I have been regular customer of dominos
Bt since last couple of months i m disliking it
I order pizza from dominos byculla near anja school
From past couple of months everytime i call i mostly order pizza combo which contains four pizzas tomatoe onion capsicum and corn
Bt everytime dey r saying pan pizzas are available which is more costly
Where the hell is the stock den from past couple of months i m hearing this thing only
Everyone would expect to get stock as soon as possible especialy in such big food companies
So i m disapointed n want to give complain in every possible sight regarding dis
I now personaly think they are making us fool or the wanna charge more

TODAY I ORDERED TWO PIZZA'S. But the quality which i got was so dumb that we needed to throw the pizza out.. The toppings were so poorly done.. The paneer and the capsicum were stale.. The base wasn't crispy at all.. The pizza's were of 500/- which wasn't worth .. Totally wastage of money.. Last tym when I ordered the pizza I was delivered late.. Now the quality falls.. Now I am very upset with ur service that u are providing..

Pizza was not taken into order, but the money was promptly debited from my bank account.I called the customer support for domino's and they told they will return the amount within 7 days.But there was not a single call from them to know the problem.Neither did they mail me.I had a lot of trust on domino's pizza up till this very moment.I need my money back as soon as possible.

In that i selected two pan pizzas from signature costing 425 and two pan pizzas from supreme costing 480
unneccasaryily the billing person clubbed the signature with supreme and charged higher and when i told him about this, he told me that sir you are wrong i have done right
and then i called upon the store incharge then i talked to him, then he told sir sorry
main apko pepsi de deta hu
this is the worst thing at dominos.

Yesterday (9thsept2016) i had ordered for plain onion pizza (Mrp rs.49) and choco lava cake at the dominos outlet beside new empire cinema (New market) around 6:10 pm. After billing when i enquired about the net amount the server named 'swagata' said that she had placed regular pan onion instead of plain without my consent. I didnot like the taste of the pizza and wanted plain instead but she refused to change or refund claiming that the plain bread is unavailable. After having that pizza i am having stomach upset. Did not appreciate the behaviour of the server. Enclosing the photo of the bill.

This is really irritating and sad to know dominoz people manage their database. I ordered buy one get one pizza and paid through paytm. Also the payment was successful but I didn't receive any order number. I contacted so many dominos and finally after contacting so many numbers one finely matched from where I ordered the pizza and that pizza guys tells that ur number is not even registered. What is this guys. I am almost a regular customer of dominos and he says my number is not even registered. Really very depressing to know how these dominos people manage customers and their database. Also I contacted paytm people they said the payment was successful and things are pending from dominos side. But I did not receive any proper response from any dominos person. Everyone denied. Was this a solution? I need a proper solution. Either they should confirm that order today or else pay me back my money. I need a proper answer. Ask dominos people to take this seriously I am not a fool to let it go. Even the quality of pizza is degrading day by day. But first I am concerned abt my order which was not completed. Could you please take a proper step ASAP. Attached is the screen shot of successful payment which I made through paytm against this order.

This refers to order no 255 dated 9th Sept 2016 amounting to Rs 590/- The order was place online through Dominos website @ 9:39 pm and payment was made through my Credit Card. After waiting for more then 40 mins I called Customer care[protected] several times and they transferred line to concern outlet (Velachery Chennai) and the executive responded saying order will get delivered in 10 mins. Again when i called back at 10:35 they again told me that it will be delivered in 5 mins. My residence is located only 1.7km far from their outlet and even after waiting for more the 1 and half hours, The Pizza was not delivered at all.We don't expect such a lethargic behaviour and irresponsible attitude from Dominos India and we request them to look into this.

I placed an order on 9th sep 2016 at 9.40 pm with the vasant square mall outlet of Dominos, order number-587, with mobile number [protected]. I called the outlet at 10.30 for about 10 minutes but nobody picked the phone, after calling for like 20 times, somebody picked up and told me that pizza was just being cut and it will be delivered in 1/2 hour. But it wasn't delivered in the time. I called again at 11.30 pm to check the status, again nobody answered, they let the phone ring. Then they started to pic the phone and just cut the line. It went on for around 10 calls. After trying for a long time finally somebody picked the phone and told me that my order was being prepared. I understand that there is rush during by one get one offer, but it took too much time (9.40 pm to 11.30 pm) and moreover they were not answering the phone. I request you, please dont take orders if you cant deliver. Please take appropriate action against the person responsible.

This seems to be a very shameful thing, that you try to be smart with your customers.
I placed an ORDER on 9th Sep around 10:30 pm by calling[protected]. and was transferred to one of your stores in Sector 50 Noida.
I placed an order as mentioned on my bill. The guy asked me for Rs 406.
and he gave me a bill for Rs 6.
KINDLY TELL ME WHATS IS GOING ON?? WHY ARE YOU MAKING YOUR CUSTOMER A FOOL AND WAISTING MY TIME??????? AT MIDNIGHT 12 O CLOCK???

I had ordered the pizza online and the order got placed at 12 I kept on waiting for the order as it had not been delivered, there was no reply from the restaurant nor they picked up the call, at 11 at night they say it was buy one get one day so it was not delivered.
I want a refund.
I also want these people to understand is that they should not put anything on offer if they cant handle the load.

Today we have placed an order on dominos at 8:36pm Online. The Order is not yet received and the time is 10:32 pm (2 Hours gone by)!
This is pathetic service as we have paid Online so the Restaurant does not look concerned at all.
Their restaurant at Sector 4 Dwarka, still sounds careless and delivering false promises of delivery!
It is heights of Ignorance and Since 10 pm they are promising delivery in 5 minutes.
Our order number is 474 and place on 09/09/2016; 10:36 PM
If Dominos cant handle such Offer days, they should not bring up such schemes. And strict action should be taken against them
Now they have given delivery time of 10:45 PM, i.e. more than 2 hours after placing Order!
I want Complete Refund of money for this Order. As at this time we are left with too little choices for food getting delivered at home.

I ordered 2 pizzas under buy 1 get 1 scheme today.I also paid rs. 505 using mobikwik wallet but dominoes sent a mail saying that 'We were unable to place your order to the kitchen due to some technical reason. '

Transaction number is cd[protected] dated[protected] amounted 505...as stated in the mail.

Please refund money as soon as possible.

Please reply soon.Expecting a quick resolution to this problem.

I once went to dominos they asked for my phone no. so i provided.After that i never ever went to dominos again till now.But every now & then they keep on sending text messages regarding new offers to me i am so tired of it.its so disturbing they keep on sending text message about their menu & discounts & its annoying please its my request to consumer complaints board that instruct them not to send text messages to customers.

This refers to order no 200 dated 24/08/2016 amounting to Rs 247/- The order was place online through Dominos website @ 8.32 pm and payment was made through my Paytm Account against BILLDESK Order # GPT[protected] and Wallet Order id [protected]. The Pizza was delivered approx.10 minutes late and the Delivery Guy Arun confirmed same and when we called the Restaurant @ about 9.12 p.m, the person on phone confirmed that the payment will be credited back to my Paytm account within 5/6 days. Nothing has happened so far. We don't expect such a response from Dominos and we request them to look into this matter and arrange for my refund without any further delay.

I like to inform that i have ordered for country special and farmhouse and was delivered on time and fresh but my concern is that the pizza (Farmhouse) was not cheese burst. As i have ordered for cheese burst. This time my experience was very bad for pizza as pizza was served hot but not as per my order. I am very disappointed with the same.

Because of our guests at home i have spared you guys this time, but please note because of this mistake you have lost your valuable customer.

From next time onwards i will prefer PIZZA HUT which is just opposite to your Ashok Vihar outlet, at least they are not cheating with customers like you guys.

If a right person is reading my mail who have at least a little concern for there outlet then i suggest you guys to start doing quality check for the orders which are going to be deliver. It will help you to find that employees who were sleeping while preparing the order.

Dear sir,

I am Deputy Manager in The Indian Steel & Wire Products Limited (A TATA Steel Subsidiary), and have been a regular customer of Dominos since 2010.

For the last 3-4 orders, Dominos, Sakchi, Jamshedpur has been taking 2-3 hours for delivery of Pizza which comes in totally cold condition, which are not even eatable after this delay. I hope, Dominos values its regular customers in a well manner and would be willing to resolve this issue. Today also the Pizza Delivery Person came after 2.5 Hours with Cold pizza in his hand.
I would be asking 2 question here :
1. Why should i buy a cold pizza after spending 400-600 bucks ?
2. Dominos outlet always confirms that Pizza would be delivered in 30-45 minutes max. But why 2-3 hours persistent delay is observed.

I am seriously disappointed with the Dominos, Jamshedpur outlet services. Kindly look into this matter and come up with a better plan and delivery strategy.

It is far better to deliver no service, that delivering a cheap and bad service.

I visited kirti nagar outlet on Saturday 3 sep 2016 payment of 105 is credited from my account person standing in store told me i will get my on Wednesday.
on wednesday i have words with manager ms pooja she dnt have manners how to talk with customer she has pathic type nature i just want to slap her for his words and in tone she speaks witrh me . i will never visit to this outlet again . i dont know why you are hiring brain less bimboo.

After accepting the order and full payment online, the website kept giving me stays as - chef preparing - ready for dispatch etc... I contacted the hoysalanagar branch (Which by the way does not figure on the dominos official website when i tried to post feedback - is it intentional ;-)???) when my order was not delivered even after one hour...
The person who received the call told me our area is out of delivery area, when i questioned why the website gave me ready to dispatch, he lied to me that they tried calling me three times and my phone was busy (Unreachable would have been a better excuse because when i'm busy its is supposed to show in the missed calls list/ i also have call divert to my alternate number). Whileon the call he informed its cancelled (I have no cacellation notice even till now my order says "order accepted" please check my call history and you will know they neer seriously tried to reach me. When i asked for the manager, a badly behaved, impolite and unprofessional person named ashish banerjee spoke to me, and basically told me to hang up and get lost, and that i can do anything, it does not bother him. He told me to go find my own way to complain and use the website to raise feedback. He also refused to send any email confirmation regarding acceptance/cancellation of my order in his typical arrogant and rude manner. Pathetic service and bad attitude and rude behavior by staff including ashish banerjee - manager shows the class of customer service with this branch... I have faced this many times previously but ignored it, this time i thought its high time. Can you as a ceo tell me "is this your style of customer service ad retention in today's highly competitive market, your service at least at the hoysalanager branch sucks big time, and when you employ people like ashish banerjee, its only expected... What happened to this order??? Where is my money rs 1600/ gone?? Why did you accept my payment if my address / zip code was out of delivery range??? Why did your website keep giving me status as though my pizza is ready for delivery???

I ordered a pizza in jalandhar doaba college branch on 4th september order no. 129. First of all it was the worst pizza ever and the pizza was not even cheese burst. I ordered a veg extravaganza cheese burst pizza medium with garlic bread. Then that person calls me to confirm my order and due to some network our call gets disconnected and when i call back then he didn't even respond to my phone. I am a regular customer of dominos. Next time i am not going to order a pizza if you don't take any serious actions. My no. On which i ordered is [protected]

So I got off from tuition at about 10:15 and thought I should go down to dominoes and grab a pizza but to my surprise the attendant there said "I couldn't come in as the restaurant isn't open for the day" so I said 'okay'. I asked if I could wait there before ordering and the attendant said 'no'. Perfectly fair. So I kinda hung out around the place for 45 minutes and when I returned, to my utter astonishment there was a couple already sitting there. I was blown away by that. Here I am hungry, tired and they made me and my friend wait for 45 freaking minutes. I really thought we finally had a place worth going out and have a good time in this city but all I got today was utter humiliation and a bad sunburn. I was really hurt by that. I guess Bikaner still hasn't got a premier restaurant that is worth going out for. I guess I'll have to wait for sometime before I order again.

Will remember that when next time I am choosing between dominos and let's say pizza, McDonald's.
