I have already brought my concern into attention. Please find my reference no.2092230.
I made an order of 539 Rs and paid online on Time of Order :12/11/2016 08:08:10 PM, even though money was debited from my account, it never generated any order.
I also placed a COD order, Order Number : 185 same day just after that in hopes of talking to local manager, but i got a call after 2 hours saying we could not reach you earlier,...

I have made a transaction at Dominoes through my ICICI BANK debit card on December 12, 2016. The amount of Rs. 475/- has been deducted from my account whereas the counter boy at Dominoes told me that he didn't received any amount. When I asked what should I do, the guy suggested me to wait for 7 working days, within that period I will receive the money in my account as the transaction failed.

I had placed an order for INR 1162 on the dominos App from Chandigarh on Dec 10, 2016. I made the payment through PAYTM and money got deducted.

I got an email from Dominos stating "We are unable to place your order to the kitchen and the amount will be refunded within 7 working days"

Till date i have not received the credit, I have sent almost 5 emails to Dominos and called them multiple times with no response....

I've placed two orders on 10th December and both the orders got cancelled after the amount was debited from my account. I have received refund only for one of my orders. The mail id used for the purchase was "[protected]@hotmail.com". I have been trying to reach them through their feedback which seem to be useless and there is no other channel available to reach dominos customer care....

Placed an order on 10th Dec for INR 946, but due to some reason, the order was cancelled, I received a notification from Dominos that my cancellation order was processed and money would be refunded within 7 working days but not happened yet. I paid through Paytm wallet, not sure if Dominos would return or cheat.

I did share my feedback online against the cancelled order, I got a call too but he said he'll check with their IT...

I placed an order on 8/12/16 for home delivery at EDM mall Kaushambi for which I was askes to pay online through api.zaakpay.com and I even made the payment.
But the staff refused of receiving any payment and asked me to pay through cash as well and assured of refund.
I have not received any refund till date.

I have ordered the domino pizza online about 3 weeks before. money got deducted but pizza is not delivered. Called domino pizza customer care and i requested them for refund. Then they initiated refund process. Now its almost 4 weeks over but still now i have not yet received the refund.

I called to store and they told me that they didnot receive any order from my end but the amount has deducted from PayTM wallet. I called PayTm and they sent me an email in which they clearly mentioned that the order is made to merchant. Please check and revert...

I am from Bangalore. I was trying to place an order for Dominos pizza online on their website on Dec 2 2016. The debit card transaction went through and I was taken to that webpage of Dominos which says 'Order is being pushed to the kitchen' when this transaction failed. The error came as 'Sorry we are not able to push your order into the kitchen.

After that I even got a mail from dominos saying Failed Order,...

Very bad service when I ordered from dominoz last Friday..
I ordered and got the SMS from dominoz that "Sorry, your order could not be processed to our restaurant due to a technical reason. Money will be auto refunded in 7 working days for paid orders."..

so we ordered our dinner from somewhere else and suddenly I got the call after half an hour that they are coming for delivery..what is this? Wastage of food and wastage...

Dominos pizza, thiruvanmiyur branch. chennai-600041.your staff accepted a order ... but delayed to deliver.. and told that the order was not placed... your staff lied that the order was not placed .. i will never order anymore or suggest dominos to anyone.. infact i will recommend not to buy from dominos.. the order amount was 1359rs..not intrested to buy anymore.. thanks for providing such a worst impression ......

My name is Nagarjun S. Last week 11-dec-2016. I tried to order pizza from Online. I tried to pay the bill using PAYTM wallet. The amount got deducted from Paytm wallet, but the order was not placed. I have raised a complaint with PAYTM. They said the transaction from paytm was successfull and asked me to check with dominos.

Any from Dominos help me out and refund my money. Its been a week....

I ordered 2 medium size pizaa on 16th of december and paid via net banking an amount of Rs. 600. But due to an error in the dominos kitchen, my order was cancelled but unfortunately the money was deducted from my bank account. I have tried 3 time and every time I have faced same issue and amount was deducted 3 times.
And till today I didn't received any message from the bank on the refund information or any status.

I would like to file a complaint againt dominos rg residency sector 119 noida. On 3rd dec i raised a complaint that the pizza was not delivered on time then next day somebody from dominos called me saying that you will get your money in 7 days.
