supposed to get the choco lava cake and payment as per policy on 27th september, 2018 which is not delivered. Kindly look into matter else you will loose a customer.

              I visit frequently to dominos pizza mazgoan, mumbai store which has delivery map no 66214. Last time also i had complaint to staff over here that door gets suddenly lock and person gets pushed very hard towards foofpath... Because of that door i had been got injury on my right hand arm.. Issue reported to in charge mr vishwas kamble and he said he will get it repaired... I umderstand he will get repaired but who will pay to doctor for my treatment of injury... Pls check cctv footage of 24/09/2018 at 10.00 pm... I want callback from senior management or else i will escalate to consumer forum within 2 days.. My mob no [protected]... Registerd with you..

                I had the two for 5.99 deal, i Ordered the chicken past bowl, it had one piece of chicken, my pizza hardly had any hamburger on it and was mushy, it was supposed to be hamburger and mushroom... The meat was not layered right, the pizza was actually a little cold, they did evenly spread the toppings all over the pizza pie.. I'm still hungry

                  The order time promised to deliver 2 pizzas was 0.5 hours, but even after 1 hour it isnt delivered and the customer care arent responding. Also the order tracking status shows the order as not trackable.

                  Dominos is fraud.

                  This has happened before with many of my friends but i thought it was fine there would have been some minor glitches, but this actually is a fraud website.

                  Strict action needs to be taken on this

                  I ordered pizzas on 31 august and made an online transaction from my paytm ([protected]).. The money got deducted.. On 10sept dominos sent a message that they have refunded but today itz 24 sept and no money came back to my paytm wallet.

                    Yesterday i placed a order at 9:19 p. M with order no 411 on[protected] from sarabha nagar domino's. The counter person said pizza will be delivered within 30 min. But we said that he can take his time and deliver it within 45 min.in between we call the restaurant person to know the delivery status and he said the pizza delivery boy will be there soon. After waiting for 1:30 hr the pizza delivery boy call again and said do you still want to deliver the order and that too which is cold. I understand the concern that it was raining heavily last night but as a genuine customer the restaurant person would have said it wont be deliver due to bad weather so that i could have done something else. I also asked the restaurant manager today to give me detail of the delivery person but she denied by saying i was not at that shift. Neither i got any cancellation message till now. The delivery person contact no is [protected]. Now in return i want a free pizza to my place because i have waited along.

                      Very poor service from chembur branch

                      Have ordered pizza on dated 22nd sep 18 time 8.55 pm vide order no.263 we have called to 3 to 4 times between 9.45pm to 10pm we have received feedback that pizza dispatched and will get it in next 5 to 10 min., after too many request your executive responded at 10.15 and saying they are not able to deliver the pizza and phone disconnected

                      Since have ordered pizza for my kids we have waited till 10.15pm since they are hungry we have ordered food from some other restaurants and later have received message feom dominos that "

                      If you guys are not able to deliver they should timely communicate

                        I had ordered around 9:15 pm but even after waiting for about 90-100 minuts did not recieve the order and had to go to the restaurant for pic up. There was no update of the order on the dominos website tracking details. After getting contact no. Of the restaurant from customer care, when i called there was no response. It was really a bad experience had to wait so long and even after that didn't get what i ordered. Paid for pasta but that was not available and had to replace with something else. I want to request u to process the refund.

                          On 17th september 2018, i had ordered pizzas from domino's via the dominos app, and had paid via the amazon pay merchant. The transaction was successful (Amazon pay order id : p[protected] and sbi transaction id : 357153) but the dominos did not receive the order even though the amounts had been deducted both from my sbi bank account as well as amazon pay wallet. I had also lodged a complaint immediately with amazon pay where they had intimated me that they had reached out to dominos regarding the complaint inspite of the fact that on their side the transaction had been successful. I had also reached out to dominos where i was told that it must have been some technical glitch and the amount would be refunded within 3-5 days. But the amount hasn't been added yet. Please look into the matter.

                            I ordered pizza from the krishnagar, ahmedabad store of dominos and they confirmed my order on phone and i was waiting for the pizza but after non delivery of pizza after 45 min of order i called the store n i was answered that i havent ordered any pizza for the day and kept making excuses n asking me just wait for more 10 min and they will deliver me pizza. Also the last time i ordered the pizza, it was the worst pizza of life with completely burnt cheese and the tasteless pizza. And on calling they say sorry and take another 30 min to deliver the order again.

                              We ordered from dominos vasundhra enclave using zomato to deliver in mayur vihar phase 3, delhi. As they said it was out of delivery address they should have cancelled it at first but the delivery boy called us at other location and we told him we'll be there within 5-10 mints, but he even wasn't there and we called him for 3 4 times but he keep on saying i'm here and there and then denied to deliver and said it is cancelled but its showing delivered and he said to executive that we have abused him but however he didn't even came there.
                              We waited for around 10-15 mints there.
                              Its not the first time we have ordered from here but this time it was all this happened.
                              And its showing delivered instead of cancellation and we have not received refund from them. As far as i know the refund processed is instant from dominos as i've once cancelled a order after placing myself, but as its showing delivered i can't really say we will get the refund.

                                  I placed an order at 1700 hrs today from medical road, gorakhpur. Even after talking to the restaurant and the delivery guy several times, the order wasn't delivered to me till 1815 pm hence i refused to recieve the order. On complaining to the restaurant manager over phone about the same, he was very uncooperative and was simply making excuses. Kindly do the needful as there is a reputation to maintain for you guys and it was a very unpleasant experience for me which has left a very sour taste in my mouth, damaging domino's brand equity.

                                    I am very disappointed with domino's pizza..
                                    I ordered at 10.36 pm and now at 11.03 pm store manager (Manoj) of dominos hsr sector 2 bangalore, called me and said i am going to cancel your order as it's not in our delivery range... Where's i have order history where i have ordered 12 times from same store and it got delivered. It means it's just a dominos dirty business tactics to get orders and not to deliver it on the time.. I want pizza and action to be taken against manoj the store manager as he was threatening me that now i will not deliver pizza to you and nor you will get refund of your money, he's not cancelling my order nor delivering order

                                      On 11 th september i placed an order amounting rs.349 via dominos' app. And then after 15 minutes i was informed that it will not be delivered due to some so called issue.
                                      Firstly it is not my mistake its your app's bug that it took my order and money even when you did 'nt intend to deliver.
                                      Secondly i have'nt recieved my money back yet it has been 8 days already. I dont know why is it taking so long to return my money.
                                      Extremly pathetic experience with dominos.
                                      I was stuck amidst 8 pm. Without my food and money just because of your silly mistake and highly poor service.😤😡

                                        I have placed an order to Domino's using my paytm account. The amount was deducted from my paytm but the order was not placed. The details are following:

                                        I tried online order placing using paytm for Rs. 499. The amount was deducted but order didn't succeed on your website. I contacted paytm and they confirmed that amount was deducted and paid to Domino's. The transaction details are following:

                                        Billdeskfood1 Order Id: NPT[protected], paytm wallet transaction id: [protected], date: 16.9.2018, time: 20:49 hours

                                        I have checked with paytm and they are asking me to connect with billdeskfood1 as they have successfully transferred the amount but Domin's have not received the payment.

                                        There is no response from Dominos so far. I have called them multiple times and sent them emails. They say they will check and call back but no one calls back or responds to email. Please help.
