I tried placing an order on 26/9/18. I payed using google tez. Tez showed that money is successfully deposited in jubilant ltd's account. But my order was was not confirmed. Its been 10 days now and my rs 444 have not been refunded. I tried calling them but they say they cannot do anything, refund is an automatic process. Google transaction id is cicagkcc5monqw and upi transaction id is[protected]....

I ordered pizza on 2nd 2018 oct but my order was not placed and my money got deducted. Then i ordered again then order got placed but again money got deducted. My first deduction has not been refunded yet. Kindly look into this.

Hello, we have placed the order for 6 vegloaded pizzas today on dominos online and the paymrnt was made through sbi net banking. Our amount 813 rs was deducted from our account but the order confirmation was not received. After calling to dominos they say that they didnt receive the order from our mobile number so they cant do anything. Please refund the money.

I'd like to register a complaint regarding my refund. I paid online for two orders worth rs 314 each (Making the total equal to rs 628) on 24th september, the order failed but the amount was debited both the times. I'd appreciate it if you could refund my balance. According to the text alert, it should've been refunded within a week but it has not been done....

Yesterday night around 10 pm we orderded in dominos for the bill amount of 447 and it is paid through my debit card. Payment was successful and money was debited. But one of the dominos representative called and informed that there is no stock and we will refund your money and u will get an intimation regarding this. But still now there is no reply...

I ordered pizzas worth rs. 1092/- on 30th september, sunday 2018. all the three times we tried to place the order the respone showed payment failed and under it it was written payment successful. we got confused and then called the rajouri garden branch dutta market main road dominos branch which confirmed that the payment was through and the order was getting ready but when asked about how many transactions were made, they didnt declare....

For the order cancelled by the restaurant they are not giving the refund.
Worst management, reached customer care, online complain and spoke with restaurant but no use. Only reason is they forgot to cancel the order and now they are asking me take the order when i no longer need the items.
Is it like eat when we prepare or when the user needs you prepare?

Worst is even the customer care people are not responding...

I order pizzas and i didn't get my order. This is happening with me third time. And even refunded money. Worst experience. If you can't deliver food in particular area then please stop taking orders and inform the same before next time not only to me but others also. Even for the last two times the money is not refunded for delivery time more the 30 min, where they mentioned clearly will delivery order before 30 min on site.

The order time promised to deliver 2 pizzas was 0.5 hours, but even after 1 hour it isnt delivered and the customer care arent responding. Also the order tracking status shows the order as not trackable.

Dominos is fraud.

This has happened before with many of my friends but i thought it was fine there would have been some minor glitches, but this actually is a fraud website.
