Hi this bhagyashree from mumbai.I ordered cheese burst pizza n veg parcel bt the upper govind nagar branch gve delivery wherein I notices zingy parcel me paneer toh na ke barabar tha n cheese burst ws no whr like cheese burst .thr ws vry little cheese equals to no.when contacted branch mr abhishek the head said he will gve pizza free nxt time n kpt the phn..this is nt the service expected frm u people.kindly chk this matter as I am regularly customer of dominos bt this service will forced me to switch off my interest in dominos...

This to inform you that i recently went your one of the franchisee at G3S mall rohini sec 11 delhi, the ambience of that store is very unhygenic . There were lots of flies( mosquitoes) in store and the floor to was very dirty. We are paying our taxes so why are we not getting apprpriate services from such big companies. Also the staff there was not helpfull . Store looks like a cheap resturant it needs renovation too .

I would like to bring to your notice the Domino's Pizza Outlet in Jasola Vihar New Delhi Outlet at Living Style Mall.
1) AC is not working from 5th July when I had been there for a family birthday gathering. The AC's are still not fixed.

2) I have ordered for two Non -Veg Pizza, as my daughter insisted for the Burger pizza I ordered a primium Non -Veg Burger Pizza . A Veg Pizza with Capsicum and Cottage Cheese delivered which my daughter hates. Asked the shop on that they mentioned that it's their fault and send in the pizza.

As the pathetic condition prevailed they never sent the pizza and as a father I failed due to your people.

Thanks for the distresses and agony.

We ordered but never received it every time I called they said itz been dispatched and must b reachng u in 5 min but those 5 min were as long as 2 hours and evrytime in evry half an hour I calld to check d status they only said ur order has not been punched and I repetd my order thrice but still it was not punched and every time they said it will b dere in next 10-5 min. I waited for 2 hours and then I called toh there manager said u tell me the order I will send u in next 20 min but I had to cancel it coz they were not interested in even taking the order earlier. I mean itz too much you should tell coustomers straight forward that it will be there in 30 min in one call only n u shld stick to ur words also den not lyk dis. Itz unacceptable totally

I have order reg. Ht dbl_che margarita pizza and they have gave me without toppings where Ientioned in my order. They argue with that they have consider without. Then again serve me pizza with toppings with same pizza.

It's completely blunder. It's a bad name of domino's. Do action against the same. Legal action.

They treat customer as a duffer.

We had ordered one Med HT BBQ Chicken from Dominos Pizza (Jubilant Foodwork Limited, Ground Floor, Shop No 17, 18 & 19, Parmar Pavan, Kondhwa, Dist Pune, on 3rd August 2016 for home delivery - order no. 128; Server: SHYAM P.

It was informed that there would be a 15 minute delay due to rains. However, the Pizza got delivered over one hour late and that too absolutely cold. By the time our daughter, for whom it was ordered had already gone to bed. We refused to accept the delivery and the delivery person begged o[censored]s to accept it against full payment of Rs. 505.01 (Invoice no DPI66032/[protected]/25601) WITH A PROMISE THAT THE NEXT NIGHT ONE PIZZA OF THE SAME TYPE WOULD BE DELIVERED FREE OF COST for our child. It is regretted that the outlet has not lived by their promise thereby shaking years of trust which we reposed in Domino.

You may take what action you deem fit in the matter to ensure that a trusting consumer is not taken for granted and cheated.

If this review matters to your higher management. I did not receive the order even after 3 hours. After 1 hour of booking (Booked at about 8:45 pm on 15-july-2016 over phone at sector 48 noida). The outlet stopped answering the phone. Called your custome care... Even that kept me on hold for more than 18 minutes (Have the call records and snapshot). Finally at 11 pm had to arrange for some stuff for my kids and guy came after 11:30 pm, which i had to turn down. I am surprised that there is no email id to raise the issue to dominos management. On top of it raising complaint on dominos feedback portal, the same sector 46 dominos outlet calls back (Shortest posible call never to revert later even after a call back). Don't let such spoil your brand value.

I have ordered online pizza from Domino's. My order number 200 is dated on 05/22/2016 of an amount of 421/- on the order name Shrikrishna. I ordered pizza at 5 pm, but not received the order. I waited for 2 and half hours and then called Domino's, they said they have missed my order, as its their mistake i asked them for refund but they refusing to give instead they are saying they can deliver order a pizza but cant give my money back.
now I want my money back. I am not getting any response from Domino's, i called them many times.
Domino's is fooling their online customers .

There is no service tax on home delivery which is implied on my order apart from it I didn't receive my order even after 65 minutes and still waiting for my order which is violating your 30 minutes delivery guarantee and store also promised for 45 minutes which was not provided.
coupon of 25% was promised as I applied code TMP25 but only 20% discount applied on my bill.
Please resolve my issue

I called up regarding to reedeem a coupon in Guragon first he was not knowing anything advised to call on[protected].So, i landed calling on that number somebody transferred me to Mr. Gaurav from online sort of department.He put me on hold and knowing nothing about the coupon and advised to write an email.I asked what is the problem that you are advising to write and cant you help.Then i asked to transfer the call to Supervisor he was asking the reason what you want to speak then certainly he put me on hold and hang up.Is this the customer service Dominos is proving then online everywhere people should know this and i will do that.
No body called me back if call was disconnected to know what was the query and he was good for nothing kind of person.Honestly dont know anything how to tackle anything(no answers how you recruit these kind of people)
Then again called Abhsihek gave my number and requested for a call back from the supervisor but no one has called yet.
Can anyone help me as soon as possible please

I have placed an order with order no. 55 at dominos hinjewadi. I made the payment online. Now when i call at the outlet they are saying it cant be deleivered. Then y the hell did you accept the order and if i asked them to refund they are not ready to do that as well
They are asking me to come at their outlet, then does home delievery makes sense???
Kindly let me know how do i get a refund

Would want to communicate a horrible experience I faced with Dominos last month. When I was commuting to office on last 4-July, I met an accident on the road due to rash and wrong side driving of a Dominos delivery guy. The guy literally pushed me to the end of the road and I fell down and was bleeding badly. Also, my clothes were torn and my mobile display got broken). The store manager is still not able to answer me or identify the guy. Pizza delivery may be important for dominos, but it should not on the cost of public safety. Requesting this be escalated to the highest level authorities and do the needful

Today i visit dominos abohar punjab. Manager dominos mr sunil kumar use abuse language wid me. I bought 2 pizzas medium & two pizza burgers. My issue is buy 2 two pizza burgers wid coke free but at the time of billing not clear about conditions. I want to complaint register but manager store said ja kardo complain no need customer jo karna karlo. I am regular customer of dominos but i am not happy of bad service.

I have made a online order 504 rs and 548rs in domino's from hosur on 10.07.2016.
My amount 504 and 548 rs debited from my account, but ordered not placed.

After i am following continuously more the 20 times thro ph call and mail, one amount 504 rs only received on 14.07.16.
Then another amount 548rs still not received.
I am following continuously there is no response from their end.

I am totally disappointed.

I have order pizza at 6:44pm. But now its 8:22 and i don't recieve my order till now. So according to your 30minutes policy i should get my order for free. I supposed to offer pizza to our guests. But now its been near about two hours. And my guests aslo went. So i want my pizza for free or otherwise i will go to consumer court. Because domino's make. Me ashamed. And i also have proof. I have phone records to use as a witness.

After ordering 2 hours (7.45pm), no body has called me for the order delivery, i was waited and waited on the roads with my son, who was very very eager to have a pizza from a long time.

Want to say many thing but it waste that no body is responsible for delay.

Well I am too surprised by the rude behavior by the guys taking order over the phone!I live in Kurukshetra and these guys straight away told me that the delivery wont be possible in my area which is Sec-2. I just donot understand when there is only one Dominoz in the whole city then who will deliver it? Your services are getting worse. Every time these ppl misbehave and shout whenever i request them to deliver the order!

I ordered pizza from forum sujana mall through food panda. The order was placed at 12:57 pm. The delivery boy came to the complex at 1 35 pm but went to the wrong flat but does not agree. We were in our flat all the time. He went back without informing and the order got delayed and was finally delivered at 2: 10 pm.

Though we requested the forum sujana manager to deliver the order freely he said he will not and will rather prefer to cancel it. I am really disappointed with dominos - why do you call out the "30 minutes or free" tag line when you do not give it free and come up with lame excuses. Please look into the matter - you are misleading consumers.

I placed the order for 1 large pizza at 2146. Order no 207 / invoice no. Dp165990/2016-17/19571
The executive said it will be delivered within 1 hour, but i received the pizza by 2340.
When i asked the server why it is late he said he didnt have a phone to call me once he was in my locality so he went back to dominoz and called me from there and asked my address again but the second time when he came he had a mobile and called me and deliverd the pizza.
So i informed him that i will make a complaint regarding this he told me that you do want you want to do he has no problems.
The pizza which was delivered to me was very cold also.
