I am benson g raju from sapthagiri, bangalore.
I have ordered a pizza from dominos pizza located in bagalgunte, hessarghata main road, bangalore.
I ordered chicken fiesta and they gave me golden delight after 1 hour... It is mandatory to give the pizza within 30 mins right?
They gave me wrong order and delivered very late.. And moreover they are arguing with me and znot correcting their mistake...

I am providing you the details as i have visited goa and purchase a burger from dominos as per the bill attached in the complain. The bill is of rs. 110.24 and after rounding off it should be rs. 110. But then also they have charged me rs.111 as per i have attached the debit slip from my bank account that they have deducted rs. 111 instead of rs.110.
I need your help regarding this as this incident was on 25/02/2018 at time 20:43 pm at dominos bagha, goa

My name is maahi sharma. I ordered 4 pizzas & provided a exact address but they refused to deliver there so i requested to deliver on road where many times pizzas were delivered by dominos but again they refused to deliver my order. I really very disappointed with the services they are providing. I want you to take this matter seriously and take some action against them.

I ordered two pizzas (Order no.339) online via mobile no. [protected].
The time of order was 9.08 pm and date was 02-03-18. Instead of 30 minutes delivery time promised, we received our order at 10.30 pm, after 1 hour and 30 minutes. On the top of it no one was picking the restaurant and the customer care number, neither we were able to track our order.
I had a chat regarding this with your representative but he was not able to give any solution.
Hope you will look into the matter on priority basis.

Hi, on march 01, 2018, i marino baradaran, went to dominos pizza branch no 4651 located at 6425 old branch ave, in camp spring, md.
At 1700 they took my order for three large pizza with three topping, but after 25 mintes at 17:25 they have made me only one large pizza.
I have asked they why they have made me only one pizza instead of thre pizza, and asked to talk with the manager.
Ms. Sonia holley (As i was told by co-worker).
1) manager ms. Holley did not wanted to talk to me and keep making pizza.
2) as i was explaining my complain to male worker she was talking loud that she did not care, and ordering the male worker to close the glass door, and asked him to tell her who is the manager at hat store... Lik she is the boss...
3) i have asked her name but she had refused to give her name to me since i was informing her that i would like to have a complaint paper and dominos hq phone number, and she did not aswer me back.
4) ms. Holley was telling her female co-worker loud the way that iculd hear her, that she did not care if there is a complain regarding her?

5) i am a dominos usual customer and before her there was a male manager that was very nice and polite to customers.
Please choose your manager better and train them to be nice to your customers.

1march night domino's mahim store at around 1.30am playing holi on uniform with salsa souis we were standing near bustop playing holi with souis n misbehaving with public i went in store n ask tht ho is the manager so the store person told the let it be holi he shod do sry but the store boy throw the souis on public cloths plz take action on this.

I had ordered pizza amount 522 from dominos app but ordered not place 522 amount deducted from my account as i used paytm wallet for payment... If the restaurant is offline then why the money debited from my account. I tried to cll all nearby outlets of dominos.. But no one has received the order.. But 522 amount is deducted and in order history it was shown as unsuccessful. Pls try to resolve this prblm and i need my money back as soon as possible

I ordered a dominoz pizza through swiggy which never got delivered.

My issues are :
1. The order status is wrongly marked "Delivered" on swiggy app. Swiggy blames it on Dominoz that they themselves take care of that on the app.
2. Even if the order would have been delivered. It was anyways late than the time promised(1.5 HRS)
3. Swiggy has blamed dominoz that they have rights to edit the status and they fradulently used those rights to mark an undelivered order "delivered"

On 23rd feb. 2018 we ordered pizza from online website of dominoes.

We received the wrong pizza. Ordered double cheese, cheese burst margarita pizza but received thin crust pizza.

Attached s the bill order and the received pizza for the same.

Kindly deliver the correct pizza or reimburse the money into the account.

I have attached a pic to this complaint, u can see that there very less cheese ( well that cheese is like a sause on pizza), whenever I buy small pizza I always get of very less amount of cheese, for this I got to pay 120rs n really without cheese it taste very bad . I request you to take action on this as fast as possible . ( This happened in yelahanka nes branch)

Few (3-4) days back i ordered two medium size cheese burst pizzas from domino's in hope of enjoying some good amount of cheese as i am a big time cheese lover. But when i received my order there was so less freaking cheese and the size of the pizza was also quite small. Earlier i used to love domino's pizzas but from my experience of last few orders i lost my trust from domino's as a trustworthy customer but also as a big time pizza lover....

I placed two orders on saturday night at 0118 am and 0220 am respectively. One order got placed and i see order still in received state and the other one amount is deducted and i dint receive any confirmation message. And i still dint get any update on these issues.
I have seen dominos delivering pizza's at 2am. If you ppl are not ready to deliver, why do you take orders and make customers wait at midnight?
This was really a very bad experience.
I need my money back asap.

I called the dominos outlet at 10:50 they took my order and noted down the details and after that they put the call on hold for 5 mints. Again i called a person received the call before 11 pm but he spoke rudely and disconnected the call. Even though i gave an order before the closing time the person at the dominos outlet behaved in strange way. Please take some necessary action

This email is not just a complaint but intended to highlight maybe a need for further training for your employees! Since being diagnosed coeliac l thought l would try a gluten free pizza for the first time - after the helpful staff directed me to your allergen menu l proceeded to make my order - thoroughly enjoyed my pizza but unfortunately during the next morning at work my symptoms returned with almost dire consequences! I also add with confidence that my pizza was only item l consumed that was different to my normal diet which leads me to think it was cross contaminated in some way! This is email is intended for you to maybe take something foward and as a learning curve to avoid the same thing happening again!

When i have eaten one piece of garlic bread, i noticed that no chili flakes were given to me than i immediately called branch for the same and manager sh. Gautam (Mob. It’s been almost 45 mins now and i don’t have update on my order order no : 360 and multiple times i had called the customer care and did not get proper response. I will ensure no one order from dominos going forward. This is kind of customer service u provide. On top of that no one bothers to provide exact status. My delivery station is noida sector 78. This is a pre paid order. I want my entire amount to be refunded. According to ur policy if the pizza is not delivered in 30 mins it’s free

Hi all,

I am complaining with regards to the tag line of domino’s which is delivery within half an hour. Whenever i have contacted bangalore bannerghatta road hulimavu branch at[protected] they never accept to deliver pizza within half an hour. They provide excuse that they have many orders today hence it will be deliver asap or within an hour.

Dominos should not promise to deliver pizza within half an hour if they can not stand on it.

Hello... till now i had a GOOD EXPERience with dominos at south india.. kolhapur etc. Today (14.02.2018) i happened to visit dominos at city centre, Rishikesh, Uttrakhand. Had the most humiliating and terrible experience. I first enquired whether the printed offer was valid only for today or everyday it is. She refused to answer me and started laughing n went inside. The other guy attended me and dint give me any token no. for waiting. Rather he called up my name while delivering the order loudly and they both started giggling at each other. Wn i asked about the order receipt.. that guy was like' wo latak raha hai dekho box ke andar' ... n again continously giggling.i became extremely furious n since i was alone n new to the place i dint create an issue. But i want action to be taken asap against those two ###. My invoice order no. Is 66687/17/53946. Trace out those 2 ppl n tk action asap.

Hi my name is yogesh garg and i ordered 4 pan pizza from your store i ordered it on 3:14 pm
But you deliver it on 4:30 beacouse of bad weather no problem in that but pizza was cold and i pay 20 rs for souce but your deliver boy dont gave and your store is not responding well.

I am not a fool who is giving his hard earned money for cold pizza and 20 rs for souce whose are not given to me

I had ordered for 2 cheeze burst pizza and amount of Rs. 626 was deducted from my card in favour of Jubilant foodworks. No confirmation mail on the order was received from Dominos. Reached to the customer care executive & was informed by him that the order wasn't received by Dominos, however debited amount will be refunded back. I haven't received the refund yet. Please do the needful.
