Hello, iam from allahabad today i have order one medium sized through online al da procedures hve been done properly aftr the transaction hve been done i came back to dat page saying your order isn't done but i got the deduction msg through my bank hw will i get my money back amt Rs-553 infact i didnt evn got any msg from dominos dat my money will be refunded my email [protected]@gmail.com please revert back on this

I am Ritaban Sasmal of Garia, Kolkata700084 ordered 4 pizzas from domino's.As per my knowledge I was supposed to get all the pizzas at free of cost if the pizzas get delivered after 30 minutes.The pizzas came to me after 1 hour.When I took the pizzas, the delivery boy told me that there is no such policy...he also told that if the delivery is after 30 minutes then there is a discount of Rs. 300/- Though I didn't take the order but he was not supposed to do so.My order no. was 126.

We are a pure vegetarian family. we had ordered 2 medium veg pizzas and the one they brought us home was non veg pizzas which is not allowed in our house but without knowing we ate it. we did not submit a complaint as they said sorry and all that but now they are not even giving delivery to us saying that it is far to deliver whereas they have delivered a lot of times before that. this is a very unsatisfactory behaviour from their side.
even when we said that we will complain, they said it is of no use.
very dissappointed.

Domino's Pizza Mobile App deducted money from bank a/c or wallets but deny transaction. When complained with store, was told money will be refunded within 7 days but it did not happen.
Today again Rs. 495/- was deducted from my bank a/c & also another Rs.50/- from my Freecharge wallet.
The second transaction for a higher amount go through.
The first transaction was through Freecharge but Freecharge does not cause transactional problems since I made other payments through Freecharge. It is typically Dominos Pizza which causes problems and hoards money like this by deducting customers' money twice or more.

We ordered a pizza and some sides of Rs.418.00 at 6.22 pm on 9.12.16 at the camp road branch tambaram and it wasnt delivered till 7.15 pm. On calling the shop, they said they do not have the number of the delivery boy. after another ten minutes, they replied that the delivery boy has no papers on him and the police have caught him. But it was more than an hour since we ordered. so we cancelled the order.

Ordered for a medium chicken salami pizza n stuffed garlic bread on 12/9/16 at 4:09 pm. It was delivered at 5:20pm to the location given. The delivery person calls at 5:00pm n says he's in my location (prestige shantiniketan Whitefield) n asked me to come near the gate. I left my work n came down, waited for him for 20mins he was no where when contacted the Whitefield dominos a lady picks up the call n says he's in big bazaar signal you can go n collect it there. I instructed that it needs to be delivered to the given address only n after much wait he arrives. BAD SERVICE

I want to know how much does it gonna take dominos to refund my money for the Transaction ID: 82548178, the order I have placed on 11th Nov 2016.

I have raised three complaints with the complaint no : 1991321, 2052543 and 2081107 which I have raised before and I got the mail even for the refund on 23rd nov but I am still waiting for the same.

I have attached a screenshot of the mail I have got for the refund but I still didn't received the refund from you guys till now. Nor got a call regarding the issue I am facing, where there website says you will get a call in next two days.

I am very upset, I did my life's biggest mistake of daring to enter domino's outlet " Krishana enclave, kalwar road, jhotwara, Jaipur. this store manager forget my order and talking roudly with me and he telling me that he is tha boss for this domino's store. he talk with me unprofessional and unethical behavior. then I am going another domino's store .

It was 3rd december 2016 when i made payment through my paytm for delevering pizza amount rs 216 deducted from my paytm wallet and transaction was successuful ..but order was not placed and no amount has been refunded till now.
I am registered to paytm with my mobile number [protected].
Plz provide me refund, i am attaching screen shots of my payment and message i received from dominos for refund ..
Amount has not been credited to my paytm account plz refund it..it does not take a single minute to refund to paytm ..

I had made payment through my debit card double amount had been deducted from my account. I have bill summary for the above also.

I had ordered online for the Chromepet, Chennai store on Monday[protected]. Due to some issues, the order was cancelled. I was sent a message to the concerned mobile number stating that the order has been cancelled and that the money would be refunded. There has been no refund yet(Wednesday[protected]. How long will it take to process the same? Kindly look into it.

I am bringing into your notice the harassment to me by dominos leela bhawan, patiala wing. I was calling at dominos branch of the aforesaid location since 8.30pm, and frst two times they asked me to hold and didn't reply after that. Then after 4-5 attempts, they picked up my phone and i placed my order at 9.46pm today. And they came to my place at 10.45 pm. I asked the delivery boy to give those pizza to me free, keeping in mind your 30 minutes delivery policy. And before this also, wenevr they were gould hour late, they used to give it to me for free. So this time i asked him to make it free or i won't take your pizzas, so the delivery boy went away with pizzas. He also said tht mine was a bulk order. I was shocked. Did i order 20 pizzas, i just ordered 5 regular pizzaz and single topping only. Earlier wen i ordered these, it would come in less than 40 mins time. But this time it was too much. Either take away your 30 mins tag or deliver on time i[censored] claim it. And i wasted my one and a hou of hour for nothing. I had invited my friends and al our evening was ruined. I have been an elite customer of yours, and have been associated with you since long. But i am hugely dissatisfied and disappointed this time and request you to take immediate action and resolve my grievances.

This is the worst service experience I ever had. I placed an order through Dominos no. 68886888 at 8.30 pm and followed up with Dominos 3-4 times within a span of 1.5 hrs... I called up after half hr, he said delivery guy left and when I called after 1 hr he said that guy left only 10 mins back. After continous followup I finally decided I'll prepare meal at home for myself and my parents at 10.30 pm after waiting for 2 hrs. Now when am giving feedback to Dominos asking them to provide my order free of charge they are just sending msg that hope our manager's response is satisfactory while neither I rcvd a call nor resolution. Everytime I click button not satisfied they send another msg with same content as if to close their pending issues. Am pissed off ! Will never order from Dominos again and ask everyone of my team at work and my home not to order from this place. Pizza hut is far better in terms of service and quality.

Ordered using net banking, money already debited from bank. But order got cancelled and the amount still not credited back. Checking with bank they told the money has been transfered. Please let me know whether it will be refund or use next purchase. Details below

I placed a order on 11 november 2016, and the money from my paytm wallet was deducted but order wasn't placed. Since then i've been placing queries and asking for a refund. I still haven't gotten my refund. Every 8-10 days they're like sorry ma'am it's still process. 630 rupees refund they're not able to process since 11 november. This is just ridiculous. It's like they're playing with the customer saying that wait for 4-5 business days. It's almost been a month now. Get me my refund.

I ordered pizza omline on 4dec 2016 at 8:12pm and the pizza was delivered at 8:54pm then i asked for discount then the manager named durgesh/abdul bluntly refused as it was sunday. Then i gave feedback regarding tha same, ref no 2064178, but no one has contacted me yet this sort of behaviour is not first time it has happened earlier also they come late 15 to 20 min and after asking for the discount they take back the pizza and we left with nothing. The services of the dominos are getting worsen day by day and the behaviour of the managers as well. Last time the manager too talks very rudely.

I placed order with kadubeesanahalli dominos on nov 4th (1 medium pizza with garlic bread) and the delivery the delivery was made after 1.15 hrs. I raised complain on the same on the same date (Ref no: 1918198) and asked for cash back. Customer case person told it will take 7 working days for refund. I raised 3 complains after that (Ref no: 1959762, 1998455, 2038712). Have not got any reply till date or refund. The delivery guy also spoke rudely and their grievance handling is the worst. They have assured money back if not delivered in 30 mins. But did not respond to my complain till date.

My pizza was very flat and very overly cooked and random ingredients on it. I was hard to chew like chewy when tried to eat. I was very happy with how fast it got delivered but i was not happy with the performance of my pizza or the taste which was very upsetting because that's my favorite pizza. It was just poorly made and not taken into good hands.
