So I got off from tuition at about 10:15 and thought I should go down to dominoes and grab a pizza but to my surprise the attendant there said "I couldn't come in as the restaurant isn't open for the day" so I said 'okay'. I asked if I could wait there before ordering and the attendant said 'no'. Perfectly fair. So I kinda hung out around the place for 45 minutes and when I returned, to my utter astonishment there was a couple already sitting there. I was blown away by that. Here I am hungry, tired and they made me and my friend wait for 45 freaking minutes. I really thought we finally had a place worth going out and have a good time in this city but all I got today was utter humiliation and a bad sunburn. I was really hurt by that. I guess Bikaner still hasn't got a premier restaurant that is worth going out for. I guess I'll have to wait for sometime before I order again.

Will remember that when next time I am choosing between dominos and let's say pizza, McDonald's.

I had ordered a pizza online for home delivery. I have been charged with service tax in the bill for my order when it was not supposed to be charged according to the law. I would like the concerned person be informed about the same and look into this and remove the tax being charged for delivering.
I had ordered from an outlet of Bangalore and have already paid for it. I hope it is revised and I don't find the same issue when ordering the next time.

Sir on 4 sep 16, i ordered pizzas and want to do payment through mobikwik wallet but i didnt have balance in mobikwik wallet that time so i add money in that through the same webpage of dominoz in which option of payment is through wallet and did the transaction but after submitting OTP it said due to some technical error the trascation was not completed..and money was deducted from my ATM. Then i ordered again the same pizzas and dis time i ordered through debit card itself not by mobikwik and it was completed and order no. was 121..i got that order but what about the money which was deducted earlier..Reply ASAP.

We were given Super Value Offer coupon: CRM91F0DD035D yesterday for 1+1 Pizza free on Sunday.. when we called Dominos at Panipat branch.. the person named 'Rupak' firstly said that this was invalid coupon code and when we called again he said that this coupon code was used already.. upon request to clarify who ordered and where this was delivered, he had no answer and denied very rudely.

this was frustating experience because this happened to me second time in one month history and i am confident that Dominos either makes a fool of their customer by sending false coupons or else this panipat branch office transfer the scheme to other customers without our consent..

can someone clarify what the actual issue is and how can they deny coupon code on phone.

Today i have ordered pizza from dominos at 8:40 pm, i called outlet at 9.30 pm they said it will another couple of minutes to deliver order. I asked why? Because today no bogo or another offer going on, so there should be no reason for delay in service.

I got pizza at 9:45 pm and it is not hot and *not eatable* at all.

This type of incident had happened to me from last 5-7 order. Everytime they are failing to deliver pizza on time.

I'm working with larson & toubro (L&t) and usually we ordered from dominos, now i'll try to avoid ordering pizza from dominos as much as possible.

I have ordered twice from dominoz online once in a day for Local area Sector 5 panchkula after checkout its took to me payment option payment is done by my side amount is deducted but didn't get any order confirmation.. what the hell is this n how can i get my money back... Now what i am Suppose to Do.. Its always a Bad Experience With dominoz Please do the needful ASAP.

The same thing with Garlic Bread as well. I tried to call them for this quality issue on [protected] but nobody picking up the phone. Now it is 10:20 Pm they have spoiled my dinner.

I need to take the strict action against them.

I went to Dominoz in March 2016 in Daryaganj Branch delhi. I gave them my contact number when they asked. Now i am getting unknown calls from people who thinks I work at Dominoz. when I asked, they told me that receptionist of Daryagnj Branch gave them my full information i.e. my name, my contact number. This is the worst thing of Dominoz in a city like Delhi.

I placed an order of (regular farm house with cheese burst+premium burger pizza ) of Rs. 425 order no. 98, they send me normal pizza when i complained, a guy by the name of (ALAM) said that i have to check that pizza then he will deliver new pizza. his pizza boy is already late then he is saying that he have to check that first pizza. they and "ALAM" dont know to manage a customer and how to response the customer.

I have visited 4-5 time to taste burger pizza but its not avaialble any time after talking the matter with the outlet manager he has just only one reply all the times that burger pizza is not avaialble due to supplies.
I[censored] cant provide the product to your limited numbers of outlet then i jave suggestion for u to stop launchinv products or shut down your outlet

Yesterday I ordered 2 pizzas online on their website on 31st August 2016 (at 8pm) - 1 Spicy triple tango and 1 Mexican green wave (both medium sized cheese burst). For payment, i used option pay using debit card.Payment deducted from my account but order failed - order failed due to some technical error it was showing to me on screen. Till now there is no refund and I don't know whether it will refund it at all.Will the money be refunded because i never got an email from Dominos that they will refund the money. What am i supposed to do? The money indeed got debited and i didnt get any message also from Dominos about my money back.

I live in Sekhon Vihar, Prahladpur, which is approximately 5 kilometers away from the Sector 4, Dwarka Domino's store and it hardly takes 15 minutes to deliver here, but they still say that they will not deliver here. I then tried to contact Sector 20, Dwarks Domino's store which is about 6.5 Kilometers away from here. But even they do not deliver.

I had order the pizza on 30th of August at night 8:40 pm and I received my order at around 10:30 pm.. I had always been facing the same problem whenever I order a pizza from Dominos. The pizza usually will be delayed or sometimes will be cooled and will not have proper taste. We were hungry and were waiting for the pizza but did not receive the pizza from around 3 hours I ordered . As a result we had to cancel our order and we had to make some dish immediately at home.. this had been a great problem to us.. the service of Dominos is really bad and we would not like to order any pizza from next time..

Last nigh i was trying to order a pizza over d phone i was discussing with my mother about the pizza the guy was taking order banged the phone on my face it is very humiliating.I told dis to his senior he offered me a burger pizza.I received d order at 10:55pm I placed d order at 10:13pm.The delivery boy came after 45 mins i told him tat your policy is 30mins or they insisted me to pay 130bucks which i did n he left n when i opened the pizza it was so smelly said it came out from the garbage both pizza and d burger pizza was having foul smell I tried calling them again and again but d store got i want a proper resolution on this I'm giving u time till today evening or else tomorrow il file a case in Consumer Forum and i will mail it to the health ministry.

I ordered a single regular pizza "mexican green wave".

But the pizza was too bad very hard and there is no softness it's look likes dry to eat like dog food. there was not a single cream, no topping with butter or cheese.

I don't know why they add option to select extra topping?
I hope domino thinking when they provide crust material then public will automatically select extra option. it was my very bad experience with domino.

May be they changed their taste and recipe but i felt like to fool when i bite and spoil all into dustbin.

Bad bad bad poor.

I have fwg complaints from single order on 29 Aug at majra dehradun.
1. My order was delivered after one hour where they promise for 30 mins that too cold pizza.
2.the order was Incomplete and after taking so long he forgot to bring cold drink and spices
3. After speaking to the staff and complaining for the same instead of apologize they were pretty rude.

I was orederd a pizza (order no 274) & i received after 30 mint & it is my 3rd bad experience with dominos i received a cold pizza like a rubber
and its test is so bad
so according to your policy please give me my refund back immediately
i m regular customer of dominos but now i think i should change my food site

I ordered a pizza last tuesday and i got delivery after 40 minutes. So, i asked for returning my money... As dominos promises that you will receive an order in 30 minutes otherwise they will give back your money with pizza (It was a normal day... Not one of the dominos time exception day). So the delivery guy said to me you have provided the wrong address (Ie the name of the area which i provided is the older name and people don't use it now).. But the thing is i haven't written the address. I had used the zipper map which dominos use to point out the address by gps.. And i then called the respective restaurant and they haven't given me any proper answer and cut the call. Then in the feedback, i complained about them. I got reference number too. But no action till now.
