After accepting the order and full payment online, the website kept giving me stays as - chef preparing - ready for dispatch etc... I contacted the hoysalanagar branch (Which by the way does not figure on the dominos official website when i tried to post feedback - is it intentional ;-)???) when my order was not delivered even after one hour...
The person who received the call told me our area is out of delivery area, when i questioned why the website gave me ready to dispatch, he lied to me that they tried calling me three times and my phone was busy (Unreachable would have been a better excuse because when i'm busy its is supposed to show in the missed calls list/ i also have call divert to my alternate number). Whileon the call he informed its cancelled (I have no cacellation notice even till now my order says "order accepted" please check my call history and you will know they neer seriously tried to reach me. When i asked for the manager, a badly behaved, impolite and unprofessional person named ashish banerjee spoke to me, and basically told me to hang up and get lost, and that i can do anything, it does not bother him. He told me to go find my own way to complain and use the website to raise feedback. He also refused to send any email confirmation regarding acceptance/cancellation of my order in his typical arrogant and rude manner. Pathetic service and bad attitude and rude behavior by staff including ashish banerjee - manager shows the class of customer service with this branch... I have faced this many times previously but ignored it, this time i thought its high time. Can you as a ceo tell me "is this your style of customer service ad retention in today's highly competitive market, your service at least at the hoysalanager branch sucks big time, and when you employ people like ashish banerjee, its only expected... What happened to this order??? Where is my money rs 1600/ gone?? Why did you accept my payment if my address / zip code was out of delivery range??? Why did your website keep giving me status as though my pizza is ready for delivery???
