Hi, today (13.04.18) i placed an order for pizza and payed 208rs through paytm
At paytm txn#[protected] and billdeskfood1order id is lpt[protected].
But there was no order confirmation from domino's nor got any mail confirmation so i want the refund to my paytm wallet asap. Very disappointed with domino's online order. Kindly initiate the refund process

    I made a payment to dominos pizza for 659/- rupees which was deducted thru “billed desk food 1” dated april12th, 2018
    At 6pm. But dominos manager said that there was no payment made and the order was to paid thru cod. The manager named “rahul” for phase 10 mohali branch had said.

    Twice the payment had been made for a single order. Paytm too had said that the payment had successfully gone thru and can’t be reversed.

    I want a refund for the paytm transaction.

    The amount paid was659/- rupees. Thru paytm as well as COD. I hv uploaded screenshots of the paytm receipt.

      I ordered two (Cheese burst) pizza from dominos but they delivered completely ice cold and almost no cheese, i want to complain customer care they solve complaint and promise me next time you order dominos give you on free cheese burst pizza. Today i order to call manager he says me i don't know and treat me rudely discount my call. I share all order details etc. So manager says me i don't get you free pizza. It's dominos services!!

      I call to customer care head office & share full order details & complaint logs. She not able not help me! Say a call to the restaurant, so dominos make me fool and fake promise to me.

        Dominos called me and asked to cancel the order... Is it a joke? He is saying no delivery boys are ready to come to your area. Is it my problem??? Why are you entertaining such restaurants as open and assure delivery within 45mins... I have call record's and i'll upload it to higher management and the public too so that they will come to know the truth if you believe swiggy and dominos you will end up with empty stomach!!!

          I had placed the order number # 315 on Saturday, 7th April .While paying using Paytm wallet, transaction was not successful and also Paytm balance did not show the amount deducted so again paid using Payzapp and transaction was successful. But later, after 2-3 hrs, got message from Paytm saying amount was paid for Dominos. I checked with Paytm customer care and they told since from their side transaction was successful so amount is deducted and have told me to get confirmation form Dominos. I have already sent the email but have not got any response after 2 days.

          Another issue that I got my order after 2 hrs but did not get any discount.
          So in short, I had to paid double the amount of my bill and even after getting my order so late, did not get any discount.

            This is regarding my last order i placed on 6th april 2018, friday.

            I made payment through paytm. Money was deducted from my paytm wallet. But i didn't get any confirmation mail and order was not placed.

              I want to know the structure of delivery because it's more than 1 hour pizza had not delivered . when asked by the service man on the phone line tell the exact time he said 5-10 min and 1 hour had passed and also not receiving the phone call

                Domino's (Santosh nagar branch) is not wiling to deliver the order placed for which online payment is already done.
                Having spoken to representative and manager i received adamant response from them saying they stopped serving badangpet area.
                We have been regularly availing service from the same outlet but this time it was all of a sudden surprise.
                You cannot setup a food outlet and not serve the order.
                Branch manager's name is sandeep dasari.
                Please take action against him and do give some genuine solution for such problems.

                  We ordered 1 medium mexican green pizza (Cheese burst), 1 garlic bread plain with cheesy dip. However, the garlic bread which was delivered to us was stuffed garlic bread and also we found a hair in our pizza.
                  Also, the delivery boy delivered the order later than 30 mins, when asked for free order he said talk to to the manager i don’t know anything. And in the bill it is clearly mentioned it was plain garlic bread however we got stuffed garlic bread. Our order no. Is 571 dated april, 8 2018. The order was delivered from sector 14 gurgaon outlet. When called at the sector 14 outlet they asked us to register a complaint. Hope to see a quick revert.

                    Hello sir,
                    I am amash ashraf ordered pizza at gaya, bihar. They keep me on hold to reconfirm my address to deliver and they assure me to deliver within 30 min and my order no. Was 39.

                    After 25 min delivery boy mr. Deepak called me in very mannerless way and lastly said "i just not deliver at your place but deliver (New godown) 300 mtr nearest place of yours"

                    It was very worst experience with domino's employee behaviour and services which made me feel ashamed of a consumer.

                    Which effected as mental harrasment as well as my valuable time consuming including psychological impact of behaviour.

                    Hope you will consider my issue on management skill, customer satisfaction as well as organisational responsibilities and behaviour towards consumers and resolve it as soon as possible.

                      I made an order on dominos website and did payment through SBI Net banking of Rs 333. After payment I wasn't redirected to the dominos page or didn't receive any mesages of order confirmation. But the amount has been deducted from my account to dominos payment account and the transaction ID for payment is [protected]IGADHCP0W2
                      I further called them to enquire and they said that it's not their problem and to Ask the bank. And the bank says it's not their issue. Dominos have to do the refund. This kind of issue has never happened with me before. I am highly disappointed and don't know what to do about it. Hence I hope filing a complaint might help me.

                        I ordered piza from dominoz but they dilvered piza after two hr and piza was completely ice cold and almost no chease i want to complian this but nobody picup my phone even i call sevral time to custmoer care even they do not solve my proble they also tryied to call same resutorent but nobody pickup the phone

                          I had placed order from online...I used freecharge wallet for payment...amount deducted from Debit card...got msg from freecharge paid successful to Dominos merchant...but didn't get any response from Dominos then I called them to confirm the order they said they didn't recieved my order...then where my amount gone...I placed for home delivery from kengeri satellite town...I want my refund amount of rs 344...Dominos don't cheat like this

                              I placed an order with Dominos online for pizza, garlic bread, stuffed garlic bread, veg taco, veg burger and cheese dip(one each). Placed order at 1952 and received a confirmation. On track your order, it claimed that Vinod was on his way to deliver the order. At 2110 called up helpline and was told the order was on its way and would be delivered in 05 to 10 min. Called up help line at 2124 and again I was told the same thing by Abhishek who also gave me Green Park store number which no one picked up despite repeated calls. I called up help line again but no change. I posted a message on feedback to cancel the order at 2130 after waiting for one hour 40 min. While we were leaving for dinner at 2155 the order was received. The order was delivered by a boy Tapan Mandala (not Vinod as stated on the website for one hour). The worst was yet to come. On checking the order we discovered that despite the bill stating otherwise Veg Taco and Cheesy dip was missing. The boy did not warn us about the shortfall. He claimed that he brought the food within 05 minutes of being handed over the order. When we opened the order, it was cold which confirms that the boy did not tell us the truth. We paid the bill after deduction of the missing items. He was clueless about the gst charged extra which should have been made. It is evident that it was a poor service from Dominos and totally avoidable. What is sad is the reply to the feedback which said someone will call back in 24 hrs. So much for customer satisfaction being very important

                                I had placed an order with dominos pizza on 6th april 2018. Order number was 178. Post the acceptance of the order after about 20 minuets i got a call from dominos kompally branch telling me that they will not deliver the order as it was outside their delivery boundaries. I told them that i had placed the order entering my complete address and it the website accepted the order. But they were stubborn in not delivering. I then spoke with chandu who said he was the manager. His employee is is 453326. He also straight away said they will not deliver. And will cancel the order, and he did it. I wanted to speak to chandu’s manager but he said he is not available and gave me a number which is not available. Number he gave was for sai kumar and the number given was : [protected]. I have issues with a couple of things:
                                1) why does the website accept the orders outside delivery bound, even after entering the complete address.
                                2) why can’t the staff as a goodwill gesture deliver the order just 1 km ahead out of their bound since it is a mistake of their website and not the customer.
                                3) why does the refund takes 7 days.
                                4) why does the staff talks in a way as if they are giving the food for free.
                                5) they carry an attitude of you do anything but we will not change and nothing can be done to us even i[censored] complaint.
                                I would appreciate answers to my issues and would want to see some actions to be taken. If such appalling behaviour continues i’m sure a lot of people will stop ordering from dominos.

                                  Had been following up with dominos for the last 8 days w. R. T my e voucher activation but in vein. Also, the team hasnt been responding to my email queries. Though the team claimed that i would receive a call through a msg i haven’t received any yet
                                  I have been trying to use these since a long period; calling up their customer care on every occasion has been unsuccessful as i haven’t been able to use these yet.in the beginning they had stopped accepting these vouchers and now when it has started it says these are deactivated. I have checked the balance an expiry and both are valid. Waste of time and money by dominos.

                                      It was getting really late and i called for enquiry. The person on the phone replied badly.
                                      I then had to go to the store personally to get my order and received it exactly at 9:45pm. This is really unexpected. I hope i get refunded for this situation.

                                        You people are most irresponsible in commitments and you make customers fool in boosting about your 30 minute delivery tagline.
                                        It is just a gimmick that you people use.
                                        My order no 258 on your app has taken more than an hour where on final order confirmation you people have boaste of 30 minutes delivery.
                                        When contacted on your toll free number he says that 4 pizza order is a bulk delivery order so we cannot gauranteed 30 min delivery.
                                        Do you people sell 10-20 pizza only pan world a day so this is a bulk order.
                                        He also says that they inform this verbally and app doesn't have this feature, is your company a roadside shop that had such app which is so sluggish.
                                        My suggestion that you close from india and get lost.
