This is regarding the behaviour of Meenakshi Garden outlet in West Delhi.

TERRIBLE is the word. Restaurant Manager SUNIL KUMAR doesn't know how to talk, this person is PATHETIC, ILL-MANNERED. Instead of apologizing for his fault, he had the audacity to raise his voice and started saying things. I will never suggest anyone to consider this bad outlet. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

The payment was made online through my debit card.

Contacted your outlet after 40 mins to check the status. I was told that the executive was on his way and will process the refund of INR 300/- as he was not able to reach on time.
I had to make another call after an hour and got the same response.

Finally when the delivery boy came after 1hour 15mins, we did not get any update from him. Hence I had to call your outlet again.

Post that someone told me that they'll be sending the delivery boy to my place to process the refund. I had to call again as no one turned up.

Then I asked the executive to connect me to the Restaurant Manager (SUNIL KUMAR), I was AMAZED to hear his response. His behaviour was UNACCEPTABLE.

Saying no to the customer is one thing, getting RUDE, not accepting his fault and saying things to a woman is highly shameful. He pretends that he is the one who is running the outlet and doesn't give a damn.

May I request you to kindly look into the matter. I hope to get some response from your team.

    Domi-cheater-nos satara road. I ordered a medium sized pizza with extra cheese.. The counter guy said there is a new cheese base and you will also get a coke free... Try it. I said alright if its tasty i will. Then i asked if they have the same scheme with extra cheese varient. The counter guy said... That base is out of stock and u wont get that. This was the basic reason for promoting other product. I wont mind untill i get to eat good pizza. When i got the order then i foind out that they somehow missed the coke part. And didnt give me the same. When it was mentioned on bill as well. My fault. I trusted those buggers. My fault. And when i gave a feedback to dominos then just sent me an email saying someone will call me within 24 hours. Waiting for the call... This is the nth time they did this. I know they taste good. But thst doesnt mean tjey can cheat u. They cant.

      Hi There, I placed my order on 1st Jan 2016 at 2:18pm. (Txn No : HSM[protected]) This is my second bad experience with Dominos. After placing my order which included Veg Extravaganza(Large) - Rs 655, White Pasta Italiano Veg (1) - Rs 129, Garlic Breadsticks (1) - Rs 89, Cheese Jalapeno Dip (1) - Rs 25, Lava Cake(1) -Rs 89, Veg Parcel (1) - Rs 29/-. I received a call from your store at 2:35pm stating Pasta is out of stock and asked me replace it other item, So I ordered Pizza Burger Premium which is Rs 119 so Rs 10 is on still on Dominos. Secondly the delivery guy took ages to deliver it and order finally came at 3:40 and I am actually not worried about the time of delivery its the quality of Pizza which is really really dry, hard and definitely not hot. The distance between Dominos store where I place my order to my residence is just 1.3 kms and it took more than one hour and quality of Pizza which was delivered was sub-standard. I have totally lost my confidence with Dominos and this is the second time. If you guys don't take this seriously I will escalate this to higher level. Most likely i will never do business with Dominos again and I will definitely make this viral and post it in Social media.

      It is more than an 1hour 10 minute after my order placed and not delivered. My order no. Is220 and my place is less than 1.5km from the outlet. It is disappointing and disgusting to wait like this without any explanation.

        Order placed at 6.30 PM on today i.e. 1st Jan in the name of Nidhi Khare Phone no. [protected] in Dominos, Tatibandh, Raipur(C.G.).
        When called after 1 hr its was said by the Dominos person that order has been proceeds to the place.
        But when it was not received even after 2 hr., it was said by the Dominos person order was not placed by us.
        Due to this negligence we have missed party celebration at our home.
        please take suitable action against your Raipur outlet.

        I oderder an pizza almost 2 weeks ago, payment of which was cancelled due to some site errors. I received an message for refund of payment within 4-5 working days but I still have not got my payment.
        Please help me in this.

        I made an online order on 27th December 2016 at around 10 PM. I paid the bull amout of Rs 385 through my debit card. I didn't receive my order. However the payment has been made successfully.
        I demand Domino's to either return my money or deliver the pending order.
        Did not recieve the order. Payment made online via paytm
        I have ordered pizza today, order no 306 with number [protected] from Mayur vihar Phase 2 however it was not delivered within half an hour and they were not ready to refund me. Please look into this on urgent basis. Will wait for the feedback.

          I ordered pizza online on 1st January (order number 168) mobile number [protected] . When I called to check about the expected Delivery time, the agent took my mobile number three times and then she gave the call to someone else without informing me and the next girl is asking my number again. Are you guys providing any basic training or is there any monitoring done by the manager or everything is" ram bharose ".
          Since you got the money so who cares about customer, she can go to hell . The person who picks up the call is the face of your organisation so pls work on their proper training.

            I had placed an order on 22 December 2016 at 9:28 PM in the cambridge road/old airport road, bangalore, outlet of dominos . A payment of Rs 329 was made online via debit card. Although the order was confirmed, it was never received by the customer. A refund was assured within 7 working days by an employee over the phone, however no information about initiation of refund has been received. Numerous complaint have been filed to the merchant, reference no.- 2170369 but to no avail. The calls by a manager to talk about the issue never come and some excuse is provided by the end of the day. Since its already been 10 days now, i would like some action to be taken to resolve the issue. The refund should be initiated as soon as possible.

              I placed my order and kept waiting for 2hours. NO one at that domino's outlet (dwarka sector 12) was picking my phone. I was without food last night.
              Then the next day i got to know that these guys have cancelled my order without my knowledge and now they are just saying that they are sorry for the inconvenience.
              I told the manager all about this and asked for the same order without any cost but he denied and said i could only give discount.
              this is really frustrating and dissatisfying. These guys at Dominos dwarka sector 12 have a very laid back attitude and not at all professional.

                I ordered pizza yesterday (31st dec'16) thru mobile app, my area which i select was correct (Shivaji nagar, bangalore) but the order went to brigade road its totally the app fault not our fault and the manager (Prabanandh) cancelled the order.. But still i dint get any notification of the cancellation through msg or mail and i'm waiting for my refund... Tis is d first time i'm gettin tis kind of irresponsible behaviour frm domino's.. I'm completely disappointed..

                Need refund...

                  Can not order online always have to call every time and dont get discounts will never use your company again ...have registered on site 12 times and never works call in to get discounts online and they always say sorry you have to do that online but i cant. Will never order from them again always get ripped off for advertised prices . goodbye dominos

                    Hi all,
                    I ordered using dominos App around 22:20 Hrs on 31 December with orde. No572 . 30 mins not applicable, but it was a nightmare. My order got delivered around close to 0030 Hrs january 1 2017 which is more than 2 hrs. Not only the order was late the pizzas were cold and dry and to make matters worse burger pizza went missing. Extremely disappointed with services. The guy Ajay who brought the order from dwarka sector 12 mentioned that Sandip handed it to him and doesn't have his mobile number. I tried to call up the manager which Ajay gave, but no answer as its already close to 1 Am. So here goes, I took my order for 4 pizza mania orders minus the burger pizza. I will contact the branch chain in dwarka sector 12 regarding the burger pizza that got undelivered :(

                      Today on 31/12/2016 I went to Dominos pizza (jubliant foods) near vasanthnagar colony ordered 3 zing parcel, 1 chicken strips, 1 garlic stuff bread, 3 premium pizza, but the ineffecient and lazy staff missed chicken strips and gave zingy parcel. They are ineffecient in taking order and ineffecient in parcel. When I went again they said they need 15 more minutes time. Such a worst service I did not faced anywhere. This would be my last visit to bloody Dominos waste of time and waste of purchasing in dominos and waste of my money

                        Sir I have ordered my pizza on 3rd december 2016 paid rs 216 through paytm wallet .. The order was not placed and I havenot received the refund.. Its been a month . I get messages from dominos for refund but till now I have not got my money back .. This is really heart breaking response from a brand like dominos ..i wish to never opt for dominos pizza ever .. Please refund my money.

                            But transaction from dominos was unsuccessful.
                            They said to refund my money with 7 days now its been around 15 days. Being a well reputed brand please don't do all these stuffs so that customer should loose faith on your brand.

                              I am Arti Singh. My mobile no. is [protected]. I placed order no. 98 on 30/12/16 at 8:14 PM and paid 651 rs. online. I called the restaurant at 8:15 requesting for in time delivery. Yet i received my order at 9:45 PM. The pizza was all cold and just hard bread and the coke was perfectly hot.
                              I called the restaurant where they asked me to send another hot pizza within 20 mins. - Order no. 143, placed at 9:49 PM which was received at 11:05 PM.
                              We returned the delivery boy back and did not accept the pizza. This company is disgusting and irritating. I would never ever place any order again coz this has been happening from last 10-15 times. I would like my full refund of 651 rupees in my bank account ASAP.

                                I ordered 2 Pizzas on 19/12/2016. I made online payment. After the order was placed, I got a call from Domino's that they don't deliver Pizza in this area(Quadron Business Park, Hijewadi Phase 2, Pune), so they asked me to cancel the order. First of all, if you cannot deliver in a particular area, then user should be notified beforehand that delivery is not available in certain areas. Then I was told that Entire Amount (Rs. 978) shall be refunded within 7 working days. Its been 11 Days, I haven't yet received the refund. I called them thrice. Everytime, I was told that Manager will call you in next half an hour but I never got any call. I never expected this kind of service from a brand like Domino's. Do Let me know when will I get my refund?

                                  On 16th Decemeber I paid Rs 477 for an order but after placing the order i received a text from dominos that the order was not processed due to technical problem and the money will be auto-refunded with 7 days. But till date i havnt received any refund. I wrote twice on their feedback page and also tried to make a phone call but all in vein. Please find attached screenshot of the message.
                                  I was in very good impression of Domino's but looking upon other complaints and my own experience the way they are treating us, its high time.

                                      I ordered for a small Margareta cheese burst but wanted to alter the order by changing it into a medium one within a minute wherein the Rep over the phone from that side (the same person who I spoke to at the time of first order) denied to do so saying that I can not do so rather can place an order for another small one where he would provide me discount on that else if I don't do that and cancel the order that he had already placed for, doing this would not entitle me to place any further order with Domino's .
                                      If such is the response from an outlet I would not prefer to place any further order with Domino's in future.

                                        Yesterday I did online order from Domino's of almost 2000 INR from my account, my account connected with mobile number [protected]. They did order twice of order number 149 and order number 190. Even they are not asking for confirmation for twice order. I have cancelled the 2nd order even though they have charged me for 2nd order also. Very bad service nowadays from Dominos as unexpected.
