Hello,

I've ordered a pizza today[protected] at 7.54 PM.Pizza has been delivered after around 45 min.When I asked about 30 Min assured delivery, The delivery boy said 30 Min assured delivery is not available now.

i contacted store manager for same.She said since their store is new in the area they are not providing assured delivery.You are free to complain higher authority for same.

me at 1.03. I was informed that pizza would be delivered within 30 mins by
the employee of dominos over phone when I placed the order.

The mentioned employee misbehabed with me regarding an order. She used bad words and also insulted me. I want that she should be punised as she don't know any kind of behaviour. She shouldnot be allowed to do any kind of job where she has to interact with customers. If she can't respect the customer she is not capable of doing such a job. I would be thankfull if you take action against her....

I would like to express my disappointment and very poor experience I had with Dominos

I ordered (order num 291) pizza at 9:43 PM by entering my address in the dominos website and it automatically chose the store. The store ppl called me up at 10:20 PM saying they cannot deliver the order as this store does not cater to our location. This is not my fault as I did not choose the store, I just entered my location and your tool...

On 31st Dec 2016, I tried ordering food in Domino's mobile app. First time I tried with paytm, order was unsuccessful but money got deducted. As like all companies I thought money will refund, I tried ordering again using credit card. Even for the second time money got deducted but offer was unsuccessful. Later I called their mobile, ordered my food and paid by cash. Money deducted did not got refunded. I called they, they refunded...

I ordered on dominos pizza on 12/1/17 but my order got cancelled. I received a message on 13-Jan-2017 that "Dear Guest we have processed refund of Rs. 363 for ur Order dated Jan 12, 2017, 6:21 pm. Refund generally take 4-5 business days to appear in bank a/c."

Today almost 8 days have been passed but refund is not credited to my Paytm wallet from where we had made the payment....

I received message from domino's regarding buy 1 get 1 free coupon name is CRM0C 981A9556..but when I placed online order they told coupon was invalid so please do needful and take actions against domino's India because they are cheating us...I ordered through domino's India website and also through domino's mobile application but every they told me ki your code is invalid...

First your department sends me the order about an hour late i requested him to follow your 30 minutes time guarantee then your service told me to talk to our manager (MR. I have ordered via dominos app and payment with freecharge app. Payment got successfull in freecharge account, my wallet money got deducted but no ordered placed so i lost my 547 rs. I also got received a message of "Hi Poojan, you paid Rs 547 via FreeCharge at Dominos (OrderID:[protected]). Updated Bal Rs 33. Flat Rs.75 cashback on IRCTC website " plz give my money back...

I had placed order via Domino's mobile app and tried to make payment via Freecharge. The money got deducted from my Freecharge account and to surprise the order was not placed. To surprise Domino's customer care is not approachable and Freecharge says the payment was successful. Freecharge message i received was "you paid Rs 384 via FreeCharge at Dominos (OrderID:[protected])". Please look in to this matter and process the required refund....

I had ordered pizza on 31st dec16.and I paid via hdfc net banking.amount got deducted from my account but I recd msg Nd email stating my order is cancelled Nd amount will be refunded with in 7 days but now it's above 20 days but no refund is been done.i spoke in customer care but no reply I had forwarded all the msg Nd snap of deduction.i want refund of 835rs....

I ordered on dominos sute on 13/1/17 but my order got cancelled so i ordered again and that also got cancelled. Both times money had to be refunded but i got the message only for one.

My paytm wallet has been deducted twice for payment being made to domino's store.. order no. is DPI[protected] payment has been deducted twice for this order of rs. 226.29 and the store is not cooperating in return for this issue.. they are just saying the refund will be processed by paytm but paytm is saying that they had completed the payment from their side and store has to correct their status and the store is not cooperating....

I am had ordered two medium sized cheese burst pizza online. The bill. Money was 740 which ws deducted from my account. Buy I didn't receive the pizza nor any message regarding the refund of the amount. I demand refund for the same.

Hi last week I ordered a pizza twice online because the first time it didn't create an order but deducted my money ... and I got a msg from dominoes that ur amt will be refunded in 3-4days...I received a mail on 5 th august that ur amt has been refunded but I havent received any amount...I need a revert on the same...

This a serious complaint against staff named twinkle at vikas puri center who misbehaved and embrassing me over the call for such a small payment of Rs. 280 approx. Did dominos start keeping collection executives?
