On 15th March 2016, 7:20PM Indian Standard Time. I ordered a pizza using Dominos mobile app, on the payment page I selected paytm wallet. Somehow money deducted from paytm but order was not placed successfully. I also did not get any reversal for the same into my paytm wallet.

I am a regular dominos customer.
I had ordered CHEESE & BBQ CHICKEN on 14 march, but as soon as i tookout the first piece ants started coming out of the pizza. I was not able to figure out whether they came out of the pizza or the pizza box.

I was not able to complain this thing on 14 march so i am writing it today.

Please make sure this doesn't happen again.

I have bought dominos e voucher and its not working at all .. When i used the dominos e voucher of rs 500 .. I got email from dominos that my order is decline and my code will be reactivated after 1 hr .. After 1 hr i tried to use this code its says invalid code enter ... Dominos is not answering me properly ... They are fake !!

I tried to order pizza on 12-march-2016 (Saturday) at 10:40pm through net banking. I didn't receive any confirmation message for the order, but the amount for pizza Rs.439 has debited from my account. Kindly, please refund my money.

Plastic(Similar thin plastic used for packing cheese) content we found in our cheese burst Dominos pizza. Even my wife swallowed small piece and have to vomit out forcefully to avoid chocking.
We complained and store manager is offering free pizza instead of commiting value checks for further.
Surely this was our last Pizza from Dominos and will not face towards Dominos across globe for Pizza.

I ordered my pizzas through mobile app and entered my address as Potheri, VGN southern avenue.I got a call from M.M Nagar store of dominos(person name was RajKumar), he said that we don't deliver pizzas in Potheri and he even asked me to cancel my order, so I did it.Although, I received many deliveries here in Potheri but this time I felt disappointed.
The mobile number is attached from whom(Mr. Rajkumar) I got call for the cancellation for my pizzas.

I had placed an order online for an amount of Rs 522 on february 24, 2016 (time of order 9.17 pm, order no:66).
However ten minutes later recieved a call from the local dominoes outlet(OMR thuraipakkam), informing that my order can not go through as the outlet does not deliver in my area. They offered to cancel my existing order from their end and asked me to place a fresh order. Shortly, i recieved a cancellation confirmation through...

I ordered two pizza on 11th Feb 2016 from dominos and paid through PayTM. PayTM says transaction was successful but didn't receive any confirmation or pizza from dominos. I also recived the bill desk bill pay receipt copy from PayTM with transaction number. Please review on this concern and refund my money. Transaction id is [protected]. I ordered 2:59 PM. But pizza came after 1: 10 min. Why should I pay for cold pizza. If I am not getting your response. I will go for legal advice.

I ordered pizza from dominos website on 11th March 2016 at 21:00 hrs (Order no. 414). The order was confirmed by them immediately. Dominos deliver pizza in 30 minutes as per their company policy. I waited for my order for 2.15 hrs till 23:15. I never received any update. finally I called them for the status of my order, they replied that they have missed the order and cannot deliver. I asked them why they didn't inform me beforehand so that I can plan my dinner accordingly. They were unable to provide any satisfactory answer.
This was a mess created by dominos team at sector 4 location Gurgaon. I just want to know if you are unable to deliver the services then why you take the orders. It was pathetic experience.

On 9th march, I booked a pizza online and payment through paytm with transction ID FPT[protected].
But ordered not confirmed by your side. The amount was paid Rs. 422.
Please help me for this refund problem.

Yesterday I ordered 2 pizzas and made payment online. After payment didn't receive any order no not even pizza. Tried to call customer care many times but every time they put the phone on hold. Till now they didn't acknowledge and don't know how can I get back my money.

Hi I'm putting in a complaint about my order, I ordered on the 12th of March at around 6.15 for a delivering, I ordered from the Southport store on the goldcoast online, a garlic bread, coke and lava cake for 9.95 and the 10 box of oven roasted chicken no sauce for 12.95 also a extra lava cake, I asked for chicken wings only as I find the drumsticks to be to dry. When my order came there was only 9 pieces of chicken and they were all drumsticks, I rang the store as the driver had already left, I spoke to the manager Marcus and he asked me if I wanted a store credit I said no as that was my dinner he says oh well we are busy, so what was I suppose to do just eat my garlic bread and pudding because it was raining that's why I got delivery he he actually laughed laughed at me on the phone and then when I told him I wrote on my online order for the wings hebsays to me they all taste the same, I found him to be very rude. He says OK I'll get it to u and hung the phone up on me that was at 7 PM when I called him it's now 8.35 and still waiting, I have been ordering this same meal for years now as i don't eat pizza but after they way I was spoken to I.ll start ordering from the Italian joint around the corner which is closer to me than dominoes

I have ordered pizza from, Pai Layout branch located in Bangalore
i called up to the out let and placed the order and then waited up to an hour waiting for the food to arrive, all hunger
when called the outlet asking them my order status, they keep telling me that my order is on the way from past 2 hours, then it was too late, so called up again by the time it was 11:30pm in the night and then after speaking to the manager (Sunil)- thats what he told his name was..) we got to know that they haven't took any order and completely denied of receiving any order, and for the past 2 and half hours we kept waiting, starving... and when asked what shall we do now, they said that the store is closed we cannot do anything.
and now there is nowhere i can get food according to our situation

I have ordered one medium size pizza for which my order no. was 383. i also got the confirmation call at 9 p.m. but i have not received my pizza.Also there was offer of 1+1 so i should get 2 pizzas. But i have not received my pizza neither i have got any call from the restraunt. i have called 3 times but nobody picked the call and my balance got wasted.
i want my 2 pizzas + my balance of 50 rs.

When we select Pizza, at that moment the price is different & when we add the same Pizza in the cart the price increases.

& that too the reciept says that 0 tax has been added.

Why there is no delivery of pizza in taloja phase-1.It is just behind kharghar hardly it takes 10 minutes to come from kharghar.this node is developed. Lots of people are staying here.

I m regular customer of domino's pizza Rajkot Kalawad Road branch. I have always one order fix one stuffed garlic bread on cheeze deep one choco lava cake fro my kid sometimes order conform nd sometime not last seturday i had this combo order Saturday order take and today i order same thing Mr Ajeet As A manager give me rude reply nd say NO we dont provided .i m regular customer as i m saying before in month i had order 3 to 4 time bt this type of rude behavior i think its bad imression for domino . what can i do for this . Such rude staff not good i have a kid he is a dam crazy for domino's pizza bt ab nahi ...
