I'm around 55 yrs old female & i called domino's to deliver me garlic bread with cheeze & 2 small bottle of pepsi but cashier said he doesn't deliver below than 300 rs. Is it true...? I have not seen any such messages on domino's website nor on advertisements in tv. So why did the cashier refused to deliver the garlic bread. Is that how do you give service to old citizen...? My home is only 5 minutes away from domino's (Gillco complex, sas nagar).

I called customer care centre of domino's & they said the same but i want to ask that if domino's can't deliver the order less than 300 rs so why is not the same mentioned in domino's website...?

    I have ordered pizza at JP Nagar 5th phase, Bangalore at 9.10 pm on 27 April 2018. The concern lady took my order and confirmed my Bagalore address against my register number ( order number was 187). I was looking for medium size pizza with cheese burst but she suggested to take two small size pizza with cheese burst, which will cost me 449. I said ok... please take the order. I waited for 1 hour 15 mins and called the branch again. I tried them for several times and at last on my 6th call a lady picked and said we are shortage of people, maam your pizza will reach in 10 mins and again i waited for 15 mins and after loosing my patient and again I called them.. as usual i tried atleast for 8 times after that again a lady picked the call and said maam so and so person has left with your order, will be reaching in 5 mins and again I waited for another 10mins. I called the customer care number and that also one of the male excutive after hearing the incident he kept my call hold for 10 mins and that was end of my patient. I called again at customer care and explained the same incident again to other executive and at last he replied maam your order has been cancelled as your Bangalore address is not reflecting in our system..This is how you treat to your regular customer. I was not first time customer of JP nagar 5 phase...stop hiring such an unprofessional people...casual attitude is not acceptable in food industry. Please look into the matter.. otherwise you will start loosing customer. I want a apology from the staff member of JP nagar 5 phase.

      Its more than 1 month for a proper response : Concern ref #5016042 : We placed an order on the 31st of March online which was delayed for more than 2 hours . It was very disappointing that the party had to be cancelled and kids had to go hungry. I called the customer care the same night and was given the number of the store manager and branch number. But they did not pick the call / return the call.

      From that night on I have been following up to get my refund back which I paid online with my credit card. It’s very disappointing to note that I had to explain this situation more than 10 times and each time I have been given a promise of refund within next few hours. Its more than 8 days still the money is yet to be refunded back... worst case the Store manager (Pavani ) gives me a call today and says there is no way they can refund the amount and the only option is to get the Pizza delivered. This is quite different to what your customer care representative stated ... So again, Domino's name is at stake where your representatives don't care about what they say and what they do. I am at this stage hoping that you will be able to take a strict action against this branch of yours and refund the amount to my account at the earliest.

        Hi, i ordered 2 regular pizza, total worth ₹292 using dominos website on 25th april, 2018 at around 6:38 pm. I made the payment via freecharge with transaction i'd - y9qgirgpienhkt_[protected]_1. The amount has been deducted and a pop up was displayed on dominos page that payment is successful. Unfortunately, i did not get any message or mail from dominos regarding order confirmation or even order i'd. I did not even get the pizza i ordered. I want the money to be refunded. Please let me know if i need to follow some other procedure.

            Can you please let know when will I get my refund. Please talk to Suresh, he is a store manager at Dominos Shekh Sarai Branch, he refused to get any money by PayTm, which is a sheer lie.His phone # is [protected] talk to him in a strong manner only then he will agree.I need a solution sir, it's my hard earned money.Im again sending you pictures just to make you believe that I paid Dominos India ₹ 257 through PayTm & the payment transaction ID is [protected].Please its a humble request request please help me to get my money back.Aruna is my mother's name which paytm has mentioned in the mail, reason for that is from her PayTm a/c I made the payment.Please call me Sir /Mam.

            Hi,
            The above statements are sent by Consumer Forum.The complaint number is 70441.I've been harassed by you people I ordered that Pizza on my Birthday.I've also asked to add a compensation for this harassment + your fake things that you called and all. I've lodged a complaint, Consumer asked me to mail you and tell you the complaint # personally and officially you will be receiving a Notice within 7working days from the Consumer Forum. Reference # of my issue which you sent through SMS is Ref #s are 5166790, 5164292. Nobody called me, nobody emailed me to resolve the issue but now its too, I want compensation + the money which I sent through PayTm by the name of Aruna. Sheikh Sarai branch always deliver my pizza, I had a word with your store manage Mr Suresh and I've added his name in my complaint he was not cooperating didn't reply and when I asked him about my order he checked and very slowly he said Medium Margarita and in 2seconds he changed his statement he lied on my face. I need Compensation and my Money.

                I had ordered a pizza from cambrige road restaurant on 23/4/18 at 09.15 pm (order no 197).. after about 25 minutes a lady from the restaurant called me and told in an utterly unethical way that the delevery will be late by another 30 minutes.. so, i asked whether i can claim the " 30 min or free " offer.. so she threatens me to cancel the order or just wait for the pizza.. as i have already aid for the pizza through an online wallet, i couldnt cancel the pizza... i got my pizza delivered after 50 minutes. This incident cause me much mental agony.

                  I ordered some pizzas today morning online.
                  Order confirmed, money also deducted from my account and then after few minutes i got a call that dominos can't deliver your order at your place because it has changed stored or not delivered in my area now. Can u belive this u can't deliver in rail bazaar, kanpur arghh really surprised. Dominos had delivered many times there only.
                  So i just want ask what about your quality and customer relations and values?

Dominoes guy's chairperson and all staffs seme on you guys why you people are make a fool to customer. If you want money without any work go to temple with bowl and take money from people directly it's very easiest way to collecting money from people. Shame on you dominos

                      I always liked dominos pizza. But now a days company has a strange policy to not giving ketchup with the Delivary. So I want to remind company that pizza is best served with Tomato Ketchups. Home delivery is the only reason I m ordering pizza. Or else there are many Orion to dine out actually. But i[censored] deliver the pizza without ketchups that just doesn’t make sense. I don’t know what kind of cost cutting are u doing but u r going in the bad books of food lover like me. N especially who have been loyal to Dominos. I don’t think ₹2 ketchup packets worth to risk reputation. Hope u get well soon!

                      The pizza in India is an average quality food due to lack of serious competition, although better street varieties can be found at places.

                      The attitude of staff needs education in customer service as it is still seen as a "favor" to a paying customer by them at the counter

                      Further, policy of Dominos India to charge for a tomato sachet is regressive to lifting service levels and upscaling themselves as a food company

                          Hi koushal here went to dominos on wedneaday which is 18 april in richmond town and ordered pizza at 10.29 pm one was golden corn and other was bbq chicken i got my order at 10.43 and on my table i repeat on my table der was chilly flacks, origami and ketchup was der on my table i didn't go pick it from counter nor other table beacuse the restaurant maintenance team dey have nt sealed the ketchup bottel correctly wen i pour the ketchup it completely ruined my pizza so dominos team told will replace the pizza and took the pizza at 10.45 and got back the pizza at 11.15 when i raised my voice y is the delay they r blaming me without der permission i have used the ketchup wen i again raised it was there mistake dat ketchup was on my table that person holding my pizza took my pizza inside and sent someone else and that person is coming and saying will refund ur monday back i don't even take that money nor the pizza so wat is the solution

                            Hi dominos,

                            I had placed the below mentioned order on the dominos website and witnessed the rep on the customer care front abusing me.

                            Firstly, i never got an order confirmation call after placing the order online, once i got a call, the person who called me stated that he wanted to know my address for delivery. I guided him with the address and i told him that i do not have the cash in handy and would have to go to a near by atm, hence requested for a atm machine... He stated that he would not be able to do so, later he passed the call to a so called store manager who was not ready to give his name.. After forcing him to provide his name, he stated that his name is "suresh", which i am not sure whether he gave the correct name.

                            I told the store manager that the near by atm is 1 km away from my place, he asked me to come to the dominos center and make the payment.. Then i told him to sent me a link such that i can make the payment online, like the way i used to do when in kolkata and pune.. The store manager replies that he cannot do that even as this is bang lore. Then, i told the store manager to cancel the existing order that was placed but do not do away with the pizza as i would be ordering the same order online such that i can make the online payment.. Now, the store manager rudely tells me that why did i make the order when i dont have money!!! Post this when i asked him to cancel the order such that i can place a same one again and make the payment online, he calls me a # and disconnects the phone..

                            When i asked him"do you even know whom are you talking too and how can his behavior impact his job, he says that he is talking to a customer"". I am a manager at wipro for ites service. I had always considered dominos to be one of the best in customer service.. This is first time, i landed to bangalore and tried placing an order at dominos in bang lore and to my surprise, this is the worst customer service experience i had in my 15 years of career... Earlier, i considered airlines provide pathetic customer service, now i finally realize that dominos customer service at banglore is worse than a tea shop outside corporate offices.

                            If dominos hires such representatives and pays them to be store managers, then i will ensure that everyone i know is aware of this and does not order via this store...

                            I will have this posted on the official website for coporates on yammer such too..

                            I do not want you guys to come back to me with a discount coupon or free pizza... I have enough money to pay for it.. But i would surely want to hear the action taken against this so called store manager,...

                              We order our 6 pizzas at 7:21 pm exact and the order arrived at 8:52 pm they don't want to give us the late remarks and no discounts too
                              The delivery guy just came and simply went away just like that.
                              The were abusing within each other and didn't want to take blame for themselves at all.
                              The delivery boy doesn't even have a phone and the person at the store is blaming us as our phone isn't working we took his number but his number is switched off because he doesn't even have a phone.

                                I ordered 2 pizzas online for my cousin on his birthday who lives in rajabazar, patna. The bill was ₹208 inclusive of taxes. Neither was the order delivered, nor did i get a communication of any kind on whether the order was cancelled. Money was deducted from my account. This is highly irresponsible on your account and i demand an immediate refund, i doubt if i’ll be ordering from dominos again. Their customer care number is not reachable and no response was received from their customer care email either.

                                        Greetings. We ordered 55 non veg pizza burgers and 25 veg prem pizza burgers two days back which is to be delivered on[protected].
                                        The filling quantity and quality is very bad when they delivered. Our employees not satisfied what we supplied to them.
