On complaining to manager by calling several times... There was no response and the call was cut again and again from the manager side.
The delivery boy was even not ready to wait and let me talk to th manager.
This is really pathetic response from dominos...And let me add that this is not the first time they...

I have placedar order on 29 January 2017 of 2 BBC chicken pizza through Domino's mobile app.. I have made the payment through freecharge wallet. The payment was successfully done but after the payment I got a message from domino's that youreally order cannot be forwarded to our restaurant due to technical reason and your money will be refunded in 7 working days but it has been 12 days but still not got my money.

Hi.. I ordered a pizza on the dominos app on 16th January. The amount was debited from my paytm account but the order was unsuccessful. I have paid using debit card 2 time as machine was not working properly, and i saw 2 time successfull msg, i complain same day but they told it will auto refund to bank . But after 1 month i went back and ask for refund they told you came late we can not refund now as time passess . This is open scam from dominos . I want to take legal action or will file a police complain ....
