I have already brought my concern into attention. Please find my reference numbers below:
1. Amount debited but order not received - 2146283
2. Staf[censored]nethical behaviour - 2150272

I made an order of 493 rs and paid online via mobikwik wallet :23/12/2016, even though money was debited from my wallet, it never generated any order.

I tried calling customer care number,[protected] many times, it says invalid number and was not able to login to dominos.co.in website, next day when i tried on the same number i could able to speak to customer care executive and feel that the guys are not professional to customer.
So next day i called up soul space arena mall dominos pizza and ordered cod, i received pizza after 30minutes and also pizza was not hot and they did not deliver my complete order, when i called them they were taking very rudely, such a bad experience with dominos

    I ordered pizza online yesterday who's invoice no is (Dpi66156/[protected]/48545) in amritsar by domino's pizza. Taste of both the pizza's was not as it should be and there was no cheese on that and when i called dominos and the senior said we will take care in next time please adjust this time.

    Why should i adjust when i paid full amount and moreover you guys have spoiled my and my family mood.

    This is second time that happen with me. I also have taken images and attached for your refrence.

    I don't think so domino's do any quality check before sending any order customers. Please let me know who pay the money i spending for treatment of my siblings. I want my money back which i spend to buy this food poising pizza.

      I have ordered Pizza and billed amount for Rs.220 on[protected]. The swiping machine was having a problem. Me and my friend inserted the card in swiping machine but the amount Rs.220 got deducted from both the Cards and still not reimbursed. We have asked in the counter but he is saying that the amount will not get reimbursed. I have bills of transaction of 220Rs. Please take any necessary action.

        Sir/maam,

        I ordered from dominos on 15th of December 2016 and paid by net-banking.
        the order couldn't be processed due to some technical reasons as mentioned by them.

        I received a donotreply email stating that my transaction number is nb[protected] dated[protected] amounted 714 and my payment will be refunded to your account/card within 7 working days.

        However, its 23rd of December 2016 today. I have not received any refund.
        There is no proper customer care support provided by dominos.

        Please resolve my problem by initiating refund as soon as possible.

            I had made two orders on 16th December 2016. Order no. CD 88737423 and CD 88732647. The order could not be transfered to the Dominos Kitchen due to techical issuses of Dominos itself but amount of Rs 627/- of each order total Rs 1354 /- was transfered from my Paytm wallet to dominos. The order could not be processed and I got a text message saying the money will be refunded in 5-7 days but it has not been refunded yet. It was due to technical fault of dominos and not from my side so the amount should be refunded at the earliest and not taking 5-7 days.

            I want the refund immidiately.

              I had ordered Pizza from Domino's, Sector 29, Gurgaon on 2nd Dec for which I had made the payment online worth Rs. 532.
              But I got a call from them that they could not deliver the order to my place and hence they cancelled the order and told me that they would refund back the same amount to my account.

              However, it has been 20 days since then and I haven't yet received the refunded amount. Whenever I call them, they just say that the process has been initiated from their end.

              Request you to kindly look into this matter so that I can get back my money.

                Hi, I ordered a pizza through the Domino's website on Dec 19 via Paytm. While, money was deducted from my Paytm wallet, the site did not register the order. I called up the Vasant Vihar outlet, since, that is where my delivery usually comes from, and they said no order was placed from my number and no payment done, but assured me that sometimes there are faults in the payment mechanism and money would be returned to my wallet soon. I contacted the Paytm customer care and they said payment has been done on their end and suggested me to contact you, confirming that no order was placed. I am attaching a screenshot of the Paytm payment confirmation and hope you refund me my money at the earliest.

                  We have ordererd large peppy paneer with extra cheese but we got a very bad pizza and when we complained about this the behaviour of staff was very unsupportive and bad response.they said it is only like this i[censored] want it have it or i[censored] dont we dont care and this happens in pallavpuram meerut.i need this confirmation as soon as possible.this kind of behaviour is not acceptable.

                      I have already brought my concern into attention. Please find my reference no.2092230.
                      I made an order of 539 Rs and paid online on Time of Order :12/11/2016 08:08:10 PM, even though money was debited from my account, it never generated any order.
                      I also placed a COD order, Order Number : 185 same day just after that in hopes of talking to local manager, but i got a call after 2 hours saying we could not reach you earlier, so in a way i should have got that pizza order also free as it breached 30 minutes, and it was not a coupon used order.
                      Since then i have been following up on my reference id to get at least my money back but i am not getting any proper response. I was told through mail that i will be getting a call within 2 working days, its been more than a week, i haven't received any call. I have proof of my bank statment (Transaction Remarks# VIN/DOMINOS /[protected]/0)confirming that payment was done also a message confirmation for same. First of all Credit my money back to my account and secondly i am entitled for a free pizza as i did not receive any earlier.

                        I have made a transaction at Dominoes through my ICICI BANK debit card on December 12, 2016. The amount of Rs. 475/- has been deducted from my account whereas the counter boy at Dominoes told me that he didn't received any amount. When I asked what should I do, the guy suggested me to wait for 7 working days, within that period I will receive the money in my account as the transaction failed.
                        But today, December 20, 2016 when I checked my statement and asked in ICICI BANK help desk and Dominoes counter as well, I have got denial from both end.

                          I had placed an order for INR 1162 on the dominos App from Chandigarh on Dec 10, 2016. I made the payment through PAYTM and money got deducted.

                          I got an email from Dominos stating "We are unable to place your order to the kitchen and the amount will be refunded within 7 working days"

                          Till date i have not received the credit, I have sent almost 5 emails to Dominos and called them multiple times with no response. I hope this will help me get my refund asap.

                            I've placed two orders on 10th December and both the orders got cancelled after the amount was debited from my account. I have received refund only for one of my orders. The mail id used for the purchase was "[protected]@hotmail.com". I have been trying to reach them through their feedback which seem to be useless and there is no other channel available to reach dominos customer care.

                              Placed an order on 10th Dec for INR 946, but due to some reason, the order was cancelled, I received a notification from Dominos that my cancellation order was processed and money would be refunded within 7 working days but not happened yet. I paid through Paytm wallet, not sure if Dominos would return or cheat.

                              I did share my feedback online against the cancelled order, I got a call too but he said he'll check with their IT dept. and get back...waiting to hear from them

                              I ordered dominoz pizzas worth 545/- nd amt was deducted successfully without order being placed. I tried twice nd my 1090/- is deducted! I got SMS from dominos that I will get refund in 7 days! Its such a slow service... Nd I hope I won't regret playing online in advance. Kindly make sure I get my money back in time...!
                              First server: rekha r told us about offer 1 coke free on above 300/- order so we made order but then we realized she didn't reduce coke amount as discount so we asked for refund coke with tax amount so intentionally she delayed to serve order even if it was ready we saw it was ready by our eyes

                                I ordered online from Domino's on 2nd December and paid online. The order amount was Rs 598 and order number was 19. However the order got cancelled and on 5th December Domino's sent an email that Rs 598 refund has been initiated whose Transaction ID is: 86151895. My registered email-id for Domino's is [protected]@gmail.com. However I have not received the refund yet and they are not even replying to me. Need help to get Rs 598 refund from Domino's.

                                Domino's gave me an email and SMS with bank reference number as a proof that they have successfully processed the refund. After receiving this information from Domino's, within few hours the amount got credited in my idea money wallet. Thank You for the help.

                                    Hi,
                                    I made a payment online for ordering pizza through PayTM wallet on 10th December '2016. My transaction number is cd87611591 amounted Rs.451. The payment went through the payment gateway and the amount was deducted but after sometime I got an email from Domino's that due to some technical error the order could not be placed in the kitchen and that they will be providing the refund within 7 working days. Later I also received message from Domino's that they have initiated the refund and I'll be receiving the amount shortly but no refund came. I created complaint ticket on PayTM also but they told that as confirmed by the merchant my transaction was successful from their end and I should contact the merchant customer care team for the order confirmation. I tried contacting Domino's twice after this but have received no response from their end apart from acknowledgement of my ticket and promise to get in touch. I am very much dissapointed by the service I have received till now. Why should customer suffer if PayTM and Domino's cannot coordinate between themselves for customer refunds? Customer is paying his hard earned money for the service and it is the least that you can do is provide a good service to them. I expect an immediate action for this before escalating it to higher level from here on.

                                      Domino's gave me an email and SMS with bank reference number as a proof that they have successfully processed the refund. After receiving this information from Domino's, within few hours the amount got credited in my idea money wallet. Thank You for the help.

                                        I have ordered the domino pizza online about 3 weeks before. money got deducted but pizza is not delivered. Called domino pizza customer care and i requested them for refund. Then they initiated refund process. Now its almost 4 weeks over but still now i have not yet received the refund.

                                        Please do the needful. thanks.

                                        Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I have placed an order no. 202 online at D Mall, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi outlet and it is surprising to see that my order has not been entertained for 2 hours. I had to chase them continuously and finally had to cancel the order. Request you to please look into this and fix it..
                                        Its been more than a week since a failed transaction of pizza order number nb[protected] dated[protected] amounted 435. The amount has not been refunded yet. Trying to connect the customer care but in vain, no customer support mail id has been provided for complain.
