Amt paid rs. 299 (After gst), store - upper ground floor, plot no:85, survey no: 103 /1, serilingampally village, near gulmohar park, ranga reddy district, hyderabad, telangana 500019
On saturday, march 17th, i had place this order around 8:20pm via swiggy app.
After waiting for 45 mins i get a notification that my order has been delivered.
I called up the store @[protected] to infrom them that the order shows delivered in the swiggy app but i havent recieved the same.
A lady from the other end said its on the way and would be getting delived in 5 mins.
I waited for 15 more mins but still the order was not delivered and i again called back but the lady said the same thing thats it on the way and will be delivered in 5 mins.
After waiting for more than 20 mins i called up the store again and asked for the delivery boy's phone to know the extact status of my delivery. To my surprise the lady who recieved my call refused to give me the number and said that she will co-ordinate with the deivery boy and inform me the status and hung up on me.
I got a bit furious and called again, this time i inisited on the delivery boy's contact number but again she hungup on me.
After that i repeatedly called them thrice but they never picked up and on the fouth time they finally answered my phone. This time i wished to speak to the store manager directly but the lady refused to transfer the call to the manager stating he is busy and hung up on me.
I lost my paitance and called back again asking for the store manager and this time i got to speak to him.
I explained the manager about the situation but he said that if your product is not delivered or late, you will recieve a discount hence not to worry. I got really agitated and told him that i dont need a discount i just need my food to be delieverd as i already paid for it, the manager took my number and said he will get back.
After sometime i get another notification in swiggy app stating my order has been delived.
I contacted swiggy customer care regarding the delay but they informed dominos handles their own matters hence they cant help.
The store never got back to me, my money was deducted but i never recieved my order.
Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
