In the green park main market newdelhi I went on nov 27 with my wife and two daughters on my younger daughters birthday and we ordered for rs 564. The debit/credit card machine wasn't working and I stood there patiently for 20-25 minutes. Finally the machine worked and I gave my debit card and payment was done. Then, they didn't give me the bill. I didn't even know my order number. Upon asking again and again for my order finally my order came with one item missing. I asked for the manager and Mr. Anurag came who initially was not ready to understand the problem and time wastage I had and also that I couldn't be with my family for long. Finally he apologised and when I told him that it's mentioned there that if anything goes wrong we will refund the money. To that he said that if you don't have money why do you come? on the top of it, he called me bastard. To this, I too abused him which I shouldn't have as I was with my kids and thats not part o[censored]pbringing Iv had.
Also, in the bill my house details and contact number is mentioned and I hope me and my family are safe as the manner in which the manager spoke was scary.
Kindly take appropriate action.

    Hi Team,

    I ordered Dominoz pizza from dominos site on 25/11/2016 and paid the amount through freecharge account, 627 rs is debited from my freecharge account. But at the end, order did not processed. When I checked with dominoz they confirmed that there is no such order.
    Could you please check and refund the money.

        Hi,

        I placed an order on 27 Nov 2016 at 10:30PM, and waiting for guy from domnios from 11:00 PM to 11:30 outside the house, But nobody appeared from dominos and on calling on dominos sector 39 gurgaon, India. noone is ready to take the responsibiliy of order i placed instead they cut the call thrice. And senior guy Amit respnded me at last that we can not do anythng if it is not delivered or your order is not recorded in the system.If this is what you talk about dominos and its services. Close it before people stops coming to your stores.

          Hi, today I order pizza worth 1741 rupees from Sector 63 noida outlet. It was delivered approximate after 40mins and it was not hot. When we asked for refund than I was told that it's bulk order. If it bulk order than it doesn't mean to have cold pizza. After talking to manager, it was agreed he will resend the whole order . Again it was delivered after 30 mins but not whole order. I don't received cold drink. Again I call to outlet and i was told you already had cold drink so didn't send. Again he took 30 mins to deliver the cold drink.. the behavior of manager was very rude.. he told me that where ever you want to complain you can...
          It was very bad experience with Dominoes Pizza..
          Please suggest me what should I do...

          I have a complain about a delivery boy. First teach how to follow the rules and regulations about the vehicle. Teach how to follow SIGNALS on the road. Teach that RED light means to stop. Disgusting...
          Chennai East coast Road, Vettuvangani, Dominos pizza...I ordered Med Pepperoni and Golden delight for 1506 Rs at 8:00 pm in[protected]. I waited outside the restaurant 45 minutes for the delivery. When enquired, the server abused me with bad words. I am going to consumer court.

            The person named Naveen used madarchod and bhanchod words when we complaint for pizza. They have kept bouncers if any one complain avoid jaipur vidhyadar nagar dominos. We have Oder pizza online and we are regularlly odering pizza by [protected]. We got half baked pizza we called him buy they start making laugh and start abusing I have recoding if any action not taken I will viral this on social media

              The manager named santosh was horrible rude. We asked him about the filling of cheese in veg cheesy pizza and he was not ready to accept it that he had hardly put any cheese on it. We can show you the image of it. We were literally having bread slices . I want dominoes to make for it. We were treated rudely and plus the quality was horrible. This picture is going to go viral. Its the dominoes at opera house mumbai. I was a regular at dominoes. But not anymore.

                I had placed an order on wednesday, 2nd November 2016. However, after the payment was done and cash was debited from my account, a pop-up said that the order couldn't get pushed to the kitchen, and my amount will be refunded. I haven't received the refund yet. i have already registered 3 complaints with them in the customer care.
                I request you to please help me out.

                  I had tried to place an order of Rs 322 on dominos website order number [protected] and Payment was made through Freecharge. Although amount got debited from my freecharge account but I did not get any confirmation from dominos regarding order and hence I called the dominos shop where I placed my order. They said they have not received my order. Now I need my amount to be reversed in my account as soon as possible...

                    Today 23/11/2016 I called in dominos to order a pizza, I placed my order and said the coupon cide I have had, the girl Manisha picked my phone up and laughed at me as it was not the code for offline, I placed my order online and put the code received by dominos OLO25, then the same girl called me to confirm my order, when I said the process I did, she challenged that this type of code dies not exist, then continued argued with me and both the time she misbehaved with me.

                      Hi,

                      This is second time I am writing and till now no response on my complain.
                      I ordered one pizza from domino's as they committed delivery will be in30 minutes however I got my order 15 minutes delay.
                      I asked for free they said we will not give free but you will get 300 Rs off/ refund. I called many times they are not refunding amount.
                      This is very disappointed, it was my first order which I placed.
                      Hope you understand my concern.

                          Through the above order ID [protected] of Freecharge transacted on 20-11-16 on the Dominos website for Rs 245, the confirmation of the same didnt go through to Dominos and they didnt accept the order. Hence I again paid the same via Order ID [protected] for the same and they then processed the same via Order No. 122.

                          Hence, request you to reverse the said amount and credit the same to the same account through which it was placed

                          We ordered a pizza three hours back and has been calling to that outlet but our call has been ignored and they dint reply even for once. And pizza not received. This wasnt expected from dominos pizza. It has a trusted name. But i'm really disappointed.

My order got cancelled and transaction didn't fulfilled but my amount was debited from my Paytm account, I haven't received the refund yet and I'm not familiar with such an incident and don't know how this works.

                              I Had Raised Complaint against your failed order placed on a date[protected] almost 10 days gone.I had not received the order which was prepaid. however, I escalated this on the very same day and got a call from your respective outlet and the SPOC said my refund will be deposited back within 7 working days. now it has been almost 10 days I have not received anything yet. could you guys please let me know where is the problem. do you want me to file a fraud case against your brand? I again tried to inform your CST to resolve this but not getting any proper resolution.

                              I have received the call (0120-4803250) from Dominos customer service twice. however, they failed to provide any solution till now. they made just a formal call and said we will connect to concern branch further and will get back to you. both time they mentioned the same comment but they never came back for a solution, I am still waiting for the refund, it seems dominos are not in a mood to return my money back, I am loosing faith in such brand like dominos, if I won't get my money back I will take help of print media to show the reality of customer satisfaction which they claim in each and every other add, just like 30 min delivery was one of their promotion schemes was included in my order.

                                    I placed an order as guest user on 19th november 2016 at 7:49PM amounting to Rs.308. I plaid the money through airtel money and received txn ID:[protected]. However the browser showed an error saying the transaction was failed. I called to Dominos gachibowli (restaurant which delivers to my area) and was told they didn't receive any order on my name. Also I didn't get any order number as SMS.

                                    After 20min, I placed the same order by logging in with my email ID([protected]@gmail.com) and paid Rs:308 through paytm wallet. My order was placed(order no. 271) and received the order.

                                    I didn't receive money for failed transaction. I filed a complaint in dominos website and still no response.

                                      I tried to order pizza using domino's mobile app. Pizza selection process was done and I was redirected to payment process. Once I complete the transaction process it showed that the session was closed and the amount was deducted. But the order was not placed. Then I checked my bank statement. It showed that the amount deducted. Pl help me in this regards.

                                        Yesterday i placed order at 9:50pm from gurgoan set 33 for 5 pizzas & made online payment of 570 rs. At 10:30 delivery boy derinder called & confirmed location till 11pm he was callin & gettin location conformed only at 11 he rudley sope to me & disconned call sayin im not comin for order as it out of my area.
                                        I want my money back & fire him too.
