I tried ordering domino's pizza on 10th November 2016 through the website https://pizzaonline.dominos.co.in/deals/today-offers. But the order wasn't successfully placed, but money got deducted from my bank account. I contacted them, they said they didn't receive my order, but will refund the money or give me the order within 2 days.But nothing has been done yet.

    Hello, my name is kunal walia. I ordered pizza on 11th nov 2016 at 10:04pm. And paid online too. Its 12:31am right now and i have not received yet. When called at 11 they told pizza will be delivered with in 15-20 mins. And now after calling 10 times they said we cannot deliver, we are sorry, we will deliver by tomorrow morning. Its not about refund or something, its about someone is hungry from last 3 hours. Where to go at 12:30am to have dinner in a place like noida. If brands like this we cant depend then where to go. I want to lodge a complaint against the manager and the whole staff and want serious action againt them. Details attached. Please look in the matter. Its not about money its about the urge and the hunger we strive for

    I have ordered at the Dominos which is near Amrapali Princely Estate Sector 76, Noida.
    I odered pizza online yesterday at 10.45pm but when we compleated my payment via paytm the dominos app show offline and my payment which was of 234rs deducted from my paytm wallet without getting any call or pizza order from your side
    i am attaching screenshot of successful payment done

      Worst service... amount deducted due to technical error and amount will be refunded in 7 working days is the message received to me. Its like living in the STONE AGE. 7 days to return the amount. GREAT SERVICE FROM DOMINOS. CALL NEVER CONNECTED TO DOMINOS HELPLINE NUMBERS.

      After waiting for long on the call, line gets connected and the reps share the same details which I already received through message.

      Rep says will refund the money in 7 working days, my question is then why they are over there. The same information is received to all consumers via message. PLEASE CLOSE ALL YOUR CUSTOMER CARE Department as its just NOT WORKING.

        On 2nov'16, i paid 5750 to dominos on their portal via citibank credit card but order didnt processed. I paid again and it happened. I checked with citibank and they confirmed payment done twice but after raising issue with dominos, thier manager said payment done once and you can proceed to take legal action on this. I am not sure who is fraud and who will return my money. Please assist.

          Uccessful. Other two were failed and i have received refund for only 1
          Transaction. Refund not initiated for another transaction.

            Today i ordered pizza at 9:05pm but its now 10:25pm and haven't received the order, upon calling the pizza centre they are at around 10:10pm your order has been taken by the guy n will reach but its now more than 15 min the same has not been delivered.
            And on asking for 30min commitment he is all over with words pizza is out for delivery
            where is the commitment delivered in 30min else free

              I ordered two pizzas online and paid 782₹ for that through my Paytm account. Firstly I didn't get any response from them and then when I finally got a call from the dominos restaurant I cancelled my order and asked for the refund. I was told to get the refund soon but I haven't received any acknowledgment yet. Hope for the issue to be resolved soon.

                I was promised by Mr.Shiv (Goregaon east)on 4th Nov to get two Medium sized pizza free as compensation against order placed on 4th Nov which was not properly served as requested.
                and when i calld to ask for compensation on 9th Novemeber, after multiple calls, and after multiple times rejection and being on Hold by Mr.Pradeep Gupta who informed me that his manager was busy. i requested to Speak to the manager, and finally she came on call, first she denied to tell me her name, she and kept on asking why i needed to know her name, i again asked her for her name it was Manager Apoorva (goregaon east) she said she could not help me because Mr.shiv is on leave today.
                Ms.apoorva being a manager she was bad mannered, rude, and could not find any solution.

                  This complaint is regarding the order I have made ad on 5th Nov from my registered mobile number [protected], (south ext delhi outlet) that order was delivered late it took 40 minutes to deliver,
                  And in top of that when I call the restaurant I asked that guy that since its 30 minutes late the money should get refunded and I asked him to speak to his manager but he refused.

                  This is how such a big brand do hire such people and this is how you guys treat your customer.

                    Ur service sucks... because ur pizza branch of gurgaon sec 4 can not deliver the pizza to sec 13 and they ask us to pick up the pizza from sec 14 market.. what is the use of ordering pizza online then.. also he gave us an option that he will cancel the order then he will redirect the order to sec 14 and we will have to pay again in cash... if we do not have cash we can give our card to delivery boy along with pin and then he will go to his store he will swipe it and return it back. Seriously why the hell i will give my credit card to a delivery boy with a pin and let him do whatever he wants to do with the card...

                    I asked him to redirect the order to sec 14 market store. He said their is no such proviSion.. why we will prefer dominos then...

                      I made two payments of Rs 593 each using Dominos websile but it did not get redirected from the payment gateway after debiting the amount.
                      The order was not confirmed neither I get any acknowledgement.

                        I am a regular customer of yours over the years, today I have placed an order at your saibaba colony outlet, first of all, the large crust pizza was not available in any of the category and the quality of service in your this outlet is diminishing day by day.It took hardly an hour to deliver my order which is way far than your time limit, i had to quarrel with the ground manager for the delivery free of cost.Is this not your duty to delivery it free when you are not keeping up the timeline, is this way a MNC company works?please look into it otherwise you will loose good customers like us and the quality of pizza and side orders where not up to the mark.

                            I ordered pizza yesterday but that time the payment got unsuccessful stating there is a problem now today morning 321 got deducted from my account. What the hell is this, why the hell I will pay when I have not got the pizza. Refund my money immediately. This is not the way a company like yours should take money. This is disgusting. Now I couldn't find the customer care number to complain. Please help me.

                              2) Delivered after 1hr 15 mins, no special holidays or jam packed orders, still payed the bill
                              3) Dialed customer service no. twice but no response

                                I was trying to place the order online, but it took 20 mins by showing please wait for 2-3 minutes. When I called asked branch to place the order, they picked the call and hung up after 4 seconds 5 times at the closing time. By which it was already 11 and I could not place the order. I am very much disappointed by this, why do u do that at your closing time. And while placing the order online it took 20 minutes and nothing happened. I[censored] really want to treat your customers in this way it is never going to happen in 30 minutes which is very much dissatisfying thank u.

                                  So the Domino's 30 minute scheme is a hoax: I ordered my pizza from the Good Earth outlet in Gurgaon. I placed the order at 7:55 pm. The delivery made the entry at the gate at 8:26 pm(I get a call when someone comes to deliver to my home), and he arrives at 8:31 pm. Not only did the delivery boy "Hassan" falsify his login details at the gate, he was also disrespectful and discourteous. The manager Mr. Anil is a brazen and rude person who doesn't know the first work of managing a franchise, he is uncouth and has no sense of talking to a customer. I tried to reason out with him but he dropped the call and threatened he won't give me my pizza. Not only was I overcharged, I felt humiliated and degraded. Worst experience ever. It is such a shame that we have Indian people talking to customers like this.                                       We got only for u coupon from dominos. One plus one free offer. We called citycentre dominos outlet, siliguri, west bengal. They were not ready to accept the coupon, they said they dont have any offer. We had to argue with them, talked to mr. Ranjeet, seat manager, he was not at all cooperative. This has happened with us earlier, they tried to discourage us everytime, when we get special offers. Too bad for dominos name. Never happened in other cities. Only we are facing problem in citycentre mall branch

                                        We were delighted to hear that there is a new branch near our place for Domino's and we thought of placing an order. well 1st while we tried to place the order online to our surprise that brunch is not included. 2nd when we called the executives had no clue how to respond to a call and had no clue how to take down an order and kept on passing my call from pillar to post. 3rd to my surprise just after confirming my location suddenly my call went blank, I checked my phone and realized they placed the call on mute and then they disconnected. And if you are wondering that my phone had a poor signal then NO, it had full tower. And 4th when I called back once again they told me "WHEN WE"LL HAVE A DELIVERY BOY AVAILABLE THEN WE"LL CALL YOU AND CONFIRM YOU THE ORDER". Is that a Customer service ? this is just appalling and completely not acceptable. If this is how they are planning to continue then I may say its not going any far.
