Hello,

today i have ordered peppy pizza and i see that the pizza which was served t me the cheez was very hard it was like like rubber i was literally pulling the cheeze and it was like elastic rubber.
i asked the counter person like the cheese is not fresh but he was like it will be like that only all same as if i never had pizza in my life or like dont know wat cheese is and how much time it takes to dry.

this was the first bad experience i ever had.
i feeling like some thing uneassy after having that pizza.
i really need to speak regarding this. i wont leave this issue.

On March 19 2017, I ordered a pizza from Vidyaranyapura center (Double cheese margareta and a veg pizza burger) Ref order num Txn No :
IOBC[protected] ///Order num 227 (Amount 463) ...

To my surprise they had sent me a simply cheese pizza (not double cheese margareta) this is not the first time ...I have seen this in past too..

They take so much money and their website and system allow the permutation and combination of pizza in such way that customer is forced to spent huge amount with little or no satisfaction..

Double cheese margareta is a product which they easily fool customers and i have been fooled 8/10 times when I order this product...

I am raising a dispute and want an answer regarding why we are fooled????

We were so hungry that we had no option than to have the pizza and also nothing can be clear from the pictures.

I have raised such issue from kolkata (barasat branch) an year and half ago and then also Dominos people except giving silly phone calls and arguing they never made any attempt not to fool around

Any city any center PLS DONT ORDER DOUBLE CHEESE MARGARETA IN FACT THEY SHUD STOP THIS PRODUCT AS THEY FOOL CUSTOMERS!!!

Hey I m Lalit from gurgaon I have done a pizza order my payment deduct but I don't get my money back or pizza I want my money back OK ND I will not do order anything again online I don't know why this will be happen . A guy want to eat pizza ND he can't eat it wts this I don't like the site very much by this this is going to be kill a man if he can't get his money back or deleivery

I placed my order on dominos app on 20th march 2017 and made a payment via freecharge wallet. Payment was successful and sum of RS 760 was deducted from my wallet and I also get a confirmation msg from freecharge they provide order ID [protected] but I won't get any call or msg from dominos. Then I called up at dominos customer care and they transfer my call to the dominos shop that location I selected while making my order. They told me that no order was placed by my number and after then I contacted freecharge customer care they took 3 to 4 days and replied my mail that transaction was successful at merchant end so contact your merchant. Now I'm trying dominos customer care but number was not reachable[protected]. Please look in to this issue .i[censored] want I can send the mails and references shared by freecharge. Please contact me as soon as possible .

I ordered a pizza, and made the payment online. As per the tracking it showed that my pizza was dispatched. Later I received a call from dominos for the order confirmation. I was surprised because as per the tracking it showed that my order was already dispatched and it was already 40 mins from the time I ordered. The lady on the line was confirming my address, I asked her whether my order is dispatched or not. She replied that it has not been dispatched yet. I told her that the tracking shows that it has already been dispatched. She neglected my question and started asking for the landmark. She was rude in her approach and neglectful as well. I also think that there is no transparency of the orders as the tracking shows different status than the actual status. Ultimately I had to wait for 1:30 hours for my pizza.

I placed online order after the Dominos store in sector 22, Gurgaon refused to take my order. Firstly they took almost 30 mins to decide if i am eligible for the discount which i keep getting through sms from Dominos on my mobile number. when they said i am not eligible and the CRM Code is not valid i placed an online order to avail the discount for Rs.862.00. After the amount got credited form my AXIS Bank account, i was told that the order is cancelled. I am still waiting for the refund which they charged fraudulently. Bad service, hopeless management and even worse customer care. No one from the customer care has called me yet to resolve the issue. i have called them repeatedly for past so many days, all the time my phone is put on hold.

I have ordered pizza from dominos Android app.
My order was one cheesy pizza mania and one regular margarita pizza.
Amount of Rs. 209 is deducted from my Paytm account([protected]).
But order has not been placed.
I have got message from my bank also of deduction of money and from Paytm as well.
But they didn't accept the order.
Since I am a student and each and every penny is worth to me. I insist please resolve my problem as quickly as possible.
Otherwise I will take some strong action towards it.

I would like to update you that the pathetic service experience one of your otlet of DOMINOS PIZZA which is situated at New Ashok Nagar Metro station .
Pizza service guys doesn't know how to treat with customers. they always using Apko nahi pta time lgta hai ...
Also he didn't inform us about the actual billing amount . if required m able to share the mosquito photographs also .

I ordered from Sheikh Sarai store through mobile app order number 1.I got paneer parcel instead of chicken parcel. I shared a feed back n manager anup called me and said it was chicken only. Now comes two things that it's outrageous to send chicken in package indicating paner /veg and secondly u are assuming your customer cannot differentiate between chicken n paneer. U are playing with the brand name this goes to facebook n vegetarianism will surely be in doubt before ordering

I'm Sakina, I need to complaint this that why you people aint not delivering in some areas, when we are trying to contact them they say that we dont have the location, im talking about the location address: AVN college going through collector office, you people having location of collector office which is in visakhapatnam (Vizag), AP.
But its only takes 4min from collector office to AVN college, do take this complaint seriously and explore your location till the place where i have told you people. Thankyou.

I called up to your restaurant bhatinda mittal mall nd one of your female employee picked up call nd then she put it on hold without my permission after that ummed picked up call nd when i complain to umeed regarding this matter, suddendly mandeep took call nd ask me to talk with him nd also he behaved with me rudly . Whts this guys, is this kind of Restaurant managers dominos have.

I wanted to bring to your notice that the Dominos pizza at Virar west, Thane Maharashtra refuses to serve regular size pizzas on Sundays and other Holidays. Initially I thought it is one off scenario and ignored it but later I observed they do it intentionally on every Sunday / Holiday. This has caused me and others coming at the restaurant inconvenience on several occasions.
I expect the highest quality of service from an international brand like dominos but this kind of behavior is unacceptable and that is why now I have decided to escalate it to the highest level if needed.

Today we ordered Pizzas worth 498 and as per the offer we were given free garlic bread. But on delivery we found that the garlic bread was just plain and no seasoning / herbs on top or garlic taste or smell whatsoever.It was tough to bite.I want to ask Dominos if they would serve the same if we had paid for it. The quality of the bread served was so bad as though they were doing us a great favour by serving that PLAIN BREAD. We DID NOT ask for anything FREE. If they cannot maintain the standards, better not to give any of these namesake offers. . Do not cheat customers in the name of free offers.

My minor son reuben chaudhuri had ordered pizzas this morning (Order no. 23 at 1303 hours on 18th march from domino's pizza, strand coffee house, strand road, colaba, mumbai) on the domino's pizza website.

We find that the payment for this (Rs. 1, 320 - invoice number dpi65811/[protected]/91090) has been debited twice (At 1259 hours and 1302 hours).

We have got in touch with the franchise on the phone (At 2140 hours on 18th march) and been assured by a customer service officer that the payment will be reversed. However, he has not given us a complaint number so that we can follow up in case payment reversal has not been made.

I would like you to follow up and provide me with an acknowledgement of my complaint and a time by which the reversal will be made.

I have ordered pizza today at at 15:37:36 and I have not received the pizza till now.

I have ordered pizza on[protected] at 20:26:16 which was got delivered after 45 minutes, I had loged the complaint also so I got a call and it was mentioned that amount will be refunded in same mode as I had made payment by credit card by I have not received money back.

So I ordered my pizza at 10:20and was supposed to be delivered by 10:50.I didn't get it till 11:15 and I was told while ordering that it would be free if it gets over 30. The delivery guy was rude and said that we can return the order so he can just leave and was being super rude and so we called up his manager because we obviously wanted to eat the pizza and the manager hung up on us and said that we don't live in Porsche area and so Its not free for us. The offer is only valid for big areas. My invoice number is DP166120/[protected]/13327 and my order was taken by yogita who promised us 30 minutes delivery

On 10 of march I tried to place order pizza from dominos on dominos app between 12:30pm-1pm I made my payment through net banking but the order was not placed even after my money was deducted from the account, immediately I called their cust-care about this problem they said it will be refunded within 24 hrs till now no reply please help me with this

And they mentioned that both the vouchers are already consumed at dominos on the same day when i placed the order... But from dominos got a msg my order was failed.

I have ordered Domino's pizza in Tambaram camp road branch on 15th march at 8.30. even after 90 mins i have not received my order. I made a call back and checked they were saying we cant find the address.

I have waited for more than 90 mins and there is no single call back from the centre and intimate me.

Is this the way you guys treat customer? irresponsible answer. very very worst service to the core.
