On 16th dec I made a payment of 361 Rs. For dominos pizza using Paytm. My order failed but amount was deducted from my paytm wallet. I contacted Paytm for a week and finally got to know that they have a successful transaction but there was a problem from your end. Please look into this matter and get back to me as soon as possible. I expect my return of Rs. 361 in paytm wallet.

    I have ordered pizza online through paytm wallet cash of Rs. 388 on 26 dec. 2016 ( time-3:15) but my order has not placed whereas money has been deducted from my wallet.Payment wss made through paytm and show transaction completed.Regarding this have also contacted paytm .when we contacted paytm said " Transaction was Completed" so contact dominos customer care.

      Hi,

      I had placed an order on 16th Dec 2016. I made payment too for Rs. 550/-, but soon I received an sms that my order was unsuccessful. Since then I am continuously following up with Dominos customer care team, but no response so far.

      Every time I contact their customer care, I receive and email and sms mentioning reference no. (2113552, 2113620, 2140078, 2167661). I have been informed that someone will get in touch with me in next 24 hours, but so many 24 hrs passed, neither I received any call nor my money refund.

      Please refer attached,
      - screenshot of mobile app indicating that my order was unsuccessful
      - screenshot of mobile app and sms, indicating all reference numbers which I get from customer care team every time when I contacted them for my concern.

      Please look into this and do needful urgently.

      Out of which 3rd one got refunded while there is no response of the other two.
      I even filled feedback via domino app n was assured of being contacted within two working days but was not contacted.

        Hi dominos,
        I made an order(Chef's Chicken Choice + Coke Mobile) on last sunday, 25 dec in the night around 9:45 PM.
        Because of some internet issue I had to tried many times.
        So order was not complete because I was getting some error "Too many attempts" but transaction was completed two times. first time i used PAYTM(390 rupees) and second time I used PAYTM + ICICI(163 rupees) online banking(because not suffient balance in paytm).
        So regarding this issue I contact Paytm and Icici bank then they said transaction was completed so contact Dominos customer care.
        Now my concern is, why I still not getting my money after not completing my order even after 48 hours.
        This is very disappointing, I am regular user of Dominos, I didn't expect this type of service from dominos. Next time I have to think 100 times before using dominos service.

          I have ordered pizza online through paytm wallet cash of rs. 802 on 25th of december, but my order has not placed whereas money has been deducted from my wallet. Payment was made through paytm and show transaction completed. Regarding this i have also contacted paytm and dominos. both are declining to take the onus to refund the money. Please help me get a refund or at least a reply from them

          I ordered a pizza worth 508 Rs. on November 17, 2017 using Domino's app . The transaction was declined twice on the Domino's website but the amount was deducted from my paytm wallet.

          Wallet transaction Ids are [protected] & [protected] respectively.

          I have not yet received my money back and have been running to and fro between these guys as neither paytm not Domino's is willing to take the responsibility.

              Team, I have made purchase at your Andheri East, Hubtown Solaris outlet and the payment of Rs.295.01 was made vai Paytm. I can see twice this amount was debited from my Paytm wallet. When inquired with the Manager, he said the amount was credited only once. I also placed a ticket with Paytm and they confirm that both the transaction with said amount were successful. Below are the order details along with Transaction IDs. Please investigate and confirm where the issues is so I can approach with Paytm help desk again.

              We made a purchase at Dominos Outlet located @ Andheri East, Hubtown Solaris, Mumbai 400069 for amount 295.01 on 25th Dec 2016. This amount was deducted twice from my Paytm wallet and we did the compliant at Paytm, where they have confirmed that the amount was deducted twice successfully and there was NO failure. When contacted the Manager of outlet, he confirmed that only once the amount was received. Now Paytm have instructed that the merchant should send email to Paytm for the unsuccessful amount. Attached is the Paytm transaction details along with bill copy. Please look into this matter and provide resolution.

                  Most pathetic experience ever... Found glass pieces in domino's pizza to the shock of my life... Upon complaining at the store, the staff (A guy named abhishek pawar @ domino's pimple saudagar) showed extreme negligence and incompetence in providing any explanation for such a shocking lapse... No regards towards health of consumers and this franchise has a history of very poor hygiene standards... Store address and photos are as attached below...

                  Disgusting episode... Suggestion to all is to avoid eating dominos pizzas at all costs, dont play/risk your health.

                  Request the relevant authorities to urgently look into the malpractices of this outlet and take necessary steps towards preserving public health and safety...

                      I placed an order through dominos app for delivery in deloitte, yemalur, bangalore and payment was made through credit card on 17th decemeber for rs 529. After placing the order i received a call from dominos that the order will not be delivered, and the women was very rude she said he is calling from spice garden outlet and that the order is being cancelled. When asked for refund, she said it will be credited back in my credit card. Today is 27th december, and till date i havnt received any refund. I have complained many times to dominos but they are not responding. Please find attached screenshot of the order.

                        Hello,

                        This is to bring to your notice that i had registered a complaint with domino's for a failed transaction for which rs. 590 was deducted from my account on the 18th of november. My pass book shows an amount of 590 credited against domino's pizza with transaction id: vbyu-prcr-[protected].

                        I had lodged a compliant with domino's on the same day, and i was told that my money would be refunded within four working days. On the 24th of november i was told that ma'am, you are mistaken, it takes us 7 working days. I took that despite that fact that i was given four days as the period. After waiting for another 5 days i got back and was told by the manager thrice (On three different calls on three consecutive days) that they'd check and get back, but so far nobody has gotten back. And domino's has considered it settled quite conveniently.

                        I just want to bring to your notice that i find this behavior extremely irresponsible and rude toward customers, and i plan to escalate this in the consumer court.

                        I'm also attaching the response i got from domino's for registering my complaint repeatedly. They consider it my feedback. If domino's really wants a feedback, my advice would be that domino's could use a much more responsible customer engagement system.

                          DESIRABLE RESOLUTION: AMENDMENT OF POLICIES AND REFUND OF e-Gift Voucher

                          Being one of the most esteemed Pizza delivery service in India, the web portal and the service is expected to be of the same standards. On the contrary your portal seems to be not living up to the mark.

                          1. While applying E-Gift Voucher it does not confirm for the order rather places the order directly
                          2. One cannot apply multiple eGV for an order. eGVs are purchased and money has already been remitted to Dominos account through RBI and still there is no provision
                          3. On Cancellation of order. eGV is not refunded. My order number being 277 with eGV applied as GVPF3E0A48D. When no order was finally executed what is the point of consuming the eGV. Order was placed at NN Mall Sector - 3, Delhi and your Branch Manager Sunil Kumar was not ready to provide any of these policies in writing.
                          4. eGV cannot be applied if any discount coupon is applied. I mean all operational websites are fools? or are you trying to be an exception. Those eGVs are bought for a cost. If we can get same amount of discount with a discount code then why would someone come up with a eGV

                          You are simply discouraging the purchase of eGV and also you look highly incompetent in the e-commerce world.

                              Today, I have placed an Pizza order on domino's.com (For Vikas Vihar Domino's at Ambala City) with my mobile no. My Money have been deducted from my Freecharge wallet, then i went at domino's restaurant ( Vikas Vihar Domino's at Ambala City)) and they told that we have not receive any order by your name or mobile. no. I checked my Freecharge wallet balance has been deducted successfully. I have also received the confirmation message. I am not sure its the server issue or something else from your side . However, Result was that, i returned without my pizza. Please Check the details and let me know why it happens. And give me the cash back or give me my order.                                 I received an Domino's EVoucher worth Rs 150/- for Xmas spin wheel celebration on 24th December at 1.29pm on my mobile number [protected]
                                When I tried to apply the EVoucher while booking it is showing voucher not valid. It is highly inconvenient which caused serious troubles while ordering food. Please compensate me for the same.

                                    We have order a pizza having invoice no. is DPI66182/[protected]/61721 from Jubliant Foodworks ltd pallav char rasta ahmedabad . Before buying the pizza we have inquired about the NEARBY GIFT COUPON CODE having flat RS 100 Off and the representative has said that the said coupon is applicable on the home delivery. Delivery boy also accepts that coupons . After 30 Min of delivery when we have ate the pizza they have called us and said that the coupons are not valid, and valid for online only . On argument with them an employee ( Mr. Adarsh Dixit ) has said that if we don't pay then they cut the salary of the pizza boy. For evidence also we have the call recording with us to make them feel guilty.

                                      I have placed a order on 16th Dec'16 from Dominos Jaipur Mansarovar branch. The team cancelled my order without notification and denied on road delivery or we picking it up from the store and after a lot of argument they quoted that the policies have changed and pathetic customer service was provided.
                                      They informed that we would get a refund in 5-7 days but no refund as of now, its been 9 days. KK Sharma who was the manager was pathetic, poor service and team management.

                                        Here I would like to tell u that today, I placed an order but it was not delivered as website did not ask me for the store location and pizza guy told me that he could not deliver as that store was not located in my area and I should place order in my area store.
