I have ordered pizza from, Pai Layout branch located in Bangalore
i called up to the out let and placed the order and then waited up to an hour waiting for the food to arrive, all hunger
when called the outlet asking them my order status, they keep telling me that my order is on the way from past 2 hours, then it was too late, so called up again by the time it was 11:30pm in the night and then after speaking to the manager (Sunil)-...

I have ordered one medium size pizza for which my order no. was 383. i also got the confirmation call at 9 p.m. but i have not received my pizza.Also there was offer of 1+1 so i should get 2 pizzas. But i have not received my pizza neither i have got any call from the restraunt. i have called 3 times but nobody picked the call and my balance got wasted.
i want my 2 pizzas + my balance of 50 rs....

I have ordered medium size cheese burst pizza on 11th march at 6.40pm. Its saying that no order has been placed but the amount of Rs.662 has been deducted from SBI through e banking. For your concern here are the details:

When we select Pizza, at that moment the price is different & when we add the same Pizza in the cart the price increases.

& that too the reciept says that 0 tax has been added.

Why there is no delivery of pizza in taloja phase-1.It is just behind kharghar hardly it takes 10 minutes to come from kharghar.this node is developed. Lots of people are staying here....

I m regular customer of domino's pizza Rajkot Kalawad Road branch. I have always one order fix one stuffed garlic bread on cheeze deep one choco lava cake fro my kid sometimes order conform nd sometime not last seturday i had this combo order Saturday order take and today i order same thing Mr Ajeet As A manager give me rude reply nd say NO we dont provided .i m regular customer as i m saying before in month i had order 3 to 4 time bt this...

I placed a order on dominoes on 9th of March, My order no was 137,
I placed the order for Farmhouse with cheese burst at exactly 9pm,
I got delivery at 10:50 pm
And also quality of pizza was extremely horrible, it was completely cold and ultimately we have to throw it away in the dustbin
This was not at all acceptable from company like dominoes operating under jubiliant food.
Also I have to spent atleast...

i am here to complaint regards of DOMINOS KAUSHAMBI because they commited us to delivered within 30 minutes ut it is gonna be 48 min and still not received and when i called to customer care (PRIYANKA) then she dint even replied me in a proper manner....

I ordered online food and 1 coke. My food was delivered on time but no coke was delivered. Before we couldn question the delivery guy he ran away. Now people are telling me that dominos has a habit of minting extra money from online orders by now delivering all items especially on orders after 10:30 pm. As restaurant close at 11 pm and very few people take the initiative to launch a complaint.
This was not expected from Domino's....

I was trying to place an order using my phone From Dwarka Delhi but Domino's APP malfunctioned and placed the Order to Rajkot Gujrat.(While placing order i never asked to choose a branch)I call to Customer service number[protected] and they confirmed me the APP is having some issue now days, Finally Dominos took my money and asked me wait for 1 week to get my money back. and left me and my family hungry. executive was very rude not let...

Very poor pathetic service.. Disgusting rude staff.. these kind of outlets need to be shut down and deserves a negative rating...

Ordered a combo of veg singles pizza mania. Delivery took more than 30 mins. I claimed for 30 mins or free guarantee [ link : http://www.dominos.co.in/hot-pizza-30-minutes-delivery-guarantee-at-dominos-get-pizza-hot ]. The person says out of delivery area. I spoke with the person, he gave the call to some other lady and she later gave it to a person and he was damn rude. He is supposed to inform while taking the order that guarantee is not...

I had been to Dominos Pizza at InOrbit mall, Vadodara, Gujarat and when they told me that they charge 20.8% tax which includes VAT and service tax both. I am not in the favour of paying service tax as they provided me material and not service. I know there are things on which government has allowed to charge dual taxes but I am not convinced here. Also to my surprise next counter which also sells similar product charged only single tax. So...

Yesterday i ordered pizza at your Main Road, Ranchi branch. As i ws having coupon code for free chocolava cake, your employee simply denied for the offer saying that they can't provide such offer.
Along with this, there is gradual degradation in pizza quality of your Lalpur Branch, Ranchi.
Kindly look after it for sake of your goodwill...

1.The bell paper was not fresh. when I asked to the employee she said that the bell paper was burned in the oven.

2.And for change she said just have your order and we will right back with your change and she does not come to give it.
I have to asked for the change....
