I was trying to place an order for Dominos pizza online on their website at 9/march/2016.
But due to some reasons order did't pushed into the kitchen.
Please refund the money of following failed transaction.

i am here to complaint regards of DOMINOS KAUSHAMBI because they commited us to delivered within 30 minutes ut it is gonna be 48 min and still not received and when i called to customer care (PRIYANKA) then she dint even replied me in a proper manner.

I ordered online food and 1 coke. My food was delivered on time but no coke was delivered. Before we couldn question the delivery guy he ran away. Now people are telling me that dominos has a habit of minting extra money from online orders by now delivering all items especially on orders after 10:30 pm. As restaurant close at 11 pm and very few people take the initiative to launch a complaint.
This was not expected from Domino's. For just Rs 45.83/- Domios will stoop down to such a level. We will put it on social media the receipt received which shows we have been charged for the coke. This will aware people not to order from Domino's.

Dear sir, I have ordered dominos pizza using Dominos app and payment was made through e gift voucher but my order was failed due to your server issue now when I am again ordering using same e gift voucher it shows invalid voucher. please help on same.

I was trying to place an order using my phone From Dwarka Delhi but Domino's APP malfunctioned and placed the Order to Rajkot Gujrat.(While placing order i never asked to choose a branch)I call to Customer service number[protected] and they confirmed me the APP is having some issue now days, Finally Dominos took my money and asked me wait for 1 week to get my money back. and left me and my family hungry. executive was very rude not let me even speak. they were saying what ever they had to say. didn't listen to me. After transferring me from here to there they gave me a number of senior manager named Mr Goutom, His number was [protected], I called him 3 or 4 times, Finally he answered my call i explained all the things to him but at last he gave me same answare that they can't help and you have to place an another order as of i explained that i have no money left in my pocket. All i had was you took off and He left me in same place and said they can't help.

This is Dominos APP who was not working fine, So why should customer suffer. Why Domino's is accepting fake orders if their AAP is not working.
They guys just accepting fake order collecting lots of money from customers and return after using it for a week. i am feeling like scammed and still hungry with my family.

Very poor pathetic service.. Disgusting rude staff.. these kind of outlets need to be shut down and deserves a negative rating

Ordered a combo of veg singles pizza mania. Delivery took more than 30 mins. I spoke with the person, he gave the call to some other lady and she later gave it to a person and he was damn rude. He is supposed to inform while taking the order that guarantee is not applicable which he clearly didn't inform. Is this the kind of service domino's India provide.

I had been to Dominos Pizza at InOrbit mall, Vadodara, Gujarat and when they told me that they charge 20.8% tax which includes VAT and service tax both. I am not in the favour of paying service tax as they provided me material and not service. I know there are things on which government has allowed to charge dual taxes but I am not convinced here. Also to my surprise next counter which also sells similar product charged only single tax. So either of them is wrong. Also when questioned to staff of Dominos why they charge dual tax, they told me to enquie on TIN no provided on invoice, how can anyone enquire about taxes they charge from TIN no.? I have invoice copies of both counter. Can anyone help me for procedure to enquire, who is charging on correct manner.

Yesterday i ordered pizza at your Main Road, Ranchi branch. As i ws having coupon code for free chocolava cake, your employee simply denied for the offer saying that they can't provide such offer.
Along with this, there is gradual degradation in pizza quality of your Lalpur Branch, Ranchi.
Kindly look after it for sake of your goodwill

1.The bell paper was not fresh. when I asked to the employee she said that the bell paper was burned in the oven.

2.And for change she said just have your order and we will right back with your change and she does not come to give it.
I have to asked for the change.

I am Richa sharma I have recently placed a order @ sector 4 gurgaon dominos, but order did not delivered to us, when we called up to your outlet they said that we have not placed any of order, I placed it at 10.30pm medium peppy pa neer pizza rs 407 after corporate discount..I called up at 11pm again once we did not get it.your people talked very rudely name is sanjay singh manager Emp I'd 645782, we are highly disappointed from your this type of service, it was our dinner and eventually we cudnt have dinner...we are gonna complain it to consumer forum too..kindly look in to the matter and pay the penalty of doing this..We are like highly disappointed. ..pathetic is a small word for you. Take the corrective action against it..You are making your customers fool..If you had denied to take order we would have ordered some other place..

I am from Pune, I placed my order on 6 Mar 2016. I make a payment from my account Rs.405 was debited to MUMBAI at Dominos, but my order was not placed. How I get my money back please help me.

I have received a sms from dominoz that hurry!Last day to redeem ur dominos special offer;buy 1 pizza & get 1 free.Call 68886888/orderonline/mobile @dominos.Co.In cpn: crmae4fb7feb vld till 06mar.T&c...When i called to our nearest pizza shop at solan they told ur sms is fake and not ready to give offer...I have waste my 1 hr. I m very much disappointed with attitude of staff.

I ordered 2 pizzas on 5 March 2016, and I payed amount through net banking but order not booked and neither refunded amount.

I have ordered a regular pizza on 15th feb 2016 from kanakpura center, bangalore and my mobile number is [protected].

As it is promised by Dominos that delivery will be in 30 minutes else money will be refunded.

I paid online for the order number 87. Guy was late and I requested for refund. Instead of money refund they started bargaining and said 300+ will be refunded with 7 working days. I called many times and u may check call logs, but every time statements are same.. it is under process with finance.

May I know is your finance is bigger than world bank??
May I know the reason of this harassment??
May I know why late delivered??
may I know instead of resolving issues why guys are in sleepy mode till now??
May I know how many more 7 working days are required to resolve the issue??

Am I getting punished as I paid online

We got our order after waiting for half an hour. But it was of very low quality.Pizza and garlic bread stick tasted like peapared long time back and served to us. And re-served food was also half cooked. We gave an order at 10:43, received first serve around 11:15. And re-served again around 11:40. We were rushed to eat as it was almost reaching closing time. We are really unhappy with the customer service.

Very rude behavior by disconnecting the enquiry calls and cancelling the order without consulting with customer. Amount has already been charged and not reversed

The pizza quality was the lowest i have ever ate
No chesse for cheese burst
No butter on garlic bread

Delivery was done in 1 hour

Seriously i am thinking to quit dominos

Even i tried to talk with staff and they told me that they can do nothing .They argued

Please look into the matter

Respected sir, dis is vinay mob no - [protected], today i order a double combo pizza with pan base but the base of pizza's is not so good as well as capsicum quantity is less, ...sir your customer promise is your services this harm ur name as well as ur qwality and costumer trust so please look this side and give a stisfactory answer

While placing order by e voucher on dominos app my order got failed due to some technical glitches. After that my order was not placed. I m unable to use that e voucher again fir any order on dominos. I totally lost my 500 INR e voucher just because of that technical glitches. It is the responsibility of Domino's to reactivate that e voucher or give a new e voucher of the same value that was lost. Check screenshot.
Kindly do the needful ASAP.
