I ordered 3 pizzas on 27 September 2018. But the delivery boy was late so I complaint. They told me for a refund. But now it is 17 October 2018, I did not get any refund. I called many times on dominos jaipur customer service but they told me call after 2-3 days.

Please respond ASAP.

    I made a order to dominos on 30th september 2018 and the order got delivered after 2 and half hour from when i placed the order. i was told that the amount will be refunded and the refund has not been executed till now. and when i called the customer care no. they didnt respond properly and cancelled the call while i was talking .so i ask you to transfer my payment back and train your staff well.

      I have placed an order on 14th october, order no.7.

      The application showed that the order will be delivered in 30mins.

      It was a sunday morning, no festival, nothing. Just after 30 mins. I see that application shows its delivered.

      I called customer care, they verify my address and landmark twice. And informed will get my delivery in 30.

      Arey they nuts?

      Why the hell would i call, just to chit chat with them.

      Hence the delivery happened after another 8-10mins.

      Therefore the wrong claim that delivery within. 30mins is invalid..

      Please look into this..

        I placed the order on dominos 10 days before but it got failed and the money got deducted as well. I got the message that the refund will be initiated in 4-5days. Its been 10 days now and its still not been initiated. The dominos helpline says to contact the restaurant and they cant help about it and its so negligent on their behalf. They should be the one to get it done and i shouldnot be contacting here and there.

          Date and time: 14 oct 10:00 pm
          I placed an order for 2 pizzas online last night and post payment, screen did not return to the order confirmation page.
          Was unable to get through the local dominos number for another 15 minutes and hence called up [protected].
          Call on 1860 did not help since the agent kept on telling that systems were down and will not be able to confirm any status for unknown amount of time.
          Post argument for 20 minutes, agent finally took the mobile number and confirmed that the order was not reflecting.
          Placed another order (Order id 420) at 22:30 for a cash on delivery.

            When i ask order taker how many pieces will come in boneless chicken wings, she replied 5 pieces. When i got my order, i found 4 pieces in it. I made another call to customer care to file a complaint. She said, apologies to me since the initial order taker is a new agent and she mis communicate to me. But as a customer it's a big dissatisfaction to me and poor experience for me. Domino's didnot mind for customer dissatisfaction with this situation and she asked me to wait in line.. For 15 minutes overall call, but finally ended with apologies again. I have to double think before order next from domino's.

            I thought every customer is valuable to domino's. I said in phone that i ordered 20 to 30 times in previous 6 months still this is totally inconvenient to me and making me to think to go with domino's. I got apologies as answer to this again.

            When i ask for refund or i have to file this in customer issue portal, again i got apologies as answer.

            This makes me more inconvenient to choose domino's.

            Hi,
            I have ordered a pizza in dominos last Wednesday, my money got debited but I didn't get order I'd . I immediately contacted my nearest dominos centre they said within 5-6 days, it will be refunded, but still now I didn't get refundes.

            Kindly look into it & resolve ASAP.
            I place an order today amounting to 208. The money gets deducted from the debit card but the order is never placed. Payment was done by debit card but On calling the serving store, they tell me that the order is not received and they cannot help.

              Shailesh bisner, an employee of dominos pizza, eternity mall, nagpur 440012, mobile number [protected] personally texted me on whatsapp.
              This is disturbing and mishandling of customers data.
              Dominos should be careful in handling customers data properly. If this continues it will hamper dominos image.
              Kindly take strict action against such employees.

                I have ordered pizza from your outlet in moulivakkam. Chennai.

                The pizza was delivered so late and also the taste is really very very very bad.
                Am facing this issue for the 3rd time from this same outlet.

                This was already a replacement pizza for a late delivery.

                Even the pasta was so dry and not good at all. Am really fed of this outlet.

                I started to hate dominoes after having here

                  I have ordered pizza many times but they do not refund the money for late delivery. They commit that it will be delivered in 7 days but have never done so. I have received the refund for one previous order delivered late but i am not receiving any response for the orders 21st july 2018 and other for 11th aug.2018. I have called them 5-6 times, got the response that they will get back but no response. Today i went to the store, the manger told that she was in morning shift and the pizza was ordered in night. The location of the store is electronics city phase 1 bangalore.

                    Greetings!!!

                    My name is vinod mulchandani and i am a regular customer of dominos and do order 3 to 4 time in a month.

                    Today i ordered below mentioned items at 2.09pm (Ist) at call center no via order no 20 _ invoice no 66721/18/32761. But order not delivered till 2.45pm (40 mints from order) i called servel time at call center to check the status every time they said that your order will delivered in next 5 mint.

                    At 3.15 pm when i again called they said that your order is cancelled as your delivery boy was not able to find my location. After heating discussion between me, call center guy and mr. Ravi store manager of naroda branch they agreed and accepted their mistake and said that they will send me fresh order after confirming rought and my location.

                    But sorry to say that again delivery guys came to my place at 4.00 pm (After 45 mints of discussion done) with cold and fresh pizza and other ordered items. Which i returned immediately

                    From 2 to 4 me and my family was waiting for ordered food.

                    I want to understand why such a lethargic approach and casual approach done by employee of a reputed food chain company with a regular loyal customer.

                    I want a satisfactory revert from your side in next 72 hours or else i will publish this instance on social media like tweeter, facebook and watsup.

                    I have a screen shot of bill copy, no to times called at call center, no to time called mr. Ravi store manager of naroda branch and video of delivery boy at what time he came to my place.

                      I'd ordered from dominos for inr649 (Order no 192). 5 items were ordered. 4 were delivered, that too 6min late and the 5th item forgotten and gotten after half hour.
                      Same day i called the customer service to raise the complaint. They said complaint registered and wait for 10 days to get refund. Its been 10 days and still nothing, all i have is a complaint number.
                      Recently, the restaurant manager calls saying i haven't registered any complaint.
                      This incompetency and unprofessionalism is unaccepted and would request for a result asap.

                        Hello whoever the concern person,

                        I have paid rs 737.90 by my credit card against the order i have placed at your janpath store bhubaneswar on 03-october-2018 & my order number was 102, invoice no-66382/18/38897 & from my credit card the same amount got deducted for 2 times & i did not get it back as per the concern person at your store i supposed to receive the amount within 48 hours, but still i have not received it. Its already been 10 days & i am not getting my money back.

                        Kindly refund my money as soon as possible, & i can not explain about the situation how horrible experience it is as at your janpath store bhubaneswar no one is ready to help the customer, after so many follow ups i am unable to get the proper update regarding my money back.

                        Looking forward for a positive response from your side.

                          I ordered vadodara station domino pizza but delivery boy denies to bill and said bill will be only available mobile through link. I wait but not revived any link. I call store but they told bill will be only available mobile through link due to network problem it will revived later. Later he told now bill is not possible we can not provide bill to you. There is no system in company to bill to print. I call customer care but he told they will call arrange. One call from mr. Mayank from dominos and scold me very badly why without bill you agree to take item it your fault we can not given to bill to you. The language by mr. Mayank very hard and not tolerable. After 2 day later i call customer care answer not provide any bill. I mail provide customer care no response

                              I am a non vegetarian who got transferred from mumbai three years back. I used to get non veg pizzas and other non veg items served by dominos until recently. A few months ago, the dominos outlets in surat stopped serving non veg items. My concern is why can't i choose what i want to eat? Why other's food habits are being imposed on non veg eaters. I am not saying that you shouldn't serve veg items.in mumbai, if both veg and non veg items both can be served without hurting anybody's feelings, i hope this can be done in surat also. Is dominos really concerned about its customers choices? If so then they can serve veg and non veg items in separate outlets so that everybody's needs can be fulfilled. I hope my wish will come true very soon.

                                On 8/10/2018, i did online payment for two pizzas and coke but received no confirmation mail after payment deduction. After calling the customer service centre, i had to order again and paid cash. The order reached to me in within 30 minutes as the company says but the order was incomplete as the coke didnot come then after 20 more minutes got coke when the delivery person asked another person to bring it. For all this i had two wait for one and half hour. So for the inconvenience i request the company to kindly refund me rupees 595.

                                Placed an order through dominos app on 28 Sep and made payment through freecharge wallet. The payment was successful but the order was not created on dominos app. When I contact dominos, they just say to wait 7 working days and refund will be processed. Complaint number with dominos is 6743032.
                                There is no follow-up from dominos yet.
                                I faced the same issue today. I placed the order through mobile website and payed using PayTM. The amount got deducted from PayTM but did not receive the confirmation.

                                On calling the customer care got to know that refund was initiated and it takes 6-7days for the refund.

                                Why deduct the amount when the order cannot be fulfilled and lock the amount for 7days?

                                Very bad overall experience.

                                  I placed order at 9.08pm and received order at 10pm,
                                  When we asked delivery boy tejinder for late delivery he said it is a bulk order but actually it was not, bcoz we ordered for pizza mania pizza 5 small pizzas and we had earlier also. Pizza was not at all fresh and it was very hard to chew.
                                  Then we spoke to store manager mr. Nadeem, he also said the same thing.
                                  Both the delivery boy and manger were misbehaving with us.
                                  I want my money back, i am a regular customer of dominos and now i will stop ordering from dominos if i do not get any resolution to this. Pizza ordered from shiv puri branch geeta colony

                                    I had visited jayanagar domino's and went to the counter to order loaded veg pizza. I told him not to add mushrooms for the pizza but the person in the counter refused that he can't make any changes but at the same time i told him that i have ordered pizza with loaded veg without mushroom alot of times in other branch and they did it for me. He refused that he cannot make any changes.

                                    The question is i am not asking anything additional toppings for the pizza just told him not to put the mushrooms. Why is all the stores not uniform in serving the customers.in other branches i have asked not to add and they were sweet to oblige and get it done.

                                    I usually visit domino's for pizza but this time i was not happy and felt very bad by the way they refused it. I am regular customer - [protected] vinay b s and now i have a second thought before going to domino's. Being a loyal customer i suggest you to keep a uniform standards across.

                                      Respected sir/man,
                                      I ordered pizzas on the 15 september 2018
                                      My order amount was 770. I paid it with my debit card.
                                      The amount 770 was deducted timing 22:43:58
                                      But the order was not placed somehow.
                                      I reordered my pizzas by cod option.
                                      I did get my pizzas on second ordering though i asked the delivery guy about my first order refund, he told me it will be automatically refunded in 15 days.
                                      It's been 25 days, i checked my bank account there's no refund.
                                      Please solve this issue asap.
