Dominos Bangalore are sending unwanted SMSs to my mobile number [protected]. They are not stopping sending SMS to my mobile phone.

Received the delivery almost two hours after order. the pizza was cold and hard as stone. Store would not pick calls and respond.

Especially for sec 63 branch.misguide to customer server miss jyoti k and poor quality 3rd class of margerita pizz m very disappointed.

I bought a Pizza of Dominos from Jubilant Foodworks Limited, Plot 609, V.N.Purav Marg, Chembur Mumbai- 400074 (Invoice Number: 65786/17/55453 Order: 154 Dt 10/24/2017 time 19:57, Server:Vandana N). After taking the Pizza I saw that Origano and Chili flakes sachets are not given instead one sachet of tomato ketchup is there. Thinking it to be a mistake I asked for it, which I used to get earlier. It was told that those are out of stock, though it was not told during taking the order.
In bill also it is written that Origano and Chilliklakes sachets are served along with offer & I like to it those with Pizza.
This type of cheating should not be there. If some thing is not there it should be informed in advance so that customer can choose some alternative, there are other Pizza outlets apart from Dominos. - C.Sengupta, [protected], [protected]@gmail.com

I ordered pizza online and total amount on internet shows 61 rupees because of some money in my account and 1 offer. Even message from Domino's says 61 rupees. But on bill it is written that total amount is 391 rupees, so I had to pay 391 and my money from my account is also gone. I still have bill and message. Please pay attention to it.

I have had the worst experience with dominos Bandra Branch we had ordered the pizza for office people at around 1.13 P.M it got delivered to us after an hour around 2.15 P.M and after that the Pizza which arrived was not hot at all, when we asked the delivery boy why it is not hot he was just smiling. As we were already late for lunch we had to eat the pizza which was cold as we had no other option. When contacted the concerned Manger there at Bandra Branch Mr. Ram Pal I told him about what has happened he said we can’t do anything about it and do whatever you want. I don’t know how dominos has given the franchise to this people. I want the concerned person to tell why this has happened... Such a disappointment.
