Hi,
I had placed an order on 16th Dec 2016. I made payment too for Rs. 550/-, but soon I received an sms that my order was unsuccessful. Since then I am continuously following up with Dominos customer care team, but no response so far.
Every time I contact their customer care, I receive and email and sms mentioning reference no. (2113552, 2113620, 2140078, 2167661). I have been informed that someone will get in touch with me in next 24 hours, but so many 24 hrs passed, neither I received any call nor my money refund.

Please look into this and do needful urgently.

Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
1) rs.770
2) rs.1096
3) rs.1096
Out of which 3rd one got refunded while there is no response of the other two.
I even filled feedback via domino app n was assured of being contacted within two working days but was not contacted.
