Hello,
I just want to complaint we order farmhouse cheese burst pizza online around 9.30pm I replaced tomatoes to sweet corn after 45mints, I recieved my order and I found some other pizza which contains jalapeno and tomatoes. I called them again to replace around 10.05pm.now it's 10.45pm we are waiting for our pizza like fools. Earlier also whenever we order pizza we always get unsatisfactory product. Kindly take action asap. Our order comes from bikajicama place and it's like a harassment. Next time we will try not to buy pizza from dominos

    I have not received the order and not even my money back. I got a call stating that order will be canceled as it is out of delivery. I said to send me confirmation email or text back stating refund will be done in 7 b days. But one one replied.

      Hi.. I ordered a pizza on the dominos app on 16th January. The amount was debited from my paytm account but the order was unsuccessful. I received a message that the amount will be credited in 4 to 5 working days.. Its almost a month but i didnt get my money yet.. The details of the order are in the image attached.

      Look into this as quickly as possible.. There is no customer service number nor any help on the website.. Both the app and the website have to be improvised.. Really bad experience.

        I have used Domino's App to order Pizza on[protected]:35:57 PM. But I had received an SMS from Domino's saying: "Sorry, your order could not be processed to our restaurant due to a technical reason. Money will be auto refunded in 7 working days for paid orders."

        The transaction was successful and the money was deducted from my Paytm wallet and the Transaction ID was [protected].

        On 31st January I had received another SMS from Domino's saying: "Dear Guest, We have processed refund of Rs.1500 for ur Order dated Jan 29, 2017, 9:35 pm Refund generally take 4-5 business days to appear in bank a/c".

        Today, 7th January, the money hasn't been refunded in my Paytm wallet yet.

          I placed an order for 1 Medium Tangy Pizza, 1 Garlic Breadstick, 1 cheesy dip & 1 Pasta through Dominos site.
          I paid the amount through Netbanking, transaction number nb[protected] dated[protected] amounted 645. Transaction was successful and amount got deducted from my account, but order was not placed. As per Dominos Pizza there was some technical error.
          Site flashed a message saying the amount will be refunded in one week.

          I think there is some problem with their online ordering & to add to the problem there is no return call just mail stating that your order failed.

          Request refund at the earliest.

          This is highly unprofessional on the Domino's part that the refund has not been received & there is no followup, call back from the company This shows the seriousness with which the customers are treated. Still awaiting refund of my payment made on 7th February 2017.

            I tried to order from Domino's on 29/1/2017. I ordered thrice and it got cancelled all three times and a mail was sent regarding the refund. The refund for one of them was given but the other two were not. The transaction number of the two orders are cd[protected] and cd[protected]. A message was sent saying that the refund was processed but it wasn't added to the account even after the given time period.

              INR 458.00 but this transaction did not get reflected in Dominos account but my ptm wallet was debited and
              paytm has confirmed me that this transaction is successful. Please help me in getting this refund from Dominos account.

              Order the pizza and my order was cancelled by the Dominos India and they said that your money will be refunded within 7 days it is one month have been passed and they have no refund any money to my account I call them and test them they are making lame excuses and not willing to refund my money

              I ordered a veg farmhouse online from dominos and made a payment by card on 31st January 2017 at 7:50 pm. Payment went through but order was not confirmed or delivered by Dominos. I request that dominos refund my payment.
              We ordered extra vaganza pizza 🍕 in which extra cheese 🧀 is already mentioned. Apart from that we added extra cheese 🧀 again . But the given pizza 🍕 was much dry and had no at all.

                  I have not got refund,
                  I have paid using debit card 2 time as machine was not working properly, and i saw 2 time successfull msg, i complain same day but they told it will auto refund to bank . But after 1 month i went back and ask for refund they told you came late we can not refund now as time passess . This is open scam from dominos . I want to take legal action or will file a police complain .

                    I placed an order for 1 medium veg extravaganza pizza through dominos site.
                    Dominos pizza location - pimplegurav, pune. Also applied coupon code "dom30", due to which amount of rs.368, i was supposed to pay to dominos. I paid the amount through netbanking. Transaction was successful and amount got deducted from my account, but order was not placed. I called dominos pizza located at pimplegurav. They said amount will be refunded in one week, kindly provide the same asap.

                      I ordered pizza on 21st Jan at 9:05 PM and expected to get it before 9:35 PM because they mentioned in website "30 mins delivery guarantee" and they didn't all or update me about delivery time or current status and then i ordered pizza from Pizza Hut at 10:05 after waiting then i got pizza from pizza hut around 10:22 PM after that 10:30 the Domino's delivery boy (after 1:25 mins) they were calling and asking for delivery so i have asked them not to deliver & e told that my money 384 INR will get refunded in 5-6 working days and next i got call from his manager as well and he also told same thing.

                      then i raised complain again after 1 week and now they are saying we can't refund take the pizza for that amount and i don't like worst pizza from domino.

                      Country is talking about Digital payment and i used same using my credit card but those people doesn't understand i think.

                        I ordered domino's pizza from canal road jammu on 4 Feb 2017 as my order no is 139. After sufficient time I called them that my pizza is yet not received they told me that they had cancelled my as delivery is not possible at ur place. So I ask them for refunding of my pre payment they told u will get asap but I still not get any sms of cancellation and refunding of money.

                          I ordered 2 nos pizza thro web page last week vide order no 137 on Friday Dt 27th Jan.2017
                          At phase-5 Mohali
                          Instead of 30 mts it took 60 mts
                          And that too in cold state
                          I put a feed back and requested to cancel my order and return the money Rs 644/- paid thro Paytm
                          But still no action is taken by Domino
                          This indicates poor management monitoring and customer care

                              I am very disappointed to inform you that I went with my cousin to Baguhati dominos where we were served pizzas and garlic bread which was not at all hot.Since we were in a hurry at that time could not spare time to talk to the executives.The number from which we booked was [protected] name aayush daga order number:28 date:02/02/2017

                                This is regarding the Domino's store at DLF Park, Chennai. Never have I received the pizza in 30 mins from this store. This time I received my order after 90 mins so I decided to raise a complaint and ask for a refund. They refund 50% of my bill amount. To my knowledge, I am entitled to full refund as per their policy. The staff refuse to refund the full amount.
                                And now they refuse to transfer my call to their supervisor.
                                I guess it's time to change my pizza brand.

                                  My name is Ikram Singh and for the past 6 months since Ive shifted to Patiala, I've been ordering Pizza from Leela Bhavan Patiala. I think I've ordered Pizza almost 30 times in the last 6 months. You can please check out my details [protected]. Last time I ordered a pizza it turned out to be cold and dry so I wrote it on the feedback column that it was dry and cold and soggy. I got a call from customer service by a gentleman named as Shakun Katoch promising a replacement for the pizza the next time I order. So today that is February 2 2017 I ordered a medium sized pizza and the lady at the counter refused to replace the pizza. I tried explaining to her that I got a call from the manager and explained her the entire scenario but she refused.She said I would have to pay the entire price. Not only did I feel humiliated but I felt as if I was begging for a pizza. I felt really sad. I cannot even put my sadness in words a the kind of humiliation I felt as if I was begging for a pizza. It spilt my entire evening. It was not about money I could have paid the entire amount buy if they Dominos did not mean it why did they call me and promise a replacement in the first place. Im highly highly disappointed. I have recently shifted from Delhi and Dominos is the only decent option available in Patiala. If i had other options in Patiala i would never ever go to Dominos. Im sorry to say I will never ever in my life order from Dominos again. I will die rather than suffer the kind of indignation I was subjected to today.

                                    I did a transaction of amount 451/- on[protected], but it failed. The amount was deducted from my bank account and till[protected], no amount has been refunded. I tried contacting customer care but they are not acknowledging the transaction. I even gave them the reference number, but no action till yet.

                                    I order non veg medium pizza and apply promo code of free dip and garlic bread the bill is 652, then they call me from green park outlet and told me the dip is not free they cost me 677 rs . And take 45 min for dilivery.

                                      Hii my name is Rukhsar today i visit to your infinity outlet and i ordere a pizza ord no:-65 time 14.30 date 31/1/17.And i got a msg from your end that i will get 35% of on buying one regular pizza.so ask the same very politely to the staff at the counter name Shanti K.but the staff was so rude without seeing the msg she replied there is no offer. don't have any manners how to behave with the customer if customer is asking some thing then you should answer properly.If there would be a crowd then i can understand the cashier want to sort out fast but there was no customer behind me then to she behave like she is doing favour on me.And also when i was asking she was just murmurring in her mouth.As if she was serving me the pizza free of cost.Dude i was paying, you are not serving me free.Very bad exprience today i face in your malad infinity outlet.Very pathetic service and behaviour also.Teach your staff how to behave i would be better.I hope you will not take this complain lightly.

                                        I had ordered Pizza for my family on 26 Jan 2017 using the Andriod App on my Mobile. The application worked fine till the order selection and payment. The payment was done using Netbanking and was collected by PAYUJUBILANTFOODWORK on behalf of Dominos. Post successful payment which was deducted from my account there was no update in the app and when I called Dominos via Phone they did not have the Order either from my Mobile. I request for full refund which has not been processed till Date. My transaction details are as follows. Date : 26 Jan 2017 ; [protected]-PAYUJUBILANTFOODWORK ; Amount Rs 1, 268.00. Kindly have the amount reverted back to my account.

I will only place order with Cash on delivery as then I am sure that I pay for goods when they arrive. But the confidence in ordering process using mobile app in Digital age is lost for Companies like Dominos.
