I jst now call dominos and the lst order is 11pm. i called up at 10.54. The guy on phone didnt speak for a while and keep on saying hello hello. I cant hear you. And he did this till 10.57. After again i redialled but no one picked the phone. THIS SHOWS THEY AFRAID TO TAKE ORDER AS ITS THERE CLOSING TIME. PISSED OFF

    Dear Sir

    I placed my order on Yesterday Night at 9:50 pm to the Nearest Pizza outlet situated at Shop No 8 To 11, 400 Bethlehem Apartment, S V P Road, Borivali West, Mumbai - 400103, Near Bhagwati Hospital.
    But they doesn't delivered my order till 11.30 PM after that i called back him to confirm that why the pizza is not delivered to me but thay doesn't responced my call.
    it is the service for which the Dominoz is known.

          I ordered pizza from Ramagondanhalli restaurant, bangalore amounting Rs 475 by Paytm. Amount was deducted but order was not paid. In paytm, transaction for order ID: FPT[protected] is successful indicating that paytm has done successful transaction to dominos but due to some error on Dominos side, order was never placed. Now paytm is asking to check with dominos.
          Attached is snapshot. Kindly check and do the needful.

            I ordered Pizza on 28/02/2016. My contact no. is [protected].
            Despite writing name RAHUL BAJPAYI while ordering how the name Shweta appeared on the bill. This cause lot of issue with my land lord. I want name of the person who printed it and written apology from dominos in this regard. If same is not happened it may force me to take different action.

              I have purchased 2 E- voucher worth Rs 1000 each but I couldn't able to redeem it online it shows "the voucher has already redeemed once" and when I called to customer care number they ask the E- voucher code to see the validity (how they could ask the voucher code to some one which is so confidential? ) and when I asked to talk to a higher authority they are not able to connect my call. Please help, I want my money back.

              My family has visited with the E- voucher to Dominos jagamar, khandagiri, Bhubaneswar outlet they tried to redeem the E-voucher of Rs 2000 at the outlet and there they could not (the cashier replied that due to the network error they could not able to redeem) and after that I am not able to redeem it online it showing the voucher is already been redeemed once. I purchased it in 17 February 2016 so it is valid today also. Please help I want my money back.
              It's going to be a week I complained in consumer forum and still my issue has not yet been resolved. Please help for the above mentioned.

                    I had ordered 2 chicken delight cheese burst pizza from kundalahalli store and bill no. is 176... the pizza had barely chicken pieces and the crust was so hard despite being cheese burst. Also it took 1 hour for delivery... though they called and informed. But as it is they don't stick to 30 mins delivery time and then again souch time...pathetic

                      We order a pizza from dominos, white field road, ramagondanahalli, bangalore.

                      The pizza came late. But we already paid online while ordering.

                      The delivery person told us that on my next order they will give rs. 300/- discount.

                      But just after an hour, when we called them to order another pizza, they told us that they can't give rs.300/- discount on a single order and asked us to order 2 nos pizzas to avail the discount. But, earlier, we observed that, when we order through cash on delivery, they adjust the discount for late delivery, at the spot itself. I felt like being cheated and not feeling like to order again from dominos.

                      This reflects very bad on the image of your company
                      And i hope that you will take the matter seriously.

                        Responsible Outlet: Domino's Sector-4, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075

                        Description:

                        In reference to Sector-4 Dwarka, New Delhi-110075 branch. I ordered pizzas yesterday at 9:08 PM as depicted in the attached image. After 10 minutes I got a call informing me that it would take 1 hour and 30 minutes to deliver the order. After that I tried calling back on that number but that person kept on rejecting my call.

                        So after 10 minutes, I connected to the concerned outlet and they said that I will receive my order in 1 hour. After waiting for 1 hour, I again connected to the outlet and they said that my order has been dispatched and will be delivered in 5 minutes. But I didn't receive my order.

                        After my previous call I again connected to the outlet after 30 minutes, and after enquiring about my order, the person at the phone said I will receive the order within 10 minutes. So I just asked again if I will really receive the order, that person said “ok thank you” and disconnected the call.

                        Now trying to connect at 11 PM, I was informed by the computerized message that no orders can be placed after 11 PM and hence I couldn't connect to the outlet. AND I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE ORDER TILL THE END OF THE DAY!
                        Next morning I got a call from dominos asking “If I had cancelled my order?”

                        Cancelled my order? I was actually waiting for it. This simply implies that the people at Sector-4 Dwarka outlet had cancelled the order themselves. So they simply cancelled my order without informing me.

                        Now this is highly disappointing. First you make a person wait for hours, then you cancel the order and not even inform about it. You don't even respond properly to the queries of the customer but rather keep making false promises. If you can't deliver the order, forget about delivering on time, you should simply inform the customer on time, so that your customers can actually look out for other options.

                        And this is not the first time that I have faced such a problem. Previously also I have received my order very late, even on non-offer days. But this particular instance is the worst of all.

                        This is highly disappointing. I'm not going to recommend this particular outlet to anyone. This is not the kind of service your customers expect to receive from such a big franchise.

                        If you can't deliver, then inform your customers about. Don't make them wait for hours. And at least learn to be honest. Stop telling these lies that your order has been dispatched or will be sent in another 10 minutes.

                        And if you really feel sorry for this event, try to bring a resolution for all the inconvenience caused to the customer.

                            Dominoz Pizza India is collecting excess VAT by calculating VAT on service tax also. VAT is something which has to be calculated upon only consumables. As you can see the attached image of a bill which is of a recent visit to Dominos Pizza, Bagh Amberpet, Hyderabad

                            The consumables amount is 858.03 which includes 810 for Pizzas ans 48.03 for the soft drink. Now since service tax can be calculated only on pizza costs, the service tax which is 14.5% on 40% of the bill translated to 5.8% of the total bill. So 5.8% on 810 which is only the pizza cost comes to 46.98. Now VAT has to be calculated upon 858.03 which comes to 124.41 but instead Dominos is calculating VAT on consumables+service tax. So its calculating VAT on 858.03(Consumables)+46.98(Service Tax) =905.01 which is illegal. This way VAT comes to 131.23. They are pocketing the difference of Rs. 6.82 without customers raising a doubt. Consumers don't see the calculation as they believe a computer bill to be 100% correct.

                                I placed my order #[protected]@21:05 on 26.Feb.2016 online for Meenakshi Mall, Bangalore Center and made pre payment. But even after repetitive follow up order was not delivered until 22:25. Executive by name Lavanya first offered me free Pizza in lieu of delay but I insisted to talk to manager who was very rude and refused to talk to me as a result I told to cancel the order. I was informed that my order is cancelled but I didn't get any message and she refused to give any reference number and told that I will get SMS in 15 mins about cancellation which I never got. In the process, it was 23:00 and then no one picked my phone.

                                I was kind of regular Dominos customer but NOT ANY MORE. Can you confirm if my order is really cancelled as online also I am not finding my order status as cancel???

                                Refund my order amount ASAP.

                                  I ordered a medium pizza with garlic bread &dip 4m dominos sector 29 online under 1 +1 offer on 26 feb 2016 at 21:59. I was constantly following up online and thru phone but no response. I went at the outlet and Mr Sunil-manager behaved unappropiately telling that it can take upto 2 hours also as it is 1+1 deal. When i asked him further what is the 30 mins for he said aap pizza free main le jaye aur yahan se jaye "What u guys think r v here to take free treats i[censored] dun hav capacity to run a scheme then why on earth do you run them . How shameful is that for an company like this who cant even fulfil what they commit including having the worst on ground staff. I m also posting the picture of the gentleman who behaved unprofessionally. Hope you can look into this.

                                  i booked my pizza and amount was detucted from my account...but i have not received any kind of confirmation regarding my booking... I spoke to satish and Rakesk from jayanagar branch... he wasnt helpful in resolving my issue

                                      Hi Placed a order with order no. 186, which was delivered after 40 minutes, When i asked for the 30 minutes service delivery guarantee the delivery boy denied saying the store is denying for the same. The store manager manager then educated me thats its not aplicable today and its mentioned on the website. I showed all the pages on the website to the delivery boy and it was no where mentioned and even he failed to show me where it was mentioned. ON WHICH AFTER WAITING FOR ANOTHER 20 MINUTES AND FRUSTRATED WITH THE KIND OF SERVICES I RECEIVED I RETURNED THE ORDER UNSATISFIED. The worst case was the delivery boys rude behaviour as in when i asked his name he arrogantly denied cross questining me that why do i need his name on to which again to avoid any kind of bad experience i said ok am sorry if i asked for your name i appologise. Once the delivery boy went back i called the store and spoke to the manager Mandeep negi who again failed to show me as in where its mentioned on the website that the 30 minutes service guarentee is not applicable today. I asked him to share his email address so that I can send in the screen shot of all the pages of the order process to confirm the same. Which again was denied and then when i asked him to send me the screen shot from his end he again denied. I also mentioned him about the rude behaviour of his delivery boy not to share his name and rather cross question me on the same which again the manager shaelessly entirely ignored and left me with no resolution. After strugling with dominos for almost 1 hour and 15 minutes i still dint had a pizza to eat as i dint eat anything since morning and was badly starving. THUS ORDERED A GOOD PIZZA from pizza hut which was good to taste, quick with dekivery and at the best customer service and delightfull experience

                                      This is my worst ever experience with dominos and for sure not going to come back to u guys and for sure will publish this on social website so that others can not be made fool as like i was made.

                                      Also going to write to dominos USA and UK on the same.

                                        We are the reputed employees of Robinhood Insurance Broker Pvt. Ltd. On 26th February 2016, We ordered 1 Pizza, Cheeseburst Margreeta Double Cheese with Base Full of Cheese, Our Pizza was delivered after 1 Hrs and it was not the same as delivered . I raised the issue in front of your delivery boy Mr. Rahul, He also agree me o the same, The Pizza delivered to us was Cheeseburst Margreeta, Single cheese with no cheese filler, Mr. Rahul passed his senior no. [protected] .
                                        Mr. Bhushan & Mr. kunal respond to us very rudely and not ready to listen our problem . I think it was one of the bad experience of our organisation to deal with you people . Later on after 45 Minutes 1 Pizza delivered to us a new one but 1 was the same, which had been consumed by us . Please look into the matter on serious note and do the needful .
