I placed order at 9.08pm and received order at 10pm,
When we asked delivery boy tejinder for late delivery he said it is a bulk order but actually it was not, bcoz we ordered for pizza mania pizza 5 small pizzas and we had earlier also. Pizza was not at all fresh and it was very hard to chew.
Then we spoke to store manager mr. Nadeem, he also said the same thing.
Both the delivery boy and manger were misbehaving with us.
I want my money back, i am a regular customer of dominos and now i will stop ordering from dominos if i do not get any resolution to this. Pizza ordered from shiv puri branch geeta colony

    I had visited jayanagar domino's and went to the counter to order loaded veg pizza. I told him not to add mushrooms for the pizza but the person in the counter refused that he can't make any changes but at the same time i told him that i have ordered pizza with loaded veg without mushroom alot of times in other branch and they did it for me. He refused that he cannot make any changes.

    The question is i am not asking anything additional toppings for the pizza just told him not to put the mushrooms. Why is all the stores not uniform in serving the customers.in other branches i have asked not to add and they were sweet to oblige and get it done.

    I usually visit domino's for pizza but this time i was not happy and felt very bad by the way they refused it. I am regular customer - [protected] vinay b s and now i have a second thought before going to domino's. Being a loyal customer i suggest you to keep a uniform standards across.

      Respected sir/man,
      I ordered pizzas on the 15 september 2018
      My order amount was 770. I paid it with my debit card.
      The amount 770 was deducted timing 22:43:58
      But the order was not placed somehow.
      I reordered my pizzas by cod option.
      I did get my pizzas on second ordering though i asked the delivery guy about my first order refund, he told me it will be automatically refunded in 15 days.
      It's been 25 days, i checked my bank account there's no refund.
      Please solve this issue asap.

        I placed an order on oct 7 2018 amounting to 576. The money gets deducted from the mobile wallet but the order is never placed. Payment was done through free charge wallet. On calling the serving store, they tell me that the order is not received and they cannot help.

          Dear sir/ mam,
          I ordered from dominos from zomato application dated on 22 september around 9:40. After waiting for 45 minutes we called them and they told us that our order is on the way and still after waiting further for one hour they cancelled our order. We called them then they said your money will be refunded within a week.But even after 15 days we didnt recieved any refund.This is totally injustified with us that neither we got our order at late night waiting for 1 and a half hour and nor our money back. We didnt expected this especially from Dominos. Please look into this matter.

              Dear dominoes pizza
              I recently visited one of your outlet in sector 20 kharghar .there sitting arrangements is totally messed up ..they had some birthday party, we were told not to sit on the particular chair so we sat on another but she came again said this is also reserve so I asked her to put a reserve tag on booked tables .It was quite insulting .
              They use very less cheese in there pizza mania many times I had to returne it .I know pizza mania is not loaded fully with cheese but i have been having this pizza for many years and from different places so I know the proportion of this pizza .
              I request you to please look into this matter .there service is very poor

                I order a pizza on 7th october at 9.04 pm but not was not delivered i was waiting for more than 1 hour and called to the branch (Venkatakrishna road, mandaveli branch) they simple saying will get delivered in 30 mins or else i can cancel refund will be initiated in 7 days, what kind of services very very very bad
                They are giving commitment for 30 mins delivery or free of cost, but they are maintaining the standards, its really bad compare to other pizza companies dominos rating will be in minus.

                  Hi all want to share my experience with domino's pizza chembur branch delivery boy asked us to come out and collect the order. As he says we not deliver pizza in slum area where i requested him there is only one lane to reached. But he refused also his manager ravi gupta taking his side. He also you have to came out and collect this is they delivered the service.
                  Extremely not happy with the service. My order number is 309.

                    I am get the pizza after 45 mints from my order time. And the pizza also cold. It's test also not good. I am ordered two nos of pizza. On farmhouse pizza, the mushrooms are too bad on test. This was disappointed me. And i think it was waste of money. So refund my total amount as soon as possible. The deliver boy also give me a sorry card. So look into this.

                      The amenities of the restaurant are very poor
                      1. Doors are broken
                      2. Order number display is out of order

                        When i went to mumbai i made an order for pizza from dominos for 346 rupees but i didint recevied any confirmation message, when i tried calling customer care they told me that my order has been cancelled andthe refund shall be done within 3 days. But till now they didn't refunded the amount. Transaction id [protected]. Please do something as soon as possible.

                          Irresponsible staff... Freaking out the customers nd blaming customers for their mistake... Placing order by staff without knowing hw to workon...                               I tried placing an order on 26/9/18. I payed using google tez. Tez showed that money is successfully deposited in jubilant ltd's account. But my order was was not confirmed. Its been 10 days now and my rs 444 have not been refunded. I tried calling them but they say they cannot do anything, refund is an automatic process. Our amount 813 rs was deducted from our account but the order confirmation was not received. After calling to dominos they say that they didnt receive the order from our mobile number so they cant do anything. Please refund the money.

                                    I'd like to register a complaint regarding my refund. I paid online for two orders worth rs 314 each (Making the total equal to rs 628) on 24th september, the order failed but the amount was debited both the times. I'd appreciate it if you could refund my balance. According to the text alert, it should've been refunded within a week but it has not been done.

Payment was successful and money was debited. But one of the dominos representative called and informed that there is no stock and we will refund your money and u will get an intimation regarding this. But still now there is no reply

                                        I ordered pizzas worth rs. 1092/- on 30th september, sunday 2018. all the three times we tried to place the order the respone showed payment failed and under it it was written payment successful. we got confused and then called the rajouri garden branch dutta market main road dominos branch which confirmed that the payment was through and the order was getting ready but when asked about how many transactions were made, they didnt declare. since i was not getting any bank updates on my phone thus couldnt cross check. next day on 1st october i went to the OBC bank shivaji enclave to get my pass book updated which showed that 3 transactions took place for the same order. which amounted to RS. 3276/- then i went to dominos where i showed my passbook to gaurav who said was the head of the team of the rajouri garden dominos branch. he told me to wait for sometime as the transaction might get reverted but i told him that the transactions havecleared as it is showing in my passbook and the amount has been deducted from my account. gaurav didnt lodge my complaint and rather told me to come after 10 bank working days and if the problem doesnt get solved then we will lodge a complaint and he even asked me to disclose the trnsaction no. of the 3 transactions. but he did not file any complaint. now my money is stuck and no one is taking or lodging my complaint. please help
