Hi Team,

On 23rd Feb, 2017 i tried to place an order in Dominos (Laxminagar, New Delhi-110092) for Pizza home delivery however an amount of Rs. 675/- got deducted and no order was placed. I am extremely unhappy with the customer service i got from Dominos related to my refund.

I tried to place an order for two times by the same number ([protected], registed in the name of Neha Tyagi), one from my Bank Account (Bank Name: ICICI and account number is[protected] which got failed and amount of Rs 675-/ got deducted and another order from my friends account named as Neha Tyagi (Bank Name: Kotak Mahindra and account number is [protected]) which got successfully placed and order was delivered.

Now i am asking for the refund of Rs 675/- which got deducted from my ICICI account and no order was placed. Payment ID of the transaction happened is [protected]. Consumer Code is DOMINOS_HICI[protected] and Bill Reference Information is HICI[protected]. Check the attached file for more details.

I already contacted you people on 23rd Feb and you told me i need to wait for next 48 hours for the refund as there's no order showing hence i've already waited and no refund has been returned yet. I contacted ICICI bank and they told me to get in touch with Biller i.e. Dominos and ask them to provide the same in written that you don't have any order placed from my ICICI bank account so that they could refund the money back.

Now i am totally pissed of from Domios people asking again and again the same thing however neither they are refunding my money back in my account nor providing anything in written so that at least ICICI bank start working.

This level of customer services was not at all expected however the same has happened now i am also going to paste the same in other social websites as well.

    I have ordered in domino pizza on 24th feb @9.41 pm, the 1st incident starts from here. I used an exclusive coupon for 35% discount, but order has pick some random location and order placed to ravindra sarani - kolkata - dominos, after that when i have canceled it. I called customer care - hyderabad (As i want my pizza to get deliver here) to resolve my issue and give my coupon back. The person (Mr. Arvind) response was unprofessional. He kept my phone on hold for 5 min and disconnected by phone with out giving a proper response. Total wastage of my time. When i have reordered it - somajigunda - hyderabad - dominos on same day @10.13 pm. The pizza delivered by not cheese bust as what i have ordered and again my money got waste. Dominos store person think just giving a call to customer is their duty they are not concern weather their issues get resolved or not and for raising complain also we have to call to customer care and they after seeing the response from dominos cc. I feel very disappointed.

    It is good to tell that company has taken my complain seriously after lots of efforts. 1st they have refunded my amount deducted for First transaction. also they have delivered 1 Pizza (medium with cheese bust), 1 Coko lawa, 1 garlic bread with cheese dip as apologizes, and dint take any charges for that, they have also given discount voucher of almost 1K in different units . yes it took little time but company has resolved my issue with in 2 days, Mr Uday, Guest Delight manager (Hyderabad) himself called me to understand my concern and apologize for the mistake and arranged all these.

      On 13/02/2017 night between 8:30 pm to 9:45 p.m we visited with my family and kids to domino store at santosh nagar branch (Ground floor, MIGH House No. 7/A, Bearing G.H.M.C No. 17-1-A/7, Ward: 17-Block, MIGH, Santosh Nagar Colony, New Santoshnagar, Santosh Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana 500059)

      we had pizza at the store and sat on a long table With more than 6seats at the corner .just near this table we have CCTV camera also.we forget our mobile and left the pizza store after having our pizza .when I realized in the morning that my mobile was missing I called the store in the morning.the guy on the call asked me to call after an hour I called him after 1 hour but instead of checking the CCTV footage he blindly said no the did not find any mobile.the manager and the staff are horrible and not able to help to find my lost mobile phone which is flip phone nokia6060 model I have very important contacts of all my doctors who are diagnosing my kid.really pathetic to have such a poor management in place to trace one mobile right in front of the table where cctv camera is there.

        I placed an order on 14 feb 2017 by the name of prateek aggarwal, mobile no. [protected] via website for the sum amount of 496. My order no. Was 72 and my order was placed on this domino's outlet address - plot no. 19, ground floor, community center, road no. 44, pitampura, delhi, 110034. Due to non serviceable area the order got cancelled. I payed using my axis bank master card. I have contacted the customer care several times, and i was promised that the amount will be credited in my acc. Within 3-5 business days today is 25 feb 2017 still the sum amount has not been credited in my account. I am fed up with the customer service and request help from this complaint

        Thru customer care i contacted the district manager of Dominos then she helped with the whole process and i got my refund back and special thanks to consumerccomplaint.in this forum helped me in lot many ways☺️

          I made transaction on 11th feb 17 of 1247. The order was not successful, but money deducted from zeta account.
          Please refund money not yet refunded to my account after requesting you so many times. One of my merchant Transaction id is [protected] for your reference.
          The local Domino's people where i placed order, do not have any transactions at their place.when i contacted Zeta, they told me to request Domino's for refund as tge transaction was done from their end.

            I ordered a pizza on 17 February 2017 through domino's mobile app for which I paid online.
            I placed the order for which I received a confirmation at 8:00pm that I would get the pizza within time.But I got my order at around 9:15 which was way later than the 30 min time limit which they promise and further more 1 pizza was already damaged.So I returned the damaged pizza after the delivery guy promised me that he would bring me a new pizza.
            I called the store manager( store address P-108, Bangur Ave, Mirania Gardens 2, Bangur, Lake Town, Kolkata, West Bengal 700055) that my order came in way later than the 30 min time which domino's promises so I asked him to refund the money.He said that he would initiate a request and I would get the refund with 3-5 days. After that i placed my complain at the feedback section which domino's provide in their app after which I got a message on the phone stating that domino's will call us to resolve this issue but till now I still haven't heard from them I wrote my complaint one more time after that via the feedback but I still haven't gotten any response from the.
            I did not expect dominos to be so much irresponsible towards their customers.

              I ordered pizza on 18th February, but that order could not complete and failed. However, my pay TM account was debited twice for Rs. 407 and Rs, 407 for two failed order. (Order 1. February 18, 16:52, Jubilant Order #98f773000a3ba2ba3b52b...Wallet Txn ID: [protected] of Rs. 407 and Ordr No. 2 Jubliant Order # 75725cf7cfcc039de67b...Feb 18, 16 :52, Wallet Txn Id [protected] of Rs. 407) . The amount of rs. 407 has already been restored of Order no.2. However, the amount of Order no.1 is still due. I was assured that I will get my refund back. Today on 22th February I got my refund back but amount is only 407 Rs. Kindly resolve the issue.

              Kindly resolve the issue and give rest of my money back.

              This is to state that, yesterday i got call from the Domino's asking my debit card information so as to refund the amount of rs. 407/- in my account directly. It was told that the amount would be refunded within 20 min. i got my verification done. But still my amount is blocked by you. I m writing this last and directing you to refund the amount within 2 days failing which i will take appropriate legal action against the company. Please Note.

                On 2nd order again unsucessful then i again received sms from dominos amount will reverse with in seven working days.

                  I ordered pizza on 17th February, but that order was cancelled. The amount of the order was 1057. I was assured that I will get my refund back.                     Immediately she registered a complaint with you through call and received a confirmation message on mobile number [removed] that amount will be transferred back to your account which has not happened till date.

                        Issues related to refund and attitude of mangers of cv ramanagar dominos restaurant:calling almost 10 times customer care and they connecting to cv ramanagar bangalore manager and the manager is not interested to resolve the issue as well he is not interested to refund my money which is 902rs. Also the managers give fake information stating it's already delivered or they will call me back after finding the issue but nothing as such works. Today i called customer care in morning and they connected to me to the restaurant manager shibu and then we spoke and he promised he will get back but as usual it was fake. Then in the evening some other manager called harnst spoke and he told me you have to wait as in our records it states it's delivered but due to some confusion it is not. Also i asked about my refund and he just said not sure just connect to technical team, so i said very well let's resolve with technical team and he said it can be done thru customer care. So i said to him within 5 mins u will get a call and let's together resolve it and he agreed. But after 5 mins i tried thru customer care and he did not respond nor even he was intersted to resolve it. This shows irresponsible behaviour and more clear statement as they don't keep up to their words. I have raised many cases but most imp is this manager behaving arrogantly and my refund of 902 rs. Cases are #2495708 and #2475762, #2480090, 96, 99, #2484743.

Food quality of the product of very very very poor.I can not explain you what I was thinking to see that type of product.it was fully burn and not eatable.                             Dear Domino's
                            Very sorry to say the working of domino's outlets of sector 5 and sector 12 of Dwarka, New Delhi. We are the regular clients of domino's since long and Domino's provided us the beautiful services.
                            On 6th of December 2016 at around 7:30-8:00 pm we ordered a pizza online from sector 5 Dwarka, the order was booked and the payment was made online. After a few minutes, they called us and reconfirmed our order and then refused to deliver the pizza to our residence sector 7 and told us that they don't serve in sector 7 and about payment they said that it will be refunded within 7 working days.
                            Then again we ordered a pizza from another outlet which was of sector 12. The same scene happened again and they repeated the above story that they don't cover our area and told that the payment will be refunded within 7 working days.
                            I waited to get the amount refunded for 15 days but it didn't happen yet. I made so many phone calls to both of the outlets but every time the in charge said that the server is not working.
                            Ultimately with a very heavy heart, I had to make the complaint through the mail with the request to get my money back. You can confirm this from the concerned outlets. Hoping the earliest response from your side.
                            I don't want to defame domino's so please again I'm requesting to refund my money as soon as possible.

                              I'm very disappointed by the behaviour of the guy who took the order from Dominoz pizza located in Shaikpet Manikonda.I placed an order today at 6.44 p.m for which I received a confirmation and called them back after an hour at 7.48 p.m for which he said the order has been dispatched from the store and will reach you any minute and will give you discount for the delay after talking to the manager . Yet nobody came so I called them back at 8.06 p.m and they say there's no order on this number which is an open lie . I ordered the pizza for my 3 year old for her dinner. I feel very disgusted for what they have done . Please consider the complaint and take proper action against whoever is responsible for doing such a big mistake .

                              Hi I ordered pizza from dominos order number 53. time of order 02/22/2017 02:50:34 PM. Trace No. : nb[protected]. i got a piece of plastic in the pizza . i felt something unchewable ..when i saw it was a piece of plastic in the pizza. I need some kind of action against such incidents as it is about life.
                              I have ordered one pizza, with buy one get one offer, online. But on receiving the I have not get the same, which is actually ordered. I have paid the bill immediately and asked the delivery boy why it is so? He told me to give a complaint on line.please do the needful to get the balance amount back to me.

                                Visited dominos m block - c. p delhi
                                Waitied 30minutes for 1 pizza, had to ask for it 3 times before having it.
                                Even after waiting 30minutes received it all burnt.
                                Neither the toppings were juicy & fresh.
                                They were all burnt & dry, even base was fully burnt.
                                And this was the condition when there was no rush.
                                Won't visit the outlet.
                                Thank you for the pathetic food and wasting our time.

                                  This is to bring to your notice that i have not yet received any money pertaining to my online pizza order which got declined and the transaction number is dc[protected] dated[protected] amounted rs.970.
                                  The incident was as follows - i had gone on the domino's online order portal on my mobile phone and order few items amounting to a total of rs.970. The page after finalizing my order took me to the payment gateway page. I paid through my debit card and i received had sms stating rs.970 (The billing amt) had been debited from my bank account. However at the same time the online portal of domino's displayed as the order has been declined and i received the following email.

                                  The initial notification on email that i received on january 27th, 2017 was - "oops! We were unable to place your order to the kitchen due to some technical reason. If you chose not to try again, or we are not able to place it in the next attempt, your payment will be refunded to your account/card within 7 working days."

                                  And then followed 3 notifications dated. 27th feb, 3rd feb, 11th feb from [protected]@jublfood.com to receive call from the dominos to address this concern.

                                  I have been always opting for domino's over other pizzas available across, but incidentally domino's have loosed credit-ability from my end.

                                  Writing to you in a good understanding of getting my money refunded.

                                    My dominoz order with trace number cc[protected] and order number 64 on 02/18/2017 has been cancelled by the restaurant guys. When i called the after half an hour of order confirmation they said they will call me back in 2 mnts. They didn't called back. Then after almost one hr, i called again and they said my order has been cancelled because the location i entered was not in there area. They haven't even informed me with text message. They said the refund will initiate within next working day. But i hvt received any refunds yet. My transaction number is hhmp[protected].

                                      I have ordered 1 med qfbu farmhouse on date 21/2/2017. But domino's has delivered country special, we want mushroom toppings but in ordered there is no toppings of mushroom. I am in hurry or too much hungry so i eat that pizza which is delivered by domino's but your order is not matched with my ordered, first time i have face that problem in domino's.
                                      I think i waste my money if product is not matched with our order.
                                      Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I have grievances against Ahmedabad Maninagar Branch, for very poor service.

                                        They treated people like they are doing favour, but actually its their part of Job.

                                        Very rude staff ( Dhut Amik ), and i am surprise that shift manager also standing behind but not responded.

                                        On 14th Feb'17 i went to that branch along with family and ordered for 1 meal which i often ordered when ever i visit domino's. But i feel due to rush on that day (14th Feb) that cashier said there is not meal you have to buy individual pizza.

                                        I am very unhappy with the service and although they have charged 25rs as service charge which is so bad.
                                        Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
