gift card not working and still deactivated

Had been following up with dominos for the last 8 days w. R. T my gift card activation but in vein. Also, the team has stopped responding to my email queries. Though the team claimed the activation processed as per the last email but still the card is under deactivated state and not working.

This has led me enter into an embarrassing situation and beach of trust completely from dominos, was unable to order the pizza on my father's...

I had ordered pizza from dominos from mobile app n it stated that ull win movie vouchers if you order from mobile. My bill amount was over 1000 still i got no vouchers. Also the cheeseburst pizza had no cheese in it and delivery was after 30 mins to which they dint gave me free pizza as per their policy.

I wany my movie vouchers immediately.
Please take some strict actions against this

Penalise them heavily so they dont loot customers. Refund my money back or give me free movie vouchers. Dominos is chor dont order from it.

Still no movie vouchers received. What are u guys also doing. U have also become corrupt like them. How is customer gonna re gain faith in you. Kitna paisa khaya dominos se tum logo ne. I want this matter to be taken seriously n give me my movie vouchers. Consumer complaints sucks.

    I ordered pizzas from domino's pizza and i paid through paytm. My transaction got strucked between paytm and domino's. Now paytm is saying that they forwarded the transaction and domino's is saying they didn't get any cash now what should i have to do now. I am a student and now i don't know how i am gonna get my cash back. I get limited cash only from home and now that cash also gets away

      Borivali west branch order no 196, dated 22nd march 2018. I very happily ordered two medium sized pizzas and after waiting for 30mins when i saw the orders 197 and 200 getting delivered but not mine i checked with the executive and she informed me mistakely she didn't handover a copy in the kitchen and said sorry and asked to wait dor 2mins. I waited for 10mins and got a call from dominoz delivery guy saying he is waiting outside my office but i had not ordered any delivery i said. Then i checked with the executive again and she said she is really sorry and called the delievery guy back to dominos. We waited for 10more minutes and the executive had no courtesy to check with us why has it not been delievered yet and when the order did not come up i left. I did not get any refund. I ask dominos for a compensation for disturbing my peace of mind along with the eligible refund

        Thankyou dominos for giving me a stalker.
        I thought there was a customer policy at dominos.
        When the guy stalking me said that he got my name and address from dominos.
        So i called up the store i ordered online from yesterday. And gave them the number asking the details of the person who ordered it. They gave me the complete details with name and address.

          We have purchased vouchers from Little App as attached:

          But these were disabled from Dominos app due to some techno-operational issues (as communicated to us by Little). Dominos has been doing promises to resolve the issues but have not been able to resolve from last 5 months.

          I have called customer care, written emails to their email ids but without any resolution. All i hear is apologies from their side and a promise that this case would be resolved but not sure when.

          First off fall they don't have food safety. And they don't know how tho talk with customer. Customer is giving money how they r surving like this product...
          I have ordered pizza online on 12th march, 18 at 11 pm at Gurgaon DLF phase and did payment through my hdfc debit card of total amount 522, but after 30 min i received call from store he was saying that it will take 45 min from now. Then i told him to cancel the order. But till now i didnt get any refund of that. order number 277.

              Yesterday at 12:30pm i ordered two medium pizza on domino's pizza site and i apply the paytm wallet mode for the payment transaction.
              But the order is not confirmed by the site and it deducted 628 rupee from my paytm wallet.
              Now when i call to the domino's pizza i. P mughal mall mughalsarai, (Where did i wanted to place my order and the shop of the domino's pizza is also there in mughlasarai in ip mughal mall mughalsarai) they directly denied that there is no order regarding my mobile number.
              When i told them whole thing and ask him to give me a denied mail which i send to paytm to refund my deducted amount, but they directly refused it to give me a mail regarding to there is no order is feeded by me on there shop.
              And when i told him to i'm going to complaint against you then he start talking in very bad abusive way.

                Amt paid rs. 299 (After gst), store - upper ground floor, plot no:85, survey no: 103 /1, serilingampally village, near gulmohar park, ranga reddy district, hyderabad, telangana 500019

                On saturday, march 17th, i had place this order around 8:20pm via swiggy app.
                After waiting for 45 mins i get a notification that my order has been delivered.
                I called up the store @[protected] to infrom them that the order shows delivered in the swiggy app but i havent recieved the same.
                A lady from the other end said its on the way and would be getting delived in 5 mins.
                I waited for 15 more mins but still the order was not delivered and i again called back but the lady said the same thing thats it on the way and will be delivered in 5 mins.

                After waiting for more than 20 mins i called up the store again and asked for the delivery boy's phone to know the extact status of my delivery. To my surprise the lady who recieved my call refused to give me the number and said that she will co-ordinate with the deivery boy and inform me the status and hung up on me.

                I got a bit furious and called again, this time i inisited on the delivery boy's contact number but again she hungup on me.

                After that i repeatedly called them thrice but they never picked up and on the fouth time they finally answered my phone. This time i wished to speak to the store manager directly but the lady refused to transfer the call to the manager stating he is busy and hung up on me.

                I lost my paitance and called back again asking for the store manager and this time i got to speak to him.

                I explained the manager about the situation but he said that if your product is not delivered or late, you will recieve a discount hence not to worry. I got really agitated and told him that i dont need a discount i just need my food to be delieverd as i already paid for it, the manager took my number and said he will get back.

                After sometime i get another notification in swiggy app stating my order has been delived.
                I contacted swiggy customer care regarding the delay but they informed dominos handles their own matters hence they cant help.

                The store never got back to me, my money was deducted but i never recieved my order.

                    First i called to near by location domino's they didn't received my call then i call to the centralized number he didn't found near by location domino's and book my order in few far from me so i said ok book my order
                    He booked order and then call back from where my order booked he said i am transferring your order to the near by that is carnival domino's i said ok
                    But now they people said we get your order now after 1 hour these people transferring order from on location to another. This is too ridiculous. I heard about domino's order within half hour and here i am not getting after 1 hour also.

                      I am writing with my recent ordering experience with one of your store situated in laxmi nagar, delhi.

                      Order date : 15/03/2018 20:57 pm

                      First of all it was not delivered on time... For 2 pizzas it took 50 minutes for order to get delivered. Secondly it was not hot and worth eating plus there were no oregano and seasoning present to eat with. Then when i contacted thr store, the operator was so rude and said we will not refund the order and he cut the phone. When i called 2-3 times again then he said we will send you seasonings and all but in again 30 min.. I mean what the hell is this.. Customer is waiting for more than 1:30 hrs just to eat # cold # pizzas.. I can’t believe how you are running your stores with such horrible staff with no customer talking sense.

                      I want to register a strict complain against the store and the person in charge for taking orders for the store along with store manager.

                        Hello,
                        1) i bought couple of vouchers from littleapp, and soon found out
                        Dominos website has no option to use it, upon contacting dominos customer care. They informed that they are fixing the website to accept vouchers and informed that my voucher expire date is extended to 31st march.

                        2) after few months they fixed their website to avail voucher redemption option in their website, so i tried availing and to my surprise i was greeted with "your vouchers are expired" message

                        3) i contacted dominos again, 10-15 emails with no reply, they don't reply. And atlast once they did reply saying my vouchers expired on 6th feb (Again surprised) and asked me to contact little app for refund.

                        4) now littleapps customer says contact dominos for expired vouchers.

                        5) dominos does not even care about their customers

                        I hope i can get a contact of their higher authorities to show them how pathetic is their service.

                          In this advertise in between time duration 0:05 - 0:08, there is a patch shifting.
                          Which is grabbing all its attention to its usual movement.

                          Do look to fix it soon.

                            Yesterday we had dominos pizza at gajuwaka store in visakhapatnam. Since then an acidity levels rose and it also caused food poisoning. I strongly urge to keep things fresh. Please donot feed if things are out of stock. There were only few items available. The basis of the complaint is poor quality. The reputation of the store was good but sometimes the unavailability of fresh stock might also hamper the ability to handle demand. Kindly look into the issue. Resolve peacefully and ensure this does not repeat again. As a regular customer of dominos i hate to say this caused the food poisoning to my family.

                              I have ordered pizza at dominos (Located in: rave 3 mall, kanpur) outlet and sum of rs.400.00 by my hdfc debit card ending with 0755 (6th march 2018), money has been deducted from my account and error of failed transaction came on pos. So i was told by the staff to pay in cash as there was a server error and they also said that amount would be refunded within 24hr of the transaction but till today (8th march 2018) i didn't get refund of my amount.                                 On 7 march 2018 I ordered two regular size pizzas costing Rs.467. Then I moved on to the payment. I choose the paytm option and I was redirected to another website to enter my details. After I had done so it showed that my payment was successful. Then it showed a button to go back to dominos's site. After clicking on it, it took me back to the payment tab and showed that I hadn't payed. But the amount had been taken from the paytm account. On repeating the process, the order was confirmed but the payment was taken again. Please do something about this issue as I don't want to be paying Rs.934 for just two regular sized pizzas.

                                  I have visited powai store on 22/2/2018 and I have placed order with order no 336 and I received CALL TOday from some ### person who is arguing with me and he informed me that he will get back to me in 15ms but till EOD I did not received any call and not even my refund is processed I have given enough chances and I have raised feedback for the same store but those bloodly ###S do not change there quality and service.
                                  Kindly refund me with in 24hrs otherwise I will share all the pictures and everything on social media and also I will file case against yo in consumer FORUM

                                      I have ordered a pizza from dominos pizza located in bagalgunte, hessarghata main road, bangalore.
                                      I ordered chicken fiesta and they gave me golden delight after 1 hour... It is mandatory to give the pizza within 30 mins right?
