Ive placed an order at 6:18 pm on 26th dec 2017 n got highly disappointed. I called the 68886888 num where the spokes person forwarded my call to edm mall branch of dominos where none of them received the call then the spokes person forwarded my call to another representative who placed my order online which included providing them with my contact detail and the address as given in accordance to the previous orders as well with the confirmation. The order wasn't received for an hour and then finally when i called the representatives were blaming me for the mishap which is not justified at all extremely disappointed with the dominos services would never ever order again nor will recommend dominos to anybody else as everyone was very unsympathetic to my concern. Kindly bring the notice in light also when the deliver man reached the destination and asked to give free pizza as the time limit went beyond the said it was denied stating that its not under the same rules for other pizzas which is not at all legitimate as the issue was from your side not mine.

    Sir i have ordered pizza on 23rd dec 2017 at 9:56pm. And i received the message of pizza getting delivered by 30mins i haven't got the pizza yet, nor any refund message or anything, the pizza costed to the amount of rs 375, and it was ordered online on the name of, jill mehta, the locality was nehrunagar ahmedabad! I want my money back as there is very poor response from the restaurants too.

      Dear sir,
      I have placed a pizza of inr 215 online from qatar and paid online from my india icici account online. Booking was made on the name of khushi garg, address ganesh nagar pandav nagar, delhi, mobile no. [protected] dated 22.12.2017 at time 06:57:26 pm.
      But it has not delivered on the date.
      Later next day on 23.12.2017, i got message that your ordered is not delivered and it will be refund in 5 days.
      Why it was not delivered??

      I ordered Cheeseburst pizza on 9th december and my transaction was failed but my money was deducted and i did complaint about this to dominos and dominos told that they will refund my money in working 7 days still they haven't refunded my money.My reference id is [protected].So i kindly request you to refund my money.

        I purchased a dominos gift card or 500 rupees. When i tried to use it at dominos outlet, they ask me to first activate the card before using.

        Every time i try to activate by sms, i get 3 rupees deducted, but the card is inactive. When i try to activate online on dominos site, i get error "card program group inactive." when i contacted customer care, every time they disconnected the call saying my voice is not audible.

        The card is useless now. If you gift it to some one, it will be a burden for him. Never buy dominos gift card.

          Last night my uber cab driver had an accident with domino's pizza delivery guy and he was with speed of 70-80 kmph and smashed from front on my car.

          Manager from domino's said come in the morning and will pay whatever amount needed for repairing the car.

          Today morning i visited maruti suzuki showroom and estimate is about 70000 to 80000. When i visited dominos center in kalyani nagar. These people are saying manager is on leave come tomorrow. I am going to raise legal complaint against them in police station but let me know anything else you (Consumer complaints forum) can help with.

            I received a call from customer care who said card will be validated till 31 march, it is still inactive i have already spent rs. 500 as the gift card didnt work. I want my money back. This is my final warning i had purchased evoucher from dominos which is not working since many days i am following up with no proper response from customer care and no revert on mail.               I received an e voucher from sbi credit card. I am not able to view the voucher payment option on domino's website payment page.

              I am trying it from past two months and went to store also no luck. They said e vouchers are not working/

              Kindly take the voucher and repay my money back.

                Hey,
                I ordered a pizza on 23rd of november 2017 and did a online payment, my order got cancelled due to some technical issues, i have already contacted the store manager twice but i haven't got my refund, the manager was rude and she kept on saying that the store server is not responding correctly.
                It has been a week and their server is still not working.

                  Hi,

                  This is not related to quality or any other issue, i love dominos.. No comparison. But this is regarding the behavior of staff at lajpat nagar branch located in o block (O-12). The male staff present there makes so much of noises at the back side of the outlet that it is spoiling the image of dominos all the time. We are residents there and unable to sleep or study just because they shout so much during late night hours. Many a times we have told them to speak slowly but they just don't listen. Also they throw the trays badly while arranging the same which is very disturbing for the families residing here. You are requested to take necessary action otherwise we will look for some other way.

                  We have been tolerating for such a long time but there is a limit. The staff abuses, shouts, throws trays in the middle of night and during wee hours. They should be told by your management strictly to behave well as this is not harming them but the image of the company directly.

                  I ordered for combo of 4 but your team made my bill seperately and that price are too high compared with combo. I am very disappointed because it's not my first visit. I visited on 15 December at 08:30 pm at RDC outlet.

                    I placed my order at nit - faridabad branch approx. 7:30pm on 11 december 2017 via telephonic call. After waiting for more than 1 and half hour, i called to enquire and came to know that they neither registered the order nor informed me for the same.
                    Such kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour is highly inappropriate and i am not willing to go with dominos any longer because of this.

                        I purchased e-vouchers from little app. My money was deducted. I paid rs.325 for rs.500 e-voucher and rs.650/- for rs.1000/- e-voucher. Now e-voucher facility is not visible at dominos site so i can not use the vouchers. My money is wasted. Dominos is not giving any reply to my continuous complaints. I contacted dominos number but they said that the same will be resolved but did not mentioned the exact time when. My vouchers time limit is going to expire soon.

                        I purchased coupen (Attached) from little app. I got e-voucher number to be used at dominos site. Money was deducted from my account by little app and transferred to dominos. Suddenly dominos disabled the use of e-vouchers from its site and as such i am not able to use the said e vouchers. My money is deducted but i cannot place order and use that money.
                        When i paid through debit card, money got deducted and i was redirected without confirming my payment.this happened on dec 1 andi recieved a mail for refund telling that its on process. its been 10days and i still dint get my money back.and they are not responding.

                          I had ordered pizza menia and garlic bread vide order no. 225 at 21:24 on 09.12.2017 and it is delivered to me at 22:14. Also delivery person and store person had not speaker to me properly. Further, origiano and chilli flakes have also not been provided in the adequate quantity. I think the company is not able to deliver the meal in time and company do not have adequate stock of origiano and chilli flakes to serve to there customers also company is not able to train for manners.in my opinion company is loosing his good name and fame.

                              Dominos kalpana square Bhubaneswar every time we are giving the order they refuse to take the order first then they deliver the order after one hour or one hour fifteen minutes. This time they are giving the excuse that aapke area mein aane se humara staff darr ta hai. I am staying at Sbi Colony kesura Bhubaneswar. Very upset with this attitude of dominos staff.

                                order unsuccessful but amount debited from account

                                I had ordered for a pizza and coke online from the dominos pizza website. The total bill amounted to rs. 385. I had paid the amount via my mastercard. The transaction was unsuccessful. The amount was debited from my account but my order was not confirmed. I had placed my order on 1/12/2017.                                 Yesterday i had ordered and paid online for two medium pizzas out of which one was chicken dominator and the other was peporoni. After 20 mins i got a call saying they don't serve peporoni. I was very hungry so i had to accept their request, but this is unacceptable. I had also requested them for the oregano because for me they give us the best oreganos but when i got the package there was no oregano.

                                  I have purchased a gift voucher from my credit card worth rs. 500 and when i tryed to use this gift voucher the manager from your alpha 2 branch refused to accept it he said that we have discontinued the gift voucher option for few weeks now if that is the case why am i able to buy your gift voucher's in the first place and why are you not informing the customer's that these are no longer valied with dominos pizza... Or you just want to keep taking money from us and dont even boughter to tell the customer about it???

                                  Now i am stuck with a rs. 500 gift voucher whith nothing to do with it... Can someone let me know how can i use it or get my money back???

                                    I had ordered online pizza from thane east, at 2 pm, done online payment.
                                    I am very much regular customer of dominos. I have a 7yrs son who is a fan of pizza, today also i had order for him and his friends.
                                    Worst is i haven't received my pizza yet though they give guarantee of delivery in 30 minutes otherwise free. I haven't got any pizza till now it's almost 4 p. M its been 2 hours i haven't received any pizza not a call from them that they are late or something or in any explanation and worst part is i have already paid them so it's completely cheating that they are not sending pizza and i can't say say give it to me in free because i have already paid so i want to all my money back and its worst service ever. I don't think so i will be again giving any order to domino's.

                                      I have order my order through food panda reference no is n9gq2i75. And the payment has been done through domino's gateway and i have received payment successful info. Its pg/[protected]/ibibo/dc-8475/dominos
                                      But i am really upset that my order is neither confirmed nor cancelled from domino's.
