I have order for burger pizza and its around 4 hours to order but still I dot receive my order.

Its really a bad experience with such a big company.

its around 3 Hours and I have not received my order and you people are
not bother to call and tell the reason for delay or apologize.

its really bad, in future I will never order with you people.

It was delivered after 30 minutes.
I filed a feedback with Dominos having Reference ID is:: 1313978 on 29th May. Got a call from their Manager, some lady, dont recall her name, saying the process will take a couple of days. But even after many days, no refund.
Again filed a feedback with them via Reference ID is:: 1317599 on 31st May. The same lady called with the same response. But still no refund.
On 7th June, again filed a feedback via Reference ID is:: 1332989 but got the same response from the same lady that it is under process and will be done in a couple of days.
On 4th July, again raised the matter via Reference ID is:: 1437820, 1437821, 1437822, but the lady just didn't care, all she said was sir it takes time to process will be done in the next few days.
Then even i lost track and stopped getting updates.
Its been more than 100 days since i ordered from Dominos and have not received my refund for delay in delivery. Haven't ordered pizza since this incident from Dominos and dont plan to order from them any time in the future thanks to this harassment.
Kindly look into this matter.

I ordered dominoes pizza online and ordered 6 pizza mania pizzas at 8.40pm. I paid it online. Wen I dint receive d order arnd 9.10 pm I called Meenakshi garden outlet to ask d status since the online tracker was not working. They informed me that it is out fr delivery and will reach soon. Again at 9.30 I called them back n enquired. Again they told me that it Wil reach soon and when I enquired abt d name of d delivery boy dey couldn't tel me his name. Dey said many ppl r out on delivery. Later getting irritated I called d outlet again at 9.55 pm and dey informed that d guy Wil reach u in max 2-3 mins. Wen d delivery man came Aftr 5 mins he said dat I was given d order jus 10 mins back. I was annoyed to d core.
The name of d delivery guy was Jitendra and the name of the outlet manager is Yatin. I jus wanto know that whether d customer is considered a fool n what should b d punishment fr such kind f behaviour.

Myself Sabhyata Patil, I placed the pizza order on 14th sept.16 by using mobile app, i placed an order of amount 645/- and its been cancelled due to some error, i got the sms that the amount is been debited from my account, then second time i tried same thing happened, the third time i tried the order has been placed successfully i got the mail from dominos that my money will be refunded to me in 7 working days i.e. 645/- But no i want the refund amount i.e. 1290(645+645=1290), kindly find attached photo i sent my mini statement to you, i also have the two sms from dominos saying my order has been cancelled in two diffrent timings

I placed my order they haven't delivered and one blunder I have done by paying online. Money still not refunded it's became 10 days or more. So irrational behaviour by Mr. Girish. Dominoz u should be shameful by this behavior . nor I got any conformation mail from Dominoz nor any msg from bank. Dominoz people r telling plz u call ur bank and followup our work is done. My money is still not refunded nothing and u guys r so rude .shameful for god sake its money

Whenever I order, each and very time I face problem. Instead of 30 mins, pizza reaches after more than an hour that to in cold condition.
This is not the 1st time. The branch man manager promises this will not happen again. But it happens. Then he gives number of his senior who repeats the same dialogue, but same thing happens. Then the senior gives number of his senior who, does not receive calls. If busy, does not call back. Whenever we order at our office, the service is good. But, this restaurant, maybe it's full o[censored]nprofessional employees including the manager, or they have some personal grudge against me. It's really disgusting.
Will above resolve my concern?

Yesterday i ordered pizza with transcation no GPT[protected] billing 224 rs. But i was showing that by paying it with paytm it will be 50% off... then the bill suddenly showed foe 419rs.. and i was charged 249rs.. i ordered pizza farmhouse regular for 195rs and veg parcel for 29rs. what is this crap?? Please see the matter asap.. and return me my money..

And when i called at shop they where like "it will take more 45 min" ... TO MAKE
NOT TO DELIVER...
That means we wait for 30min for food and when we call them, then they inform us that you have to wait more 45min for eat food.
THIS IS WHAT THE DOMINO'S PROVIDE SERVICE...
and take service tax 5.6%

I had ordered Pizza online through www.dominos.co.in at 9.58pm on 14th September 2016. I made payment through my Paytm wallet . The payment of Rs.505 was deducted from my Paytm wallet towards BILL DESK Order ID GPT[protected]. However - i did not receive any pizza delivery nor any calls from Dominos. The paytm customer service confirmed that the payment is done.

I am experiencing this kind of bad service from dominos twice in 2 months.

I bought one pizza mania for my son on 13sep 2016 at around 8pm the topping was onion, the pizza was hot and tempting but the moment we had it the topping seemed ok but the Base was too hard and tough to bite into, we literally had to pull the pizza from our mouth, which made our pizza eating into a funny experience, please look into the matter no doubt the topping of pizza has to be tempting but the real hero of the pizza has to be it's base

I ordered pizza at 9:49 Pm. order no was 332. order was placed dominos saket and delivery address was chatterpur which is at half an hour distance but pizza was not delivered till 2 hrs. after 2 hrs its has lost its essense and taste and even restraurent executives were not cooperative.

If you do not wish to Offer PIZZA'S ON A Buy 1 Get 1 offers within the time zone please stop this offer immediately. Its a waste of money because both of your pizzas were disgustingly chilling and hard as rusk. I wish international brands never came in India if the had to feed people filthy food just for the sake of money. We pay for what we eat and this is the 2nd time that Mehdipatnam (Hyderabad)Domino's has done this to me even after having an discussion with the "SO CALLED" Manager of Dominos Mehdipatnam(hyderabad) Branch that i have not liked the food there recently of which my fried Wasmi Alam had already complained, but the manager still had the courtesy to send in the box with some cheese on it and didn't even feel he should have sent it warm. I gave a damn but i need my full refund immediately for the food is in the Litter Bin and if you wish you can take it back and resell it.

I(Jairam Kamath) had ordered Pizza vide order No: 185 at 8:53PM on 14.09.2016. The order was allotted to your Restaurant at M.g.road, Cochin, First Floor, No.39/4153 M.g. Road, ravi Puramernakulamcorporation, cochin - 628316. As the Pizza was not delivered within a reasonable time, we had made a call to your restaurant at 9:37PM upon which we were promised that delivery will be made in another half an hour. But the delivery was not made within that time. So we made a further call at 10:07PM upon which we were promised that delivery will be made in another half an hour. Even after the expiry of this time, we had not received the delivery. So we made a third call at 10:38PM. The response was that it will take some more time may be within 10 minutes(no commitments made). Finally we got the delivery at 11:00 PM only. We are ordering Pizza for eating and not for staying hungry for more than 1.50 hours. I think i will never again feel like ordering Pizza from Dominos.

We have placed the order online of veg extra vaganza order no.143 placed today date 14/09/2016..we have received the coupon code of one plus one extra offer but the senior officer Sourabh Singh of the of outlet of Domino's Bhopal.said that this offer is not valid and mislead about discount offer and totally did unethical behavior...and made an argument and misbehaved regarding the order..We have his online recording..so please look into the matter.

Why dominos charge service tax (St) on free home delivery?
Its not service but its kind of sale so they are not authorise to charges such tax.
But they should charge vat on sale but not st. On online order of pizza why dominos charge st? Screen shot of letter of depy. Commissioner for regarding this issue is attached. I also research on internet for this.

I did my life’s biggest mistake of daring to enter domino’s outlet ar sector-29, gurgaon.
I checked in the restaurant on 12th september around 1:30 pm n order 3 veg singles and a coke.
The pizza came in all in terrible condition and the pizza base was also not even baked properly. On requesting to change the same from the people at the billing counter they saw and called the shift manager named mr. Arshad.
Mr. Arshad in spite of accepting the fact that the pizza’s are no proper started saying “ sir chup chap isko khalo acha rhega for your health “ and along with it he took the photograph of the piiza and went off back to the counter.

Seeing his behaviour i asked him to stop and took out my cellphone to take his photograph and he hurriedly turned back. As i just tried taking his photograph again he started beating me and my brother along with other staff member.
Somehow due to other customer’s intervention they stopped but continued abusing us in front of all the staff members. That beating and abuses were something which was shocking for all the customers and heartbreaking for me.

Icing on the cake was after this first round of beating mr. Arshad came wearing black t-shirt and started saying that if you have guts den dare to reach your car parking outside also and he went outside the outlet threatening that your dead bodies will reach home today.


Seeing all this we called up police helpline and as the pcr van came in they after verifying all this in the camera recording asked to get the fir filed up going to the police station for which mr. Arshad started pleading with a sorry and all and all requested not to escalate this matter.

I went off hurriedly with a heavy heart as i had to rush to the airport. After that and then most shocking thing was the call that i got from the police station that mr. Arshad is filing up a case against me for misbehaving inside the store.


I need to know is this the policy of domino's to beat up customers and then file a complaint against him only?

The most annoying thing is that after this whole scenario i got to know that mr. Arshad has even been involved in eve teasing and other misbehaving activities and still no response after this all as well.
I would also like to bring to your notice that all other customers present at the store were like sharing numbers with me and all were ready to be the witnesses in the legal matters as well.

I need an explanation for this whole scenario failing which i will get this issue escalated into media in a very decent manner.

And for verifying all this scenario you can even get the camera recordings under scrutinization.

Dominos gas been repeatedly giving discount offers which can be redeemed only online and their third category website never accepts discount coupon codes. They charge crazily on pizzas and when we call and say the website is not accepting code the staff says sorry we can't do anything take it without discounts or leave it . I had this experience couple of times now at Dominos outlet at Himalaya Mall Ahmedabad.
I look forward to some strict action in the matter as we spend lot of amount on this n get this rude behaviour in return .

I placed an online order on dominos website for amount rs 510, my order automatically got routed to - sector-16, sco-24, sector-16, urban estate faridabad, faridabad-121002, ph. No.[protected], [protected],... After this i received a call from form the same restaurant that they will not be able to deliver my order and transferred the order to — crown interior mall, faridad - dominos, i had a word with anmol singh, and he told me that now i have to pay rs 552 and the reason he gave is that this menu price list is decided by dominos only and there is nothing we can do.

I made several calls to dominos enquiring about my order and they mentioned they did not received my order and after 4 or 5 hours they called me and mentioned it is website issue and they will cancel order and refund money but amount has not been credited back and concern on the complaint raised with number your guest feedback reference id is: 1691478 with dominos and no response or a call made to me.

I always order from the same centre at around 10 to 10:30 pm. This time when I ordered at 10:30 as per the rules of last order till 11pm, he refused to deliver saying delivery boy is scared to go at this time . I am very disappointed .my area Daba also comes in Ludhiana so if you claim to deliver it all over city, how anybody can refuse. Moreover it is just 5 km from the dominos .iam unhappy with the service.
