I Had Raised Complaint against your failed order placed on a date[protected] almost 10 days gone.I had not received the order which was prepaid. however, I escalated this on the very same day and got a call from your respective outlet and the SPOC said my refund will be deposited back within 7 working days. now it has been almost 10 days I have not received anything yet. could you guys please let me know where is the problem. do you want me to file a fraud case against your brand? I again tried to inform your CST to resolve this but not getting any proper resolution.

Complaint marked as Resolved I have received the call (0120-4803250) from Dominos customer service twice. however, they failed to provide any solution till now. they made just a formal call and said we will connect to concern branch further and will get back to you. both time they mentioned the same comment but they never came back for a solution, I am still waiting for the refund, it seems dominos are not in a mood to return my money back, I am loosing faith in such brand like dominos, if I won't get my money back I will take help of print media to show the reality of customer satisfaction which they claim in each and every other add, just like 30 min delivery was one of their promotion schemes was included in my order.
Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
