I had order the pizza on 30th of August at night 8:40 pm and I received my order at around 10:30 pm.. I had always been facing the same problem whenever I order a pizza from Dominos. Last nigh i was trying to order a pizza over d phone i was discussing with my mother about the pizza the guy was taking order banged the phone on my face it is very humiliating.I told dis to his senior he offered me a burger pizza.I received d order at 10:55pm I placed d order at 10:13pm.The delivery boy came after 45 mins i told him tat your policy is 30mins or they insisted me to pay 130bucks which i did n he left n when i opened the pizza...

I ordered a single regular pizza "mexican green wave".

But the pizza was too bad very hard and there is no softness it's look likes dry to eat like dog food. there was not a single cream, no topping with butter or cheese.

I don't know why they add option to select extra topping?
I hope domino thinking when they provide crust material then public will automatically select extra option. it was my very bad...

I have fwg complaints from single order on 29 Aug at majra dehradun.
1. My order was delivered after one hour where they promise for 30 mins that too cold pizza.
2.the order was Incomplete and after taking so long he forgot to bring cold drink and spices
3. After speaking to the staff and complaining for the same instead of apologize they were pretty rude....

I was orederd a pizza (order no 274) & i received after 30 mint & it is my 3rd bad experience with dominos i received a cold pizza like a rubber
and its test is so bad
so according to your policy please give me my refund back immediately

I ordered a pizza last tuesday and i got delivery after 40 minutes. So, i asked for returning my money... As dominos promises that you will receive an order in 30 minutes otherwise they will give back your money with pizza (It was a normal day... Not one of the dominos time exception day). I got them delivered at my place so when I placed a complaint call at the respective outlet, after stating the issue they disconnected my call and didn't called back. Dear sir,
I had ordered 4 pizza mania and a choco lava cake.
Out of which I didn't like "Reg HT PM SPY", after contacting your esteemed store located in Baner Road. They refused to replace the pizza rather stated that the pizza is the way it has to be and suggested to place a new order in-case I didn't like it. I hereby request for the refund for that pizza asap.

The transaction went through, got successful ordering message(3D PIN) from the bank third party .

Money deducted from account but didn't get order number.

The outlet cancelled our order despite the order was prepared but they cancelled it because of the inconvenience it was for them and they even hampered your door to door service by telling it to come halfway and take it.This is quite a disgrace to your service and the manager Mr. Prashant Shide was not even helpful on it's duty part.I would like some action against this complaint....

I had booked Dominos pizza online through irctc ecatering on 23/8/16 Order No 318306 PNR No [protected] which was to be delivered to me and my daughter in train at Allahabad .
Neither they delivered me the food nor they intimated me.
I was not provided the basic need of Life that is Food. Due to this my daughter got ill and i was disturbed because the train reached to my destination Jaipur the next morning at 3:30...

Very bad experience. First of all pizza delivery boy came to late after 45 minutes from booking time so when i ask for why late than he replied "kya kre sir late to ho hi jaunga phone aa gya tha kisi ka to bat krne lga" so this is the your service that customer suffer the delivery timing than why you have tag line that 20 minutes delivery time so please remove it and says whenever the mind of delivery boy he will give delivery. Tried ordering a pizza with coupon code for 50℅ off. Though I didn't order, order got disconnected due to network and wen i retried the coupon is saying invalid. How is it possible.
