An amount of INR 630 was deducted from my paytm wallet towards "BILLDESK" for an order from domino's pizza and the order wasn't acknowledged by the latter, and hence didn't get the pizza. The reference number is #EPT[protected]. As if not getting the pizza wasn't bad enough, a refund wasn't processed immediately or at least, intimated. I expect a refund as quick as possible.

I ordered yesterday and imy cheese dip with garlic dip was open not even sealed. And i didn't evn got the seasonings and chili flakes, also the zingy parcel which i ordered was not at all fresh, it ws sour n tasted like rotten.wht kind of a service is this. Its better to order pizzas frm pizza hut rather dan dominos. Highly disappointed.

Quality of Domino's is world class, no question on it. But when it comes to Burdwan Domino's hub (Bhardhaman Arcade, B.b. Ghosh Road Burdwan West Bangal-713101) they served worst quality. They cannot know what is Cheese Burst and what is normal. No different between those two types. I am a regular customer of Burdwan Domino's hub (Bhardhaman Arcade) but every time I placed order and I disappointed. In Kolkata or other city they served very well quantity of cheese, but in Burdwan it is just like a dream, you spend money on Cheese Burst, but it comes like normal pizza. Last order that I have made, it was worst. I have attached it's order confirmation copy from my mail ID. It has very minimum quantity of cheese and it comes after 60 min after my order placing and it was cold. In other city the price rate is same then why in Burdwan City it serve worst quality in same price? Think about it other wise many customer will looking for it's replacement.

There is an advertisement on the site mentioning 50% off on or more order of Rs. 350. In T&C it is mentioned the offer is applicable on pizzas and Breads, excluding stuffed garlic bread. So I order Roman veggie pizza and plain garlic bread and the discount would only apply on the pizza and not on the garlic bread. It is bread and as per their terms and conditions it is not stuffed garlic bread. Upon calling the customer care I was told there is no one who could help with this. Either I can go head and plan order at my loss though the advertisement clearly says It is applicable on pizza and bread or I don't place the order at all. When asked whom do I contact for this, I was bluntly told, I don't know and I can't help you either. Why the hell do you do fake advertise. You or your staff are not educated about the deals and promotions and you set up your system in a way which is messy

I ordered 11 nose. Junior box pizzas from Domino's pizza outlet on 22/12/2015 at 1800 Hrs through home delivery having order no. 50. Because this outlet is only half kilometer away from my home. Hi, I had ordered pizza online while the location went wrong while ordering. When the person from that location called, he said it is not possible to deliver for my home address and told that ge would can the order. Date of Incident - 20-December-2015 Invoice Number - DPI66424/[protected]/52872 I have been billed for Rs. 358.52 and I have given my Debit Card for payment. They have debited Rs. 359.00 to my card. When inquired and questioned they told me that they have instruction from their superiors. Rounding off are allowed when customer is paying cash. Hi Team, We have placed an order on 18th December in Yellachenahalli branch at 8:03 pm and the team promised that the Pizza will be delivered in 1 hour, after 1 hour we keep calling them and the response what we received was 10 min, 15 min, and finally after huge escalation it was delivered at 10:15 pm, The reason was the payment was already made through internet banking and the staffs over there were really irresponsible and they place the call on hold for long time, Also the reason for escalation is this is third consecutive time that we have bad experience only with YELACHENAHALLI branch, last time they offered a sorry card and this time we didn't wanted food for free . This is the very worse experience i had with Dominos and rather prefer not to buy pizza at all. Though it was escalated to duty manager no proper response was made and the quality of the pizza base too differs with other Dominos pizza centers, the one in JP nagar 7th phase has the best base and their service and quality is much better compared to this branch. Sir, i ordered one country feast medium size pizza yesterday at dominos, MBD Mall LUDHIANA..I got surpirsed when i got the pizza, piza was nott like piza of Dominos..firstly i ordrered double cheese, bt double cheese was not delivered, I paid around 600 for the order, total waistage of moneh..

Chennai dommino pizza prepared totally unhygienic way. They are not wearing hand gloves while preparing pizza. They are having hair in their hand which is totally unhygienic.

I have ordered veg calzon pocket, custard bliss and veg zingy pocket. But dominos served me the calzon pocket with very less cheess amount as they show in ads and also custard filling in the custard bliss is not enough. They are making people fool by showing something else in ads and serving totally different and disgusting food to customer. This is totally disappointing because we as customer pay a big amount to eat good and the ads shown food, but they are not serving us good food.

As there was an offer on Friday buy one get one... so we ordered 1 farmhouse pizza and one deluxe veggie... The topics of the free pizzas were so poor and the pizzas were totally cold as they were given to us of any replaced order... As per as the offer day the dominos didn't gave us time garrantee...and said that pizzas will be reaching to u with in 35-40 mins instead of this pizzas reached us after 50 minS's Totally disappointed with the Domino's performance...and fully wastage of money...

Yesterday I had to place an order in Dominos Outlet (South X Mall, Kidwai Nagar), the representative kept my voice call on hold and didn't even bother to answer back, I kept waiting and made repetitive attempts to contact dominos but no response came from their side. Later when I called them at 9.36pm they registered my order but I didn't receive any order from their side, they didn't even pick up my phone when I tried to contact them again. I am looking forward to register a complain in the customer care and feedback segment against the careless attitude of the outlet.

On 18th Dec '15 I have ordered cheese burst but it was not looking nyc and it was not having much cheese as cheese burst have. I am a regular costumer of domino's but I have not expected this from domino's

Hi have given the order through online and made several call to your dwarka centre [protected], and the staff also confirm me your order shall delivered on time but on 11.45 pm they were confirmed order will not be possible, while i have made several call to him, i mean what the , if you can't deliver the order on same address then why you people keep asking made false statement. Mr wasim has told me on 11.45 not possible for order, i made several calls, my question is this if this is not possible to deliver that order on that address then you pls told me earlier but on this time this is rediclosious,


This is very unfortunate to you guys, and i really swear i will not eat eat your dominos pizza ever,

I placed my order at 9:39 pm comprising of 4 pizzas and 2 garlic breads along with 2 dips. When the order was not delivered even after 35 minutes, I called the concerned store, where one Sajid informed that the person has already left. However, the delivery boy took another 25 mins to reach a distance of 1km. The delivery was more than an hour late, only to find out that the order was delivered incomplete. A pizza and the dips were missing from the order. Delivery man assuring me to get the same in 10 mins went back only to never return. Now it has been 2.5 hours but the remaining order still has not been delivered. When I again called the store at 11:30 pm, the store manager Mr. Bijender was witty enough to again assure me that the remaining would be delivered in half an hour, i.e. by 00:00 am. I am left with an incomplete order delivered to me and futile assurances, with the money already being pre-paid.

Delayed by 10 minutes and was not compensated according to 30 min or free plan.The pizza was cold ans tasteless. Number of chilly flakes provided were much less than required. The crust of both pizzas was hard, (it actually peel the top of my mouth). The bread of pizza was hard and thick, difficult to eat.The whole experience was awful.

I have ordered a cheese burst Veg Extravaganza pizza but it was delivered with hopeless one. Pizza have not a single chunk of cheese. It was only bread with veggie for which i paid 550 rupees, which is very painful for me.
