Domino's Pizza Complaints & Reviews

Hello, i have placed order and paid two time's for Domino's Pizza — order unsuccessful but amount debited from account 2 time. I thought it will get refund to my account but still nothing.
Not able to contact customer care number it's not reachable
Also reword point got deducted from my account. Please find attached screen shots.

I had placed an order on 15th June 2022.
I received the order late, as per companies policy I am liable to get the compensation of 300points or Rs 300.

I requested the store manager to credit the points in my wallet but they asked me to wait for 10 days.

I did not receive the amount in wallet after 10 days, they said they will give me a discount of Rs.300 on my next order .

They did not do so...now the store managers are being ignorant and harrassing me for same.

I ordered 15 pizza's and one garlic bread on june 8 in JMD Megapolis, office- 925-926 and i raised the complaint at that very moment itself but no action was taken which is quite disheartening and disappointing on dominos end

I ordered pizza from Domino's. I made a payment through Amazon pay. Payment was done successfully but the order was not approved.

Today evening I tried placing order on dominos website. I added everyday value regular pizzas chose paytm cashback coupon. Proceeded to payment and cannot pay it kept saying add money not allowed to this number. After few more attempts, it said payment limit reached.

I tried using app, failed to place order. I called the restaurant and the person said you cannot use coupon. I then even agreed to place order. Then he said you have to use other number to place order. Then he said you cannot apply coupon to this also. Then he said you cannot order these two pizza together choose some other.

I then tired one time more using app. But could not place order.

I consumed more than an hour of my time. I have to go hungry for 3 hours now.

Dominos why do you always cheat your customers? why did you allowed me to add pizzas to cart if you cannot give me those two? why did you allowed adding coupon if you cannot let me use it? Why did you waste my time? and you always play such tricks.

This time compensate me else I will approach court on consumer grounds and right issue. Supreme Court has said that Right to Food is fundamental right under article 21. Be ready if you do not compensate and start avoiding these tricks

I ordered Domino's Pizza on Thursday June 30, 2022.
I selected the payment method as Amazon Pay. It redirected me to login page via browser and after I entered details and then paid the Amount for the order which was ₹161.
It got deducted from my Amazon account, as it shows in the transaction history.
But then after the payment was done my order for pizza was not taken or executed instead it asked me to pay again and again.
I tried reaching out to Domino's but their customer support number was switched off, I mean what kind of service is this?
If order was not placed there is no way to contact them as their chat bot asks for order selection.
Please, have this resolved as soon as possible.

I ordered Domino's Pizza yesterday from Domino's app and i paid the total amount of 532 rupees online but it showed my order as pending and still it is showing pending.i want my refund because they did not accepted my order and i didn't recieve any pizza I'm attaching a proof of payment

There is no cleaning, very bad 👎 place to eat, also receptionist are also no vary help full or staff has very bad Baheviar

I ordered from dominos on 28 june 2022 and the amount got deducted from my account but the order wasnt placed and i did not even recieved any notification regarding my order.I would like a complete refund as i did not recieve my pizza and i would be obliged if my query is solved asap.

I orderd the pizza but the app was taking too much time I paid for the order via upi the money got deducted but the order was not placed and the money has not been refunded yet

I ordered a 2 pizza garlic bread sticks and a pepsi online via dominos app. The app was taking a lot of time in processing the order. I got to the payment page and entered all the details and the amount (Rs319) i payed via paytm (Upi) money got deducted from my bank account. But then instead of getting redirected to the order confirmed/successful page, i got redirected to making the payment page again!! The amount got deducted from my bank account and the order didn't even get placed!! I request you to refund the said amount to my bank account at the earliest (You can contact me for further details at [ [protected]@gmail.com). I hope you won't force us to go the consumer's court for regressal.

I am one of your very loyal customers who order regularly from Dominos because of the consumer safety and the quality that you assure and keep up with.
Your brand name is always been of a very significant value in India but I regret informing that some of your outlets are not being able to keep up with the expectations of the consumers and it had happened with me several times, however each time I gave a feedback in the complaint forum and got a redressal so this time also I am hoping that I will get a resolution and justice for my problem.
I am a law student who is staying away from home and domino's is my go to eatery so, I ordered 4 zingy parcels from the outlet of khargar, Navi mumbai
and disappointingly all the four packages were unsealed and unboxed from the bottom however they were sealed for safety and it was written safest ever ironically on the top which clearly shows the negligence of the store managers or whomsoever it may be concerned, who did not at all ensured my safety and all the exhibits were clearly visible from the bottom and I am sure were suseptible to be exposed to all the kinds of infections specially in the covid times and the rainy seasons in Maharashtra when safety is the primary concern .

Secondly, being an informed consumer and paying full price for the product against the cash memo that I ordered, the size of the zinji partials was very small as compared to the usual since I what is them regularly so I know the ideal size of the zingy parcels .

Thirdly, when I went to swiggy and raise the complain about it they told me that the person from the store will surely assist me and help me resolve this problem unfortunately nobody assisted me and I am sitting hungry like this since almost 2 hours waiting to consume the remaining parcel, which is now turned too cold and i don't even have a microwave so i will have to throw it away .
I really request you to please look upon the problem and serve me the justice and the compensation that I deserve
I am hereby attaching all the evidences to support my claims which are at my understanding and knowledge ascertained to be true.

Hi I ordered the Dominoz Pizza from Zomoto app[protected]:16 PM, got the delivery after 2.5 approx. 12.30 after several calls with store manager (Supertechecovill 1, Greater Noida West), Pizza was very cold and not fresh also, request to return delivery boy, he denied for said he can't do anything, his duty only for delivery, After several complaint no update form Dminoz team

We are ordered a pizza on 14 june but not received any order id and pizza. Payment is already done via gpay. Please check your end and refund my money as soon as possible. I ordered pizza via Domino's app. Kindly check your app functionality. Please refund my money back as soon as possible. We send a email so many times but Domino's team not give any useful information not my payment.

We would like to file a complaint against DOMINOS Pizza, RC Reddy Complex, Uppal (near metro), Hyderabad. We ordered a veg garlic bread but was served a non-veg garlic bread that had pepperoni (meat) in it. This non-veg garlic bread was placed on veg carton. We are pure vegetarians and this really hurt our religious sentiments badly. We are unable to eat food after the incident. When we contacted the delivery boy we were told that the non-veg garlic bread was placed on veg carton. HOW CAN DOMINOS PIZZA MAKE SUCH MISTAKES !!!

We would like to raise a complaint against DOMINOS PIZZA for serving a hard core vegetarian a non-vegetarian food.

I ordered 4 regular pizza from Domino's on 25th June with total bill 604. and I paid the an from Amazon pay but when the amount got paid from amazon the Domino's app showed error and the franchise didn't accepted the order as they said the amount is not placed nor the order was placed. i am attaching my Amazon pay history fir proof
