1st the deliver boy came too late, but considering it was buy 1 get 1 day, we can understand. But he was rude and spoke harshly. Which is not acceptable

2nd, the pizza delivered were worthless. We ordered chef's chicken and chicken lovers, and both were smaller then the normal medium size pizza.
Moreover...

1. Manager has the audacity to say to never order pizza from domino's again to a loyal customer from more than 12 years.
2. Manager was extremely rude.
3. Even after spoiling pizza and promising to send a fresh one next time, asking for more money for the replacement pizza. Also turning back on his words about looking up into the issue. (Also referring to a pizza completely paid for a "free pizza" is offensive as the manager...

Hi i would like to share my experience with domino's (mumbra) it's been 5 days i'm trying to place order with domino's but it always shows as "selected restaurant is offline" when i try to call domino's they never pickup calls when tried calling manager he always gives an excuse saying that the net is not working in store, i never expected this from domino's that since 5 days no-one is able to place orders that is ridiculous and the worst...

Hi there,

As i have mentioned in the subject twice the pizza delivery has been made after 30 mins. And no money back or discount given.

Even after repeated calls to the store the staff was very rude.

I feel like cheated as dominos are freely advertising 30 min. Guaranteed delivery or free but in reality they are honouring their own words.

I think they should be told to not use this...

Hi my name is megha gautam, on 14 june 2016, at manjalpur, vadodara, gujarat, at jubilant foodwerks ltd, i had ordered a pizza & at the time of paying bill at pos they swiped the card twice, & on the first swipe they told us the money didn't debited & bill didin't generated & they swiped it again & generated the bill again. First store refused to take order. Finally after multiple escalations agreed to take order but refused to give the offer that we got in the promo sms.
Then disconnected the call.
The customer care number is not toll free, so lost more than rs 50 on the call.
Store address : dominos ground floor, shop no a, site no 1&2, saroj square, whitefield main road, munnekolala village, next to yeshumathi hospital....

Sir/mam i have made order for pizza online vide number 129 at 06:06 pm at jyoti mall jalandhar punjab 144001 and made the payment online via paytm and there was mentioned 50% cash back offer if i pay through paytm but didnt get any cash back yet..! If you cant give cashback then what is the purpose for mentioning it there??...

Every week dominos does the cheap product advertisements by sms, a 2-3 sms a week. There is no option to stop this sms. I tried by reaching the restaurants, unsubscribe links online, but that didn't resolved. They are troubling customers. If every vendors have started doing like this, we can't leave with this disturbance.

I want this issue to be escalated to further levels. Please consider....

Pizza came with raw vegetables, no salt and most of all a piece of plastic in my 8 yrs old daughters pizza.
Had a word with your hotline complaint number and he connected me to the store manager who said we makes so many pizza and y only your order has problem. Use less talking to him, and in the end he says you can go ahead and complain.

I ordered a PIZZA on 21.07.2016 at 2.16 from DOMINO'S situated in Bokaro Steel City, but it's delivery is so late that i can't hold it. It has ever been worst service i have seen.
