On 5th August 2016 I had registered my complaint with you (Ref: Domino's Pizza Complaint Status Update [ID: 1346073])

I was informed by a reply that the Customer Care division of Domino's Pizza had been informed and that they would respond back to me. It is now one week and except for a phone call asking if we had made a complaint, there has been no action taken by Domino's Pizza.

It is sad to note that an organization such as Domino's cannot honor its own commitment to a regular customer.

I applied the credit card but i have no receive after compliant also but no any action of my complain plss hurry. I have already complaint of my credit card but no action of this complaint. I am really dissatisfied, from this bank services.
This bank is very bad service provide of coustmers. Hopely my credit card receive me with in 2days.

Your product was not good, specially for pizza burger, you should be aware of your product, you serve a defective piece of pizza burger, i have a image of this pizza burger.. Image is attached, kindly i request you to please consider my problem seriously and send me a one large pizza for eve of your fault.. Kindly request you.. Otherwise i will not come again at your doorstep. Both side are baked.. And hard. To filthy to eat..

Hi steve - hi - i had ordered online pizza from domino's india - pune - balewadi dominos for my guests with order no. As 339 and the same was delivered after more than an hour and so had lodged a complaint with reference no. - 1182678 about the issue. I had got a message from them with the order number and the link to check the status of the order, however the link never worked as it said that my order did not exist and i was clueless about how and where to reach as there was no contact number nor any communication on the delay in order.
Thereafter after two days i had got a call from the branch by a lady for the complaint raised by me - who had no answers to my questions nor was able to understand the issue stating that they were sorry for the entire issue and they would close the concern by sharing contact details of the managers who could help me in future orders which - was really absurd as i would not know which branch would my order hit through online order.
Besides the pizza boy who delivered the order was not in his official dominos uniform which was even worrying for me as i was not sure if the order was received by an official dominos outlet.
Request your help in getting this issue resolved in the right manner

I ordered a pizza on 29th july from my mobile app. Order was canceled after 553 rupees were deducted from my account. So i called dominos customer care and told them my problem and they said that they didn't get any order placed in my registered mobile number i. E [protected]. I got message from dominos that i will be refunded within 7 days. On 2nd august i got another message from dominos that my refund i processed and i will get money in 5 days. Its been 8 days since and haven't been refunded yet. Please resolve my refund problems.

I have domino's app installaed on my phone and i have got a notification on 22nd july that one plus one pizza is free and if i make pay it via paytm, i will get 50% cash back,

I have got my order and i was told by store (Masab tank, hyderabad) that i will get cash back in 7th days, but nothing happened.

I called after few days and response is not satisfactory and store managers was passing on bucks to paytm..

I went ahead and logged a complaint on 3rd aug (Complaint #1567915) and i have got auto generated email, but no response till now.

When we went to dominos tht night. We ordered midium margerita with extra mushrooms. N showed this msg. The one taking the order said tht there is no offer for margerita.In the msg we got, it is said any medium or large pizza. By this msg we were missguided and we didnt get the offer by which we were attracted. Very disappointed. Thank you.

I ordered a half beef and half green pepper and olive. I do not eat meat. When we picked it up we were not satisfied with the beef so we asked for bacon. Instead of making a new pizza they picked off the beef put bacon on it then put it back in the oven. Now it is burnt, stinks, and still has beef on it. Plus there is beef and bacon under the cheese

I had placed an order (#144) dated 9th august 2016, which included a veg herby as well as a non-veg herby pizza. but the delivery made had only veg herby. even though, i made contact with the branch, they did not make an effort to reroute the right order to me. after it, my calls were blocked. moreover, the original delivery was late and lacked tissues to complement it.

On 8th july iwas trying to place order with domino's and was trying to pay via net banking an amount of rs330, but the transaction failed and till now ii didn't get the money back.

I tried to order a pizza from dominos on 06 aug 2016 at around 06:20 pm. I made payment of rs. 273/- through net banking of sbi, details of which are - gsbi[protected]ig0cmcfjo5.
Payment was debited and transferred to merchant but order was not confirmed.
I cross check with sbi customare care and they told that the transaction reached to merchant successfully. How can i get my money back? I'm enclosing a snapshot of my account statement showing the transaction reference no.

Today i ordered double cheese burst 2 pizza, very bad experience today, pizza was not hot & cheese also not double... After many calls,
I ordered pizza at 10:07 pm but after 1 hour i recieved the same,

I placed a order at 9:30 pm 7 aug 2016 but didnot receive till 11:30 pm. When called to the branch they gave lame excueses like your order is bulk or our delivery boy is out or didnot find the address. I called atlist 4 times and now they said that restaurant is closed so cannot deliver your order. Staff name is ram. What kind of promises you made that your order is delivred within 30 min or it will be free. But i didnot get my order in 2 hrs...

I have made a order of peppy panner pizza of medium size today that is 7/8/2016 at 4:00 p.m. When I am making payment my money is deducted from my account Rs.358. But it is not showing that I have made the order. I want my money back .or deliver the pizza.its being 2 time that this is happening with me..my previously money that is deducted from my account. I had placed 2 orders for pizza at 9:30 pm but till 11:30 i didn't received the pizzas. I tried at customer care but my phone was kept on hold and no body supported to get information on the status of my order.
The airoli, navi mumbai branch was not even picking the call.

order was made online but when pizza was delivered and I made the payment the delivery boy left post which we sat to eat it has horrible to find that 3 toppings jalapeno black olive and golden corn were missing also it was sad to notice even extra cheese was not provided it completely switched off my mood to eat pizza it was tasting like an ordinary pizza to my surprice I called on dominos outlet which delivered the pizza at 9.40 pm and no one was recieving call I have the bill copy and photograph of pizza delivered in case my complain is not resolved I will not order dominos again for sure also I will upload the bills and images online so that common people will not be cheated looking forward for resolutions my email I'd is dhiraj.[protected]@gmail.com

Today I got msg of 50% discount at 10:20am and in the evening I after confirming about the discount and by submitting the coupon number afterly ordered for a spicy triple tango pizza. But when I got my ordered pizza it was not discounted my coupon number was CMR454D2DEEF8 valid till 15 august
