I have ordered yesterday on dated 18.09.2016, 01 no. Farm house medium size pizza and 02 no. Pizza mania, from your domino's pizza at roorkee (U. K.),
But after received order at my home at ramnagar roorkee, quality for farm house pizza medium size was very bad as there was no cheese and no salt was there.
For these pizza i have spend rs. 455/- but it was useless.
I have also done this compliant to roorkee domino's and...

I was trying to place the order I chose my order and it was in the last step I entered the bank credentials my pin and the otp and money got debited from my account but my order was not placed. 370 got debited from my account .I didn't receive confirmation from dominos but my money is debited from my bank account. Please resolve this issue. I need my money of Rs 370 back....

So this happened on the 13/09/2016, I was trying to place an order through the app..I reached the final step of payment and got the other messaged to me through sms..I even feeder the other and then I got a stupid message from dominos saying that the order wasn't placed..whereas the amount got debited from my account..and let me tell you this happened twice..so yes amount of rs481 got debited twice from my account..to which when I lodged...

I had ordered at 10:26 & it came at 12 clock.no one from Dominos even care to call me that your order would be late & instead I call then they show me attitude& hung up my phone.this is ur [censored]ing service .ur operator talks rudely with me & wen the delivery guy comes the operator tells him that he called & [censored]ing tells me lier this is the service u want to give to your ur customer insulting them & telling they are...

I ordered Pizza through their iOS mobile app yesterday at 9:52 pm (have done several times before). I could see the status in app that the order is being prepared, and later that their delivery man is out for delivery. However after the order was not delivered for over one hour; I called at their outlet at 11 pm, and spoke to their manager. He told they have received the order but don't know what address to deliver and that they didn't have...

Dominos pizza's home delivery is verry poor..when i have oder in dominos..at every time dominos is miss any one product in every oder..any i have face every time problem in this company..so i wish to claim to dominos..for this problem..and i wish to give me responce and i resolve this problem with directly with owner of dominos company and give me velue of my time and problem......

No sessionings were given by delivery boy, on calling back to delivery boy, said he will not come back and speak to office . On complaining to office number the agent said Pizza will be delivered within 40 min and the given pizza will be replaced .

I have order for burger pizza and its around 4 hours to order but still I dot receive my order.

Its really a bad experience with such a big company.

its around 3 Hours and I have not received my order and you people are
not bother to call and tell the reason for delay or apologize.

I ordered dominoes pizza online and ordered 6 pizza mania pizzas at 8.40pm. I paid it online. Wen I dint receive d order arnd 9.10 pm I called Meenakshi garden outlet to ask d status since the online tracker was not working. They informed me that it is out fr delivery and will reach soon. I am fully unsatisfied with Dominoz
I placed my order they haven't delivered and one blunder I have done by paying online. Money still not refunded it's became 10 days or more. So irrational behaviour by Mr. Girish. Dominoz u should be shameful by this behavior . nor I got any conformation mail from Dominoz nor any msg from bank. Dominoz people r telling plz u call ur bank and followup our work is done. My money is still not refunded...

Whenever I order, each and very time I face problem. Instead of 30 mins, pizza reaches after more than an hour that to in cold condition.
This is not the 1st time. The branch man manager promises this will not happen again. But it happens. Then he gives number of his senior who repeats the same dialogue, but same thing happens. But i was showing that by paying it with paytm it will be 50% off... then the bill suddenly showed foe 419rs.. and i was charged 249rs.. i ordered pizza farmhouse regular for 195rs and veg parcel for 29rs. what is this crap?? And when i called at shop they where like "it will take more 45 min" ... TO MAKE
NOT TO DELIVER...

I had ordered Pizza online through www.dominos.co.in at 9.58pm on 14th September 2016. I made payment through my Paytm wallet . The payment of Rs.505 was deducted from my Paytm wallet towards BILL DESK Order ID GPT[protected]. However - i did not receive any pizza delivery nor any calls from Dominos. The paytm customer service confirmed that the payment is done.

I am experiencing this kind of bad service from dominos twice...
