Sir i ordered pizza of amount 310.00rs they charged 47.47 rs for 14.5% VAT but for 14.5%/100*310.00 is 44.95rs my question is why they charged that extra amount? And when i asked them about this they were not answerable to me even not manager. My question is why they charged this extra amount? And not even in one bill but in both the bill they charged more amount then it should be i want ans now.

As per my knowledge, i will explain how it works.
310+17 service tax = 327
so 327 * 14.5 = 47.46 rs.

    I had ordered for a pizza Veg Double the girl who was taking my order she told me that veg double I will only get in somthing pan crust base that cost extra... I told her that I just want in normal base and I dont want to pay extra she told me normal base is not available and u wont get your order then I request her to call the manager after that one boy came he took my order and he told regular base is available...       I ordered pizza thorugh internet and they took the order but they didnt deliver the pizza. When i called the number of delivery boy he is not respoding. Following are the details i got from the dominos mail.I think the delivery boy has himself taken the items.If they cannot fulfill the promise of delivery of pizza within 1 hr why the hell are they running this business.         We had ordered pizza at 10:28 pm with the order number 539 under the mobile number [protected]. This guy Pankaj came with the pizza and he took the money and ran away we tried calling him but he didn't respond. Then we tried calling all the number on the bill but as it was already 11 so none of the numbers respond.

        The pizza was completely messed up and even when I had ordered the pizza last time you had considered for reorder. Now day by day your services are becoming pathetic. I am unable to expect the shape and the way the pizza looked like. Even looks better.

          Today's date is 7/11/2015, we have given an order for the pizza to prahlad nagar brach located in vinus Atlantis. First of all they have taken my order, then he just talk very rudely and after taking the order branch manager has told us we could't able to take or order cause of we already have bulk order. and also told us our employee did not know about this fact so that he has taken your order. When we have told him, we are going to complain for you then he simply told us "Do what ever you want to do?", is this the way dominos teach their people to communicate? Just disgusting !! very poor experience

            I am a regular customer of Dominos Green Park​ from past few years.But today I went thru a situation where I waited approx 1 hour for my delivery.And when I called up for track then the reply which spoiled the whole mood i.e., "your order was not placed".Luckily I remembered the gul's name who took my order earlier.Then I asked her, first she denied that she didn't took my order...after that she was sorry and made a lame excuse that "order punch nhi hua tha Ma'am". Ms.Sweta Dubey(customer service), Dominos outlet at Green Park market was unable to deal properly and not fulfilling the customer satisfaction.I had the worst experience ever at Dominos.Its a humble request to look thru this matter and take responsibility for the customer's inconvenience. I have no issues with the staffs, but today's experience made me to write this.If you guys are not able to complete the requirement, you just tell the customer, Why are you making a customer fool?

              I have placed an order on 25th Oct 2015 and it was delivered after 30 mins. 1st thing, that delivery boy was accepting that he is late. When i argued with him, then he agreed that he is late. When i asked him to make this delivery free, then refused it. He told me that it't not possible. At max, i can give you a coupon of 300 Rs, since i have paid through internet banking. He told me that 300 Rs will automatically get credited into your account after a week. Unfortunately, he was lying because i didn't received any amount into my account. I want from dominos to stop making false commitment from customers.

                Hi, I went to Dominos at Perungudi, chennai branch on 31st around 7.30, me and my friend ordered and i gave my Icici bank card for my 931Rs order.He swiped it and said transaction failed but i got message as money has been debited.I asked him that it has been debited he said the money will come back in 1 hour.So i agreed and my friend paid the money using his card.After eating i asked for the money they told i will get the money next day but i didnt get.I called them for the money and they are not responding.A guy picked up and he is yelling at me.Poor response it is customers money.I request a refund, Please help me get it.

                  I had ordered a medium florence chicken exotica but after a wait of half an hour I was served Naples chicken special. I brought this error to the notice of restaurant staff but i was denied the change of pizza. Upon argument with the restaurant manager I was offered a refund in cash. I insisted on putting the money back in the card through which I had paid so that i hav a proof of the error made by the restaurant and the arrogance showed by the staff by not changing the pizza to the original ordered one. But they were reluctant to do that and they offered me cash as if they were obliging me by doing that. I didnt accept the refund by cash as it was their mistake. But during all these exchanges of words my wife got upset and we were forced to eat the pizza which was served to us. My 5 year son who is a great fan of dominos got so upset that he has vowed never to visit dominos again. I never expected this kind of arrogant attitude from dominos staff. I am going to let everybody know about this kind of service where dominos serves us with whatever is left with them, not the ones we order. I am very disappointed to the kind if treatment meted out to me n my family. Disgusting behaviour by dominos staff. I wish i would not have visited dominos yesterday so that i could have avoided this kind if embarassment to me n my family.

                        I have ordered Dominas Pizaa on[protected] @ 1:17pm. and now the time was 3:00pm still now i haven't received it and no call at all from them so i have called them to address the issue and the responce was very bad he asked me to tell my phone no. and and am trying to say it, he says me to wait for some time and he is speaking with some one else after some time again he asked me to tell my no. and said then he checked the status and he again he asked for order. then i explained him about my oderd then again he kept me on hold for some time and he said that delivery person was left from store for order. But i sai that i haven't received, He said that he will call back me later after calling to delivery boy and after no call from them again i called them back after some time again same happen. i called them again and they are lifting up and asking mobile no and they disconnected call. same happen twice after the third time they answered my call and responded its our mistake and we will send the pizaa with ii short time. But till now i haven't received it.This is not first time happen it to me my previous 2 orders also same happen i cancelled it. But this time i thought of raising a complaint and i have recorder the call which i have spoke with them. If required i will provide it.From here onward i need to take it very serious and i thought to take this it to consumer forum .i Wont leave it as easy like last order. Please help me on it. i need to punish them as they are not taking serious on this deliveries. DOMINOS' PIZZA INDIA. i submit as under- (1) That, i am Rishi kohli and a reputed chartered accountant of district, Allahabad, and my wife Mrs. Gayatri Kohli has a great respect and credibility in social circle of allahabad city. Both of them have been living in allahabad city for last many generations with unblemished record. (2) That it so happened, that Smt. Gayatri Kohli had ordered a pizza of your multinational brand from local franchise situated at sardar patel marg, in district allahabad, through her mobile no. [protected]. The said call was made to allotted number circulated by your local franchise ie[protected]. (3) That aforesaid order was placed at 7.30 pm., sometimes in may 2015, whereas ordered pizza was delivered at 9.15pm, when the children for whom the said pizza was ordered, had fallen asleep. The said pizza had also to be returned for the reason that late delivery was against your company policy and advertisement too. (4) That, on 09/10/2015, when Mrs. Gayatri kohli again ordered pizza from your local franchise on circulated no.[protected], from her moblile no. [protected], then she was informed by your local franchise, that she was a defaulter in past and, therefore she had been blacklisted, and her request for delivery of pizza could not be accepted. Apart from refusing to deliver pizza, the behaviour of concerned staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and based on wrong facts and assumption. (5) That you may be informed that when Mrs. Gayatri kohli was ordering pizza on 09/10/2015, she was surrounded by friends, well wishers and neighbours, and in their view and esteem, her respect and reputation received a setback . The said behaviour of the staff of your local franchise has lowered the reputation of Mrs. gayatri kohli among the people present there. (6) That it may again be reiterated that aforesaid accusation and allegation from the staff of your franchise was based on wrong facts/ assumption and the conclusion was not based on an inquiry or precedent. (7) That Smt, gayatri kohli has been informed that her mobile no. [protected] has now been blacklisted for delivery purpose, without any inquiry, reason much less a summary inquiry or notice. The wife of my client was therefore condemned without proper notice or opportunity, or inquiry, for which my client demands an unconditional apology and compensation. (8) they are therefore required to immediately submit an unconditional apology for misbehaviour of staff of your local franchise at sardar patel marg, allahabad, from my wife Mrs . gayatri kohli, within 15 days from receipt of this notice, and reverse the blacklisting status or i shall take suitable civil/criminal action in regard to misleading advertisement, & misconduct against the brand and franchise in appropriate forum. awaiting early response, Rishi kohli ( Chartered accountant ) mobile- [protected]

                              I bought pizza on 30th October, 2015 via order number 334 from Dominos, sec-9, Panchkula, Haryana via order number 334 and invoice number DPI65892/[protected]/128428 amounting to Rs. 1266 in which they charged service tax @5.6% amounting Rs. 58.18 which is wrong which they are claiming as correct as per FAQ on their site, but when I checked there is no such letter issued by Service tax department to levy tax on pizza delivery. I request to look into matter and refund my money. Neeraj

                                Domino's pizza.. Order no 193.. Nacharam.. Hyderabad..
                                Last night to my surprise this is what happened. Ordered for buy 1 get! Pizza with side dish of chicken wings...
                                Omg... The chicken wings stings.. Was complete stale and they have cooked it with sauce and send it.. The moment we ate it in 5 mins minutes my friend started vomiting.. The flesh of the chicken was so stale that dripping down before eating... I still believed the brand and convinced myself.
                                But to my surprise i was wrong,... I called the delivery boy and then the store manager mr prem with mobile number [protected] and he said he is sorry and what do i need in return.. This guy kept calling me as thought i am gonna make this incident public and requested me not to. I mean he will replace the order.. I did not prefer that as i lost my trust on this brand now.. Please folks see and eat when you order from dominos pizza.. I am scared now..

                                    Loyaal customer of Dominos Lajpat Nagar2 New Delhi for past more than 7 years. Ordered at 10:45 and didn't recieve even after1 Hr 15 mins. Called and spoke to worst customer Manager Umesh and Delivery Guy Aamir and I was told that we called but since u didn't pick up we came back and now we will not deliver. Reality...this Aamir guy never came to my house(inspite of knowing my complete address) and Manager Umesh Yadav said that he cant do anything. What bloody customer service is there. First u give an offer of one plus one and then u make ur custmers wrong...great. Is this how MNCs behave in INDIA. Am I not paying for ur services and didn't I order on time...inspite of all this u people refused to serve. I'm gonna lodge consumer complaint coz u people take us for granted. Shame on u and this is being said to u by a long time regular customer o[censored]rs. If this is my condition then what abt the new customers. I pity them. Shame Dominos Pizza...if this is how u treat ur customers. Will never order food from u all coz u don't deserve.

                                      Ordered for pizza at 10:45 and didn't receive the order even after 1 hour 15 mins. When asked manager Umesh Yadav and delivery guy Aamir Khan told me that they called but as I didn't pick up the call so they cant deliver now. I was at office and even after being a loyal customer of Dominos for past 7 years...they didn't bother to ring my house bell even after having my complete address and then claiming that they cannot deliver...

                                      I ordered 2 medium sized pizzas along with 2 chocolava cakes at 9:37pm on 30 october 2015 and my order was confirmed by dominos... I waited an hour for the pizza delivery as there was a festival and finally called them again at 10:37 and got an answer that pizza will be delivered as soon as possible.. I waited for another half an hour, when i called them at 11pm they said i didn't place such order at all i talked to higher authority too he simply denied the fact about the order and talked very rudely and suggested me not to order pizza from their company at all...
