This is to bring to your notice that i have not yet received any money pertaining to my online pizza order which got declined and the transaction number is dc[protected] dated[protected] amounted rs.970.
The incident was as follows - i had gone on the domino's online order portal on my mobile phone and order few items amounting to a total of rs.970. The page after finalizing my order took me to the payment gateway page. I paid through my debit card and i received had sms stating rs.970 (The billing amt) had been debited from my bank account. However at the same time the online portal of domino's displayed as the order has been declined and i received the following email.

The initial notification on email that i received on january 27th, 2017 was - "oops! We were unable to place your order to the kitchen due to some technical reason. If you chose not to try again, or we are not able to place it in the next attempt, your payment will be refunded to your account/card within 7 working days."

And then followed 3 notifications dated. 27th feb, 3rd feb, 11th feb from [protected]@jublfood.com to receive call from the dominos to address this concern.

I have been always opting for domino's over other pizzas available across, but incidentally domino's have loosed credit-ability from my end.

Writing to you in a good understanding of getting my money refunded.

    Hi,
    My dominoz order with trace number cc[protected] and order number 64 on 02/18/2017 has been cancelled by the restaurant guys. When i called the after half an hour of order confirmation they said they will call me back in 2 mnts. They didn't called back. Then after almost one hr, i called again and they said my order has been cancelled because the location i entered was not in there area. They haven't even informed me with text message. They said the refund will initiate within next working day. But i hvt received any refunds yet. My transaction number is hhmp[protected].

      I have ordered 1 med qfbu farmhouse on date 21/2/2017. But domino's has delivered country special, we want mushroom toppings but in ordered there is no toppings of mushroom. I am in hurry or too much hungry so i eat that pizza which is delivered by domino's but your order is not matched with my ordered, first time i have face that problem in domino's.
      I think i waste my money if product is not matched with our order.

        I have grievances against Ahmedabad Maninagar Branch, for very poor service.

        They treated people like they are doing favour, but actually its their part of Job.

        Very rude staff ( Dhut Amik ), and i am surprise that shift manager also standing behind but not responded.

        On 14th Feb'17 i went to that branch along with family and ordered for 1 meal which i often ordered when ever i visit domino's. But i feel due to rush on that day (14th Feb) that cashier said there is not meal you have to buy individual pizza.

        I am very unhappy with the service and although they have charged 25rs as service charge which is so bad.

          I was trying to place an order for dominos pizza online on their website on last friday, feb 10th, 2017. The total money i lost was rupees 636/-

          I had rupees 316/- in my mobikwik balance,

          There was a discount on mobikwik so i chose to pay through mobikiwik and rest of the money i paid by my citi bank card (Rupees 320/-).

          During online ordering at the final stage. I chose debit card transaction and i was taken to that webpage of dominos which says 'order is being pushed to the kitchen' when this transaction failed. The error came as 'sorry we are not able to push your order into the kitchen. Try again.'

          I immediately called up the dominos store (Dominos store - marathahalli branch) which i had selected for delivery and spoke to the manager who mentioned that they have not received any online order from me and enquired my problem.

          The order# is hmbk[protected] showing on my mobikiwik history.

          Please check and refund my amount of 636.

            I got egift voucher for Rs. 5O0 as i redeemed ma reward points through axis bank credit card...now since one month am nt able to use that n online as it s coming invalid and also called both jubilant food works and dominos branch and complained regarding the same but no proper response...even i mailed the concerned team but no response...worst is the jubilant foodworks and dominos

            But, I haven't received the order.

              I ordered a pizza from dominos. I reached my home an hour late and that too was too cold. Dominos says, full payment will be revised if we do not serve you in next half an hour and i was served an hour and the basic cost was only reversed. Why does not it say otherwise.?
              I was not provided any information about the delivery and the status of the order how long is it going to take?

                I placed an order on phone with the Sector 48, Noida branch. It was a big order with more than 5 items so I was told that the 30 min timeline would not be applicable to which I agreed.
                After 45 mins, I called the Store to know the status when they informed me that the order is on the way.
                After 60 mins, I inquired again when they informed that the order is out for delivery.
                After nearly 75 mins, I called up again when they informed that the order is cancelled at their end which was surprising 'coz a few mins back it was on the way to reach me!
                The Store Manager had no clue about what was going on and the store team was very rude.

                  I ordered online for around 900rs. from dominos. One hour after placing my order, the online website said my order was dispatched. Just then i got a call from one man saying that they did not deliver to my area. It was from the MG ROAD, TRIVANDRUM BRANCH .I called and asked to speak to the MANAGER. I explained to him that my ORDER WAS PREPAID with the order no being 123.
                  He told me that he would cancel the order and told me to call the sashtamangala branch that would apparently deliver to my area.

                  FIRSTLY, IF A BRANCH IS UNABLE TO DELIVER TO A PARTICULAR AREA THEN THE WEBSITE SHOULD NOT GIVE IT AS AN OPTION. I entered my home adress on the website (zippr's smart adress) that apparently automatically selects the closest domino's delivery to you. Therefore making this your technical error.

                  SECONDLY, HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM?

                  THIRDLY, GIVE YOUR MANAGEMENT SOME BRAINS AND MANNERS OR FIRE THEM.

                  FOURTHLY, IF THEY WERE UNABLE TO DELIVER IT TO MY ADDRESS DUE TO A WEBSITE ERROR, IT IS UNACCEPTABLE TO CALL ME ONE HOUR AFTER PLACING MY ORDER TO GIVE ME THAT INFORMATION.
                  THE MANAGER'S EXCUSE WAS THAT THEY WERE BUSY... AGAIN, HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM? EMPLOY PEOPLE WHO CAN MANAGE.
                  HE THEN WENT ON TO CUT THE CALL WITHOUT OFFERING ANY APOLOGY OR SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM, AND THEREAFTER IGNORED MY CALLS.

                  SLOW CLAPS.

                  I AM GOING TO POST THIS REVIEW EVERYWHERE FOR EVERYONE TO SEE.
                  NOT ONLY DO YOU'LL SELL RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE PIZZA'S, YOU'LL ALSO HAVE A FAULTY WEBSITE AND NINCOMPOOP MANAGER'S. IF ANYBODY IS TEMPTED ENOUGH TO BE CHEATED OFF THAT MUCH MONEY, BOY DO YOU'LL KNOW HOW TO DETER THEM.

                    In the month of August 2016 your Dominos delivery boy hit an oncoming bike and later rammed into my car. Mr Shoaib a manager from your Panjim outlet came and apologized and said that Dominos would take care of the same. The cost of the work on accident has come to 12.5 K, whose bill has already been submitted. Their RM had spoken to me and said that they would pay the amount which still hasn't been payed. Its been 6 months but still no revert.
                    Kindly help me with the same.

                      Yesterday i ordered in dominos via freecharge using debit card.money was deducted but i dint get my order nor my refund..what's happening..bad experience with dominos😠..at around 9.24p.m..my order id is [protected]..i dint even get any message about what happened to my order..u people don't have any change if we pay by cash on delivery and if we pay before we don't get any messages as to what happened to our money

                      I had made an online purchase with Domino on 16 Dec 2016 and I got an SMS that my order could not be delivered due to technical reasons. As per the SMS received on 22 Jan 2016 my refund was processed and the same had to be paid within 3-5 working days. As it was not happened, I made a telephonic complaint to 68886888 and sent a feedback on their website. I got reply as SMS that a manager will contact me within 48 hours. Nobody contacted me till date. And nobody able to give me the reason for the delay even after calling the available numbers.

                        I received a coupon on my mobile no. [protected] from domino
                        one pizza free with medium or large pizza
                        i tried for 2 hours but coupon was accepted
                        i rushed near by restaurant
                        first i was asked to order from the same no. on which coupon was being sent
                        i did same changed my sim from feature mobile to smart mobile but in vain
                        then they directly offered me 20% discount i denied
                        then they told me it was valid for few hours
                        i lodged complain on their website i got message that domino will contact me in 12 hours nothing happen

                          Order No 368 through online booking from mobile app .
                          I ordered for 9:30 pm booking for which the tracking details were not available. On requesting for tracking details the request wasn't processed rather I was told that i booked for 10:30 pm. As per their terms and conditions the was order was to be free for a maximum amount of Rs 300. But I was told that the delivery staff was out for delivery by 9:30 pm. The order was delivered at 10:25 pm and the bill clearly mentioned that the order was out for delivery at 10:00 pm and not 9:30 pm. On placing complaints thrice there isn't any response just a confirmation mail has being sent to my mail id that query has being reported. They are clearly stating that I'm lying.

                            I had ordered dominoz pizza through [protected]. It had connected me to nearest dominos center. I had placed order. But after 2 hrs also it has not arrived.
                            I had connected Yelachena halli, Kanakapura road branch. They told that i havent ordered.

                            After that I had called [protected] twice for raising my concerns. Both the times, service center person ( one of them name was Pravin). they told me to wait for some time and put me on hold (only listening dominos advertisement in phone), after some time (around 15 mins) it got disconnected automatically

                                I made a payment of 444 Rs. on 28 January 2017. I received a message from you guys that I will receive my money within 7 working days. But till date i have not received any money. I tried to call your customer care number on 11 Feb 2017 (Concern Ref 2434904) and the guy told me that he will get back to me withing 24 working hours, but till date nobody called me. I called your customer care number today also and that too 3 times (Concern Ref 2456446), but still I have not received any success, again one more promise. Can someone please tell me how I can get my money.

                                  I have ordered Pizza on 27 Jan 2017, due to some technical issue after making payment they have cancelled the order. and also got the message "We have Processed refund of Rs.346 for ur order dated Jan 27, 2017, 9:26 pm. Refund generally take 4-5 business days to appear in bank ac" . But still refund not credited in my Bank ac. My payment Ref no is [protected]IGAARRYIQ2 .

Bottled coke being sold above MRP which is against prevailing laws 3. Staff arguing unnecessarily & needs to be trained in customer handling.

                                    I ordereda farmouse cheeze burst medioum size pizza worth rs.412 but it didn't orderd due to some technical error on their official website so my money deducted from my account but pizza not ordetred and then they send a mail to me on my id:bhargav.[protected]@gmail.com..is that sir we will refund ur money in 3-7 working bussiness days and today is 15 feb 2017 my money is not refunded yet...the offficial statement they send to me is below...

                                      Had visited the said outlet today 14th February 2017 with my family including one toddler kid, Its really very annoying to complain you about mira road branch, v v untidy, not at all hygiene & just too many mosquitos around.. none of the ac working..

                                      And the least pizzas are just not worth the money.. no taste / no cheese.. v had ordered cheese burst.

                                      No place available to seat, its too compact outlet..

                                        Had Been to Domino's in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. As a YouTuber, I started recording stuff out there. The staff comes in saying that I can't recording anything in store, not even my order. Moreover, none of the employees know English well and the manager (not even in proper uniform) comes to me n rudely says that I can't use camera. Then whole staff kept looking at me n my friend all the time as if we were criminals. Had the worst experience and probably will never visit the store again... N ya food was not at all at Domino's standards
