Ordered Pizza and first it was late.

Second Pizza boy splitted all the cold drink in our shoes.

Third when I called your restaurant, rather than listening my complaint, your staff was laughing. I work for a organisation where I have signed a contract with you people,

Now I myself going to cancel it with all Jubiliant Foods. i was about to sign a contract with Dunkins as well but it won't be. You guys are failure. Foolish Morons.

    I ordered one medium size non veg pizza plus one exotic non veg pizza mania that is clearly shown in pics i attached with this. Did payment online and after waiting for more than half an hour, i called to [protected] and ask for the same. Their reply was, the delivery will be done in next 5 to 10 mints max. Again after around 15 to 20 mints called them, they said the same thing. After one hour they called and said they are cancelling my order as they can't deliver. They cancelled y order without my permission, just called me to inform about my order cancellation. I just cant even imagine this kinda irresponsible behaviour from domino's. And now they are saying they will refund my amount within seven working day. They didnt even sent me the cancellation mail. I have never talked with such unmannnered staffs in my life. They were all talking with themselves putting me on hold. I want my money back with late delivery penalty. Hope domino's team will take action against it.

    Very very delay in home delivery. it was taken about 2:30 hrs and that's was too much and the product quality is also very poor.the pizza was soo much dry.

      1. Delivery received 3 hours after the order was placed. I called the vyttila branch at 11pm since no delivery arrived, but there was no answer. Again i called them at 11.45pm and the staff told me they had cancelled the order because they tried to call on my mobile to confirm the order and there was no answer. This is some kind of the mistake, since i received no calls. Either the staff didn't call or dialed the wrong number. You may also note that the order was paid for online with an evoucher. I always make my payment online, and rarely does your outlet call me to confirm my order. If i remember correctly, they've called me just 2 times in the past to confirm my order. The staff also told me that for a cancellation of order, refund wasn't possible and that they would deliver the order some other day of choosing. I did not 'need' a delivery on some 'other day' so said i was willing to wait another 1 hour for the order.

      2. I received the delivery at 1 am. 2 pizzas ordered, but 1 was overcooked/burnt. Attached is an image of the burnt pizza. You may certainly want to compare it with the picture of what is put up on your online menu.

      3. I usually get a discount coupon with 30% off on another order within the week. Haven't received that yesterday but instead received some ambiguous guest card yesterday with the order - attached is an image of the same.

        Hi, My Name is Arjun This incident happened yesterday 20th Sept 2016. I Place my order at exact 20:45 (Order Number 141) Txn No : GSBM[protected]. Trace No. : nb[protected]. I was expecting my Pizza to be delivered within half an hour but the delivery boy called at 21:11 and asked my delivery address, he called from store with telephone number[protected] at this time my Pizza should have delivered and finally he delivered the Pizza at 21:25 and I asked delivery since you have not delivered within 30 minutes you should give the Pizza for free or give me some discount, for that his behavior was really rude and replied saying there was heavy traffic and that is the reason he couldn't deliver it in right time, but my question is when he himself called me at 21:11 from store and was able to reach my home at 21:25 why didn't your Dominos team prepare it well in advance ? Also the Pizza he delivered was really poor and had become literally cold, I was expecting a hot Pizza. After all this the guy who delivered Pizza was really rude and arrogant and he not ready to listen. This is really not fare on your part Dominos team, I am never going to order again with Dominos and I will make sure this is goes Viral, I will post this is all available Media, including Social Media if I don't get fair answer and justice.

          Hi,
          I placed an order twice on 4th September 2016 via yes bank net banking but both the time it was cancelled due to some technical issue .i got my money 656+656 refunded .
          But at the same time Rs 6818 also deducted from my account by domino's.which is not refunded to me yet. I had a call with yes bank executive and they told Rs 6818 is already credited to domino's account and given me the reference number : [protected] as a proof .can you please help me to get my money refunded in my account.

            Very bad customer service & delay in delivering the oder which too 1hr 45 minutes., hence had to cancel the order. Beyond no one called regarding the online order placed and the order number changed due to internal communications, where the anger is shown on the customer and I had to follow-up with my order for my starving school going kids. When called at 9 pm...further delay of 45 minutes was said. This is really bad customer service, on a offer day 30+30minu3is accepted. ...beyond that they took extra 45 minutes, which means 1hr 45 minutes which is ridiculous and service unsatisfactory. ..

              Hi I ordered from Dominos today online. As it was debit card payment my amount got debited but the order was not placed. I called the Dominos outlet in Kharghar and the counter person said that my amount will be credited back to my account in 14-15 days! And if not credited back within the given time I can file a case against Dominos. So it's clear to me that your spokesperson is not at all interested whether there is a case on your company's name. I'm not willing to wait for that long to get my own money back from Dominos. I think it's a fraud and I want my money back immediately. Kindly look into the matter.

                I have used paytm wallet for dominos pizza amount was rs 325, but the amount got deducted and order was not recieved. I have contacted paytm customer care and they asked me to contact dominos pizza., and dominos pizza is saying to contact paytm., but the amount is still not refunded and the issue remains unresolved. The order id was GPT [protected]. Please help me get back my money.

                  There is only one dominoes in ranchi and I have ordered pizza today but they refused to supply citing that my location is outside their supply zone. When I enquired where else is dominoes store is located they said this is the only store available at ranchi. I mean are these guys even have bare minimum intelligence? I want a reply in this regard as this kind of nonsense reply is not expected from a company like dominoes franchisee

                    I have ordered yesterday on dated 18.09.2016, 01 no. Farm house medium size pizza and 02 no. Pizza mania, from your domino's pizza at roorkee (U. K.),
                    But after received order at my home at ramnagar roorkee, quality for farm house pizza medium size was very bad as there was no cheese and no salt was there.
                    For these pizza i have spend rs. 455/- but it was useless.
                    I have also done this compliant to roorkee domino's and they were asking only sorry for this and asking that on my next to be given order they will take care for this (On my future orders).
                    Now please tell should i give any more order to this for pizza if yes then why??
                    I have given order to your company after bypass to pizza hut which also have their branch at roorkee and cost is much lower then your company cost.
                    Please solve my this last order complaint otherwise i will not place any new order to you.

                      I was trying to place the order I chose my order and it was in the last step I entered the bank credentials my pin and the otp and money got debited from my account but my order was not placed. 370 got debited from my account .I didn't receive confirmation from dominos but my money is debited from my bank account. Please resolve this issue. I need my money of Rs 370 back.

                        So this happened on the 13/09/2016, I was trying to place an order through the app..I reached the final step of payment and got the other messaged to me through sms..I even feeder the other and then I got a stupid message from dominos saying that the order wasn't placed..whereas the amount got debited from my account..and let me tell you this happened twice..so yes amount of rs481 got debited twice from my account..to which when I lodged a complaint with dominos..they got back to me after 2 days saying that the money will be transfered to my account in 7 working days..that's weird..u debit the amount without a reason..even when the order wasn't placed and then to put the money back into my account it takes 7 days..ok..I was still OK with it..2 days back I received a message of a refund of Rs 481..so i got refunded with the amount once..I m still waiting for the second refund to happen, I have made enumerous complaints on twitter tried calling their custoner care number a couple of times but to no avail..this is horrific service from dominos..DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEIR MOBILE APP..IT'S A HAVOC..THE COMPANY IS CHEAT..THEY WANT TO ROB PPL OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY..FRAUDS..

                        I placed an order for pizza by using mobile app of the amount 645/- which has been cancelled, I tried again same thing happened it's been cancelled, I tried third time then it's been successfully placed, so dominos needs to refund me 645 +645=1290, and theypeople are keep on messaging me that I will get refunded 645/-, No please i need 1290/-

                          I had ordered at 10:26 & it came at 12 clock.no one from Dominos even care to call me that your order would be late & instead I call then they show me attitude& hung up my phone.this is ur [censored]ing service .ur operator talks rudely with me & wen the delivery guy comes the operator tells him that he called & [censored]ing tells me lier this is the service u want to give to your ur customer insulting them & telling they are lier.this is the [censored]ing worst service u can give to any customer.i will be waiting for ur reply as [censored]ing u would reply i[censored] would care for customer or for.me i m.gonna tell everyone that Dominos loves to insult there customer

                          Hi,

                          White sauce pasta was totally insatisfactory and it contains no cheese. This was a sheer poor experience and i would rather have preffered plain boiled pasta above it. I ordered 4 white pasta and even one of them was not eaten properly and my money got pasted.

                            I ordered Pizza through their iOS mobile app yesterday at 9:52 pm (have done several times before). I could see the status in app that the order is being prepared, and later that their delivery man is out for delivery. However after the order was not delivered for over one hour; I called at their outlet at 11 pm, and spoke to their manager. He told they have received the order but don't know what address to deliver and that they didn't have my mobile no. also. The automated email that I received when the order was placed has all the required details like my mobile no. full address, etc.
                            After complaining him for the negligence; he arranged for the delivery at 11:30 pm. The Veg. Taco was almost burnt. The delivery man offered me a free Coke as a compensation for their pathetic service, which i returned.
                            This is totally unacceptable, irresponsible and unprofessional behavior exhibited by a brand like Domino's.

                            We had placed order at Uppal dominos for but they told they cant deliver to our address and they have transferred it to bod-uppal branch. After 1 and a half hr when we call back for the status they say the order is not placed. Very disappointed with the careless behaviour.

                                No sessionings were given by delivery boy, on calling back to delivery boy, said he will not come back and speak to office . On complaining to office number the agent said Pizza will be delivered within 40 min and the given pizza will be replaced .

                                  I have order for burger pizza and its around 4 hours to order but still I dot receive my order.

                                  Its really a bad experience with such a big company.

                                  Delivery is not been ordered on time. It's takes too much time to deliver the order. And the staff is not that much educated that they can understand the delivery address. They are not even able to note down the delivery address.

                                    It was delivered after 30 minutes.
                                    I filed a feedback with Dominos having Reference ID is:: 1313978 on 29th May. Got a call from their Manager, some lady, dont recall her name, saying the process will take a couple of days. But even after many days, no refund.
                                    Again filed a feedback with them via Reference ID is:: 1317599 on 31st May. The same lady called with the same response. But still no refund.
                                    On 7th June, again filed a feedback via Reference ID is:: 1332989 but got the same response from the same lady that it is under process and will be done in a couple of days.
                                    On 4th July, again raised the matter via Reference ID is:: 1437820, 1437821, 1437822, but the lady just didn't care, all she said was sir it takes time to process will be done in the next few days.
                                    Then even i lost track and stopped getting updates.
                                    Its been more than 100 days since i ordered from Dominos and have not received my refund for delay in delivery. Haven't ordered pizza since this incident from Dominos and dont plan to order from them any time in the future thanks to this harassment.
                                    Kindly look into this matter.

                                      I ordered dominoes pizza online and ordered 6 pizza mania pizzas at 8.40pm. I paid it online. Wen I dint receive d order arnd 9.10 pm I called Meenakshi garden outlet to ask d status since the online tracker was not working. They informed me that it is out fr delivery and will reach soon. Again at 9.30 I called them back n enquired. Again they told me that it Wil reach soon and when I enquired abt d name of d delivery boy dey couldn't tel me his name. Dey said many ppl r out on delivery. Later getting irritated I called d outlet again at 9.55 pm and dey informed that d guy Wil reach u in max 2-3 mins. Wen d delivery man came Aftr 5 mins he said dat I was given d order jus 10 mins back. I was annoyed to d core.
                                      The name of d delivery guy was Jitendra and the name of the outlet manager is Yatin. I jus wanto know that whether d customer is considered a fool n what should b d punishment fr such kind f behaviour.
                                      Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Myself Sabhyata Patil, I placed the pizza order on 14th sept.16 by using mobile app, i placed an order of amount 645/- and its been cancelled due to some error, i got the sms that the amount is been debited from my account, then second time i tried same thing happened, the third time i tried the order has been placed successfully i got the mail from dominos that my money will be refunded to me in 7 working days i.e. 645/- But no i want the refund amount i.e. 1290(645+645=1290), kindly find attached photo i sent my mini statement to you, i also have the two sms from dominos saying my order has been cancelled in two diffrent timings
