Had ordered telephonically from Domino's at Shop no. 9, 10, 11, Shailly complex Near SAL Hospital, Drive-In, Thaltej, Ahmedabad on 07.03.17 and declared that I will pay through Sodexo meal pass. I ordered pizza online (via app) on 4th March. The money got deducted but the order didn't get placed. The order still shows in the cart.
I showed the money deduction message on the dominos outlet and get the answer that the money will be refunded. I haven't get any message from the dominos regarding the refund initiation.

I feel really unfortunate to inform you that the pizzas were not tasting good at all which we are.Cheese was like negligible, the toppings were very less.Red sauce was even very less.We just felt that we were eating the base.

How are you developing customer relationship on this much mistrust n irresponsible behaviour. Cancelled the online payed order without informing in any form after 2 hours by restaurant within 1 km distance suggesting it is far away by Domino's or will take 1hour + to deliver. But without informing cancelled it with no basic curtsey.Extremelly Disappointed...

I tried ordering a pizza through Domino's app initially. But the app kept hanging and became unresponsive time and again. Then I tried placing the order through website. It wouldn't detect my location automatically so I typed in the location. However the order got placed in an outlet in Ajaynagar while I stay in Salt Lake Purbachal. The name of my complex is misspelled in the website and the app because of which a major confusion took place....

Since last 7 days there is no beverage in Dominos belapur, navi Mumbai, Mumbai .. inspite of solving about it and complaining it to distributor they were arguing for non availability of beverage from us and instead solving they were complaining us that the beverage is not distributed by distributor itself and what they can do in it.

On sunday 26th feb i tried to order pizza via dominos app and made payment via freecharge, payment debited from v=freecharge but at dominos it said transaction failed. So i made a cash on delivery order.
