Hi

i hv ordered one cheese burst medium triple tango veg pizza at your MDC outlet in panchkula on phone for delivery at 3:50 pm vide order number 86 and its 5:20 pm now and am still waiting

i guess its 30 mnts or free all over world. But in India they deliver in 100 minutes and charge full amount over and above you have to call them n number of times for delivery. Moreover every time you call them they talk to you very rudely as they damn care about there customers .

kindly look into the matter and resolve

    To explain in more detail i have ordered pizza costing 1354 rs, on 10th oct 2016 08:20pm, and the order number was #17. got a call later that the order is cancelled and the refund will be initiate soon, later message received that "we have processed refund and will take 4-5 business days to appear in bank account" but i have not got the refund till date. my mail id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in and number:[protected]. this happened on october 10th, 2016 08:20pm

    To resolve this issue i would like you to need refund.

      I ordered a non veg pizza and while i was eating the pizza all of sudden something hard broke down in my teeth and as i swallowed it it cut the upper part of mouth and it began bleeding and moreover it had passed down throat and now i am experiencing too much pain and I even consulted my doctor so he diagnosed that something sharp most probably a piece of glass had caused this so I want that the sternest actions be taken against the employees and I should be compensated howsoever it may be acceptable to you

        On 21 Oct I ordered domios pizza and paid through paytm wallet, But the transaction was failed and paytm deducted my 554 rs, saying that order is successful. Please return back my money.

        After getting connected from paytm, they replied as:

          Generally, a substance Rennet is used in making cheese.

          Please tell us whether you use Rennet in making pizza cheese as when I asked the same in dominos store, they said we don't know Rennet

          So tell me wether it is used or not and of not, what substance you use to coagulate the milk essential for making cheese.

            I am a resident of Howrah and love to eat pizzas. I regularly order pizzas from your Howrah and sinthee more restaurants. Last time when I ordered pizza, it was delivered late, cold and with one sachet of origami and chilli flakes. I submitted a feedback. On this I received a call from the captioned employee Mr biswajit Sarkar who is very rude and told me that because they are not able to satisfy me, I should stop ordering for delivery and only go for pick up and dine in..
            Is this your standard of customer service.?

              On 23rd October, at 10:55pm I placed an order for Dominos on the website. I then paid via PayTm wallet. After paying, I was just redirected to the dominos website. I the called Dominos and they said they have not received the order. However the money was deducted from my bank account. I contacted PayTm, they said the transaction to Dominos was successful from their end and told to contact Dominos.

                There was almost negligible topping and it ws not evn baked proprly and the boy has also delivered on time and he even charged me for dat so pizza doesnt remain hot as expected
                Pizza was really to bad. It doesnt live up to my expectations. So I want you to make it gud and contact back to me.

                  I received a failed transaction page for transaction id HPT[protected].
                  It was for 2717 rs and was done using PAYTM wallet.

                  Subsequently in next attempt the was successful with transaction id HPT[protected]

                  Transaction Date:21-Oct-2016.

                  I had also verified from local Dominos center and they did not receive the first transaction.

                  Checked with PAYTM customer they wanted me to contact Dominos

                  Kindly initiate the refund OR let me know how to contact you.

                    Right now I am in domino pizza Boring Road, Patna Bihar, I ordered pizza and order number was .
                    TV was on and music was going on but some vulgar scene started which was fully vulgar .i felt ashamed with my family .and other peole felt same .
                    I am a regular customer of dominos since 2010 when i was in bangalore .
                    This is first time i am facing this that dominos men were using usb to watch video songs in which there was a completely vulgar scene .
                    I hope some action should be taken .
                    I have bad experience here at ur dominos.

                        This is very ridiculous behavior we had seen first time from the outlet of dominos worli.

                        We had ordered 2 veg stuffed garlic bread with 1 fanta which we had received after 1.10 hrs after the order was made.

                        So we are asking what was the time guarantee for the order they say no time guarantee for that order but at the time of giving the order they not said that the order was not guaranteed by the time.

                        We are hungry at that time and we are not got anything at night 11.00 clock.

                        Nd there was also not good response we are getting from the line managers naveen from that outlet for the same even after calling thrice a times.

                        I wish the dominos would take some steps to avoid this types of mistakes.

                        And i also don’t know what type of customer satisfaction this dominos outlet was giving and this outlet is always delivering the order late first time we had penalized them with sorry card but this time the store manager naveen even does not give a response to same.

                        This i am writing such a big mail because you know what was the position when some was hungry and don’t get foods.

                        I'd placed an order through dominos app using payu money gateway. The payment was deducted successfully but the order was not placed successfully. Refund the money that has been deducted from my payu account!

                          I placed an order on dominos amounting rs.383 around time-1:20pm
                          Amount got deducted from my account but i neither got confirmation messege from dominos nor the order.i tried calling dominos and when i talked and tried complaining.. i got no responce
                          Pizza not delivered at time. On asking the delivery man about it he jus behaved adamant n unaccountable and further said he do not bother about complain n we can complain wherever we want.
                          I ordered pizza which was delivered after 1 hour of expected time. So as per the promise they should give me refund but they didn't. For this I complained 3 times and they gave some useless excuse. Even the they gave me sorry-card but refund is not processed to my account.

                              I ordered pizzas online from Dominos website on 8th October at 7:30PM. We were waiting for our pizzas as the status of order was showing as dispatched on your tracking page. But suddenly we received a call at 7:52PM from the restaurant which was supposed to deliver food for us and the girl said that they don’t have navratra pizza available in the restaurant, which was totally unacceptable because your website allowed me to create that order and the restaurant should have that order available when its showing as dispatched. Even if the restaurant don’t have it available they could have managed with some other restaurant because there are so many Domino’s outlets in our area. They could have done something.

                              I was very upset because I was having fast that day. The thing which made me more upset was that I received a call from restaurant at 7:52PM to inform me that they won’t be able to deliver my order. After 22 minutes of my order creating time and we all know that Dominos have 30 minutes pizza delivery guaranty. That girl was unable to answer any of my question and he transferred the call to his senior named Ajay. The guy said that they can deliver my order except navratra pizza which was not acceptable. I asked Ajay to write an email from official email address that you don’t have pizza available and that is the reason you won’t be able to deliver it even if its showing DISPATCHED. He said that he will need to check with his senior and will get back to me. I received a call in next 5 minutes saying that Dominos outlets don’t have an option for sending emails(ANOTHER NO). During all this conversation it was already 8:15PM.

                              At the end, I asked Ajay to send me the balance order and asked about my bill. While he was doing some calculations, your 30 minutes delivery came in my mind and I said that am not going to pay as it is more than 30 minutes. He said OK and the call was finished.

                              I called them again at 8:32PM as there was no update regarding our balance order and they said that it is still being prepared.

                              We decided to go to the restaurant to pick up the order because its hardly 7 minutes away from my place. When we reached restaurant, what we see is they have prepared just 1 pizza, not the balance order(except navratra pizza). When I asked them about my other things they said that its not prepared and if you say we can do it now. We went downstairs in the sitting area to get the complete order and after 10 minutes we received it. While we were having it, I decided to have more crispies and went upstairs to order it, BUT THE ANSWER WAS AGAIN NO. They said that they don’t have crispies available anymore. SERIOUSLY!!


                              Now you guys tell me, is this the kind of customer service Dominos is supposed to provide??

                                  i Think people in the feedback team is least bother about satisfying the customer, i am getting mail that they have called but no calls received, pathetic food, bad service and rude behavior is now becoming a trend for dominoz, guys request you to please improve as u all are growing at the same time u cant compromise with quality . please tell team if they dont want to call its ok but sending fake mails that they have tried to contact me was fake .

                                      This is my... Sorry I lost a count maybe 5 complaint and these people dont take it seriously. As stated earlier the crust of the pizza is burnt and is huge making the topping size less. I guess this is a strategy for putting less toping or something out of my reach to understand. Last time the manager asked for a last chance and also stated the this mistake wont happen again. This new person vivek seems to make me understand y the pizza base is big and burnt. A total rude way to start with rather then accepting his mistake the the previous peraon prashant did. Is this the way u treat ur costumers????? And on that tell how good is dominoes compared to other pizaa outlets. Well i know now that how good it is treating the people who order. Worst pizza quality and rude staff behaviours!!! Expecting a call from u guys as early as possible

                                        This is again extremely bad experience of your third class service because I had ordered for pizza at 8.21pm at yor kalawad road pizza store but till 9.06pm I had not get any order or not get any proper revert from your executive even two person got their order who was after me but after 50 min. I had not got my order this is not way of better service from now onwards will take care.
