I had ordered pizzas on 27th november 2016 at 20:52pm for 431 rupees the and made payment through paytm wallet. The dominos website returned a error message but the paytm wallet showed "success" for transaction. I called dominos to check of they received the order and they said no you didnt make any order
Now my paytm wallet says "succees" and they are not replying on this query because it's "succees" from paytm. I need my money refund...

We have made an order at 8:46pm on 30/11/2016 and order no is 92 at technopark trivandram branch. now the time is 11:15pm and we don't get it delivered yet. we dunno how to express our frustration. worst ever services seen. even the customer care people are not responding properly. we will make sure not to go for domino's order in future. attaching order screenshots...

On 19th November 2016 i went at Magarpatta, Pune branch of Domino's and placed order of total Rs 325. I paid the amount using my HDFC debit card but the card swipe machine was not working and payment receipt wasn't generated though i got message of debit Rs from my account.

I have ordered from dominos and got my pizza and other stuff after 40 minutes of order which is quite late and the pizza is no longer left eatable as it was not at all hot and when i registered a complain even after waiting and file complain for 5 consecutive times i received a call yesterday from the manager and the kind of response he gave me was not expected he just said sorry for the next time we take care of that;which is pathetic as...

I had ordered pizzas on 25th November 2016 at 7:51PM For 652 rupees(after discount) nd made payment through paytm wallet. Two transactions of Rs. 563 each failed on 2nd November. Payment was made through MobiKwik. Contacted MobiKwik. They said it shows successful at their side and told me to contact merchant (dominos). Tried contacting many times through multiple ways (email, customer care chat, feedback page etc.) but didn't get a single response. Please help me get a refund or at least a reply from them!...

On 27th nov i have order through mobile app. Order was suppose to deliver at aligarh, The amount was debited from my paytm acount .but no order placed, i paid again through net banking and again made the order so paid twice for one order, please do refund my amount of 426 Rs/- .
I have paytm transaction slip but my dominos app on mobile showing failed order.then how come money deducted?...

I had placed the order for pizza on 27th November, 16 order was placed through debit card. My money was deducted from my account ie Rs 150 however my order was not placed rather I had to place the order as COD. I had made the payment twice for single pizza. When I contacted them, there was no response from them after filling their feedback form, no one contacted me regarding my issue.

Today on 27th november 2016 at 8pm i ordered a pizza from chinchwad, pune location online.
It's zipper automatically selected my location. There was no option to select restaurant location.
Unfortunately my pune order got automatically placed to chennai restaurant.
