Domino's Pizza Complaints & Reviews

I had placed the order for two pizzas with domino's pizza at 1930 hours at banashankari iii stage, bangalore, 560085. India. The pizzas have not so far been delivered and time now is 2130 hours. I have inquired twice, all they had to say is that the pizzas have been sent already and might be stuck in traffic.

It is now over 120 minutes. This only shows total apathy towards customer service....

Below is the details of my order.

The order was not delivered within 30 minutes, instead was delivered after an hour of placing the order, so i want my amount of rs 545 to be refunded back to my account.

I had ordered a buy 1 get 1 pizza today with order no 402 . The pizza was not delivered within 3 hours also despite of frequent calls and requests. Moreover the staff tried to make a fool out o[censored]s by giving excuses. The complaint is regarding Domino's saket, new delhi.
My guests kept waiting but the order never came. This is no way where a regular customer of the restaurant is troubled....

May 31st 2016, I have order and bill was 186 rs but have 550. I have already spoken to KPHB store manager Srinivas, he told will check its IT error and update on the status. Till now I have not received any update....

I ordered a half beef and half green pepper and olive. I do not eat meat. When we picked it up we were not satisfied with the beef so we asked for bacon. Instead of making a new pizza they picked off the beef put bacon on it then put it back in the oven. Now it is burnt, stinks, and still has beef on it. Hi,
I tried to order a pizza from dominos on 06 aug 2016 at around 06:20 pm. I made payment of rs. 273/- through net banking of sbi, details of which are - gsbi[protected]ig0cmcfjo5.
Payment was debited and transferred to merchant but order was not confirmed.
I cross check with sbi customare care and they told that the transaction reached to merchant successfully. How can i get my money back? I'm enclosing a snapshot...

Today i ordered double cheese burst 2 pizza, very bad experience today, pizza was not hot & cheese also not double... After many calls,

I placed a order at 9:30 pm 7 aug 2016 but didnot receive till 11:30 pm. When called to the branch they gave lame excueses like your order is bulk or our delivery boy is out or didnot find the address. I called atlist 4 times and now they said that restaurant is closed so cannot deliver your order. Staff name is ram. What kind of promises you made that your order is delivred within 30 min or it will be free. But i didnot get my order in 2...
