What a pathetic experience. 1.30 he to deliver order!!!
Yesterday I order (unfortunately) pizza for some guest and COLD, Partial & delayed order was delivered after more than 7 to 8 customer call and follow up s. More than one hour I spend to follow up the order. Almost till 11.30 pm was with customer care to find out my order and the missing part of order. After that it's hight- so long follow up first time I got from shop at santosh hall, Pune. That they give me some thing else with same prise at around 11.30 pm when we finish our dinner. What a wrost service this is. I wand my money back which I spend on this cold delayed partial order. If not then I want go ahead with consumers court for this torture.

unfortunately, I didn't received my money back. No one from there side is bothered about the issue I faced. its fraud
No solution- didnt received refund yet. No one is bothered to solve the problem or provide service again the money Domino's charge...
ANy progress? I didnt heard any thing back. No one bothered its seems..

    Hello, i had submitted complaint against my order delayed with dominos regarding the bad service, and was to get call within 48 hrs! Not only this but when called them on phone they simply ignored saying nothing, its 5 days and all is quiet
    I guess jubilant should pay me atleast sorry and remunaration in crores for the insult? Not to laugh, will take this matter up for sure

      I have purchased 2 Dominos Vouchers from LITTLE app worth Rs. 100 each and both have PIN2 code on it.

      It does not have PIN1 and hence I am not able to utilize or Redeem the Vouchers. The expiry is nearing in 8 days (BEFORE 31st may). kindly look into this asap.

      please let me know the result else i need to pursue with consumer court for the same,

      It was quite a chaos of traffic on road . Then suddenly a delivery boy was beside me driving quite roughly on road, hit my mirror and I lost balance.
      I chased him and asked angrily to him to drive carefully . But was rude enough to not to accept his fault. I warned him and then left.

        Ordered pizza at 7:27 pm and there was no update till 8:20 pm. On calling customer executive, they told we will be eligible for free pizza and it will be delivered by 15- 20 mins. Next on calling again they told they will arrange the call with store and then they kept on hold for 10 mins and no update. On calling again they said they will transfer the call to senior executive. And again they kept on hold for 10 mins and then no update. On calling again they transferred the call to senior executive. And they told pizza will be delivered in sometime and it passed 30 mins no update. This is how they are gonna treat their customers.

        My order no is 448 and the time of delivery is 9:34 but we have not received any order and respons from dominion customer care so this behaviour is not good for regular customer. I have recovered all the calls

        Please solve this issue as soon as possible ot
        First delivery takes 1hr and pizza is not baked properly it’s not fresh in taste.

          I ordered a pizza from okhla phase 1 branch on 19th may 2018 through phone call at 10:42 pm and the order number was 345. 3 medium pizza 1 pasta and 1 garlic bread. I got my order at 11:33 pm which is 51 min. So i asked the free because it was over 30 min. But the manager started to explain that it was bulk order that is reason it took so long to deliver. Now is it really a bulk order then dominos is very slow in thier service i guess. Then manager explained me the terms and condition so i told him that y u r explaing me now y he did not explained the same terms when i was placing the order. He said it is mentioned on net as well. Y should i go to internet n read when you people give the tv aid that the delivery time is 30 minutes ir its free the. Very bad from your side. I am not happy with your services. I could nit even eat the pizza because by the time i was eating it got cold because i was on a call with the branch manger. Please take the pizza back. Never expected such a bad experience with yiu people.

          After opening the box the topping was gone the crust and the center was cut and all the topping were not properly placed and the pizza was not cut properly really disgusted by the pizza with no proper placement. It is of serious if Domino's offers such pizzas hardly.. Seriously a waste of money..

            The customer service at dominoes liluah outlet in howrah west bengal india is extremely poor and needs immediate attention. The delivery is always late and the people at the outlet do not answer queries properly. They are sometimes rude. Sometimes they do not even pickup the phone. My last order arrived one and half hours late. I was frustrated as they were not able to tell me the exact status of my order. The executives were so unhelpful and unprofessional.

              I ordered a medium size pizza on 13th may sunday at 9:52 pm and got the sms that it will be delivered in 30 min. After waiting for almost 55 min i got the call saying oven is not working after that they didn't pick up our phone. Your policy says u deliver pizza in 30 min then why our order cancelled after 55 min why not within 30 min??? It is because you dont want to give free pizza as per policy.. Just by calling u save your money. Rediculous

              I tried to complain on toll free they said someone will call me but i was 100 percent sure not to get any call cause its india where customers are not important. You have just made a sight to complain but u dont care to resolve or call your customers.
              Your market is going up cause of customers so respect... Even one customer is important. Customers can bring down your shares i[censored] keep arrogant attitude. Just to save 500 rupees to have spoiled your reputation. I will not leave this issue so easily

                I am rajiv gupta from ahmedgarh district sangrur. I want to file a complaint about mr. Gaurav regarding his unfair behaviour and way of dealing is very poor. He demands different prices for the same quantity for functions. When i talk with him. Everytime he speaks rudely & unexpected behavior. It's my request to you that please take action against him

                  Pizza ordered and paid for at 7:26pm on 13th May, was not delivered till past 9:00pm..I paid Rs. 2039/- for some pizza's

                  After numerous contacts to the customer care, no satisfactory reply. Only consistent message I got was "it's on the way.." but till 9:15, the order nevere arrived.

                  I was still told that the refund would happen within 7 - 10 days..

                  Finally cancelled the order and the screen shot...

                  I have ordered pizza online through zomato and as dominos promised it is to be delivered within 30 minutes but i received my pizza after 40 minutes. On asking for free, delivery boy refused to give it for free stating reason that it is too far, however it takes only 7-10 mins from your store to my house.
                  I want a refund for this.

                      Alright, i placed an order through zomato to order some pizza and breadsticks from laxmi nagar, new delhi dominos pizza. Ordered and accepted the ordered at 10:07pm on sunday, 13th may. Expecting my order at 10:37pm as per their t&c to have delivered ordered within 30 minutes. But these twats never began the work, and they have presumably closed their restaurant now since i havent gotten any response on zomato, nor are they picking up the call on the number provided on google. So, yes. These # need to work their level up, because we’ve been waiting on their order, now all the other restaurants are closed because it’s 11:19pm. Give them a lesson maybe. And i need my fkn order!

                        Dear dominos, let me first tell you that i am a very big fan of veg loaded pizza..
                        Today just like other days me and my friends went to domino's aecs layout outlet. First thing after entering we noticed that the ac wasn't working!!! But still we so wanted to have pizza we ignored it and placed our order - two veg loaded pizza, two burger and one stffed garlic bread.
                        There was a long waiting of 40 mins and we were eagely waiting for the pizza.
                        After receiving the order i realised it was not the loaded pizza rather it was some other regular pizza with jalapeno, tomato and golden corn. There was no mushroom or beans on it. I immediately went to the counter and told them that they have given me a wrong pizza. Instead of accepting the fact, the perspn on the counter said that dominos has changed the toping of veg loaded pizza. I was not ready to believe as that was same as earlier on the menu. But again the person on the counter said - the toping got changed and i can check it online. After checking online also and i found he was lying and when i told him that there is no chamge in the toping of veg loaded pizza he shouted and said - if you dont want the pizza, give it back and take your money back there are other customer waiting!!! Seriously!!! I mean after waiting for 40 mins, he was showing me mony that too when he was completely faulty. Completely unexpected from domino's!!! Worst experience ever!!! The quality of stuffed garlic bread was horrible as well!!!

                          Dear sir,
                          My concern was that i have placed an order in online and the amount for thee order was deducted. I have not got the confirmation from dominos based on that given a call to customer care, which they have given the concerned manager number, mr rahul -[protected], which was given to me and then called he has clearly mentioned that can go to highcourt for this as he is not responsible for any thing and customer care is a fool to give his number. Based on that i have raised the same complaint to customer care of dominos that its a faulty reply from rahul, that as a customer he has clearly degraded me on why i have chosen dominos and big mistake in talking to him. This is not the way to be reacted to any of the customer. My request here is it was a clear case of cheating as per there advertisement hungry he kya, did an order, looted my money and no delivery. When called wrong choice it seems.
                          Customer care has informed that they will return a call back it seems which i havnt received yet and no hope in that to escalate the same to their management.
                          My concern is not about my money, but any other person who is getting this kind of response should not be followed and i request to ban the sales of dominos in online.
                          Kindly take this matter very seriously as the manager rahul is ready to go for high court for this matter and i want the same opinion, as if there is no responsible person for a company to run across and loot money, then its of a case of cheating and fraud.
                          Filing a case based on it.

                              Hi sir iam rajesh, we ordered pizza online today afternoon 11:35am today, branch at no:51 gandhi road/mudichur road. Money was detected in my account, but we did not receive any confirmation by email / phone.
                              We called that branch, they said will send confirmation again and food will delivered in another 30min. But until not received yet, i don’t know why they are lying.

                                I have ordered two domino's regular size pizza of worth rs. 208 through the online app on 12th may 2018. I have paid for it from my paytm wallet. The money was deducted from my account but the order was not placed. Billdeskfoodi order number is #npt[protected] and my wallet taxation id is [protected].

                                Therefore, i request you to refund my money as soon as possible.

                                  Hello,

                                  This is to keep you posted on the experience i had with your service.

                                  Had placed order from website on 12.05.18 at 6pm. Order was placed from your website and payment was made by credit card. Order delivery was shown as 30 minutes.

                                  Even after one hour from order time, i didn't receive the delivery nor delay update from the store. To check on the delivery, called your customer care centre and your team took 40 mins to register my complaint and cancel the order.

                                  Is this the way you handle customers. Your quoting that order will be delivered within 30 mins which didn't happen and your customer care took more time than your delivery time to cancel the order.

                                    The pizza was less in size... The quantity of cheese was not up to the mark.. The base of the pizza was not as soft as it should be.
                                    All these things were informed earlier to the staff before placing the order but unfortunately there was no response.
                                    This informtion was given to mr. Rakesh and he told us that he'll get us a new fresh pizza, but he didn't.
                                    This was the main reason of this complaint.

                                      Such a big organisation is not even having way to communicate that order is not taken. Worst dominos!
