It is highly disappointing that dominos a really prestigious brand has served rotten, stale food to a customer being a regular customer i never had such a bad experience. I was on a journey from mumbai to delhi i stopped at mehsan for a break an decided to eat something and ordered pepper barbecue chicken. When i took a bite i was disgusted by the quality of the chicken due to which i puked, it tasted like rotten meat.in case i fall ill of the rotten pizza the whole and sole responsibility will be discharged by domino's. I the did not expect such a poor quality of service from dominos...😠😠😠😡😡😡

The family did not get the food because i was not their. But i do have an account with you guys. The manager was nasty when i asked why the food was took back and if i could get my money back. On 01/05/2018. No money was put back in my card as of yet.

      My 3.5 years son and i drove into the highway plaza mall in mathura, up, india on 31st december's evening. I placed my order at your store within the same mall at 8:17 pm and was told that due to the rush the delivery might take upto 1 hour. I said i was fine with 1 hour. My son and i were still in the mall until 8:50 pm. Just before leaving the mall, i went to the order taker, yogendra telling him that i didn't receive a text about my order yet. He said that the text messages wouldn't be sent for two days and that my order was already cooked. He asked if i wanted to take away or get it delivered. I said i wanted to get it delivered so that the food remains hot in the specialised delivery box.

      I drove to home in hurry to be sure to reach on time to be able to receive the order as yogendra said it was already cooked. After reaching home by 9:00 pm, my son and i started waiting for the pizzas. But when we never heard about the order, i tried to get in touch with your store at 9:25 pm via phone but ended up realising that the phone was probably taken off the hook to avoid phone calls. My little son was too hungry, eagerly waiting for the pizzas and not ready to eat anything else. I somehow connected with the store and asked to speak with the original order tracker, yogendra at 9:39 pm. Yogendra stated that he had already gotten the order out for delivery and that he would track the delivery person and get back to me in 5 minutes. Unfortunately no one ever got back to me as promised. After a few minutes, i restarted trying to connect with your store but again my calls weren't being answered at all. While continuously trying my luck to be able to connect, someone once again attended my call at 10:10 pm. The person on the phone offered no apology or help and gave me a generic answer that the order was delayed due to rush and that it was already on it's way. When i asked him to connect me to yogendra (The original order taker), he said that he wasn't available in the store. I waited for few minutes with hopes to get the order delivered soon but with no luck this time again. I had to keep trying the phone number once again and was finally able to connect with a manager named mukesh at 10:25 pm. When the manager went to check on my order, it was actually on the way now. He provided me with a phone number for the delivery person, yogesh. When i dialled the given phone number, i connected to yogesh' mother instead. She was half asleep and said that yogesh wasn't carrying that phone number. Once again i had no other option than to frustrate my fingers keeping trying to connect to your store via phone, which wasn't easily being answered. At 10:38 pm, i received a call from the delivery person, yogesh finally. I had no other option than to accept the order because my little son was already hungry and had waited for 2.5 hours. The food having lost all it's warmness already, was finally delivered to me at 10:50 pm, cold as if frozen. The delivery person had said that he had left for delivery about 30 minutes before. You must note that yogendra (The order taker) had told me that the pizzas were ready at 8:50, which means that the the delivery happened about 2 hours after the pizzas were cooked. So it's quite obvious that the product delivered to me would be of no use.

      It was undoubtedly the worst ever service experience and a horrible nightmare i have had with any company ever. The disregard they had for myself is unbelievable and totally unacceptable! They offered no apology and could have cared less for my inconvenience. I would prefer domino's never again.

      I have gotten all my phone calls with your store recorded and i am willing to take a legal action against this nightmare you guys have given to myself and my little son. Please don't call me if the only solution you have is a free supplemental order. I deserve more than just a free order. A free order can't compensate for the unexplainable inconvenience your store has caused me.

        I have ordered a veg extravaganza pizza worth rs. 473 including gst through dominos mobile app as a birthday gift to my friend on december 30th, 2017. I paid it through my credit card as i was informed by the store employees that i need to place order through their mobile app for paying the amount through card. Once i ordered, i got the order number and when i used it to track order after few hours, i see that the delivery boy had gone with it for delivery. I assumed he delivered it at that time. But after 2 days, when i inquired about it, my friend told that he didnt receive any delivery from dominos. Then immediately i posted a compliant in their website asking for a refund and manager called me from number +[protected]. I was being told by manager that they tried calling me on the given number 22 times but no one picked the call. Unfortunately we didnt receive a single call from them but informed that they tried calling and hence returned the product. The manager told me that the refund is not possible as the refund can only be issued if the order is cancelled on the same day. I dont know what to do now.

          They doesn't free pizza delivery after 30 min. As i have ordered on 10:48 pm and reached 11:18 at some another address after that, delivery boy is calling and confirming the address. It took more than 7 mins to reach on my address. But now he and his manager were arguing that they cant provide free just because that delivery boy was on another address which he was saying that house no. 425 is written as same on some another house. How unexplanatory statement it was.

            I am so frustrated by your support that i really felt that i am being cheated. I have sent 100 email to your guest care dominos email id but not even single response. They are not bothered to listen to customer. Adding to this. I was being told lie two time first time one of dominos executive committed that i will get my money 500rs to my paytm account as little app voucher is not accepted now by 8 dec 2017. Then on 21 dec i was being told that now i can use it both times a big lie to customer. Now i am getting reply third time we can't help. Little app will provide the refund. Little app phone number sucks in email they are responding three time like talk to dominos. Now my money is stuck between you two. I have also looped them in email id. But you are not bothered to at least reply or take extra step to resolve customer care. You should inform or liaise with little app and get it sorted.

              I asked for 2 medium pizzas where we have offer for each @199, as the crowd is more in the mall, they don't wanted to give the offer and said medium pizzas are not available.
              Later i agreed and bought 3 regular pizzas, but later i realized that in the bill they had charged me for medium pizza (Which is 200 rupees more than regular), i went back and checked about it they said that medium pizza is prepared and you can eat medium pizza.
              I asked back why they did not accepted order for 2 medium pizza, they had no answer for that.
              They were accepting orders only with one medium pizza and not giving the offer for 2 medium pizza..

              This is absolute cheating from domnios...

                Yesterday I ordered Pizza from Dominos app, the amount of 833 got deducted without the order confirmation so i tried again but it was displaying an error message that Txnid is required. So then i ordered again on call and its been more than 24 hours no refund even no response to calls and emails as well. I would like to have my refund asap.

                  I am very much concerned about your online money transaction. I have tried to pay the money via netbanking for the order and money has been debited from my account. And after that its showing as "our restaurant is currently offline" and money will be refunded in 7 working days. Whats the logic behind this? If the restaurant is offline then why the money debited from my account. This is the second time its happened for me. Its very disappointing and seems like a cheating from dominos (Holding my money by dominos for 7 days).

                  I hv ordered delxue veggie pizza, one veg premium burger.
                  invoice no. 66723/17/79737.
                  there were no toppings on pizza. pizza was also not hot. and the worst thing was the burger was smelling hell. it seems that it was prepared 2 or 3 days back.

                    I have ordered the pizza from malviya nagar rest yesterday.

                    I ordered cheese bust pizza but there was no cheese and it was cold.
                    I called them and they said that you need to call back tomorrow.
                    I called today they said what we can do know but there was no response.
                    This is the kind of service and food you guys will deliver in 2018 disgraceful.
                    No buddy is ready to listen.

                    hope to resolve it today and just to let you know non of my guests had that pizza yesterday dec 31 2017 what a shame.
                    It happened with me two times that there was no delivery of pizza..
                    I ordered pizza but after 1 hour still there was no delivery of pizza .
                    I called they said that it is on the way
                    But after 10 mins when i again called they told me that there was no order on my number .
                    And i didnt receive any msg for order no.

                      Service is very bad because pizza never reached my home. When i called them they were continously misguiding us after that they are not picking us phone. When we went there to get our pizza the staff was very rude, and some were saying your pizza is on the way and will reach you in 2 hours and some were saying that order has been cancelled and it was without confirming with us. The staff seemed to be uneducated and didn't bother about their customers. If it was not possible to deliverthey should have told us. I never expected such type of bad behaviour from dominos.

                        But pizza not delivered yet. When i am calling customer care, not getting proper response.

                          An order was placed with dominos with order number 572 with the contact [protected]. The order was supposed to be delivered by 9:48 pm on dec 31, 2017.
                          This is 10:26 pm and dominos is denying any such order. This is no response over phone or chat. The new year eve shield should be cut off.
                          Please help on this as i made the payment, however not much.

                            My order was accepted online and confirmed delivery within an hour due to new year eve. First time called after an hour, the staff said order is on its way and will be delivered within 10-15 min, second time called, the staff said order has been cancelled as it is outside delivery area. No communication, no cancellation confirmation. Why the hell they confirmed the order and said it is out for delivery. Manager even didn't bother to take my call, the call receiver said his manager will call back and never called back. It's pathetic customer service by a very well known international brand.

                              I ordered pizza online with order number 465 on 31st december in the name of midha using my colony name and pre payment by credit card, the order got placed and at the time of delivery the boy said that he is unable to deliver at given location, i lives in hostel and at this time there is no food available as i was waiting for the pizza, amount got deducted from my card and the dominos is not picking my call

                                I have already spoken to aditya mega mall - dominoes for the consistent worst customer service.

                                I have asked them to track the history of complaints for their terrible outlet from the registered email i'd.

                                This dominoes outlet has ruined several beautiful occasions like my family birthday, holi etc.

                                Whenever i have ordered dominoes, it has always reached this disgusting outlet for preparation and always our special occasions have been ruined.

                                There is zero tolerance now for this outlet from me or my family end.

                                This is not just my opinion, but all the guests who have eaten their pizza have been disgusted and we had to order from pizza hut.

                                Thanks to pizza hut for compensating for the regular mistake done by dominoes - aditya mega mall.

                                Mistakes can be ignored twice or thrice but now it's high time.

                                We are abolishing dominoes due to this outlet. I will. Prefer to go to v3s mall to get the pizza or pizza hut than this one anymore.

                                Resolution:
                                I need full refund from dominoes into the source account.

                                I will keep on escalating for ruining all special days in my life.

                                No more discussions needed with anyone now. I have already talked to aditya mega mall manager.

                                I need only and only full refund.

                                    1) an order of 4 medium pizzas, 1 taco mexicana, 1 garlic bread was done from the phone number [protected] from ms priyanka. Order was done at 1:05 pm and the order was delivered at 2:05pm. Delivery order is to be done within 30 minutes.

                                    2) the manager from dominos named mr sonu talked rubbish on phone saying to cancel the order & disconnected the call.

                                    3) when the order was opened the chilli flakes were not there, when called for the same they told that its out of stock.

                                    This was the worst service we ever experienced. This may be the last order from our end.
