Hi, I am highly disappointed to say that the dominos is not providing good customer care as I have ordered pizza mania(2) and it was pick up order in sec 4 gurgaon outlet, initially, 1 guy over there was said the price is 70rs per pizza mania which I hv ordered then other guy gave me bill of rs 79 per pizza after questioning to him he said order has been changed and they gave me mania pan pizza although it was the same. Server name is Beena....

I have been very disappointed by the wrong bill and wrong statement of the employee. pizza quality was too bad, employee named Rakesh argued with me. I am mentioning the address below C-7 Malviyanagar, New Delhi. i am not satisfied at all with their behaviour and fraudulent transaction from my account.no changes made in my bill.felt so disappointed while leaving the restaurant .....

Yesterday I ordered dominos pizza online worth rs 459. I use paytm as payment method. When I executed the payment I got a payment failure. When I checked paytm account the payment is showing as successful. I called paytm and they send me a mail confirming that full amt for released to dominos. I placed order from dominos.co.in, of Rs 570/-. Money is deduced from my PayTM wallet and also from my credit card. But didn't received any order update from dominos, either on my email or mobile number which I had provided with my order. We waited for 2 hours till 11:15PM, before we concluded its not going to be placed.
I tried reaching customer care and was on call for more than 30 minuets in 4 attempts but I could only listen...

I placed an order with Dominos website (http://www.dominos.co.in/), made payment of Rs 570/- through PayTM wallet. The amount got debited from my PayTM Wallet and its showing successful in PayTM. The branch of domino's pizza in kharagpur west bengal is doing a dirty unfair and unethical business. They are delivering in a large area in normal days and on special discount days they are refusing same area based customers to deliver. This should be stopped and they should be punished....
