I have a placed a prepaid order through online app on 21/03/18 and 687/- order no98 and it was accepted by the outlet kadugofi branch.. After 30 minutes they called and informed that product would not be delivered since it's out of delivery... They said they will send cancellation message.. But they didn't do... After 2 days i raised a complaint to guest care and they called me and said refund processed and will be reverted within 4 days but still i didn't get any amount.. Again i am sending mails but no response meanwhile i m getting message like we tried to call you but unable to reach.. Why should i when i didn't receive a single call from dominos.. Its quite disgusting experience.. When will i get refund.. Being a regular customer i m annoyed with the person who spoke with me and also about the tough time i m having with you people to get 687/-... When are you going to refund or respond

Chennai Nolambur outlet - went for a dine in with family on 27th march 2017 at around 9 pm.

Tables were not cleaned. Pizzas were made with bare hands.

No good response when complained at the counter

    Dear team,

    This is to inform you that i prachi kaushal ordered for pizzas on 02/04/2018 through app and paid through net banking but my order id was not generated and my amount 949/- was deducted from my bank account. On calling the customer care number they said that we have stopped home delivery.
    This is totally wrong, after deducting my money customer care says we have stopped giving home delivery.
    The number from where i ordered is [protected] and location is holy cross road, i. C. Colony borivali west mumbai.
    I received a message from my bank mentioning pca: [protected]:dominos53744.

    Kindly help me getting my amount refund.

    This happened on date[protected] time 01:51:07 PM, I tried to order pizza online but as soon the paytm payment was paid, I was redirected to Dominos page and suddenly I got "your order has been canceled, please try other payment options". I am worried because when the payment fails I usually get the refund notice, but not this time.

      Very very very very poor service in dominish
      I tried to place an orde by contacting the store more than 10 times but no one responded again some one pick the call they took my number and disconnecte

      I also tried in website but cound not about to do that

      Also i tried contacting the store manager nivin for 16 time but he did not respond

      I have never see such a service before

      I also visited the store directly i was in store for 1 hour but doubt not able to meet the manager

      I again get the order and told them to deliver to my address but they told they count not deliver

      I came back home in heavy rain without getting pizza

        Hii this is ravi charan lingamneni. I ordered a few items on the 1st of april using the app in vijayawada but the order was unsuccessful and the money was deducted from my debit card. My order was as follows. I ordered one 5 peppers pizza and one chicken fiesta pizza using one of your offers which was order 2 pizzas for ₹299 each. So the grand total of my order was ₹628 inclusive of all taxes. Yesterday i ordered the pizzas at around 9:15 pm. So please look to that i get my refund amount as soon as possible.

          I had ordered a pizza through dominoes online and made the payment through freecharge wallet, the amount of rs. 418 got deducted from my wallet but the order got unsuccessful. I made the complaint about this to dominoes and they said the amount will be refunded within 10 days but after 10 days when the amount didn't got refunded to my freecharge wallet then they started making excuses. Till now i have not got my money back.

            Dominos pizza dharwad (Karnataka)... We have given them order at 1:30 on 2/4/2018 but they have delivered the pizza at 2:1 the tagline says 30min or free delivery they didn't keep up there tagline... It's really awkward to face such situations by a recognised company soo called dominos. They also said there tagline doesn't apply for all orders.. Is it true? Because the distance between domino's n ordered place is within 3km. Please try to keep up your words.. Dominos pizza is a recognised company but they have failed to keep up there words... If asked about the matter they said time was right which was not true

              Placed an order at 12.20 a. M
              1. They sent the order on wrong address
              2. The delivery boy assured me that he will be deliver the pizza on right address but he didn't showed up
              3. Customer care confirmed me about the address it was there mistake not mine
              4. I called domino's many times (40..45times approx) but they didn't answerd
              5. I tried to contact delivery boy he answered once only after 2.30 hrs (I was keep on calling)
              6. I called many times to domino's sec-110 (Customer service gave me the no.) then received a call from them that they will deliver the pizza
              7. At 3.12 a. M finally i received the order, which was 2 hard and cold pizzas and that's really not acceptable
              8. I have ordered pizzas before then why all this happened
              I paid for those pizzas and bad attitude which i received from domino's executives/delivery boy/staff which is really disappointing
              I have choose not to order from domino's again

              It's sad to know that the product/food you like or prefer has such kind of customer care services
              Now I will never gonna trust you guys and will not order anything from you and I will share this bad experience with my all friends relatives and colleagues.

                I have ordered a barbecue pizza from dominos khanna, punjab, i ask them to deliver it to near by place but they didn't call me in 30 minutes nd when i call back they said they can't deliver you have to come and pick by urself as i ask him that they should hve told me that when i ordered the pizza. Worst experience ever from your company and worst customer service so disappointed it was.

                    Hi,

                    I am deeply hurt while writing this mail. I placed an order online for a pizza and a garlic breadstick at bangalore, electronics city outlet.

                    After 22 minutes i get a call from a lady from dominos stating that they are cancelling my order as it is out of their delivery area. My society is listed in your website. How can it be outside the delivery area and that too after 22 minutes.

                    She handed over the phone to the manager of the branch. Now this guy doesn't know how to talk to customers. When i told that my guests are waiting for the pizza and i will complaint he told that he doesn't care about any complaints and he will cancel the order. "do whatever you want" was his statement.

                    I am a regular customer for past more than 5 years. But now i move to pizza hut as you guys are providing goons more than service.

                    I really doubt how can you make such a person manager of the branch. Shame on dominos. Will never order again.

                    My order number was 304 for bangalore electronics city branch.

                    My money is also not refunded.

                      Hi domino's team,

                      I was always been a superfan of domino's pizza and always preferred domino's over any other pizza outlet because of it's awesome pizza and the customer eccentric service.

                      However, on 17th march which is a special day for me as it's my birthday. So, have chosen to have domino's pizza. But it turned out to my worst decision of the day and more than enough to make it horrible experience of the birthday.

                      Me and my friend reached domino's outlet at aecs layout, kundanlhaali, bengaluru at 22:50 ist. We were just chatting and having fun which one to take for tonight. When we were ready to order the pizza, domino's executive denied the order by saying 'it's 23:01 now and we are closed now'. We requested to please take the order as we are in front of counter from past 10 mins and we are sorry as we didn't noticed the time. Also, we got furious inside that they can say us that please make the order quick as we are about to close. However, he was just been numb and looked like he was waiting for us to pass the 11'o clock window to deny the order.

                      We wanted to speak with the manager and explain the situation. However, he didn't showed anytime on our request also. Then, that counter executive went inside and after sometime he agreed that he will take our order. But, again comes the twist in the story. He denied the order by card, we asked him why. But again no answers except the straight denial with some false reason. Again he went inside and said either pay by cash or don't order. Then, we said 'ok, will pay by cash'. Again, he went inside and came back in 30 seconds with the denial 'we can't take order, we are closed'.

                      Till now, we are really pissed off by the irritating and horrifying experience of domino's. Manager is not showing up for no reason and counter executive is just doing round trip of inside room. Then, we again asked him to bring the manager here as we wanted to speak with him. But no one is giving a damn attention and everyone left the counter. For sometime everyone left the counter. Finally one nice guy came to rescue us and said 'ok, will take the order'. Finally order been taken through cash payment.

                      Now, comes the worst pizza ever part here. We ordered the two cheese burst pizza. But what we get was the worst pizza ever. I want to ask domino's 'just pouring a slice of cheese over an uncooked pizza with no toppings makes it nice cheese burst pizza???'. Also, request you please have a close look at pizza pics and then you will get to know and can judge yourself why this pizza been referred as the world worst pizza.

                      Request your kind attention in this matter. And please request you to take proper action to avoid any inconvenience and humiliation to any other domino's customer.

                        Your people out at old airport road is very pathetic and very arrogant. When tried to come down to the restruant they came to beat me.. It that a way to treat to the customer??? Every time this is happening and i want you to take the strict action against sravan raj and parul. These people are very arrogant and very rude and threatning me.. I was about to call police then store manager kamleashan came in between to resolve the issue.. But i am very dissappointed that this is happend and i sware i will never ever go to dominos again.. Also i ordered cheese burst pizza but there was no cheese at all... This is an ongoing issue... So now decided i will never ever go with you guys

                          I lokesh kumar order 2 pizza dt 29/03/2018 order no.154 (Bill copy enclosed), the delivery was expected in 30 min, but it was late and also not up to the mark as expected from domino's, so i complaint about this and the executive told me that the new pizza was delivered but only on the condition that the previous pizza had to be returned, i told him that some of the slice was eaten then he forced me to stop my guest to eat the pizza and returned that then only he will provide me the new delivery, i feel so humiliated in front of my guest when i have to take back the pizza from their hand and return back to the delivery boy. The order was late, not up to mark the fault from domino's side and i have to pay for this in terms of humiliation, it was not expected from domino's, and i think in future i have to go for pizza hut rather than domino's.

                            Dear yesterday i visited your dominos near elite crossing jhansi, i ordered 1 regular pizza bu pnr makhani parcel.
                            They charge 12 rs. For a carry bag, it's ok i m also in favour of eco-friendly and finally i paid 306 rupees. After getting my order i saw their is no ketchup pouch, seasoning, chilling, tissue paper etc. Then i said please give those essential thing then the guy said, sir we charge for everything, a single pouch of kechup is also chargeable if you want to eat here then these things are available on the table but we are not giving it in parcel.
                            Then my question is is it a new rule is coming in dominos please clarify.

                            Dominos Arderly Bazar Varanasi is charging for paper bag and ketchup sachet. As far as I know, pizza is not eatable without ketchup and pepper garnish, then why these are charged extra? The bill is attached herewith for ready reference. Kindly resolve issue at the earliest.

                              I ordered pizza on 3rd march. It was delivered after 1 hour and the pizzas were fully cooled. It was the worst pizza i ever had. When we called the outlet they told us that they will refund 300 rs. But still we havnt received any money. Also, the employees at outlet are not giving a proper response when i called them 2 times for refund of money.
                              I expect a proper response as soon as possible.

                                I have ordered pizza on 26th march, 18 through website and amount was payed through online, when i haven't got ordered till one hour, i call back to dominos again and they refused to give order, they replied that they haven't received any order with my number, i have paid 523 amount, this is 2nd time i am facing issue with dominions, i have attached screenshot for the same, 2 times amount has been deducted, the payment mode was different both the time, highlighted in the photo attached

                                  gift card not working and still deactivated

                                  Had been following up with dominos for the last 8 days w. R. T my gift card activation but in vein. Also, the team has stopped responding to my email queries. Though the team claimed the activation processed as per the last email but still the card is under deactivated state and not working.

                                  This has led me enter into an embarrassing situation and beach of trust completely from dominos, was unable to order the pizza on my father's...

                                  I had ordered pizza from dominos from mobile app n it stated that ull win movie vouchers if you order from mobile. My bill amount was over 1000 still i got no vouchers. Also the cheeseburst pizza had no cheese in it and delivery was after 30 mins to which they dint gave me free pizza as per their policy.

                                  I wany my movie vouchers immediately.
                                  Please take some strict actions against this

                                  Penalise them heavily so they dont loot customers. Refund my money back or give me free movie vouchers. Dominos is chor dont order from it.

                                  Still no movie vouchers received. What are u guys also doing. U have also become corrupt like them. How is customer gonna re gain faith in you. Kitna paisa khaya dominos se tum logo ne. I want this matter to be taken seriously n give me my movie vouchers. Consumer complaints sucks.

                                    I ordered pizzas from domino's pizza and i paid through paytm. My transaction got strucked between paytm and domino's. Now paytm is saying that they forwarded the transaction and domino's is saying they didn't get any cash now what should i have to do now. I am a student and now i don't know how i am gonna get my cash back. I get limited cash only from home and now that cash also gets away

                                      Borivali west branch order no 196, dated 22nd march 2018. I very happily ordered two medium sized pizzas and after waiting for 30mins when i saw the orders 197 and 200 getting delivered but not mine i checked with the executive and she informed me mistakely she didn't handover a copy in the kitchen and said sorry and asked to wait dor 2mins. I waited for 10mins and got a call from dominoz delivery guy saying he is waiting outside my office but i had not ordered any delivery i said. Then i checked with the executive again and she said she is really sorry and called the delievery guy back to dominos. We waited for 10more minutes and the executive had no courtesy to check with us why has it not been delievered yet and when the order did not come up i left. I did not get any refund. I ask dominos for a compensation for disturbing my peace of mind along with the eligible refund
