Hi i tried to place an order today and money was deducted from my account but order was never placed. I had place a new order in store and pay and Dominos still has my money that was deducted for online order please rorder me.

This is very ridiculous behavior we had seen first time from the outlet of dominos worli.

We had ordered 2 veg stuffed garlic bread with 1 fanta which we had received after 1.10 hrs after the order was made.

So we are asking what was the time guarantee for the order they say no time guarantee for that order but at the time of giving the order they not said that the order was not guaranteed by the time.

I had a cheese busted pizza with extra cheese large 2 quantity. But i was not satisfied with what i got. The complain is there were no extra cheese in that & the making was over burnt so the taste was spoiled. I had ordered at night so that's why i had continued eating with that only.

i Think people in the feedback team is least bother about satisfying the customer, i am getting mail that they have called but no calls received, pathetic food, bad service and rude behavior is now becoming a trend for dominoz, guys request you to please improve as u all are growing at the same time u cant compromise with quality . please tell team if they dont want to call its ok but sending fake mails that they have...

Order was not placed how ever payment was made.
That was due to network error in mobile app.
Asked hdfc bank to reverse the amount, however as per them payment was already made to dominos, so they cant get the reversal. On it transaction id

I was ordered pizza online and I paid money online. In that order their is a 3pizzz and 2 non veg taco so the total cost of my order is Rs 680/-

Got my pizza late after waiting 30-40 mins. Had already done online payment. Delivery boy said he would inform the store and refund would be initiated.
Till now I have followed up by calling the store more than 5 times but they say they don't have time.
