I have ordered with mobile app for a home delivery order with order no 184.dtd 28/10/18 8.30,
At 9 pm i received the mssg that the order has been cancelled by the restaurant, if the outlet was not able to fulfil the order it should not have accepted the order on the first place what is the point of wasting my 30minutes waiting for food, highly disappointing, restaurant was not able to provide the food within 30minutes hence canceld the order instead of wasting their 300rs for the 30minutes guarantee.Highly unethical and irresponsible approach after calling customer care and no one received the call at outlet end .

I have ordered pizza by 7.15 but got delivered by 8.00..i called customer care and they told me to raise complaint to get refund of 300rs..total bill was 574 amd pizza was not hot...as it was exceeded beyond 30 min and got delayed by 45 min.. Take this as priority and refund the amount.. I have paid the anount through My debit card.. This is the first time iam experiencing this much delay which causes a bad name.. As its good that you Refunding the amount if it delays by 30 min and hope you will do the same

I have paid bill through debit card at my local domino's store in sangli maharashtra.
The payment was successful by my bank but did not receive to the domino store. I did the payment once again and they said i will get my money within 7 days but i did not receive any money. I have receipt of transaction not successful. I m attaching it with this complaint. Please help me out of this issue and try reverting my money back.

Dominos pizza order no. 520 for mobile number [protected] on october 7, 2018 and order was never delivered.in-charge person of restaurant called that they cancelled order from restaurant side and refund would be given. But the status of order on android dominos app was changed to delivered instead cancelled.
Even after three weeks of continuous calls to customer support, no refund initiated or replacement order placed. The customer support person is different every time and each one of them says he/she has logged ticket for the same. But the next customer support person after few days says no ticket logged for the same. The customer support guys are lying straight to our face saying ticket logged and refund initiated but does nothing. Restaurant in-charge called today but rudely disconnected the on-going call without listening and resolving the complaint. There is no guarantee of delivery from such a big chain like dominos and nothing you can do for items showing delivered even when they are not. They are just scam with no assurance of proper tracking on their own company's android app.

I ordered medium pizza in the evening with a view to enjoy the same with my family, i used a coupon code recieved from dominos via sms on my mobile stating to add a free garlic bread to my order,
All went great
As pizza delivery guy came i was shocked to know that no garlic bread was there as i objected the delivery guy asked me to contact his outlet at sector 31 faridabad as i tried to discuss with them about this i got an answer that no code has been applied and there was this stand alone pizza only,

Forget the blunt taste, medium pizza was # compared to even the pizza mania combo i regularly order from same outlet,
Cant understand they are on cost cutting by cutting down cheese n pizza quality (Might be a revenge against not selecting additional cheese option) or just trying to cheat lure customers to order by sending codes n then removing that from order

Guys just wanna suggest you to be double sure with dominos as this can happen with anyone

I ordered two medium pizzas and one garlic stick at 8:22PM today from my number [protected] and I have confirmation message for that. The delivery person delivered at my address at 9:15PM and when I called customer care they offered me Rs.300/- discount as a good gesture but later on the store manager denied to show any apology for late delivery and didn't offer any discount. They kept me over phone till 9:30PM and till the time came back the Pizza was as cold as water. I threw entire pizza in dust bin and requested store manager to take it back as it was completely not eatable. I am waiting for the boy to come and collect but none is responding.

The pizza was delivered by Domino's Kadugodi, Whitefield, Bangalore, Karnataka.
Please take necessary action...

I ordered pizza yesterday 24 october and my order no was 211. That was far one of the worst pizza i ever had.. I don't know what u guys were thinking i ordered farmhouse regular size i order it 6:00 pm and by ur 30 i expected it to arrive by 6:30 or 40 bt i received it by 7:00 bt i thought its ok wlbt ilwhen i open it hhh.. Horrible pizza was soo cold and yeahh the crust was worst it was so uneven uneven one side thick and other thin and chesse uff it was soo weird and mushroom was so badly that was the worst experience.. Never expected this type of thing from u guys.. So disappointed and i wrote the feedback bt no response.

This is regarding an order i placed with domino's pizza in pune on 21st october with transaction id phmp[protected]. The order was not confirmed and hence i was expecting a refund. The order was paid via debit card online. However it has been 3 days now and the refund has not been initiated. Kindly look at it on priority.

I made an online pizza order on 19.10.2018 via order no 631. The same was not delivered. Dominoz delivery time is 30 mins. I called up customer care they took complaint but in vain. I called up local office and they denied my refund and started fighting and misbehaved. I send a mail to ceo and customer care but no one is supporting at all. Please help and support. I have sent atleast 19 mails to different ids with dominos but no one has supported. I have been calling customer care every day and every time they say they will arrange a call back but no one helps.

Order: stuffed garlic bread and pepper barbeque pizza

I would like to highlight that the pizza was just pathetic. The base was very hard, not at all fresh. The topping hardly had any cheese and chicken crumbs were put. There was no proper pieces of chicken.

I used to love domino's but now i would definitely not recommend anybody nor would myself prefer visiting again.

I m surprised how can an outlet like domino's drop down their quality standards so drastically.

Really not appreciated!! I feel my entire money is wasted. The quality is not at all worth the money they are charging.

I hereby want a serious action to be taken on my referred complaint.

Hi my name is sakshi rathore. I have ordered 2 pizzas worth of rs. 523 on 4th september making payment by debit card. My money was deducted but my order was not got placed. Then i called customer care they told me you can order via call and the money deducted will be refunded within 7-10 working days. Then i have ordered again same worth pizza and adopted cash on delivery mode of payment. I have called multiple times to customer care but they all time tells me that they will arrange a call back and they don't know why my money is not refunding by dominos if customer care can not provide any solution then why they are working. I have called almost 10 times. If such a brand is doing such types o[censored]nethical practice then no one will trust on any brand. I will never buy pizzas from dominos till they don't refund my money. I am not happy with the service of dominos. They are doing unethical practices.

I have made an order online of 2 pizzas..
Mohannagar branch of domino's pizza have confirmed my order to deliver on my home address...
After confirmation the delivery boy called me and said that u have to pick ur order from air force station hindan gate.. Because we cannot deliver ur order at ur home address..
I have replied that how can u confirm i[censored] are not able to deliver.. The boy replied that we don't deliver there i[censored] can come here to pick ur order else we have to cancel ur order..

I bought dominos vouchers worth of rs 1000 from tapzo however couldn't redeemed those due to technical issues at dominos.in last 12 months i have done multiple follow ups and sent emails however dominos is just ignoring the issue. When i tweeted, it was transferred to local area store and the manager informed me that he does not have authority as it is finance related matter. He gave me email id of centralised finance team however no one responded to my email which was sent almost 6 weeks back... I have done at least 2 follow ups every month from last 12 months... Very disgusting behaviour towards customer by dominos... I would expect to get it resolved asap and i should get refund of my money along with interest @ 18% p. A plus ex-gratia of rs 10000 for the amount of time i wasted and trouble i faced during last one year just to redeem the amount which i had already laid to dominos in advance.

I prepaid order @9:30oct 19/2018 and talk when delivery delay they assured me we will deliver after 10:44 pm talked with employee suraj he say we free deliver pizza and amount will refund and arrange a call from manager in 5 mt and pizza is deliver also in 15minute no call back no piza, restaurant civil line sardar marg allahabad211002 order no 540

I place my order to dominos nangia park outlet at 9:48 pm on 19th oct 2018 vide order #404. I gave a call back after 35 minutes on not receiving the my order. The representative told me it will be delivered in next 10-15 min... So waited for another 15 mins and call back.. Then i again i was told it will take me another 15 mins to get my order and the executive on asking about the delay in order said what do i want to do with the order.. Cancel or stay with it...in spite of giving resolution to my enquiry he very upfrontly asked me this thing... This is very annoying way to communicate with the client i did not expected this from dominos as i am a very old customer of dominos. After 5 mins i received a call from the guy... Who says i am at ur address with the pizza delivery.. I told him my guest were there for dinner and i ordered from dominos for the. Now what should i tell my guest who stayed for so long... He also said that i can't do anything in this... So i told him that u must have been informed by ur company that i have cancelled the order. And asked him if it was taking this long they must have told me this while placing the order.
I have never expected such a rude and unresponsive behaviour from dominos which is very disappointing for me.. I have decided not to continue with placing order to dominos in my life.

I ordered three regular pizza's today worth rupees 300, invoice no :65999/18/42629 order no 143 name karishma gupta.. The pizza's i received was not at all fresh also topping was also not proper, crust of the pizzas were not fresh nd not baked properly i m very dissappointed with the service of domino's i m a regular costumer of domions and never faced such bad service but today m very dissapointed.. Its a total wastage of money, i want my money to b refunded nd my issue to b sorted out as soon as possible..

We ordered for pizza's online from our mobile and paid online in advance. But the nearest stall which is at rihabari, guwahati informed us that they can not provide service up to our address. We are almost regular customer of domino's. This was not for the first time we are ordering. They said we will get the refund money within seven days. But the point is why you have took the payment if you can't provide service? Please go for better software. Highly dissatisfied.

I ordered two regular pizzas in domino's from zomato at 12:59 p. M. Domino's confirmed the order and showed the delivery time by 1:29 p. M. But, i waited for the order for almost an hour and did not get my order. They even disabled customers to call the branch directly. So, i had to call the customer service and get the call connected to local branch. After struggling for 1hr 45 min they delivered my order after reheating it. Do not blindly trust dominos like me. I once had a great feeling about domino's but now everything is lost.

I had placed an order on 19th october 2018 @ 1.41am., my order number was 222, i had placed this order worth rs 400/-, the payment was made online, and the order was placed from kandivali west, mumbai.
I received my order at 3.30am that's almost 2 hours after placing the order. I called the restaurant several times after around 45 min of placing order, they picked up and confirmed the order at that time. And after that i tried calling them repeatedly, they used to pick up call and keep the receiver on table and not talk. Then at 2.56am i got a call from the delivery guy saying he will be reaching in 10 min. But he didn't turn up.. Even the customer care was closed after 3am. I finally received my order at 3.30am. Thats really too much of a waiting time. I want a refund for such a poor service and too long waiting time.

Yesterday (17th oct 2018) i ordered pizzas from domino's and got conformation that it will be delivered in 30 minutes, i got my cold (Waste) pizzas after 55 minutes (They have 30 minutes guarantee) and they delivered different pizza and food was not eatable... Was waste for us... I am trying to get connected with manager since the delivery time only but today i could connect.... Now i need my money back. And store manager (Emp. I'd 869793) is telling he can not do the same..
