I had placed an order on Saturday, 19th November 2016. However, after the payment was done and cash was debited from my Paytm account, a pop-up said that the order couldn't get pushed to the kitchen, and my amount will be refunded. I haven't received the refund yet and I'm not familiar with such an incident and don't know how this works.
However, I request you to look into this immediately, so that I get my refund back ASAP into my Paytm account.

    I placed an order as guest user on 19th november 2016 at 7:49PM amounting to Rs.308. I plaid the money through airtel money and received txn ID:[protected]. However the browser showed an error saying the transaction was failed. I called to Dominos gachibowli (restaurant which delivers to my area) and was told they didn't receive any order on my name. Also I didn't get any order number as SMS.

    After 20min, I placed the same order by logging in with my email ID([protected]@gmail.com) and paid Rs:308 through paytm wallet. My order was placed(order no. 271) and received the order.

    I didn't receive money for failed transaction. I filed a complaint in dominos website and still no response.

      I tried to order pizza using domino's mobile app. Pizza selection process was done and I was redirected to payment process. Once I complete the transaction process it showed that the session was closed and the amount was deducted. But the order was not placed. Then I checked my bank statement. It showed that the amount deducted. Pl help me in this regards.

        Yesterday i placed order at 9:50pm from gurgoan set 33 for 5 pizzas & made online payment of 570 rs. At 10:30 delivery boy derinder called & confirmed location till 11pm he was callin & gettin location conformed only at 11 he rudley sope to me & disconned call sayin im not comin for order as it out of my area.
        I want my money back & fire him too.

        I have ordered Pizza along with garlic bread, the ordered was late by 10 min with cheese dip and pizza was also not warm.

          I ordered Pizza Online. Order Number 267. The order got placed at panvel while I live in Andheri.The order got canceled without any notification, infact I had to call up after 45 mins at the Dominoes outlet to hear that the order is cancelled.
          This level of inconvenience from Jubiliant Foods is not expected.
          I am Highly Disappointed at this type of service and conduct with consumer.

          The pizzas delivered were late and were also cold. The manager named Mr Arjun donot know how to talk with the customer.

            I visited N block cp' s domino's on 20th novemberand order pizzas worth 471 Rs. I wanted to make payment throughcr. Card but when I entered my pin. It showed failure of network so I made paymnet through cash. But later on I found that payment has been deducted from the card as well.. Kindly help.

            I request you to please refund the money that has been deducted from cr. Card ending 6101.

              Making a fool of customers by accepting online orders and asking them to rather collect it from store when home delivery is placed and telling them after 2hrs that their order is cancelled when the customer is waiting in their outlet and telling them that refund maybe processed this is how customers are treated in Dominos pizza east Patel Nagar market branch of new delhi. Customers be prepared to get cheated and been treated as fools to run around for their orders

              But after 1-2 hour, 570/- got deducted from my account.

                    I placed my order online for Rs 712 and the address that was input was Gwal Pahari Gurgoan. The order was accepted and payment was made online by debit card and process successfully. However, I received a call stating that my order would not be delivered as Gwal Pahari is not within Dominos range and was told that the money will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days. If Gwal Pahari was not an area that Dominos delivers it should be removed from the website and payment should have been decline. This is very disappointing that I spend my money and was denied service plus wait for 10 days to get my money back. I would like an investigation to be carried out immediately.

                      Today i called dominoz to order pizza but they have informed that offer is eligilble on online order so i placed order online buy 1 get 1 free order no 171 but i have received only 1 pizza. Very much disappoinment for promises given by dominoz to customers. They are fooling customers by giving false promises. I gave called them but no satisfactory answer from them.

                        Order pizza Delux veggie from shop no-10-11, old municipal bldg 18 June road Dr. Atmaram borkar road Panjim outlet with invoice no:DFI65825/2016-17/40510 and order no:123 dated.18/11/2016 order recieved by Sweta G. We found a cockroach in it and we call the chief manager of the outlet but he send someone and we showed him the pizza with cockroach but he refuse to accept there mistake. We request you to take strict action against them so that such things will not happen with other customers.

                            Sir, i made a oder of pizza though foodpanda, my oder no is-v3xs-07ks/1. i dis my payment succesfully. the order was done at 2p. m 16 nov, and i didnt received my oder till 3p. m. when i enquired about this they informed me that they have cancelled my oder without acknowleding me. i waited for a pizza for 1 hour and its dilevery time was 30mins, and then they are saying that they have cancelled it. i want a compensation for your bad service. a free pizza as per your policies for what u are known for. kindly do the needfull.

                              I have ordered Pizza using the dominos mobile app. While making the payment online amount got deducted and the order was not placed. I sent an email to dominos team immediately to refund my money. It was 308 rps. But its been 3days already no-one contacted me. I want my money back. I have ordered on 14 th November. This is not the 1st time it happened, this is the 3rd time I am facing this issue. This is ridiculous and pathetic service from dominos.

                                Logged a ticket for late delivery. As per policy rs 300 to be refunded. Manager calls in and saying i will send a fresh pizza for you instead. I call the manager again for the deal, the store says manager of this name does not exist. The store staff very rude, disconnecting the phone and raising voice on customer.

                                Log a ticket, on-and-off game of not been able to get through continues for a month.

                                After 2 months, order again. Transaction of 430 successful, but order not placed. Company sends a message saying the transaction to be reverted in the bank, been almost 12 days, nothing reverted.

                                Bad experience overall, need immediate refund of rs 300+430.

                                    Hi, I have been regularly ordering pizzas from dominos. Last week on 12.11.2016 I have ordered my pizza at my office address from vivekananda restaurant and have got the same delivered but today i.e, on 15.11.2016 when i have ordered on the same address from the same restaurant, i was told that my address is in non servicable area and therefore, my amount will be sent back to bank within 7 days. Now this is unacceptable. Please look into this

                                      On 13th november 2016, i order pizza online for delivery from santosh nagar branch, the money from my bank account got debited but for santosh nagar branch did not received about my order when i called the santoshnagar branch they said they did not received any order and when i called customer care they raised a complaint request (Reference id is: 1947177) and said in 7 working days my money will be revereted back but i don't see any confirmation mail from the dominos or any call from the dominos regional manager regarding this.
                                      Uch a poor customer care service i see.

                                        My name is Siddhesh. I ordered 2 burger pizzas and garlic bread on 13th November from Greenfield Colony, Faridabad branch with bill# 119. Firstly, the person who received the call refused me to give corporate discount by saying it won't applicable below rs 500, whereas I have ordered previously also and got discount.

                                        Secondly, the order that I received was not baked completely. Cheese was raw inside it and was cold. Garlic bread was also rough (like a day old).

                                        I have faced similar issue previous also. When I complaint, Mr Santosh (restaurant manager) gave me assurance it won't happen again. But seems that Domonio's has started to exploit their customers by giving them poor service and quality.
