Hello,
I have placed an order to Domino's using my paytm account. The amount was deducted from my paytm but the order was not placed. The details are following:
I tried online order placing using paytm for Rs. 499. The amount was deducted but order didn't succeed on your website. I contacted paytm and they confirmed that amount was deducted and paid to Domino's. The transaction details are following:
Billdeskfood1 Order Id: NPT[protected], paytm wallet transaction id: [protected], date: 16.9.2018, time: 20:49 hours
I have checked with paytm and they are asking me to connect with billdeskfood1 as they have successfully transferred the amount but Domin's have not received the payment.

Updated by kjetwani There is no response from Dominos so far. I have called them multiple times and sent them emails. They say they will check and call back but no one calls back or responds to email. Please help.
Last month I reached at Domino's pizza outlet at karnal bus stand . So I ordered pizza on[protected] time:-- 4:05 P.m
Please refund my balance of 405 rs or give me solution ...
