This is Jay Shroff from surat, visited one of your outlet located in pipload area on 30/10/2015. I, am really sorry to say that your company have degrade your cheese bust pizza quality absolutely. Even last time when i have ordered cheese burst pizza i was totally unsatisfied with your pizza quality. The best cheese burst pizza your company was serving and only the reason i was visiting at your outlet, but now this was my last visit at your company with my family.

Date : - 30/10/15 ;
Issue : - first of all, as can clearly be seen from the images below, the pizza delivered was not a cheese burst as ordered, not only that, the quality of the delivered pizza was also highly substandard, and it had been damaged as well.

Issue resolution (My attempt) : - so, to reslove the issue, i called them up. As can be seen from the attached call logs, my first three calls were unanswered. When i called them the fourth time yet, to settle the issue. Some agent answered the call, i told him the issue, and he placed me on hold. I stayed on hold for approx 3 - 4 minutes, and then he hung up on me.

I thought i will ask to speak to his manager, so i called again... Again i faced the same procedure... I was asked the issue, and then placed on hold.

So, i was fed up and decided to hang up.

Desirable resolution : - want a penalty enforced on domino's dwarka sector - 12 for inappropriate customer handling, incorrect product delivery, incorrect charges levied on the customer as well as my refund :).

I have ordered on - 19.49 PM and have received my order on 21.40 PM
Its almost 2 hours delay where they use to give with in 30 minutes.

After trying having my pizza its seems to be like a rubber, it was cold and disgusting.

I doughy they have given me Cheese burst . I am a regular customer of Dominoes and I know how Cheese burst is. It was just a baked pizza normal.

The whole pizza I had to dispose, I need my money back.

Even after 3, 4 mails they are not replying. Please help.

Hello sir, I have placed an order on 6.15 pm but till 7.10 i am unable to get my pizza. This is seriously irritating and worst service service from domino's. And it is written on your website pizza free after 30 mins, so i want my refund of Rs. 803. Also find the image of the bill Thanks

The Company has 30 minutes delivery or refund policy. my order was delivered after 50 minutes and importantly the pizza was cold. Reference id is 833813.

The link is sent again and again without any response.
I have written to them atleast 15 times.

We ordered two pizza (farmhouse and country special), but they didn't delivered it till 12 of night. We spent the whole night empty stomach in hunger. On calling back they say you have given us wrong address but they usually used to call when the pizza delivery.

My name is Aakash Batra. On 28 Oct, 2015 I had ordered a veg single capsicum at Domino's located at Phase 3B2, Mohali. The price of the veg single was Rs.49 (exc. of taxes) but Domino's have charged Rs.79 (exc. of taxes) and total bill was of Rs.95 (round off). When I asked them that why they have charged extra then they told me that the prices of veg singles has been increased from 1 Sep, 2015 but when I saw the menu at Domino's, the price written on it was still Rs.49 but still they didn't agree. I am having the bill of the order as proof and also I have captured the image of the menu at the Domino's restaurant just to prove that the price was written Rs.49 on the date on which I have ordered the stuff. I am attaching the photo of the menu. I just want compensation in return not any other thing.

We had ordered Pizza from Gachibowli, Hyderabad Dominos. The pizza got delivered at 11 pm, 2 hours after ordering from their website. I refused to accept the order but the manager insisted that i keep the Pizza and he will issue the refund. It has been more than 1 month, still they have not provided refund even after calling multiple times. Its purely fraud.

We ordered a pizza from faridabad Dominos and he got the order in 1hrs 16 min and it was a very long time for deliver according to your delivery time period, and the quality of pizza was very poor and it was looking like a tiet bread. and not use chease dominos team yesterday 1 combo set is replaces for my resisdential address so quality of pizza was very -2 poor. today Dominos team is unrespectful. Executive ask me sir pizza ko mne apne samne banaya tha sir combo mai pizza apko asa hee milega ?????????????????????????????????????????? or sir apne feedback mai no kyu kiya ??????????????????????????????? Kya hamne pizza kabhi nai kahaya hai kya ya hm pizza pahle baar kaha rhe hai jo pizza asa hee hota hai Team what is this ????????????????????????????????????????????? Delivery not made within the stipulated period as advertised by the company ..that is 30 min. Within the time of placing the order..or the delivery will be made free..on calling back inquiring about the order .the staff says the order was not placed...how disgusting ..the staff was not ready to admit that they were unable to deliver the requested order in time...and blankly said the order was not placed...

I placed pizza order two times on 14th October but both the times I received failure notification from Dominos after successful Payment. It was mentioned in the failure notification that the money will be refunded within 7 days. 13 days have passed but I have not received any payment from Dominos. Following are the details of failed transactions: Transaction 1: Date: 14th October 2015 Transaction Number: 39606081 Amount Rs 631 Transaction 2: Date: 14th October 2015 Transaction Number: 39607338 Amount Rs 631 On 25th October I provided the feedback on Dominos website, feedback reference number are 837423 and 837428. 2 days have passed and I have not yet received any response from Dominos. The behavior from Dominos is not just ethical but it is out right illegal. Hence I am left with no option but to initiate legal action against "JUBILANT FOODWORKS LIMITED".

The cococola being sold at your domanis shop is distributed at rs 47(For 600 ml) + tax charges 20%.And hence entire product is sold at(55rs).Where in market the pr ice of cococola for 700 ml is 35rs...

Then for what this exaggerated charges. I eagerly waited for your answer

I had ordered a pizza last week and did net banking. The money got debited but the order never got placed failing to provide me with an order number. Despite complaining numerous times on the website they have failed to respond or take any action to amend the incompetent and pathetic service provided to me by them. I am highly displeased and I do not recommend the brand to any one.

I ordered below items online from dominos. Paneer pizza Garlic bread Cheesy dip 2 cokes I received my pizza after 1 hr of purchase. When i tried to call respective branch, nobody answers the call. There was no paneer on my pizza at all. And i got a jalapeno dip instead of cheesy dip. This is stupidity. Need apologies from dominos(saroor nagar) hyderabad branch.

I ordered pizza on 23/10/15 1 veg singles.taste was horrible.paint smell was coming from them.my daughter was feeling dizziness after eating them.the next day they sent from veg piazza mania half combo but i refused to take it as i was in that trauma of eating horrible pizza.they called me and now they offered me free combo any time i can ordered.

I ordered Pizza on[protected] and a value of Rs 808 was debited from my account but due to technical issues the order was cancelled from the site. TRANSACTION ID:[protected]IG0AWQZBQ3 The whole process happened via MOBILE APP. I haven't received the refund as of yet. Please RESPOND.

On 17/10/2015 i visited domino's restaurant in karol bagh, Delhi and tried to make payment of Rs. 344 through my debit card 3 times, but all the time amount was deducted from my account and payment was also not made. They said that within 2-3 days i will get the refund of Rs. 1032 (344*3 times), but ever after 7 days i didn't. With utter disappointment this is to inform you that i had ordered from the Dominos website, besides the order reaching late (3 -4 minutes beyond half-n-hour), an item (choice lava cake) was missing too. The cake has not been delivered as yet, and its already more than half-n-hour of me bringing it to their notice. On calling the Dominos Sec-4 Restaurant too, the way of speaking of the boys is nowhere near decent/apologetic. The manager is also not ready to refund my order. I am highly disappointed with the service, and i demand an instant refund for the order that I had placed.

I have ordered a pizza on line on 04 Oct 2015 My order was unsuccessful and amount of rupees 495 & 450 has been deducted from my account. I received a message from domino's stating your amount will be refunded in 7 working days but still the amount is not credited to my account Name- Soumil tripathi.
