Very horrible management we use to stand for 10 min every time no one to attend and don't tell about schemes which is very difficult when customer ask for schemes they make story's every time they use to reply shortage is staff today given order again did not tell about schemes...……

Gave an order at 7:37pm and it has not yet delivered the time is 9:51pm. The same happened yesterday it was 1 hour late. And the dominos pizza is not lifting the phone.

After deducting the money these people say that the order is not successful and simply asking us to wait for seven working days and there is no reason behind for this.

Dominos should stop this kind of fraud and cheating.

I got two e-vouchers, valued Rs.200/- I followed every possible option to place order.I don't know what kind of tie up there is between axis bank and domino's. Govt.must check all these online offer's making customer's fool.My valid e-vchr.No's are as follows 1)dpymgy634596, 2)dptpgm731161)
I checked both vchrs on www.mygyftr.com and they are valid on that website. Pizza hut is little good.

Yesterday I had made an order of one large HT Mex Green @ Rs.458/- at Ferozepur Punjab Branch invoice no.DPI66964/2016.Its a home delivery order.
I have already put a complaint to Dominos Ferozepur to Manager.Its unsatisfactory and tasteless.I got pain in my stomach after had pizza slice.I want to get refund of this pizza.

I had placed order(no208 ) dated 30.7.16 inv noDPI66098/[protected]/25453 which was delivered latter than 50 mins and after 42 mins of placing the order when I called up new alipore dominos they told me that the delivery guy shall be delivered in next five mins and he shall also tell me the amount deductible from my bill for late delivery..
The guy who came to deliver the pizza tells me that I was already informed of the delay so I shall be paying him the entire amount .
later when I told him that I was told 35 mins while placing the order and latter the person whom I called again told me that the delivery boy shall tell me the amount deduction he was taken aback and told me to take the entire amount to which I refused.
My only question is why have such fake commitments which cannot be honoured with grace or why shud a customer have to go through the ordeal to get what is their right upon not fulfilling your delivery within the committed time.
The way the entire thing was handled firstly by the lady taking my second call and latter by the delivery boy was like I wanted a free pizza or would have to out wit them to claim my deduction.
My mail is not for any kind of apology call or refund or a free pizza but for a reality check for you at dominos also to bring to records such untoward incidents.
I hope I get my pizza on time next time

I made order to mention above branch of dominos, they received my order, confirm it, deduct the amount and when i called them after 35 mins they told my order has dispatched and i will get it shortly but i didn’t got my order so i called them again after 15 mins than they made an excuses that they don’t accept the order from sec. 62 noida location and disconnect the call rudely.

I have an email of order confirmation.

My order is 333 dated on 29/07/2016 on the order name saurabh. I ordered pizza at 09:03 pm, but not received on this date. I waited for 2and half hours. And now I money back. I am not getting any response from Store manager also. I need my money back in my account. I called for store manager about 7 times but didn't get resolution.

Hi, i have ordered the pizza today with order no 368 from jyoti colony branch delhi and get a fully crushed and pressed pizza under the box. this is the third time i am complaining about your service and still feels nothing happens this time also. its a shame for international brand like dominos for regularly neglecting the customer complaints and do nothing about it. now i have to think thrice before taking services from brand like yours who give a dam about your customer and his complaints.

I have done payment thru Payu for Dominos via credit card online, still order has not been placed.

Also, customer care no 68886888 is not connecting as mobile operator is saying no. is not valid. Pathetic service.

These people don't have any systems in place and why should we pay so much to these people & govt. taxes for this kind of service.

I will never order from Dominos and avoid any future payments thru Payu money.

Worst onlie ordering - dont go for dominos online

First of all the site does not work with internet explorer

And the 300 rupees delivery limit is not applicable for pizza mania pizzas... until they take money of 380 rupees from your pocket they will not deliver

Do not purchase dominos online gift voucher

E-vouchers are not free coupon codes. we pay our payback points which ideally is equal to cash and purchase e-vouchers.

They will not allow more than one e-voucher to choose.. if you have purchased 5 x 100 e vouchers of dominos pizza, they are forcing you to use it for 5 times and you cannot use all of them together. for example, if you make an order of 300, you still can use only one voucher of rs.100 and have to pay 200 in cash.

Worst i have ever seen.

And when you use e-voucher (which is equal to cash) they dont allow you to use other offer coupons.

Some people are planning the online website for dominos and they are trying to fool the customers to rip the customers money. they are not only making money through pizzas but also by cheating customers through their online website.

Please note evoucher failed transactions cannot be refunded. so you lost the money.

I had ordered for 2 regular pizzas and a coke. First of the pizzas came late it took 45 mins for order to come and then there was no coke the delivery guy had forgot to bring the coke. I had made full bill payment in cash as he told he will get my coke in 10 mins. It has been half an hour now i havnt received my coke. The pizzas are cold by now and not worth eating. I am not going to order again from dominos. Pathetic service! It is not the first time i am facing issues... Even last time on online order the store called and told we wont deliver to your address. The store was choosen automaticallly by dominos server and not by me. Even that i had made payment through netbanking after struggling and fighting for 2 hours i got my order. Eating dominos pizza is a pure joy but ordering dominos for home delivery is a pain not worth of that joy. Thanks

Had ordered pizza on 6th July. Order number 152 worth 382 rs.. had to pay 282 cash on delivery after applying evoucher.
We received a wrong pizza that too after 2 hrs. I returned it without money .

Now I want my 100 rs worth evoucher back. Please provide that. I have trigged chain mails to dominos support I'd but received no response.

1st the deliver boy came too late, but considering it was buy 1 get 1 day, we can understand. But he was rude and spoke harshly. Which is not acceptable

2nd, the pizza delivered were worthless. We ordered chef's chicken and chicken lovers, and both were smaller then the normal medium size pizza.
Moreover there was no cheese at all in cheese burst crust!
That was unacceptable considering the time taken to prepare it

We are highly dissappointed n you can understand this from the fact that 3 girls after eating 2 medium size were still completely hungry! When we 3 used to be full in 1 pizza itself.
Utterly unsatisfactory service. Please stop cheating us in the name of offers or whatever.
Stop giving offers, if you can't live upto ur quality quantity n our expectations

1. Manager has the audacity to say to never order pizza from domino's again to a loyal customer from more than 12 years.
2. Manager was extremely rude.
3. Even after spoiling pizza and promising to send a fresh one next time, asking for more money for the replacement pizza. Also turning back on his words about looking up into the issue. (Also referring to a pizza completely paid for a "free pizza" is offensive as the manager is treating us like a free-pizza-monger instead of refunding our amount or rectifying the issue)
4. Moreover threatened to not take into account any complaints from my number this time forth.
5. Manager also asked us to eat the spoilt pizza whose photo is attached with the complain.

Hi i would like to share my experience with domino's (mumbra) it's been 5 days i'm trying to place order with domino's but it always shows as "selected restaurant is offline" when i try to call domino's they never pickup calls when tried calling manager he always gives an excuse saying that the net is not working in store, i never expected this from domino's that since 5 days no-one is able to place orders that is ridiculous and the worst customer service ever.
Kindly have a look into this.

" i have a complaint for the offer 'only for u buy one get one pizza ' i got this offer and i order for 3 pizzas but they are giving me 4 pizzas saying that' u will get one pizza free with one and other you have to pay ' but i confirmed to other outley (Pizza store) they are giving 6 pizza in this order for 3 pizza i. E in orderind 3 pizza i an getting 6, so there must be some threat in the store.

I had made a mobile order for pizza delivery in meeurt on 15th july.2016, the payment was debited from my bank account and received a confirmation message from dominos order no 69, but the order was not delivered to us and after some time we received the call that the order was cancelled as they cannot deliver the order at my home location, but previously i had received the on the same location, they told me that the money will be returned within 3 working days, but still after 10 days i did not received my payment back, i had made a online complaint on dominos website no: "your guest feedback reference id is: 1505386" on 20th july.2016, but did not received any feedback from them.

Kindly help me out to get my payment back...

Its a pick up order they give my order after 45 min and I place order of 5 classic bug but they don't give me free coke according to a running offer. And all burger is worst in taste.. Because its not cook properly. I so disappointed from dominos... After all this I through my order in dust bin...
