I placed an order twice on Dominos . The payment was done using freecharge wallet. Both the times payment was made to dominos but the order could not get placed. Then I called dominos to complaint. The employee pick up the call, then he said he will connect to the feedback team. He put us on hold for 20 minutes and still no one answered.

I am seriously pissed off with dominos and I am going to file a RTI complaint.

I need to know reason for your poor system.

I hope you didn't take it just as one of the other complaint as customer can make you or can break you.

    This is regarding resolution required for my Domino's complaint against pizza hut from my mobile no[protected],

    I want to complain on my order placed on 22nd Jan, where I ordered for 2 capsicum and 2 corn pan pizzas..But Domino's palam Bihar, Gurgaon which works with unprofessional staff and #####s and deaf customer care punched my order wrongly and delivered 2 onion and 2 corn pizzas, I want refund on 2 wrongly punched order of 2 onion pizza which were waste for me as we do not consume onion pizza.

    Over and above, I reported this issue to Domino's, but I was given no resolution.

        This is to bring to your notice that on Sunday (22nd Jan) I have ordered Pizzà and Stuffed garlic bread from Dominos (Devli Road). We were very excited to see dominos opening in Devli and this is the first time I have ordered from this restaurant. I have ordered at around 2030 Hrs through Mobile App and choose the options where in you can add or replace the toppings. I am allergic to mushrooms. So I have replaced mushrooms. I got Order No - 455. I waited for approx 1 Hour. I didn't receive the order. I called them and they said that our mobile no was not reachable. I told them that you have my full address so why didn't you deliver? They said they will send it again. After waited for another 30 Mins I received my order at around 2200 Hrs. We were starving so we opened up to eat and what we got is mushrooms in pizza. I specifically replaced mushrooms but still I got mushrooms. In stuffed garlic bread there were no corns, no jalepenos, no black olives. It was stuffed with only paneer. There were no tissues papers provided, there were no chilly flakes provided. Only seasoning was there. I always prefer to eat pizza at dominos but this is worst experience I have ever got from Dominos. I want you to refund the total amount of ₹602.

          Hi last week I ordered a pizza twice from mobile app ...payment deducted from my account but order failed and I got a msg from dominoes that ur amt will be refunded in 7 days...I received a mail on 18 th January that ur amt has been refunded but I havent received any amount...I need a revert on the same...

            App isn't working, then the online ordering on the website isn't working, phone number isn't reachable... What does it take to order a pizza???
            We have been trying to reach them for more than one hour now!!!
            Why send tempting offers and discount coupons when you can't offer access to your customers??
            I've heard people say that dominos service is bad, today I can say that it's beyond bad! Terribly disappointed.

                Hi,
                I tried placing my order with Dominos via freecharge wallet. my wallet got debited and dominos received the payment but the pizza order was not placed. An amount of 691 was deducted from my wallet. It has been 4 days now that I have been swayed to and fro between dominos and freecharge. I would advise dominos to refund the money back to freecharge to get credited to my account with email [protected]@rediffmail.com and phone number [protected].

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I used Freecharge account "[protected]@gmail.com" to place an order on Dominos.in of Rs. 879 and amount successfully deducted from my account but Order at Dominos not placed successfully which I confirmed with Dominos call support at my area Shalimar Bagh, Delhi - 110088.

                  I have been following with Freecharge and Dominos on this issue to refund my amount of Rs. 879. I have sent them lots of Emails and also escalated to "[protected]@freecharge.com,
                  [protected]@freecharge.com" and also dropped email at Dominos support email. but still there is no response and solution from them. its been more than 7 days and still there is no help from Freecharge or Dominos.

                  Please help me to resolve this issue and take necessary action against these two HIGH level companies.

                    I orderd a pizza in jamshedpur by online process but didn't recived my order even after 2 hours, when i called them to get the update 1st person told my delivery is on the way to my after 1 hr i again called because ididn't recived it then the other person told i order was not prepared because my ph. Was busy when they called for confirmation but i guess the otp itself means conformation..
                    The way was very rude in which they spoke to us
                    I want a strict action to be taken for bistupur branch jamshedpur.

                      On 11th december 2016, i have cancel order of amount of 864 which was already paid through online payment(freecharge).They told me money will refunded in 7 working days. But still after 43 days also they did not refunded me the money.

                      I have called them multiple times for same but they did not have proper answer for same.

                      But till date i am not get my money back.

                      Dominos have to refund me my money.

                        We Placed an order for dominos pizza on 22 jan 2017 but they cancelled the order and called us and said that they have transferred the order on nearby location and then when we called and they talked so rudely. order was cancelled by Mr. Ajit and the manager MR. Bhoovan was so irritating with us that he talked so harshly...I experienced the worst Service ever.

                        I want that some strict action to be taken against the 34 branch of Chandigarh employees for misguiding their customers and disconnecting our calls.

                          I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about my order from domino's pizza today (22 jan 2017). I had ordered 4 single veg pizzas(2 onion and 2 capsicum) from dominos pizza but received 3 capsicum and 1 onion pizza. The entry in the bill however they have written 2 onion and 2 capsicum only.
                          This is not the first time i have received a wrong order from domino's pizza. In the past too they had delivered the wrong order .

                          Very disappointed from your service, i got a call from one of your center regarding that they will not take guarantee because of bulk order. You should mention before ordering that on bulk order 30 mins service is not applicable.

                          According to your brand name this type of service is not at all acceptable.

                            I've ordered a pizza today[protected] at 7.54 PM.Pizza has been delivered after around 45 min.When I asked about 30 Min assured delivery, The delivery boy said 30 Min assured delivery is not available now.

                            i contacted store manager for same.She said since their store is new in the area they are not providing assured delivery.You are free to complain higher authority for same.

                              I placed an order at 12.19 in dominoz online but pizza was delivered to
                              me at 1.03. I was informed that pizza would be delivered within 30 mins by
                              the employee of dominos over phone when I placed the order.
                              As it took 44 minutes for the delivery of pizza, I am requesting you to
                              refund my money. I am not happy with your service.
                              When I told the delivery boy that money should be refunde, he said the areais out of their concern. But they should have informed the same when I placed the order.Instead they gave assurance that it would be delivered in 30 mins.
                              So I want you to refund the money I paid.

                                The mentioned employee misbehabed with me regarding an order. She used bad words and also insulted me. I want that she should be punised as she don't know any kind of behaviour. She shouldnot be allowed to do any kind of job where she has to interact with customers. If she can't respect the customer she is not capable of doing such a job. I would be thankfull if you take action against her.

                                  I would like to express my disappointment and very poor experience I had with Dominos

                                  I ordered (order num 291) pizza at 9:43 PM by entering my address in the dominos website and it automatically chose the store. The store ppl called me up at 10:20 PM saying they cannot deliver the order as this store does not cater to our location. This is not my fault as I did not choose the store, I just entered my location and your tool chose the store for me.

                                  This is totally unacceptable as all the restaurants are now closed and I really do not have anything to cook at home. When I tried to explain my situation to the store manager, he was very rude and clearly told that they will not deliver the order and disconnected.

                                  It is disheartening to see such service from Dominos; looks like you have stopped caring for your customers.

                                  I also tried calling Customer care to complain, however they put me on hold and later disconnected.

                                  I will never ever buy from Dominos again and switch to Pizza Hut.

                                  Shame !

                                    On 31st Dec 2016, I tried ordering food in Domino's mobile app. First time I tried with paytm, order was unsuccessful but money got deducted. As like all companies I thought money will refund, I tried ordering again using credit card. Even for the second time money got deducted but offer was unsuccessful. Later I called their mobile, ordered my food and paid by cash. Money deducted did not got refunded. I called they, they refunded only for one transaction. I called them again, they gave another concerned id. That's it, no status. Every time I call them they just say they will call me back. But no one called me so far. Pathetic customer care. I have sent atleast 5 emails, no response so far.

                                      I ordered on dominos pizza on 12/1/17 but my order got cancelled. I received a message on 13-Jan-2017 that "Dear Guest we have processed refund of Rs. 363 for ur Order dated Jan 12, 2017, 6:21 pm. Refund generally take 4-5 business days to appear in bank a/c."

                                      Today almost 8 days have been passed but refund is not credited to my Paytm wallet from where we had made the payment.
