Please revert the amount 812 deducted from my account.Delivery boy mobile no. [protected] attempted for delivery at 11:45pm which was not accepted.I placed the order at 9:30pm.I was on continuous call but still I was not given any assurance for time.Lastly I informed that please cancel and soon after that I received the call stating that delivery is being attempted kindly make payment.I do not understand the way things were processed.Kindly support.

    I have made a payment through freecharge on dominos mobile app and my funds have been deducted but order didn't go through. Called customer service, their rep picked up the call and put me on hold and was on hold for 11 minutes.. no answer. Worst customer support as always. Dominos sucks everytime. Then I had to order manually by visiting the store outlet because then app was showing that new order can not be placed as restraunt is offline now.

      My pizza reached at my place after 50 minutes from the time of order. I called them up and said that since it reached me past 30 minutes from the time of ordering and as i paid for the order using mobikwik link, now will my pizza get free of cost because it reached after 30 minutes. They said that it will get refunded to my bank account but its been 14 days (Ordered on 03/12/2016) still i cannot see a balance of ₹127 refunded to my account. This is a fake promise made by you all. Very much dissatisfied.

        Hi, i had ordered food from Dominos last week and there was deduction of Rs. 823 from my account but the order was never delivered to me also there was no record that showed at their database that an ordered was placed but it shows on my bank statement. The same thing happened to me today again for Rs. 605. They either need to improve their online trading servers or just buy a new platform that can perform transactions with multiple users online at once. Moreover today i placed a second order for the same amount and the food was delivered to an hour after it was ordered, then after opening the box i realized the food was completely dry and not at all as per any standards at all as it was ordered under an offer. If Dominos cannot deliver proper food under exciting offers they've provided to the customers then they should maybe not give out these offers or maybe increase their staff so they could get everything done on time or to be more crude just stop running their business if they just have to rip off the customers. If this email is ever sent to Dominos then please let them know they haven't refunded my money yet (i.e. Rs 823 + 605)

          My pizza didn't delivered and amount get cut from my paytm account. Refund my amount as soon as possible and i am not going to order pizza any more. It was ridiculous experience, just refund my money as soon as possible. Get my complaint solve as soon as possible and refund my amount as soon as possible. And also if your restaurant get closed inform your customer before taking order so that they didn't do same mistake as i did.

            An order had been placed on 16/12/16 for pizza, in the domino's website. As the location could not be entered, it had to be pointed using 'zippr' maps.in he checkout page, the same area as pointed by 'zippr' was chosen, with the door number and street number manually entered (I stay in chennai city).
            30 minutes after the payment, i receive a call saying that the order has gone to a store pune and had to be cancelled. Checking the sms they sent me, i found that the invoice was from the pune store, but with the chennai area and chennai address
            Upon trying to track the order, domino's website says there is no such records are found.
            There was no intimation of cancellation either.
            Kindly rectify the error and not process the payment, as it has happened via credit card.

              I have order 5 burger @rs 89 on 13/12/2016 at bokaro domino order no 34 but my order was cancelled by your staff by mistake as i was paying money through the link provided by your staff as payment was not successfully but later on payment was succesfully through that link provided by your staff. But yet my amount is not refunded to my bank account. It is more than three days and yet my paid amount is not refunded. Please refund my amount as soon as possible.

                Hi,

                I was trying to place an order for dominos pizza online on their website on last friday, december 9, 2016. Everything was fine till the final stage. The debit card transaction went through and i was taken to that webpage of dominos which says 'order is being pushed to the kitchen' when this transaction failed. The error came as 'sorry we are not able to push your order into the kitchen. Try again.'
                An amount of rs.2850/- was deducted from my account but the order did no go through.
                I received a sms stating that the debited amount will be refunded within one week.

                Till now i have not gotten my money back and the amount has been credited to dominos. The transaction amount was rs 2850/-. I would request dominos to kindly look into this matter and refund my money back asap.

                  My order number was 367. I orderd pizza on 9th december and paid 462 rs from credit card. Order was placed in gandhinagar, gujarat but the delivery was not made and i have lost my money. Its almost a week and see no resolution from your side though i called and have mailed 4 5 times. If you cannot give me money back do let me know so that i can start using the social media to make aware in other people that this is the scene so that people will not pay in advance.

                    Hello, i am from today i have order one cloud 9 medium sized through online on 13/12/2016 all the procedures have been done properly after the transaction have been done i came back that page saying your order isn't done but i got the deduction msg through my bank how will i get my money back amt rs-534 in fact i didn't even got any msg from dominos that my money will be refunded my email sarath.                     I swiped my card at the Dominos, the man said that I don't have enough money on my card. So I gave cash. Later I got to know, the money has already been deducted from my account. They charged me twice.

                      Hello Sir/Mam,
                      My name is Carol, i had ordered online from Domino's Pizza and my amt of Rs.1, 075/- was deducted and later trying tracking the order and reached customer service on call and chat, Mr.Henry(Live call) and Shreya(Chats) conveyed to me stating that order has not been placed and want me to wait for 7 working days to get my money refunded. This is really not happening and i want my entire money to be refunded within 24 hours. Can't wait longer!

                        I have order pizza online through paytm wallet cash of rs. 444 on 9th of december, but my order has not placed but money cut from my wallet. Payment was made through paytm and show transaction completed. Regaarding this i have also contacted paytm and dominos no one replied.. Tried contacting many times through multiple ways (Email, customer care chat, feedback page etc.) but didn't get a single response. Please help me get a refund or at least a reply from them

                          Sir, I tried to buy pizza at MBD NEOPOLIS Dominos, Jalandhar by swiping my card to pay the amount.But it was not able the print the receipt i tried 2 times eventhough the receipt wasn't able to print .Then it came 2 messages to my phone that the amount for pizza(Rs690/- per order) was deducted twice.I told them and they said that it will be refund after 24 hours.Next day i contact them and they told me to contact the bank branch.i kept contacting the bank branch but they say some technical problem to lodge complain and sometime told me to wait for 45 days, what kind of policy is there to wait for 45 days.Even i check my bank ministatement but it was found that the deducted amount has been transfered to the dominos account. So please kindly try to solve this problem.it has been more than a week and no refund is been done..

                            I am very sad about this, I am attaching the proof also, me and my wife was at dominos at Aditya mall Shahdra east Delhi last evening, this is very rediculous about the staff and service and their ignorance, mr Pankaj who was giving the services for us and also stand on billing counter, he was busy with gossips and all and when we said to him that we are not happy with this kind of pizza and service thn he said that do what ever u want to do, because they know it very well Thier is no law against him because they simply tear the complaints pages from feed back book, that's why we take the pictures of all things as a proof .and this was second time with me, they gave us wrong pizza after this they simply exchange it but no sorry no regeration, please find the right way for the same and I promise I will never go at that place in my life .

                              Hello.. I'm from ujjain and I had ordered online pizza through paytm.. After the whole procedure of transaction, an amount of Rs.346/- was deducted from my paytm wallet..but the order was not placed..I even confirmed this through the manager here at domino's..
                              To get the refund.. I got an email from paytm asking for a denial email from the merchant about the placement of order..
                              So Kindly send a denial mail refusing the placement of order so I can get my money back..

But it takes more than 45 mins. To deliver within 3 kms of distance.                                 On 3rd Dec. I ordered from dominos amounting Rs.630 but during payment process, transaction failed. So i have to order agin from dominos of the same amt. so ultimately amount deducted twice and till now i have not got the refund amounting Rs. 630 even after making complaint to dominos twice or thrice.
                                I was in Greater Noida and ordered 7 pizzas and 3 cokes and gave them the correct address and online ordered them.After the transaction, the city in which i ordered pizza is chandigarh but they showed the branch of Tamil Nadu . I called them and they cancelled my order but till now there is no refund in my account.the order is of Rs 738/-

                                    I had ordered for 04 Pizza Mania to the Dominos Outlet at Narendrapur exactly at 2036 hrs on 11th Dec'16 but the same was delivered to me at 2140 hrs on the same day. The pizzas were cold and I did not feel comfortable to have it.

                                    Dominos always claim that if the order is not delivered within half and hour of placing order, full refund would be made and the delivery boy also accepted the fact and requested me to contact the Outlet Manager but phone of the Manager continuously remained unattended.

                                    The Bill of the order is attached

                                    Please help me to get the refund.

                                      I had placed online order ( order no 110 ). The delivery boy called my wife and said to collect the ordered materials from ISM Chowk Dhanbad saying they cannot go to deliver beyond this point. When the order was placed the Address was clearly mentioned. When processing the order why did the staffs not inform about the same. Now they says that the order will be cancelled and refund will be made only after 8 days. There is no male member at residence to collect the same. This has caused mental harassment as I am out of station and ordered online as today was my daughters birthday and she is heartbroken now. Why they accept orders when they cannot provide service. Also please arrange to pay the interest for the number of days the company will be holding my money.

Balance from my account was deducted, but i dodnt recieve any notification from dominos. I tried calling my nearest dominos outlet, they said there wasnt any order placed of such kind.

                                        I placed order in DOMINOS site (https://pizzaonline.dominos.co.in/menu/D/CHENNAI/SHOLINGANALLUR/65865) on 3rd december. I received the message saying order couldn't be processed due to technical reason but amount debited from paytm wallet. Tried second time, received the same message BUT AMOUNT DEBITED AGAIN FOR THE SECOND TIME .

                                        So, amount is debited twice but the order was not placed. Third time i placed order having two items but delivered with one item (not received choco Lava cake). The delivery person told choco lava cake is not available and the amount of Rs.102 will be refunded in a week for the item not delivered. But till now i haven't received my amount back for all the 3 orders.
