Worst service and attitude showed by Anand at Lawrence road, dominos store, he forgot my order and talked roudly with me when I remind him about my order. Staff was so causal that they even bothered about customer service. Pizza cost me INR 475 but service was pathetic which spiked my mood and taste both. Never ever visits this store. Pizza Hut is far better than this.

    Today I ordered one Pizza over telephone to Domino's lalganesh branch Guwahati at 5:04 pm. But until 6pm no one come to deliver the Pizza. After 6pm at 6:05 delivery boy call me to know my address.
    I cancelled my order due to late delivery. I am really upset to domino's service because they have assurance to deliver within 30mins. Asking about the delay to lalganesh branch they told me that they don't have staff.
    This should not be happened again. Also I demand explanation regarding the matter

      My name is SHIVKUMAR BHARDWAJ and I was ordering pizza on dominos online just few minutes ago and I have got charged twice. First transaction was shown cancelled due to error on site but my money has been gone from the account i.e Rs 320 for nothing the i placed it one more time this time it was successful. I want my 320 Rs back as it was a failed order. And i paid rs 320 again for the order that has been placed. Please help me.

      I haven't received any information regarding my concern from domino's pizza and no one has contacted me about it I wish domino's pizza to be more serious about this.

      I have order pizza online in which i have done online payment but dominos outlet says it doesnot deliver in that area so after how much time will i get my refund.

        I ordered pizza at 7.50 whereas i was delivered pizza at 8.50 after 50 minuts. As per company policy if te pizza is not delivered in 30 minuts it give free. 2nd i paid 348 via credit card where as the bill was of 335.77 rupees only i. E. I have charged 12.33 extra. Ihence i want m full money back

          Hi, i placed an order with dominos (online) from their official website on 29/11/16 for amt- Rs 475
          I placed the order twice on the account of failure of first order of Rs 475 (the amount which was deducted from my card) but order failed again

          Now i have just recieved the refund for one failed order but there is no information regarding second order refund which amounted Rs475

            Hi,

            Please find the details of my order in the image which i have attached.

            After 15mins of placing the order, i got a call from [protected] stating "they are going to cancel the order 177 and they don't provide delivery to this address". I tracked my order and i saw the status as dispatched. So i tried calling the number 22389100 which is mentioned in the below mail. The manager spoke with me. He told me "we won't provide delivery to this address and asked me to cancel the order very rudely. I told him, i can see the status as dispatched. After that he replied like the service boy is on the to deliver your pizza; you will get the pizza within 45mins"

            I didn't get the pizza even after waiting more than one hour and even my money not get refunded. There is no response from your side if i try calling back again. I don't understand why you are bothering customers like this.

            Very poor customer service. Please do the needful to get my money back asap.

              I have placed an order of amount 770 rs. there is facility on Dominos site to track your order. Order was not processed even after 30 min. It was processed after 30 min & prepared then & received after 40 min. I have called to outlet but they told me that delivery boy is on society's gate. I have checked pizza tracker it was still 'order received' & there was no pizza boy on society's gate. After 5 min, it is displayed as preparing in tracker & then it was delivered. As a company's policy if pizza boy is not reached to society's gate even after 30 min then that would be free. As I have paid for this online. I want my money back as promised by Dominos.

                  Our address is Sanvi residency, Horamavu main road, bangalore, 560043.

                  I have placed a order online of Rs 270 on 2nd Dec 2015. I made the payment online. I have received the order confirmation email and also delivery status Saying that "order will be delivered soon with order number".

                  After few minutes, I have received a call from Domonios outlet [DP66016], TC Palya Road, bangalore. Manager [ Zaffer: Emp code - 697187] spoke with me saying that, "They are going to cancel the order, the dont provide delivery to our address". They said you will get your money credited back within 7 days like that very rudely and disconnected the call.

                  While placing the order, I have entered by area code and also selected the write address.I have also ordered So many times online for Domonis and also for other fast food providers earlier, we use to get delivered.

                  I dont understand, Why they r bothering customers. if they r not providing delivery in our area they can remove the place or area details from website.

                  I have already made payment, now I have to wait for 7 days to get money back. Also we were waiting for the food, we also missed that.

                  Very poor customer service. I hate it...

                    Order number 118. Contact number [protected]. Amount from my account got deducted twice. Restaurant is not responding properly for my query. I need refund for my amount that got deducted twice. I have placed order using dominos app n while making payment I 1st choose net banking option I made payment however payment failed n I got an error stating use different payment method, later I choose debit card. Payment was accepted and order was placed. However at 1st when I choose net bankin to make payment, payment was failed n amount should not be deducted from my bank account it still got deducted. Amount was deducted twice. Please assist

                        On[protected] i ordered a pizza online and paid rs.536/- using paytm. Amount was deducted but order was not placed. Called customer care and registered a complaint. Got a call back from them on[protected] and was informed i will receive the refund within 7 working days. I haven't received the refund till date[protected]. I have been calling dominos customer care every 2 days, but no proper response. Status of refund is under process is what they say. These are my complaint no/ref no: 1937429, 1937698, 1991315, 2033860. I want the higher officials of dominos to look into this concern and arrange for the refund asap.

                          To whom it may corncern i ordered 1 medium pan mex green wave 2 non veg tacos and 1 coke on 11/26/2016 and my bill amount was inr 725. I made the payment through debit card and the card was swipped twice as the first transaction was cancelled but the amount of inr 725 was debited twice from my account. Its been a week and i have still not receved my refund payment.

                            I had ordered pizzas on 27th november 2016 at 20:52pm for 431 rupees the and made payment through paytm wallet. The dominos website returned a error message but the paytm wallet showed "success" for transaction. I called dominos to check of they received the order and they said no you didnt make any order

                                On 19th November 2016 i went at Magarpatta, Pune branch of Domino's and placed order of total Rs 325. I paid the amount using my HDFC debit card but the card swipe machine was not working and payment receipt wasn't generated though i got message of debit Rs from my account.

                                The staff available on counter asked me to swipe the card on second machine and assured that the previous failed transaction amount would be reversed in few hours. The payment receipt wasn't generated from second machine as well and amount got debit from my account.

                                I paid Rs650 in total and wasn't served at all. So i again placed the order online and paid using netbanking my order number then was 197.

                                I was assured that these 650 rupees would be credited in my account latest by Monday i.e 21 Nov 2016 or otherwise they would give me cash. I went back at domino's on 21st and was told that the amount would be reversed on Tuesday.

                                Despite all of these commitments the amount wasn't reversed and on my next visit they told that amount would be reversed on 28th November 2016.

                                I have yet not received my 650 rupees for failed tracsaction.

                                  I have ordered from dominos and got my pizza and other stuff after 40 minutes of order which is quite late and the pizza is no longer left eatable as it was not at all hot and when i registered a complain even after waiting and file complain for 5 consecutive times i received a call yesterday from the manager and the kind of response he gave me was not expected he just said sorry for the next time we take care of that;which is pathetic as a customer service, I couldn't even had that pizza horrible it was and he gave me such a response like nothing happened I want my refund fro the same, Following are my order details Domino's Restaurant Address

                                    I had ordered pizzas on 25th November 2016 at 7:51PM For 652 rupees(after discount) nd made payment through paytm wallet. The dominos website returned a error message but d paytm wallet showed "success" for transaction. I called dominos to check of they received the order nd they said no u didnt make any order..After that I ordered again(with discount) paid in cash inr 652 rupees..

                                      Two transactions of Rs. 563 each failed on 2nd November. Payment was made through MobiKwik. Contacted MobiKwik. They said it shows successful at their side and told me to contact merchant (dominos). Tried contacting many times through multiple ways (email, customer care chat, feedback page etc.) but didn't get a single response. Please help me get a refund or at least a reply from them!

                                        I had Ordered Pizza from Domino's on date 10 Nov 2016 From Vasundhara Enclave Branch, I Paid in advance 289 for order through my Debit card, however, I had not received any order in next one hour whereas it was mentioned that it will be free if not delivered in 30 min. nobody even tried to call and update me I kept on trying to connect for the status of my order but no one responded to my calls, even though they had not provided delivery boy's contact no. so finally after waiting for one hour and 100s of failed call attempt they responded to one call and that too they started playing call passing game with me at least 4 people talked me for cancellation. at last, I successfully managed to cancel my order, A guy told me that your refund will be done within 5 working days and I was ok with that, after 5 days I tracked my refund status, I got nothing in my account so again I contacted to customer service than they mentioned that your refund will be done in 7 working days so wait 2 more days, and when I again approached Dominos after 10 days on social media they said we are checking with concern branch and will contact with in 24-48 hrs, an SPOC called me next day and asked detail and I shared the same but till date I have not received any refund from Dominos, recently I got a message from Dominos that we are trying to contact you but not able to reach you, I don't understand when I am available 24*7 on my shared contact no then how they are not able to reach me, even I have miss call alert service on my no, there also I have not received any update that they tried calling me, they could have reached me through mail if further information required but they did not try that. Now I am totally pissed off with the situation, I am mentally harassed with Dominos refund policy and their service, it has been almost 20 days following for just a small amount.
                                        Now I want a lesson to teach them for harassment.Please help me out to resolve this issue.
