Hi Team,

I have ordered a regular pizza on 15th feb 2016 from kanakpura center, bangalore and my mobile number is [protected].

As it is promised by Dominos that delivery will be in 30 minutes else money will be refunded.

I paid online for the order number 87. Guy was late and I requested for refund. Instead of money refund they started bargaining and said 300+ will be refunded with 7 working days....

We got our order after waiting for half an hour. But it was of very low quality.Pizza and garlic bread stick tasted like peapared long time back and served to us. And re-served food was also half cooked. We gave an order at 10:43, received first serve around 11:15. And re-served again around 11:40. We were rushed to eat as it was almost reaching closing time. We are really unhappy with the customer service....

Very rude behavior by disconnecting the enquiry calls and cancelling the order without consulting with customer. Amount has already been charged and not reversed...

Respected sir, dis is vinay mob no - [protected], today i order a double combo pizza with pan base but the base of pizza's is not so good as well as capsicum quantity is less, ...sir your customer promise is your services this harm ur name as well as ur qwality and costumer trust so please look this side and give a stisfactory answer

While placing order by e voucher on dominos app my order got failed due to some technical glitches. After that my order was not placed. I m unable to use that e voucher again fir any order on dominos. I totally lost my 500 INR e voucher just because of that technical glitches. It is the responsibility of Domino's to reactivate that e voucher or give a new e voucher of the same value that was lost. Check screenshot.
Kindly do the needful...

I am in Shakti Nagar Delhi-110007. the quality of pizza is very very poor. no cheese, no thickness, no quality, in double cheese pan base . and the behaviour
of manager is very very bad and misbehaved .

Today places an order with an offer buy 1 get 1 free pizza large but received only 1 pizza. On making complaint to Kashipur udham Singh nagar uttralhand Dominos pizza outlet, received a wage answer that no such scheme is running todAy ie on 4th March 2016. I tried today tell the manager that we have received an offer sms today. he refused and talked in a very bad language. such type of abusive language is not acceptable from a reputed company....

Pizza was not packed properly. All cheese and other toppings were disturbed. Moreover pizza was not delivered hot as if it was a standby pizza...

Had ordered from dominos Burdwan on 15th february dor an amount of 652 rupees. They could not deliver as they were out of stock. I have'nt received my refund baxk. I had paid through debit card....

I jst now call dominos and the lst order is 11pm. i called up at 10.54. The guy on phone didnt speak for a while and keep on saying hello hello. I cant hear you. And he did this till 10.57. After again i redialled but no one picked the phone. THIS SHOWS THEY AFRAID TO TAKE ORDER AS ITS THERE CLOSING TIME. PISSED OFF...

I placed my order on Yesterday Night at 9:50 pm to the Nearest Pizza outlet situated at Shop No 8 To 11, 400 Bethlehem Apartment, S V P Road, Borivali West, Mumbai - 400103, Near Bhagwati Hospital.
But they doesn't delivered my order till 11.30 PM after that i called back him to confirm that why the pizza is not delivered to me but thay doesn't responced my call.
it is the service for which the Dominoz...

On 26th Feb, 2016, I tried to order pizza online and tried to make payment via paytm. Money was deducted but no order was taken. Please refund my money back asap.

I m vipin jangid. I placed an order with ballabgarh branch of domino's order no 209 on 28/2/2016. I made payment using my paytm wallet BT I did not get my cash back

Kinldy look into the matter and credit my cash back as soon as possible...

I ordered pizza from Ramagondanhalli restaurant, bangalore amounting Rs 475 by Paytm. Amount was deducted but order was not paid. In paytm, transaction for order ID: FPT[protected] is successful indicating that paytm has done successful transaction to dominos but due to some error on Dominos side, order was never placed. Now paytm is asking to check with dominos.

Despite writing name RAHUL BAJPAYI while ordering how the name Shweta appeared on the bill. This cause lot of issue with my land lord. I want name of the person who printed it and written apology from dominos in this regard. If same is not happened it may force me to take different action....

I have purchased 2 E- voucher worth Rs 1000 each but I couldn't able to redeem it online it shows "the voucher has already redeemed once" and when I called to customer care number they ask the E- voucher code to see the validity (how they could ask the voucher code to some one which is so confidential? ) and when I asked to talk to a higher authority they are not able to connect my call. Please help, I want my money back....

I made an order from mobile portal for 3 pizza cost of 1500 rs, amount deducted but no confirmation msg received no pizza delivered. What the msg "test".. On the page load...

I had ordered 2 chicken delight cheese burst pizza from kundalahalli store and bill no. is 176... the pizza had barely chicken pieces and the crust was so hard despite being cheese burst. Also it took 1 hour for delivery... though they called and informed. But as it is they don't stick to 30 mins delivery time and then again souch time...pathetic...
