I want to submit this complaint aganist dominos pizza sector 34 food court i order pizza of amount 250rs the sale girl swipe my card and doesn’t see the machine’s battery is low i put my pin and is withdraw i talk them they ask me to swipe again your refund will be tranfer call on this i visit them twice they talk rude then i call them after 10 days they say manger will call u but i did not receive any call till now i want my refund back

    Dear team,
    I haven't used the little app coupon but it's showing already redeemed .
    Firstly Domino's blocked coupons for more than 2 months as some technical problem was started by them and now when Domino's stated accepting coupons the coupon is showing redeemed.
    As told by customer care executive
    I sent my little app coupon for revalidation.
    and was told that my coupon will be renewed within 2 days but nothing happenned and despite of regularly complaining for the same via your Twitter handle customer care I was told to wait for more time on regular basis.But now I am moving for complaint to consumer forum and will also make harassment complaint as it's been more than 110 days and I am really fed up with dominos poor customer service.Regular calls were made to Domino's corporate office but remained unattended.This shows Domino's attitude towards indian consumers.So now I am moving for consumer forum.

      Hi All

      I have an e voucher for rs 1000 at Domino’s but am unable to use the same since it states that the card is invalid however it is valid until 23 February.Note that the e-voucher was given as a reward from SBI credit card.When I called Dominos they have a server issue due to which they told me i wont be able to use it .The service is appalling.They also confirmed that many are complaining about the same issue of e-voucher not being able to use and they advice me to speak with SBI card. Please advice as to whether i can speak with SBI or what would be the solution for me to make use of the reward point that i've earned through SBI. I bet customer service in SBI would be better than this and am sure that they would direct me to dominos telling that they have provided me the e-voucher already and they both will start playing the blame game.

        This is regarding my order number#153 and invoice number - 66454/17/103182 which was placed through mobile number [protected].

        I have placed order at 7:01pm which i had received at 7:45pm as i had already paid on mobile app, i believe i should be eligible for 30 minutes guaranteed free delivery offer so i should get a refund back of my amount 883/-

        I ordered pizza today, i received call, he said i can't come to delivery ur home, becoz the delivery address is out of delivery zone, ..my address his from 5min from the delivery zone, , , , . irritating, , again i spend the money on rickshaw... Increase your zone...
        I order pizza from dominos. It was not delivered to me. Also the money was cut from my payment. even the money was refunded. I have complaint about this to there official website. But no response from them either.

          The pizza which i ate on sector-62, noida was very bad. The pizza was having a bad smell. The content of my bill was two dominos' pizza mania. I want an immediate call from your customer and nobody responded to me yesterday as well. I want compensation in-home delivery and not in dine-in because i can't waste my money on transportation. I hope you got my concern and please take care when you are compensating me.

            My wife order cheesy bread at 12:49 am and didn't get her order until 1:30 am her order number is 301. After the order was dropped off it came with a pie of pizza which clearly said your order is cold. So she accepted the order while eating, the cheesy bread cut the inside of her mouth and she throw up the food she said it tasted nasty. I feel like she wasted her money and time ordering from that location

              Hi,
              Yesterday i went to my nearest domino's pizza (Avadi, chennai) when i was about to order, the person who was standing in the bill counter made me to stand for 10 mins and left to attend his personal call. Then i asked someone else to take my order. And the other person (Noel) who took my order told me about the offer, and got billed using my debit card then he asked me to wait for 15 minutes. Then almost like after 25 minutes i received my order, when i checked the bill i found that the offer was not applied and he charged me the full amount of the pizza. When i asked clarification about that to other employee, he told that the offer was not applied in the bill. Then he asked noel to give back my money in hand, at that time his higher officer came from inside and asked noel to do some other job, suddenly he was like giving long face to him and told that he will do later. That higher officer told him to do immediately, so he just left me wait for next 15 minutes in anger. I was really pissed off and asked the other employee to give back my money. Since he was not having the key of that money locker he was helpless and called noel. He replied that he cannot come, then i asked him more how many minutes you want me to wait. Then he came with anger and took the money from locker and throwed the money in my hand.. I was like what the hell.. Are we beggars?? Order no: 117 (₹[protected]₹146) and the new bill is 128 (I got ₹347 back). It was his mistake making a wrong bill and i asked him politely about that.. And the service i received is this.. Really never feel like visiting your shop again.. Poor customer service. And how can you allow your employee to use their mobiles when they are in work.

              I had ordered for pizza online on 26/01/2018 at around 8:22 p.m. pick up from sector 20B chandigarh . Amount of Rs. 418 was debited from my debit card (DOMINOS BILLDESK MUMBAI IN). But the store didn't receive the order and please refund my account

                I ordered pizza from swiggy app and one hour later my order was cancelled by the deliver boy deepak.
                Here is what happened.. I order at 10.45 pm. Order was picked up at 11.08 pm. At 11.30 pm i called the restaurant but nobody was answering. I initiated chat support but they couldnt help as only the dominos people could track it. Finally someone picked up and told me that my order was brought back. Deleivery bpy deepak couldnt find my address and he never called me.
                Well i ordered multiple times and it never happed before.
                Now i asked them to bring back my order as i have already paid for it.
                At 11.50, delievery boy deepak called me amd said your order has been cancelled. Reason - your phone was not reachable. I mean he just called me!!!

                My order is showing as delievered and there is no cancellation email or text.!!!

                It was a vry bad experience i had ordered a pan pizza but i got a normal pizza

                  Today i call domino's pizza on market street in wilmington delaware and for some reason after i cancel my order for some reason they charged me twice on my credit card i go to the store and they tell me that there was no order placed there was nothing in their system but yeah there was there was activity on my account it was charged twice so i want to know what's going on and if dominos can get back to me i will really appreciate it cuz this is not right people work very hard for their money so other people could just take advantage just like that so i'm highly disappointed and domino's i'm never going there again until they make it right

                    Hi there today i order for only one pizza by delivery near about from domino pizza on 600, grandview street. S. South& east. Oshawa. When delivery boy delivered me one medium size 2 toppling pizza that guy give me receipt for 19:27. $ for only one medium size pizza. I was shocked to see 20 $ for one pizza. Then i call the same outlet someone customer rep. Reply me he is sending you one more same pizza and after 45 minutes he delivered same pizza. I am shocked to have another pizza how it comes free when you guys have been charge me double already on my receipt. Which i have with me. My order no was 140. On 19 january, 2018. On friday evening @ 6;14 p. M. So i hope someone will be go for considering it as fault of front office & will do the justice. Thank you swarn lata arora

                      Look I have ordered pizza from food panda, Domino's Order ID:32 (mansarovar branch) FoodPanda order ID: v5ky-1qon, I have placed the order by 13:32PM and the delivery time was 14:02 PM. In 2 hour they haven't delivered anything yet right now it is 4:00 PM, I have called them myself and they have told me we have given you multiple calls and tried to deliver you and they canceled the order without informing me, yet on my food panda app its still showing yet to be delivered. they placed a different order for me but yet what kind of customer service was this. secondly the person who was speaking with me over phone from domino's was shouting on me instead of apologizing, domino's agent name was Ridhima I guess (not sure). Please tell is this the way to talk to a customer and answer me WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS????

                        Ordered pizza and stuff garlic bread recently but the quality of food is worst which spoil our health and when complaint raised no action taken against same... It's the brand name but if offer poor quality of product to the customer... Very opposite to it's advertisement... Want strict action to be taken so that it doesn't effect others health. I want complete my complaint to be considered genuinely and seeking compensation for spoiling mine and my family health along with the amount i paid for the same. Want strict action to be taken at earliest and need update on action taken.

                          The dominos pizza was not delivered for 2.5 hours of wait time. When i called the store the manager was rude, and told me either i should wait for 3 hours more or else i shall cancel my order as it is snowing they cannot guarantee delivery for next 3-4 hours. Now my point is why do you take the delivery in the first place? If you know you cannot deliver it, great!! Don't takle the delivery. She was very rude, and told me no point venting out my frustration i should cancel my order

                              Dear sir/mam,

                              I placed an order no:7 in dominos model town, delhi restaurant on 8th january 2018. I found all the pizza as semi cooked that's why we did not consumed these pizza and disposed all the pizza and immediately intimated dominos team.
                              Now it is over and above one week but domono team is not refunding my money. Kindly forward this complaint and issue to as many people as possible because these people are making fool of indian population. Domino's pizza are not eatable from health point of view. So for sake of health benefits of millions of people, kindly spread this message on social platforms.

                                This is regarding the Order no 545 Dated 31st December 2017 at Mayur Vihar Phase 1 Store. Pizza wasn't delivered and refund requested .

                                On 1st Jan 2018 received a call to resolve the issue and store manager confirmed that payment will be returned to the account in next 5-6 days.

                                Yesterday I have raised the concern, as my bank account isn't reflecting the payment. Store manager called and informed that payment can't be reversed and you have to have the delivery.

                                Thought I want interested but I agreed & requested to deliver the Pizza between 8 to 9 PM on 11th Jan 2018. Pizza was delivered at 9:30 PM even after Pre-booking . Order no 170 dated 11th Jan 2018.

                                Delivery boy requested me to check the pizza, I opened the boxes and didn't find any cheese burst pizza. I requested delivery boy to recognise the cheese burst pizza, when he isn't able to find out then he started checking the Invoice.

                                I requested him to talk to the store manager Dilip but store manager isn't willing to accept and asked in a rude manner to return the pizza.

                                Do Domino respect the time, cost & commitment to the customer. I don't feel so, as store manager told me "whatever is you concern & whatever you do it will come to me only and payment will not be reversed."

                                I don't feel comfortable with this and feel that I have paid for the Harassment to myself.

                                I request your senior representative to take appropriate measure and resolve the concern.

                                No response is provided by domino till date and not refunding the amount,

                                Harassment done by domino's by sending the sms of resolving the issue without any mutual consent and asking repeatedly to change the mobile no.

                                Even after 80 days no resolution is provided by dominos.

                                Request your intervention and please help in getting the resolution from dominos.

                                  I have ordered right now dated 11-01-17 time 09:09:15pm
                                  Order no. 275
                                  It is my grandmothers 77th bday, and ordered it online rs 2466
                                  To my surprise such an international chain giving so many ads to order. We called to confirm in sector 15 dominos, the manager straight away said 30mins is not possible for which we didn't say anything.
                                  Then i got a call from manager saying there is no choco lava cake available neither the cokes.
                                  This is extremely ridiculous annoying and embarrassing.
                                  I am avid zomato user (Sarvesh sonawane) and i will surely share the same to all my known.
                                  Make this reach mr ajay kaul!!!

                                  This is really disheartening of dominos.first they sell e vouchers and now they used to say it will be back soon after it was removed.but today when i again called customer care, they misbehaved and said ab nahi ayega sab khatam koi refund nahi.

                                    I am ashit desai, surat, gujarat. Very very very poor pizza.. Came after almost 2 hiurs and that too after repeated calls to dominos. If pizza cnt deliever on time, atleat approx wait time to be mentioned in advance.. And delievered pizzas were very poor quality and cold like ice. Cudnt eat even after microwaving as it lost its taste and crispiness.. Very disappointed.

                                      I have ordered margherita pizza always. First tym the pizza was 10 mins late, i forgived and gave the cash payment. The pizza was cold. I gave the feedback that the service was late and the pizza was cold. Second tym the pizza was on tym but oregano was given but not the chilli flakes. I have ordered by credit card so can't say anything. So i gave the feedback that the service was not gd. Third tym pizza was on tym, but the pizza was not hot, and chilli flakes was not provided. Only one oregano packet was provided. Now uh have blocked me from the online order, just coz of me feedback. Now i want the access to online order, otherwise i ll just not at all even come to your shop in vasant bihar as well. Take action as soon as possible so that i can order online. I love dominos that's why i always want to eat dominos only and not pizza hut's pizza. Plzzzzzzzzzzzzz😔

                                        I have purchased pizza from kharghar outlet of doninos in new mumbai. I have swipped my debit card for rs.850. I got a msg frm icici bank. However, the lady at the counter told tht they have not received d payment. I swipped again as she told me tht the amout deducted will be refunded in 7-8 working days. However till date i have not received any refund
