This is regarding the Domino's store at DLF Park, Chennai. Never have I received the pizza in 30 mins from this store. This time I received my order after 90 mins so I decided to raise a complaint and ask for a refund. They refund 50% of my bill amount. To my knowledge, I am entitled to full refund as per their policy. The staff refuse to refund the full amount.
And now they refuse to transfer my call to their supervisor.
I guess it's time to change my pizza brand.

    My name is Ikram Singh and for the past 6 months since Ive shifted to Patiala, I've been ordering Pizza from Leela Bhavan Patiala. I think I've ordered Pizza almost 30 times in the last 6 months. You can please check out my details [protected]. Last time I ordered a pizza it turned out to be cold and dry so I wrote it on the feedback column that it was dry and cold and soggy. I got a call from customer service by a gentleman named as Shakun Katoch promising a replacement for the pizza the next time I order. So today that is February 2 2017 I ordered a medium sized pizza and the lady at the counter refused to replace the pizza. I tried explaining to her that I got a call from the manager and explained her the entire scenario but she refused.She said I would have to pay the entire price. Not only did I feel humiliated but I felt as if I was begging for a pizza. I felt really sad. I cannot even put my sadness in words a the kind of humiliation I felt as if I was begging for a pizza. It spilt my entire evening. It was not about money I could have paid the entire amount buy if they Dominos did not mean it why did they call me and promise a replacement in the first place. Im highly highly disappointed. I have recently shifted from Delhi and Dominos is the only decent option available in Patiala. If i had other options in Patiala i would never ever go to Dominos. Im sorry to say I will never ever in my life order from Dominos again. I will die rather than suffer the kind of indignation I was subjected to today.

      I did a transaction of amount 451/- on[protected], but it failed. The amount was deducted from my bank account and till[protected], no amount has been refunded. I tried contacting customer care but they are not acknowledging the transaction. I even gave them the reference number, but no action till yet.

      I order non veg medium pizza and apply promo code of free dip and garlic bread the bill is 652, then they call me from green park outlet and told me the dip is not free they cost me 677 rs . And take 45 min for dilivery.

        Hii my name is Rukhsar today i visit to your infinity outlet and i ordere a pizza ord no:-65 time 14.30 date 31/1/17.And i got a msg from your end that i will get 35% of on buying one regular pizza.so ask the same very politely to the staff at the counter name Shanti K.but the staff was so rude without seeing the msg she replied there is no offer. don't have any manners how to behave with the customer if customer is asking some thing then you should answer properly.If there would be a crowd then i can understand the cashier want to sort out fast but there was no customer behind me then to she behave like she is doing favour on me.And also when i was asking she was just murmurring in her mouth.As if she was serving me the pizza free of cost.Dude i was paying, you are not serving me free.Very bad exprience today i face in your malad infinity outlet.Very pathetic service and behaviour also.Teach your staff how to behave i would be better.I hope you will not take this complain lightly.

          Dear Team,
          I had ordered Pizza for my family on 26 Jan 2017 using the Andriod App on my Mobile. The application worked fine till the order selection and payment. The payment was done using Netbanking and was collected by PAYUJUBILANTFOODWORK on behalf of Dominos. Post successful payment which was deducted from my account there was no update in the app and when I called Dominos via Phone they did not have the Order either from my Mobile. I request for full refund which has not been processed till Date. My transaction details are as follows. Date : 26 Jan 2017 ; [protected]-PAYUJUBILANTFOODWORK ; Amount Rs 1, 268.00. Kindly have the amount reverted back to my account.

          My order amount was refunded back to my account in a weeks time. I will only place order with Cash on delivery as then I am sure that I pay for goods when they arrive. But the confidence in ordering process using mobile app in Digital age is lost for Companies like Dominos.

          Iam order the 4 pizzas at 12:26pm but these pizzas not be dilevered as soon as possible or not delivered at 2 pm
          Hey..
          I using ur service but ur tosted is not good quality.i told ur shopman but he says online complain ant u can get refund so i gave full money but i cant ur good service so i request plz give my money refund.
          And give me feedback in short time.
          On 26.1.17 I ordered 3 Pizzas and 2 garlic breads at 9.20 pm and I get delivery at 11.20 pm which I refused to accept.

          Very poor service and no apology for delay,

          Dominos Is Banned In My House Now onwards
          I placed order online on 28/01/2017 ..they cancelled on there own and abused instead.they said they can't deliver in this area after taking the order...

            Ordered a pizza worth rs 700 and the taste is just horrible Didn't expectedthis from a brand like dominos. Really very disappointed. Worst pizza i have ever eaten in my life. Local pizzas are far better than this.

            Cold Pizza
            Anyone would have not eaten that pizza for free and I paid 700 for it.

            Iam order the 4 pizzas at 12:26pm but these pizzas not be dilevered as soon as possible or not delivered at 2 pm
            I had paid twice using my paytm wallet for two failed transactions on dominos app for Rs. 369 each on 26th Jan 2017.

            Have not received my money in paytm wallet even after getting sms from dominos money will be refunded.

            Please refund Rs. 738 within a day or else i will be forced to go to consumer courts

              I have placed an order on 18th Jan 2017 through your site for pizza to collect it from restaurant. When I reached at shop, person at counter ask me to pay for pizza even though I have paid the entire amount through netbanking through Kotak Bank. (attaching screenshot for reference). Person at counter asked me you will get refund in next 7 business days.
              When I tried to contact your customer care, they ask me you will get it refund in 7 days. till now I have not received any refund.

              I'd ordered pizza on 22Jan 17 amounting to Rs.368 paid through credit card online and the pizza was delivered after 30 mins.
              When I spoke to customer care, I was promised that due to delayed delivery I would receive refund of Rs. 300, however the same has not been initiated by Domino's and now they apologise for not being able to process refund.

                I ordered 8 pan pizzas on 13th jan 2017 and paid the amount using paytm, bt then i recieved a call that they can't deliver the order as it is far away from the destination. So they said that they are cancelling the order and will redirect the call to nearer dominos outlet, i received the order and paid the amount in cash. But i have not yet received the amount back as refund which i paid through paytm. I even got a message about refund but its nearly 3weeks and i have yet not received the amount.

                Kindly do the needfull as soon as possible.

                  I had received a online 1+1 offer Date 27th Jan.'17. The promo code was CRM732DB21F5F. One order was placed in the afternoon & when tried to rebook was getting the error that you have reached maximum attempt to redeem coupon & try after 10 Mins. Screen shot attached.
                  Kept trying however got the same error every-time. When called the call center they transferred me to the GK 2 outlet where my call was disconnected. Tried again the supervisor was not willing to help & was saying as I can see the system we can not help you. When he was told that how can he see the system when I can hear traffic at the background he disconnected my call. I had complained online post my call, got a reference no. 2350190. the next day got an SMS that we tried calling you but you were not reachable however I was available throughout the day.

                  However as per their policy they shud be refunding me Rs.300 for delayed delivery which they have failed to do.

                    Hi i order from my friends dominos app twice on 18th jan but both the times order was cancelled by the merchant because of some technical issues faced by dominos .Now after 12 days i have received refund for only 1 transaction but have not received the refund for the second transaction. I have my bank copies and emails to verify my claims.Order was placed in Chennai city.

                        I am extremely dis-satisfied from Dominos Pizza
                        I had used your android mobile application on 4 Jan 2017 to order pizza. The location of the mobile was Sarjapur Marathalli outer ring road, Prestige Tech Park- II, Etamin block, Kadubissanahalli, Bangalore- 560103 in the evening at 9:00PM
                        The mobile application accepted the order and deducted money Twice from my account.
                        1- From Standard Chartered Debit card amount of Rs 667 was deducted and was successfully paid to Dominos. However the order was not accepted. I received an SMS and the subsequent calls to customer care gave a false assurance that the money would be refunded in 7 working days.

                        2- I gave a 2nd try by paying through PAY TM wallet linked to Dominos pizza android mobile application. Once again an amount of 667 was deducted from the paytm wallet, however the a order still did not get accepted even after paying the money for the 2nd time. Wallet order id #[protected] Jan 4th 2017, 21:26 hours, already 23 days have passed by. My registered complaint numbers are- 2207682. Still Dominos has not bothered about returning the money to me.

                          I ordered a medium double cheese margheretta with cheese burst and some garlic breads on 28th of January.i placed the order around 2pm and kept tracking it. On the website it was only showing that your order has been placed and be patient.
                          Neither I got a response from Domino's nor my order got tracked.

                              Hello Dominos,

                              Today I went to one of yours store near vikhroli east opposite to Reliance Fresh. Invoice number : DPI67017/[protected]/22732. Order no: 40. Server: Aishwarya. Time 1652.

                              We ordered pizza, when it arrived one the pizza had big bubbles so we complained about it to one of the staff.. she said pizza is okay there is nothing wrong with its after a while another employe came and said that you keep this and we will arrange another pizza. Later after 10 minutes manager SACHIN came and took the pizza that had bubble and said that he will get another pizza in about 7 minutes. Well it took more than 15 minutes so we refused to take the pizza and asked the staff to Calle the manager ... manager never came I went to the billing counter and returned the pizza. As we were leaving as asked for the feedback form manager sachin came just argued and nothing else. We just left the store ... one of the worst expirence with you guys next time I will not visit and also share with my friends and family about this.

                                I made an online purchase of pizza on 21st January of rs 378, and made the payment.
                                But unfortunately Money got deducted from the account and I did not get get my order.

                                Its been 6 days, still i did not get my money back,
                                This is sheer case of negligence. Why transactions are not monitored properly.

                                I need immediate action and reply from the respective executives.

                                      Hi I have ordered one medium pizza with one coke by paying online. I got my order within 30min. However the coke was missing and person who delivered the pizza said that he forgot to take coke bottle and he asked to one of his staff members to deliver the same. We waited for one hour but no one came than we called to them and asked for same. But no one came and not even a follow up from dominos. Its not about a 60 rs coke bottle but its about the quality of your services, which is shown a bed experience. Where you should give us complimentary things for not delivering my complete order on time your office didn't deliver the ordered thing. Not a good service 😣😩
