Hi
I had ordered online pizza from thane east, at 2 pm, done online payment.
I am very much regular customer of dominos. I have a 7yrs son who is a fan of pizza, today also i had order for him and his friends.
Worst is i haven't received my pizza yet though they give guarantee of delivery in 30 minutes otherwise free. I haven't got any pizza till now it's almost 4 p. M its been 2 hours i haven't received any pizza not a call from them that they are late or something or in any explanation and worst part is i have already paid them so it's completely cheating that they are not sending pizza and i can't say say give it to me in free because i have already paid so i want to all my money back and its worst service ever. I don't think so i will be again giving any order to domino's.

The order did not get delivered till 1:30 hr and the phone was also not picked up
The refund amount was far from being given.
I have mailed the customer care executive since 3 days but did not even get any response.
I called them and they told that issue would be resolved but in vain.

    I have order my order through food panda reference no is n9gq2i75. And the payment has been done through domino's gateway and i have received payment successful info. Its pg/[protected]/ibibo/dc-8475/dominos
    But i am really upset that my order is neither confirmed nor cancelled from domino's.

    I am not receiving any proper update from the contact of[protected].

      I have bought 3 e-vouchers each value to 1000 inr from little app. However i am not able to redeem them as dominos isn't accepting e-vouchers as payment methods. Expiry date of those vouchers is coming soon.

      I have dropped mail to dominos customer care mail id, but to my utmost suprise, they are not responding on the mail. Have taken multiple folow-ups but still no response.

      I want refund of the amount in case you have issue with e-vouchers redemption, this is the issue at dominos side so atleast be accountable and fix this matter asap.

          I ordered two onion pizza but i got tomato. It was very bad in taste. I also ordered cheesy and veg loaded. Cheesy was good but veg loaded also had tomato only. I submitted the feedback but dint get any response. My complaint i'd is 3988276. I ordered it on dominos app. My location is hyderabad pocharam emerald heights. Order number 187. It was delivered from boduppal outlet. I don't think i will trust on dominos. It was a very bad experience.

            Yesterday we visited dominoz pizza @ 9:30 and we were very disappointed from the service of your staff. Your place was very unhygenic and the floor as well as tables were uncleaned. We were not abled to sit there. Even your staff members were busy in their personal calls and not giving answer properly to us even they were very rude in behaviour. Your place is a brand but your staff members are making it a very cheap place. We r that much disappointed that v will never visit it again and also choose u. S. Pizza instead of dominoz. Due to your unhygenic environment we took parcel yesterday an went off home. We are joining picz of yesterday wit this feedback as a proof.

                I purchased domino's pizza gift card from little app in october and the validity of card is 30 november. And from first week of november domino's stopped accepting the coupon saying this is due to technical problem and will be retify soon. And till date it's under technical problem and when contacted to little they are telling to contact at [protected]@... No one is responding to mail. And now coupon is expire. I have 15 coupon of 100/- and how many other will have.in this way domino's and little are cheating indians. I request you to please look into this matter and do the needful and take strict action against little and domino's.

                  I redeem my credit card points for dominos gift card of rs 500/-, i tried to activate as per instruction given reverse side of the card, but it did not work as "card program group inactive" error occurred at end page. On that day i went with my family at nearby domino but this gift card did not work then i have to pay by cash over the counter bcoz i did not want to spoil my family mood due such mistake from your side. You should not deliver such card without card program activated on website. I email on card [protected]@jublfood.com dated 28 oct 2017 also feedback on domino. But till date my gift card is not activated. It is not question of 500 but spoiled my time value and image against other clients were available at that time at domino.
                  I need satisfactory revert on it.

                  I am also facing similar problem. For the last 3 months Dominos have technical problem for activating cards. If they are not interested in activating why they issued such bloody cards?

                    I bought little app voucher for rs 425 worth 500. I wasn't able to claim it as there was an issue with the dominos website. I contacted little app regarding this, but there was no positive response, instead they told me to contact dominos. There was no direct number for dominos available for this issue, they told me to sent an e-mail to which i did but couldn't get a positive response. Now, today the deal got expired. I want a refund of rs 425 which i wasted on purchasing this deal.

                    When I try to order through the Domino's app, there is no gift card voucher option after placing my order.I am unable to use my coupons.They are going to expire tomorrow.Kindly help

                      I purchased domino's voucher worth rs 1000, from little app. As per little i can use it on dominos website only. After placing my domino's order i. E after clicking place order but their is no option of gift card/evoucher option available on domino's website.

                        Hi i have submitted my complaint but nobody is bothered to respond from dominos. The pizza delivered from them was not hot, veggies were not cooked properly, and the base was unusually thick. My order was placed on wednesday at around 7:15pm. The store from which the pizza was delivered was just 700-800 mts from my house yet they couldn't deliver a hot pizza.

                            Similar to other complaints. Have purchased vouchers worth 2000 from little app. Dominoes has removed the redemption option from their site without any intimation to customers.

                            Vouchers expire tomorrow. Dominoes should honour its word and provide store credit against the voucher.

                            Its amazing how there companies work.

                            Little app has got no customer care number. Dominoes on the other hand doesn't care at all.

                              On 18th november, i had ordered pizza to one of your chembur branches using my mobile (No.[protected]) as a guest without using login.

                              I did payment of rs 836/- through paytm wallet. While the transaction was progressing, i got a message that payment was not successful as there is no bank response.

                              Subsequently, i placed another cod order for a total amount of rs 762 /- and got the delivery.

                              However, i have not received the refund for the amount of rs 836/ which i had paid using paytm. By contacting paytm i got a reply that dominos has to sort out issue as money has already been transferred to their account. (See the attachment.)

                              Pl look into the matter and refund my amount of rs 836/-. At the earliest.

                                Hi, i have 1000 e voucher for dominos. While trying to redeem the same it is not happening due to some technical issue at their end. Local domino persons are helpless and the said to send mail to [protected]@jublfood.com for more support and refund. Already sent 4 mails to them but, no body is responding. Very disgusting. Kindly arrange the refund.

                                  I had purchased a 500 rupees voucher code from little app (Non returnable/refundable) voucher for dominos pizaa with a validity of 1 month (Which expires on dec 1st 2017).

                                  For more than past 10 days, the coupon voucher code redemption option is not available in the dominos website (Due to some technical issues within dominos).

                                  I tried raising complaint to dominos via their email id ([protected]@jublfood.com) twice (Once by 27 nov, 8.30pm and once by 18th nov 8.58pm), but don't have response from them.

                                  Please help me in refunding this amount (500rs).

                                    I am regular customer from chandigarh. I had bought a e-voucher from little app of rs 400. But its validity is till 31st november, today when i tried to order by using e-voucher it was not showing that e - voucher option during doing payment. Then i contact domino's care they said there are technical issues regarding this. But this is total loss of me because of this technical issue because its validity is only till 31st november. This is not fair you must have to do something regarding this. Please contact me and help me to solve the problem.

                                    Kindly help and do something so that there is no loss of mine because of domino's pizza.

                                      My order got late and the delivery boy is saying that we are only responsible for main gate of society.
                                      If the gate of society is 1 km far then how could we take from there.
                                      They were so rude and taken the pizza back.
                                      Where’s the 30 min delivery conditions?
                                      This is the bill attached and the order was 4 mins late.
                                      Please take the action against it or otherwise i have to go to higher authorities or file an complaint against dominos.

                                        I have a e-voucher which i received from sbi cards. However i am unable to use the same for making payment as the 'pay using e-voucher option is not at all available in the payment screen while making orders online. I am trying this fir past 2 weeks. When the issue will be resolved as the validity of e-voucher is only for few days. What can be done now or extend the validityof the e-voucher.
