Dear sir/ma'am

I am regular customer from chandigarh. I had bought a e-voucher from little app of rs 400. But its validity is till 31st november, today when i tried to order by using e-voucher it was not showing that e - voucher option during doing payment. Then i contact domino's care they said there are technical issues regarding this. But this is total loss of me because of this technical issue because its validity is only till 31st november. This is not fair you must have to do something regarding this. Please contact me and help me to solve the problem.

Kindly help and do something so that there is no loss of mine because of domino's pizza.

I baught rs.1000 gift voucher through little and it gonna expires by Dec1st i tried contacting them in this regard der is no update kindly arrange an alternative solution or refund my cash. I'm trying for the past week still they didn't fix the technical glitch on theor payment gateway

    My order got late and the delivery boy is saying that we are only responsible for main gate of society.
    If the gate of society is 1 km far then how could we take from there.
    They were so rude and taken the pizza back.
    Where’s the 30 min delivery conditions?
    This is the bill attached and the order was 4 mins late.
    Please take the action against it or otherwise i have to go to higher authorities or file an complaint against dominos.

      I have a e-voucher which i received from sbi cards. However i am unable to use the same for making payment as the 'pay using e-voucher option is not at all available in the payment screen while making orders online. I am trying this fir past 2 weeks. When the issue will be resolved as the validity of e-voucher is only for few days. What can be done now or extend the validityof the e-voucher.

        On 18 th november, i had ordered pizza from chembur branch from my mobile as a guest without using login as i had forgotten my password. I did payment thr paytm of rs 836 /-. But got a message that payment was not successful as there is no bank response. Then i ordered again for cash on delivery for a total amount of rs 762 /-. And got delivery also. And paid cash. But my paytm amount of rs 836/ has been deducted. By contacting paytm i got a reply that dominos has to sort out issue as money has been deducted.
        Pl look into the matter and refund my amount of rs 836/-. I spoke to one of the chembur branches but didnt get a positive reply. Since i logged in as guest i am not sure which exact branch in chembur got the payment.

        My delivery address was

        Order date: 18 nov 2017 evening at around 7pm.

          As being the citizen. Of this country and paying the so much amount taxes we guys are not getting the proper service like the washroom is completely choked up. Plz look into that matter even i have a video of it and i wont mind posting it on social media. This is happening frequently in the city as being the international food brand this really isnt expectable.

            The worst quality of the delivered pizza, it was containing stone. Due to that stone i broke my teeth while chewing the pizza, and it was blooding due to the stone in you pizza.

            Though you replaced pizza, given promise to refund money, who will be responsible for my broken tooth and the dental problem throughout my life. You need to compensate this bearing the all treatment cost.

            This is pathetic experience, if you don't take prompt action i will go to consumers forum and sue you along with i will share this experience on social media.

            I have all the photos and proofs against you.

            How can even you deliver the pizza with stone? Do you have any quality check mechanism?

            I suffered a lot and ant the proper compensation for this

              After the gst council decreased the gst rate for restaurants to 5%, the prices of items in dominos have gone by 30 to 50 rupees. So, in effect, the reduction in gst has not been helpful to the consumer. Please have the restaurant under scanner and check the prices before and after nov 15th.

              I would appreciate if someone looked into this as it would be helpful to consumers all over india.

                Hi,
                I placed an order on 16th of november from the online website with id jpt[protected]. The amount got deducted from paytm and i havent received the refund yet. The amount was rs 404. Have been calling everywhere since then but no response. Dropped emails to dominos guest care id but no response. Please refund my money. Pathetic customer service

                  I bought gift card of domino india and its not working anywhere site/app/ store

                  It's been 4 months guys are fooling around customer

                    I ordered pizza and garlic bread from domino's app and i paid via paytm wallet and our pizza tasted like dog, it was floppy, and the crust was cardboard. However, the (Garlic bread) was not delivered with pizza.

                    They quote online that they will refund your money or make you a new one but they neglected it and would not refund it to us and it was absolutely horrible experience.

                    I want my complete money back or compensation as above mentioned complaint.

                      This is my concern ref no is 3908218, actually please don't provide a promising time because u did it for the 2nd time. Actually i have made an order bt there is a delay of 15 min, and the manager in return just said sorry for the delay, then what is the meaning for your tag line take pizza on promising time or free. If not possible thn plz don't use these lines. I have ordered at 1 o'clock and i have got at 1.50

                        I am having two vouchers of rs.500 each purchased from little app.
                        And last date of these vouchers is 1st december.
                        I am trying to redeem these vouchers online but the payment window in not showing the evoucher option.
                        So i an unable to redeem the voucher.
                        I am regularly writing mail to support team but there is no response.

                          I ordered cheese burst 5 pepper pizza medium size but I got cold pizza and all the toppings were falling . Moreover the management was not supportive while I registered my complaint .when I called to register my complaint, the dominos employee cut my call 2 times then 3rd time I talked strongly then she gave the call to manager . Kindly consider as it was not nice .

                            I am never given the bill for my order at dominos outlet, new bel road, bangalore. This is not happened only with me but a lot of my friends too. They often say that they will provide the bill along with the pizza but never do so. On asking for the bill later on, they make excuses of server down or other things.
                            Ps-this has not happened once but at least 6 times in past 3 weeks.
                            Kindly do check into the matter.

                              Amount got deducted from my paytm account but billdesk transaction got failed.

                              I have completed my order with my debit card when it got failed from first time. But payment deducted from paytm is not revised.

                              I have written to paytm but they said it was an issue with merchant site only so need to get in touch with them only.

                                I placed order no. 157 on 07.08.2017 (Through mobile no. [protected]) and paid amount of rs. 624 through mobikwik app. While getting the pizza delivery, the delivery man said that their branch has not recived the online payment and i have to pay in cash. So i paid again rs. 624 to pizza delivery person.
                                I lodged a complaint to mobikwik regarding the same. They sent me a reply that the payment to merchant is successful at their end. Also they have escalated the said transaction to the merchant and it will take 7-10 working days to received the refund from merchant which will be credited to my mobikwik wallet.
                                I lodged the complaint on 24.08.2017 and after wards send reminder dated 05.09.2017, 20.09.2017, 25.09.2017, 30.05.2017 and further followed up through phone with branch manager of kashmere gate, dominos outlet i. E. Mr. Gomez. But very sad to say all my request gone in vain. Nobody is paying attention on my request and refunding my hard earned money. It is very upsetting that even after admitting by the manager that the amount is received twice still nobody bother to refund.
                                Kindly do the needful.

                                  Placed an order on dominos app on november 19th. After making the payment of rs. 730 through paytm wallet, i received a declined error message. The money was deducted from paytm wallet. I later selected cash on delivery and made a payment of rs.730 to the delivery guy. It has been fifth day and i haven't received any refund from domino's.

                                  @dominos team: please initiate my refund amount at an earliest.

                                      All extra taxes ingress but Gst and cgst are same taking some outlet. He taking extra money in all food restaurant..
                                      I have ordered a pizza on 20th nov 2017 and I tried to pay from my paytm wallet.

                                      Amount got deducted from my wallet but billdesk site showed that transaction got failed.

                                      I have the screenshot of the same. Please look into that issue urgently.

                                        I am complaining against mr. Vikash working in plot no. 19, block h 1 a sector-63, noida..
                                        I am unsatisfied with this person. He dont know how to talk to customers. He was being soo harsh. I asked him 2times about the discount on amount paid through paytm.. He said yes discount will be paid whatever will be the discount.
                                        But when he came and i asked about the discount he was being soo harsh n change to his words.. I am really very dissappointed with mr. Vikash service. He even use abuse language.
                                        If they really dont know about any information they should not say ok or confirm the order. They should confirm and then say ok. They even send thanda pizza to us without orgenos only chilly flakes.
                                        And he even said i didnt said anything..
                                        And secondly the delivery boy was being over smart when i asked him for the orgenos he rejected to give me. And when i experience my past service he just ignored and being rude and said i don"t have.
                                        I am expecting they will be punished or should compensate for what they did or otherwise i will never ever order from dominos.
