Hi,
Yesterday i went to my nearest domino's pizza (Avadi, chennai) when i was about to order, the person who was standing in the bill counter made me to stand for 10 mins and left to attend his personal call. Then i asked someone else to take my order. And the other person (Noel) who took my order told me about the offer, and got billed using my debit card then he asked me to wait for 15 minutes. Then almost like after 25 minutes i received my order, when i checked the bill i found that the offer was not applied and he charged me the full amount of the pizza. When i asked clarification about that to other employee, he told that the offer was not applied in the bill. Then he asked noel to give back my money in hand, at that time his higher officer came from inside and asked noel to do some other job, suddenly he was like giving long face to him and told that he will do later. That higher officer told him to do immediately, so he just left me wait for next 15 minutes in anger. I was really pissed off and asked the other employee to give back my money. Since he was not having the key of that money locker he was helpless and called noel. He replied that he cannot come, then i asked him more how many minutes you want me to wait. Then he came with anger and took the money from locker and throwed the money in my hand.. I was like what the hell.. Are we beggars?? Order no: 117 (₹[protected]₹146) and the new bill is 128 (I got ₹347 back). It was his mistake making a wrong bill and i asked him politely about that.. And the service i received is this.. Really never feel like visiting your shop again.. Poor customer service. And how can you allow your employee to use their mobiles when they are in work.

I placed an order on 10 February 2018 at dominos. Money was deducted but order was not placed. Please initiate my refund.
