I ordered on dominos sute on 13/1/17 but my order got cancelled so i ordered again and that also got cancelled. Both times money had to be refunded but i got the message only for one.

I received the message that i will get my refund but only for my first transaction not for the second of the same amount. I tried calling dominos but they listen and put on hold saying that they will connect to highter executives. I need to know that why dint i get my refund?

Today I ordered a pizza and inside the pizza there was mayo instead of cheese and the sauce was like it was made with something else. I want that the place must be checked and a serious action must be taken.
Place is domino's hoshiarpur, city center mall.

    My paytm wallet has been deducted twice for payment being made to domino's store.. order no. is DPI[protected] payment has been deducted twice for this order of rs. 226.29 and the store is not cooperating in return for this issue.. they are just saying the refund will be processed by paytm but paytm is saying that they had completed the payment from their side and store has to correct their status and the store is not cooperating.

      I had submitted a complaint before (Ref id: [protected]) regarding an order I had made on Jan 14.I had made 2 orders and the first one was made through free charge account and the next directly from my bank account. I received the amount made from my bank account today. But I haven't received the amount made through free charge. I had received an order id (OrderID: [protected]) but was not able to track it from the dominos site. Please look into this.

          I am had ordered two medium sized cheese burst pizza online. The bill. Money was 740 which ws deducted from my account. Buy I didn't receive the pizza nor any message regarding the refund of the amount. I demand refund for the same.
          My order num was 186 and my cell hum was [protected] . please look into the matter at your earliest and don't make such sites which take false orders if spoils the name o[censored]r company

            Hello sir my self mohit, i placed my order at rohini sector 11 dominos on call . My pizza was delivered after 35 minut but time is not my problem . Actually my guest was coming at my home that time so thats why i ordered pizza at dominos but pizza was so so so so so poor quality chees like nothing and i asked your delivery boy he said " hamara pizza aisa hi hota hai lena hai to lo warna ye wapas le jaunga". So i want to ask you one quation all dominos family treat like this from your customers.

              Hi last week I ordered a pizza twice online because the first time it didn't create an order but deducted my money ... and I got a msg from dominoes that ur amt will be refunded in 3-4days...I received a mail on 5 th august that ur amt has been refunded but I havent received any amount...I need a revert on the same...

                This a serious complaint against staff named twinkle at vikas puri center who misbehaved and embrassing me over the call for such a small payment of Rs. 280 approx. Did dominos start keeping collection executives?

                I ordered pizza and paid amount through paytm which got cleared and deducted from my paytm account and shown the same to delivery staff and after that got acknowledgment as well. Only than I took pizza.

                However after that I received 10 calls from your staff named twinkle at vikaspuri center asking that payment in their system shows in processing but did not receive by paytm. She asked me to talk to paytm to release payment and ask them reason for not giving to vendor after deducting from my paytm account.

                I have explained her number of times that already informed to paytm team to give payment to vendor as it has cleared from my paytm account.
                But she kept on calling me again and again which is so embrassing for valuable customers like me.

                This should have cleared first before placing order. I will never order from dominos again in my life and would also tell others not to order because of staff members they have who are allowed to misbehave with customers anytime they would like to which is totally unacceptable.

                  I booked four pizza mania worth Rs 453 (including taxes etc) for home delivery on 14-jan-2017 at around 18:45 hrs and paid through freecharge wallet and the ORDER ID [protected]. The dominos id mobile number is - [protected]. Name- Rohit Mallik

                  Immediately I received a mail from popup saying Oops! We were unable to place your order to the restaurant due to some technical reason.

                  I ordere at domino's pizza vellore, Tamilnadu.

                  The payment was successfull debited through my account but no order was placed. I talked to customer care support also but there was no satisfying reply .

                  Kindly see into the matter asap.

                    I have placed an order on 14jan and made payment online of 622, but didnt receive any confirmation from your side.
                    Order has nvr been placed but payment has also deducted.

                      Hi I had tried ordering pizza through dominos online but the there was some issue with the site as some blank page was showed after the payment was made. I tried first using freecharge and then directly from my bank account. I had kept cubbon park as the delivery address. The amount was 283 + 283.                       Sorry if im asking about your job procedure, but, is it true dominos kitchen worker must work/ or making a pizza without using glove.?? Because il just find out n see it with my own eyes that the kitchen workers does not use any glove while making the pizza... is it in your company's polisi about it.?
                      I ordrered pizza on 31 st dec.pizza was delivered late and in that no seasoning was there.

                        1. I booked one piza worth Rs 633 (including taxes etc) for home delivery on 25122016 at 15:45 hrs and paid through paytm vide Jubilant order no. Od456bbadf2285d4d1f2, Wallet transaction ID [protected] & evoucher
                        no.90558773.
                        2. Immediately I received a mail from DOMINOS:::"Hi Bibhuti Majhi, Oops! We were unable to place your order to the restaurant due to some technical reason. Ifyou choose not to try again, or we are not able to place it in the next
                        attempt, we sincerely regret the inconvenience.In case you have applied a unique coupon, it will be automatically reactivated after hour. Yourtransaction number is E.Vchr 90558773dated 20161225 amounted τ€€€ 633.However, if your order was successfullyplaced in subsequent attempt, please ignore this notification mail."
                        3. I telephoned DOMINOS Bokaro City Centre, who told that the refund will be made within 7 days, but till date the same has not happened.
                        4. In the meantime, I took up with paytm, who confirmed that::::"We have checked the case on priority and would like to inform you that the transaction against the order id:0d456bbadf2285d4d1f2 is still showing successful and there is norefund initiated yet.We would suggest you to get in touch with Dominos against the same concern and get theconsent email of initiating the refund against the order id: 0d456bbadf2285d4d1f2.Once we receive the
                        consentemail share by you, we will further escalate the case to our concern team regarding your refund process."
                        5. Inspite of my taking up the matter with DOMINOS and PAYTM several times, the refund has not been made or any satisfactory explanation has not been furnished, which is very much disgusting

                              I have ordered pizza via online portal for amounting 374 inr. Order got confirmed at 9:36 pm. Since 10:15 i am continuously calling up each and every number. [protected] continuously puts me up on hold for complaint and the no body is picking up restaurant's contact numbers. The shop contact details as mentioned below.

                                I booked pizza order on 14th january 2017 with order no 105 at ambawadi, ahmedabad. It was Flow booked through mobile and payment was make online. It took more than 1 hour to
                                deliever. Company prmises free order if delivery time exceeds 30 minutes. Company is backtracking on its promise on excuse of heavy order. DOMINO should honour its promise and should make order free.

                                  I order pizza yesterday frm dominos bangalore at btm location and paid the money online. They sent me a confirmation mail but didn't do the delivery. I called after 1.5 hour to them and they told me it got cancelk but i dint receive any message or anything. My money also got deduct from my card. Is there anyone out there to resolve this issue. I have the order info as well if any1 has time to look. I have been mailing you pleople frm morning but no reply ia there

                                    I made a payment of 307 rs on 24 dec. 2016 at dominos . As i made a payment from credit card but the payment was not done. Still I don't get the refund. So i want my money back as it is 20 days from now. As the bank also confirmed as that have claim but the status is pending from dominos site. So pls call me on [protected]. Pls give my refund asap...

                                      I ordered online from domino's on 1st January 2017 and paid online through net banking. The order amount was rs 525 and order number was 102. I had waited 1:30hr and they did not delivered order. i called and they told me they delivered it at wrong place and sending new pizza. I was frustrated. Then also I waited another half hour. They did not able to delivered it. Then i got too much frustrated because there is no one left to eat it at home. Then I canceled order and ask for the refund. It was my first time. I got an email from domino's on 5th January 2017 that rs 525 refund has been processed whose transaction id is: 91905315. My registered email-id for domino's is [protected]@gmail.com. However till date i. e. 14th January 2017, the refund amount rs 525 is still not credited in my account. I don't know where to contact them. Please let me know on my email if you need any details. I attached screenshot of refund mail. Kindly help me to get rs 525 refund from domino's.

                                        I ordered pizza online from dominos on festival day which was lohri paid my bill through paytm in advance i adked for home delivery. But later i received a call by employee name ROCKY he said he cancelled my order because they dont deliver in my locality. My evening was ruined have to sent guest back without pizza pathetic experience from dominos. Domino's must take necessary action against the illiterate/ILL-MANNERED staff and managers if they care for their image loosing customer base will ruin the business nothing else.
