Extremely Bad Experience

Address: Barwala Road, Dera Bassi, Punjab

I placed order at dominos at 3:30 in dera bassi Punjab. There were no updates about tracking. after half hour i tried to call them at the dominos store. Phone number was invalid. After that tried to chat on dominos App. They were not responding after half hour i got reply, "Thank you for chatting". Didn't get any response to solve the problem or look into the problem. Ordered 2 pizza’s and wings. Pizza was room temperature. Normally don’t order from Dominos. Guess this another reason why.

    I ordered pizza and was having a bad taste and was out of shape i raised a complaint they told me that refund will be initiated in my original mode of payment but now the credited the points into dominoz wallet and i am unbale to use the points so kindly refund

      Yesterday between 9.30pm to 10pm I was ordering pizza at dominos through their online dominos app.I selected my order and used my Amazon pay upi to pay the amount but after I got a message that the transaction was successful of 134 then I check the order history but their not showing my order. and ordered again and the amount of 134 deducted twice from my account.

      I tried to refresh it several times but I couldn't get the page where it says that your "order has been placed successfully".

      I called up the store where my orders usually land up and they confirmed that no order was received for this particular transaction.

      The store manager told me that the amount will be refunded to my account within 7 days, but I doubt that.

        I visited dominos pizza on 28/050/2022 located at dlf south square block g sarojini nagar, i made an order of value rs. 642.6 and paid it through phone pay. At the same time the transaction was showing successful but the cashier refused that the payment is not received by the company and told to pay again which i did instantly. The manager of the outlet guaranteed me to get my refund within 7 days from that day of payment but still i haven't received my money. I went back again in few days and stated them that i have not received they assured me that wait for 2-3 days and you will get your payment and you will be notified by an email. But till date i haven't received anything. The thing here is if the company have any issue with their payment system it is their responsibility and the customer wont bear the consequences. I have tried to contact the outlet and the manager and they never receive my call. Neither they respond to the call nor to any texts and whatsapp messages.
        Plzz help me out in getting my money back asap and i want some strict action to be taken against the outlet so that they wont do this thing again with any customer.

            Recently I went Domino's, I scanned and paid money through gpay and Phonepay, in that app, transaction done successfully two times Rs 451. But Domino's side, didn't receive my money, they said "timeout error" but my money is not refunded, please resend my money.

              Dear Domino's,

              I i'm very angry. And hugely disappointed.
              As a loyal patron of your pizzas for the past decade plus, I'll narrate you a real life horror story, in which you play the protagonist or the antagonist depending on your response to my, till now, informal, unofficial complaint.
              I went to one of (dominos) your outlets in Anant Nagar phase 2, Bengaluru at around 1:30 p.m on 19th June 2022 with my son. Not only was your outlet outrightly dirty with hair and dirt strewn all over the floor, and unoccupied tables full of leftovers and pizza-eaten boxes, the air-conditioning was switched off.
              Despite repeated requests to all their staff including the lady at the cash counter, the other so-called 'cleaning'(nothing) staff no one complied. I sat there eating two pizzas, a garlic bread and two desserts along with a Pepsi in utter disappointment and heat.
              I need an answer.
              Tell me I'm wrong in pointing you guys out.
              Do look into it if you're interested even an iota in looking into your downgraded standards from a decade back. Or was it like that all along? If it was, I'm really upset to have been so warmly financially invested in your products for all these years. And, I need your answer to close this chapter for the better.

              i expect an apology and improvement in services besides acion against the defaulters

                    I ordered Veggie Paradise pizza from Domino’s in which four toppings were mentioned and that included Olives but When I opened the pizza box OLIVE TOPPINGS WERE NOT THERE on top of the pizza. They charge you so heavily for every smallest thing then why do they provide such bad services and cheat their customers.

                      I have placed an order on 8th june, 2022. Due to technical issue the store cancelled my order. They have made me wait so long. I had made that payment through google pay(UPI).                         I'm Puneeth. My order no. 132, on June 17th, 2022 in Motinagar, Hyderabad branch. Been waiting for 1.5 hours but no update or reply from Domino's. I never recommend online Domino's to anyone. Resolve this issue ASAP.

                          Refund for delivering a wrong order

                          I had placed an order for a different product and even paid extra money for it. I received a wrong order and when I complained about it, they put less than half of the total amount in the Domino’s App wallet....

                          I ordered pizza from Domino's on 3rd June 2022. MY ORDER NO IS 140 of four pizzas for 346 RUPEES. My order was confirmed but after 1 hr the delivery boy called us and said my address is out of their service.I ordered 5 to 6 times from my current address and it was delivered properly now suddenly my address became out of reach.
                          I called to customer care and they had submitted my complaint but afterwards MIYAPUR DOMINOS called me they said my address is incorrect (although I had set it through GPS) and they cannot deliver.Then message came that they could not contact me since I didn't pick up their call...
                          I asked for refund and after 4 days I called again they said they didn't refund me but they will do it by 8 to 10 working days...then again I called after 10 WORKING DAYS they said they refunded my amount on 3rd June itself but bank didn't transfer the amount and they gave a number which is of 9 DIGITS and asked me to call on that number.
                          I can't believe you are running such a fraud service and I will surely complain about you behaviour and service..and if I don't get my refund I might take legal action too...

                            Order pizza on 14th June 2022. I made payment through amazon pay of Rs. 329/- for Dominos pizza. The amount got deducted from the bank and no order placed. I made complaints to Dominos as well as Bank but I did not get any response regarding refund.

                              I have ordered a pizaa when I call them after 5 minutes they are not willing to concel the order And asked me if I cancel order I will send your number to higher authority and his language bis very rude saying you are liar.
                              After raising concern rather than taking action on branch manager manager himself call me who behave rudely and saying I will take action against the person.

                                  I had ordered a pizza worth 800rs odd at the new JEWARGI road Dominos in kalburgi yesterday that’s 13.06.2022 around 3 pm
                                  But the executive just asked for my name and didn’t ask for my number but after ur ads I had registered under “ your cheesy rewards “
                                  Now that I remember, I hadn’t got a virtual receipt of the order in my messages or the physical receipt
                                  I think the executive is registering under a false number to claim the rewards for himself
                                  I can only prove my claim, with the money I paid through my PhonePe, which I have a receipt of
                                  I would request u to claim my pizza point to my number than to someone else

                                    I ordered multiple items (total 768rs.) from the Domino's Pizza app on 13th June 2022 9:19pm. I paid using Google Pay and then the app redirected me to the payment page again.
                                    I understand that a refund can take upto 3 to 4 days.
                                    I will wait for the appropriate amount of time before going to consumer court.
