I had also verified from local domino's center and they said the order was not declined.

    This is the worst experience i had with dominos. The delivery boy is so unprofessional and had no "etiquette" of talking to customer. He gave 3-4 missed call at the starting. I did not return the call because number was unknown to me then he called me and asked “do you have an order which needs to be deliver?” i replied “yes, please deliver it”. Then he lied to me that he is standing outside and asked me to come outside of my campus area (The place which is not mentioned in delivery address) to get the order delivered. Still i reached out to the place as per his convenience. When i reached there, no one was there. I called back thrice then no one picked up the call. 3-4 minutes later, the person is giving me miss calls. No professionalism in delivery attempt with “missed calls”. I called back and told him no one was there so lets avoid this confusion please deliver my order in front of my office building which was mentioned in delivery address as well. So he replied that he will deliver my order 15 minutes later now after other order. I said no issues.

    Then he started giving me missed calls again after 10 min. When i did not answer his 3-4 “missed calls”, he called me and said with “very big attitude” in annoying sound — “aapko order lena hai to niche aa jao” and disconnected. I thought what kind of behavior was this. But i went out to get my order. I asked him that you should not behave like this. Anyways i asked him to give me my order. He gave my order with 3 “seasoning” and 3 “chilli flakes”. I said 3 is not enough for 2 pizzas. Give me more so he denied to give more and said “isme lagi huyi hai, extra nahi dete”. I said fine, take the order back and i will give your behavior feedback to dominos. So he again showed his “big attitude” and said — “jo karna hai kar lena, main nahi darta”. I was like, what was my mistake and why he is showing so much attitude to me. Being guilty for this issue, instead of accepting his behavior related mistake, he is showing attitude and wasted my time and met me with the worst experience. I was thinking what my fault was, and then i realized “ordering from dominos was my mistake”.

    Then i got a call from someone from number [protected] from sector-47 gurgaon branch. He claimed himself the manager of the sector-47 branch, i told him everything and then he said he will take disciplinary action against the person and he requested me to accept the delivery now and, because order had been delayed by more than 35 minutes (At the time of conversation and counting) due to bad behavior of his staff, he will follow the dominos policy of “30 minutes or free”, and will deliver the order and process the refund amount of rs486 and he said this is our attempt to rectify the mistake happened and customer has to suffer due to dominos. Requested me to give dominos another chances to serve me better in future and not to lose my faith from dominos. Then another delivery boy came at 9:06 pm to deliver the order placed at 7:30 pm.

    Now the new issue is, the person who called me from number [protected], promised me to refund my amount and delivered the order saying “this is our attempt to rectify the mistake happened”, is denying to refund my amount and not started refund process till now. Should i trust the fact that dominos has employed the people who are well trained in misbehaving and lying to the customer? When i refused the order due to misbehave of delivery boy then why i was offered the refund and the delivery both? And if offered, why it is not fulfilled as per promise?

    What the hell is sector-47 wants to proof? Do they have little respect of the customer or the word promised by them? Seriously i never expected this kind of things.

    The delivery boy came after 1 hr and when i told him 30 mins or free he started arguing with me and returned back without delivering the pizza after that i gave the feedback on dominos website even though i didnt got any satisfactory answer

      I got an sms (Screen shot attached) of 30% discount offer on walk-in / order and walked into dominos palarivattom outlet today (15/08/16).
      Though the offer was for walk-in also, the counter staff said "off" is applicable only for online orders.
      As i was a frequent buyer from that outlet till my transfer to chennai, i knew there used to be some discount on purchase of every second pizza. He said no such offer exist now.
      My order (Bill copy attached) was totalling to rs.1653.44. Since there was an offer of 1 coke/fanta for orders amounting to rs.300 or more if 1 burger pizza is included, i've requested to split my bill as there was 2 burger pizza in my order. Again he refused saying i can't order twice & am authorized only for 1 soft drink for a day. For a moment, i felt like standing at a refugee camp and begging for my daily ration.
      While leaving, i've noticed a display about a 50% discount for a second pizza. When i questioned, staff had a discussion and told me that i'm not entitled for that offer as i opted for coke/fanta offer! When i raised my voice, they've returned me rs.293/-.

        "The worst Facts which i came to know about Domino's Pizza"

        As a very regular costumer of domino's i went yesterday for my birthday party along with my friends, on there so called marketing offer BUY ONE GET ONE

        The worst fact is -They are not suppose to ware hand gloves while filling the toppings on pizza
        As you can see in the pics which we have taken yesterday.
        The same person fill toppings for both veg and non veg pizza and when we questioned him he told in very rudely way that they are not supposed to wear any kind of hand gloves.
        I was with my friends out of which one was brihmin and other one was jain as, they are very conscious about such thing and as soon as they come know about this they left the remaining pizza .
        I feel sad and quite disappointing at that point of time and left the store .
        that's why i am taking this to social media so that people come to know about this and be careful while choosing domino's.

        The manager on this responded that in KFC and pizza hut they are supposed to wear hand gloves but not in domino's

          Hi,

          I am from delhi and ordered pizza from dominoes yesterday on 14th aug via the mobile app. The amount got deducted but i did not receive any order number/confirmation and also the pizza. I had to call up their customer care department almost 5 times just to figure out that what was going on.in the first three calls i was kept on hold by customer care representatives for around 8-10 minutes as he was transferring my call to the respective outlet. But the call got disconnected each time and i was left clueless.in the 4th call i requested the call centre representative to not to put me on hold, however he also gave me the same solution and transferred the call to the respective outlet. Finally the outlet manager picked up the call and informed me that he did not receive my order and they don't take order for my area, it must be some other outlet. Hungry and agitated i called up the call centre for the 5th time and asked to refund my money as it was already 10:30. The representative raised the concern to refund my money. This time i made sure that he gives me the complaint number which is 1615604.
          Worst service
          So my concerns are:
          1. Is ordering one damn pizza from a company like dominoes such a big problem.

          2.in each call i was kept on hold for around 8-10 minutes and first 3 calls got disconnected without getting any call of solution. Does dominoes value time of their customer or they are only interested in ripping off their wallets??

          3. Thirdly when jail road dominoes was not suppose to take order for vatika apartments, mayapuri then why every time my call was being transferred to that outlet. I was told that either rajouri garden or meenakshi garden branch is suppose to take my order and i should call them up. Like no one bothered to help a customer at dominoes. Is this is the way you help a customer to resolve their query?

          4. Moreover no one at dominoes seem to like care about their customers. They actually made me feel like that i made a big damn mistake by ordering online. Even if they did not receive my order due to some issues i should have been informed proactively by dominoes team rather than me calling them 5 times. An order getting cancelled can be understood but when you don't inform your customer and deduct their money then it becomes an issue. I ordered pizza at 9:15 and till 10:45 i was only tracking my order. Dominoes guarantee delivery in 30 minutes where i spent 40 minutes on call just to figure out that where the hell was my order.

          Can dominoes please revert on this?? Or they just don't bother.

            I am a resident of Bangalore and tried placing an order with Domino's mobile application. The application processed the order and even started baking the pizza. (attached the screenshot for reference). 25 minutes later, I got a call from the Kagdasspura dominos resteraunt saying we won't deliver as your address is in non-delivery area(imagine that's the state in a metro like bangalore).

            To give an idea about the difference in delivery and non-delivery area, my house was 500 m from the point where the resteraunt manager said the last delivery point was. I repeatedly requested the resteraunt manager to cooperate and deliver the order considering it was hardly 500 m away from his range. (To clarify my address is not a dacoit-hit area)

            Considering that domino's accepted the order online and started processing it and gave a very delayed communication, that they won't be able to deliver, this is unacceptable. Further, considering that domino's pesters customers like me evryday with their offers, it is highly sarcastic that they refused to deliver the order in a metro and could not find an alternate resteraunt to deliver the order.

            I wish to bring this incident up on an urgent notice and want to hear the response from dominos about their absolutely opposite behaviour to good hospitality and professionalism.

            Had worstest experience ever for my last three orders delivery reaching after 1 n half our product not at all hot n fresh manager n team leader not up to their mark for explanations staff totally giving faulty promises about delivery n after giving suggestions in suggestion box manager n team leader denying from wt they promised for compensation
            The order was placed online. 8:20 pm was decided as the pick up time. However, it's 8:50 pm now and I still haven't been delivered my order. I have been waiting since past half an hour. This kind of service is unacceptable especially from Domino's Pizza.

              After charging rs 650 for a pizza, the restaurant doesn't provide tomato sauce and the delivery boy was also very rude. I lodged a complaint and was promised a complementary pizza as an apology. The pizza never came. When i called the restaurant, the started denying what they had promised. Cheaters and thieves. First of all charging so much money for one pizza, not giving the right service, and then dodging the customers with false promises. Very very angry and disappointed.

                I had ordered pizza on 06/08/2016 vide order no. 304 at 07:23:13 pm which is delivered to me after one and half hour. At 08:50 pm, you can check this from your records against this order.

                As per company policy any order completed after half hour is eligible for 100% cash back. As it is prepaid order your are requested to please make the refund to my account.

                  I placed the order through Dominos Website and amount got debited from my account. The order didn't get confirm. When I called customer support they simple said wait 7 days to get your money back. How can you expect students to wait 1 week for refund when it was a fault at your end. Either you should provide reliable service or should change your refund policy. Now almost Rs. 580 has been debited and I cannot place another order until I get my money back. You guys are scamming people with your policies. If you can debit amount in seconds you should provide refund also if you fail to fulfill the order.

                          Concern which i would want to highlight here. I had ordered pizza and this time from navi - mumbai - kamothe, order no.166. The net value of the pizza after all discount was rs.350/- (As per the online bill), however when the pizza was delivered the amount payable on the hard copy of bill was rs.358/-, a difference of rs.8/- which i am not sure why this difference.

                          I had ordered from pune as well but the order value mentioned and payout was always the same, and there was no difference of amount at all.

                          This has been a practice seen in this outlet in kamothe as everytime i ordered i observed the difference in bill amounts

                          I always thought that dominos had a standard pricing policy which i am probably wrong, request you to please share some light on the pricing policy

                          I also got a call from the owner of the branch asking me to close the case as he was ready to refund rs.8/- from the above bill and refused to refund any amount from my previous orders for which he had over priced me which is not justified

                            I had placed the order for two pizzas with domino's pizza at 1930 hours at banashankari iii stage, bangalore, 560085. India. The pizzas have not so far been delivered and time now is 2130 hours. I have inquired twice, all they had to say is that the pizzas have been sent already and might be stuck in traffic.

                            It is now over 120 minutes. This only shows total apathy towards customer service.

                                  Hi This Complaint For Dominos,

                                  I order # 529 was placed online at 9:38 on 12th Aug'16 for which I waited for more than 1:30 hrs as it is long weekend. After this I called your store in Noida Sector 61 to check my order status which was mentioned while placing the order online, There the manager Raju first was asking his team mate to just put me on hold but when I forced him he came on phone and informed me that my order has been cancelled. Now after 1:30 hrs I am being told my order is being cancelled and asked me to call sector 120 & place the order there. Well being 11:00 PM neither your store nor your helpline number are working. Now at 11:00 PM I am in front of my guest with no food and embarrassed on top of it your staff was not at all helpful. My next step on this would be going to consumer court with all the facts of online order # and call recording which I just had until I get a proper feedback and refund along with compensation of the embarrassment which I just faced.

                                    I had ordered a buy 1 get 1 pizza today with order no 402 . The pizza was not delivered within 3 hours also despite of frequent calls and requests. Moreover the staff tried to make a fool out o[censored]s by giving excuses. The complaint is regarding Domino's saket, new delhi.
                                    My guests kept waiting but the order never came. This is no way where a regular customer of the restaurant is troubled.

                                      May 31st 2016, I have order and bill was 186 rs but have 550. I have already spoken to KPHB store manager Srinivas, he told will check its IT error and update on the status. Till now I have not received any update.

                                        On 5th August 2016 I had registered my complaint with you (Ref: Domino's Pizza Complaint Status Update [ID: 1346073])

                                        I was informed by a reply that the Customer Care division of Domino's Pizza had been informed and that they would respond back to me. It is now one week and except for a phone call asking if we had made a complaint, there has been no action taken by Domino's Pizza.

                                        It is sad to note that an organization such as Domino's cannot honor its own commitment to a regular customer.
