I had ordered one pizza from marathalli (Near yashomati hospital) Bangalore outlet on 31st december. After 2 hours and 3 calls, i was told that the pizza could not be delivered as the area is too far for them. I didn't receive any cancellation msg also. After few more calls to customer care, got a msg on 2 january that i will receive the refund in 4-5 working days. But i have not received till date.

    I Ordered the pizza on 25th december, and paid the whole amount through debit card. Amount of around 1200 was deducted from my account but order was not confirmed.

    i tried to contact them and there was no reply from Domino's. Also my nearest store said that it will be refunded within 7 days. but now even after 20 days money has not been refunded by Dominos.

      Rude inattentive staff that answered my call, didn't check whether he delivered to my address, directly said no and cut my call, the second time I called, I asked him to look my address up, then he says order upto 600 then cut my call, I got a decent staff member only on my third call, this is not the service I expected from dominoes...it was only the love for ur pizzas that I tried to give it a third shot...but with experiences like these I'm afraid ull loose some genuine customers...please do look into the matter n do the needful...

        Hii,

        I have oder pizza from dominos app. But i had cancelled that. Mode of my payment is olnline . Oder placed to dominos center bhopal hoshagabad road M.P. your person said money will be return in 4 to 5 working days.oder date is 30 dec 2016 at 5:22pm . But still payment not recived. Return money within 2 days. If not i am going to file complain on consumer forum. Cost was 326 rs.

Description- The complaint in regard to refund of the order placed at Dominos on 29th Dec, 2016.I have called the outlet 5 times, still they are saying to give them 10 mins, 15 mins to look into the issue, does it take such long? They have already taken 3 hours for the same! This is highly disappointing!! Moreover, 3-5 workings days have passed for the refund to be generated.

          4. Solution- I need them to call me today itself within half an hour and provide me the correct information. If the refund has been initiated, i need to know the details as a proof because my PAYTM account has not been updated!!

            I placed an order for Rs.919 on 28-Dec which did not go through due to technical reason. However the payment was paid via paytm. Attached is the screenshot of the email.

            I called up the customer care more than 2 times and they kept saying that I will get a call from them or receive the refund within 7 business days, which neither did I get.

              I ordered two pizza's from Domino's Geeta Colony branch on January 1st 2017 and the delivery was late, as i had made the online transaction for my order, I was denied any refund at that time. The delivery personal and the manager of the Geeta colony branch stated that because it's New Year Eve (which it was not) we have delay in the delivery. Prior to the conversation with customer care, I was assure that i'll we be refunded the full amount within seven working days. But even till today (January 11th 2017), I have not received any refund from the Restaurant. When I contacted Domino's regarding this on January 10th, 2017, I was informed that there will delay by two business days. As, nine working days has passed, the restaurant has no respond regarding the refunds. They are denying to provided any written refund confirmation since day one. Most of the conversation regarding this matter with Geeta Colony branch manager, delivery personal and customer care were rude.

              Below, I'm providing the important information regarding the order.

              I placed an online order from Domino's at Aon on 30th of Dec. 2016, the payment was deducted from my debit card but the order wasn't placed since the Domino's server was down . I later received a message from Domino's that
              the order was cancelled as and the money will be refunded in next 4-5 days. Till date it has not been refunded back.

                When the pizza was delivered, it was more than 15 mins late. I ordered 1 regular pizzas and according to ur policy if the pizza is delivered 30 mins late, then its free. But paid the full amount and it was not given free to me. If you cannot follow ur own policies then pls do not have them. The crust of the pizza was also very thin. It never be on time and argue with the customer.Also dont have a apologize card. We would like to have our money back as soon as possible.

                  I have ordered pizza on 23/12/2016 and paid by paytm. Payment was deducted without placing the order. I immediately called faizabad road outlet in lucknow. They told me that order is not placed and money will be refunded. On 28/12/2016 o recd message from dominos that refund has been initiated but money has not come to my paytm account till date. Please do tje needful for immediate refund of my Rs 488. Order was placed for ph no [protected].

                    My name is Tamu Sutterwala, phone no. [protected], registered on Dominoes under this e-mail id. [protected]@gmail.com. I'm writing this e-mail to show you all the evidence I have regarding the transaction failure, and the lack of any refund from Dominoes, that occured while I was ordering a pizza online on 27th Dec '16.
                    PS: I wrote this as an email to a local Domino's employee
                    1) HDFC bank debit for the Pizza order on 27th Dec under the Ref nos. 334305, 331647 and[protected] in the pdf bank statement attached.

                    2) Dominoes online website profile order history mentioning all 3 order failure with transaction nos. [protected], [protected] and [protected] respectively.

                    3) emails from Dominoes informing me about the order failure and respective transaction nos.: cd[protected], cd[protected], cd[protected]

                    4) Paytm wallet history - I had used Paytm wallet as a channel for the dominoes payment - where it is clearly mentioned how I had first transferred money from HDFC to my wallet ( Cash Txn ID [protected], [protected] and [protected] respectively) and how Paytm transferred the money to JFL all 3 times ( Jubliant Order #c0fbbec1b85366502fdd & Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected], Jubliant Order #26d99dc14502edf101bb & Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected] and Jubliant Order #b31e3866b8c755b5726e & Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected] respectively )

                    Now, as you can see from the Paytm wallet screener as well as my HDFC bank statement or even my e-mails as well as your own website's order history, there is no evidence available to me that Dominoes has conducted any sort of refund from its end.
                    Therefore, I request you to look into this matter promptly. In plain and simple English, Give me my money back. Or give me a proof that you have you've conducted the refund procedure on your end.

                      I placed an order on 16/12/2016 amounted Rs 597. Due to technical problem of the website, the order could not be placed, but the amount was deducted from my Paytm amount. I called the Dominos, Greenpark, New Delhi center thrice, no actions take. I even filed a complaint on their website, (ID[protected], no actions taken.

                            I made online order twice on 30th December of ₹1366 each and got message that we are unable to push your order to kitchen. My amount got deducted from my Paytm wallet and I received a message that amount will be refunded in 4-5 working days. Today 7 days have passed but I have not received the refund yet.

                            I used [protected] for placing order on domino's website and used Paytm wallet for the payment. A total of 2732 is pending for refund from domino's

                              I had place a order 1st jan 2017 at for a pizza and i had made the payment of 647 rs through Debit card. but the service executive but the service executive made 2 transaction of 647 rs i have already registered my complaint in domino's but till now they did not reverse my amount in my a/c.

                              its a very bad customer service and i am completely not satisfied with the services. please reverse my amount.

                                  I ordered pizza on 25th December 2016 at 9:30 pm around and paid the amount online by mobikiw wallet, amount was deducted instantly but he didn't recieve any oder I called instantly to Pandav Nagar Domino's they told no oder is registered on your address and phone no.. I called daily to solve this problem but no action is taken by Domino's
                                  On 29 I recieved the SMS from Domino's that the amount will be refunded with in 4 days
                                  I waited again more than 6 days but no refunds is initiated in my account I contact to Satendra Kumar senior in-charge of Domino's he told to wait 2 days more but nothing happens yet
                                  He ask me to send the Domino's SMS which I got I send both the SMS Domino's refunded one and mobikiwi one also he told they received the SMS and will call within 15 min
                                  But today is more than 2 days I haven't received any call and no refunds
                                  I want my hole amount back

                                    I have gone Dominos pizza at Ground floor, , New no – 69, Old no – 2, , Opp Gangotri Restaurant, 8th cross, Maruti Nagar, , BTM 1st Stage, Madiwala Post, BANGALORE, KARNATAKA,
                                    Issue happened on : Saturday 7/Jan/2017 at 8PM
                                    I have ordered 2 pizza value of 273.5Rs and given 2000Rs money they said there was no change for that but i can see they have changes. any way ask me to pay by card then i given my 2 card they tried and said mechine was not working and asked me to pay via paytm i said i will fill money to paytm then pey.
                                    Then filled money 300Rs and dominos given 0ne OTP then i have entered in to Paytm and deducted the amount 273.5rs and i got confirmation sms also. and paytm mail also i got its credited with Dominos.
                                    But what dominos guys said was its was not credited with them and spoke with another couple of minutes, after that i asked them to give proof thats not gets credited with them buit they denied.. after that i said them to inform if its get credited or not credited..but i didn't get infromation from them... also i registered an complaint with paytm they said please check with dominos..over all i lost my hard earned money. and time :(

                                      I have ordered from Dominos on 25th Dec 2016 and done payment through Paytm wallet.I have received a mail from domino's that my money will be refunded within 7 days but I havent received the refund yet. It has been more than 15 days.I have talked to manager of that store on 6th Jan 2017 and he said it will be refund within 24hrs, but still it has not refunded to my account.Take this seriously.Attached is the screenshot of the mail received from domino's.                                         I ordered a pizza for Rs 705 on 21/12/16 on DOMINOS Online. Order was placed on BT Road Branch, KOlkata. BUt the branch executive called and stated that they cannot deliver the item due to long distance. as such, the DOMINOS branch cancelled the order. NOw its over 12 days and no refund has yet come.
