I just ordered a Pizza at 9:22p.m. at Jyoti Nagar branch, New Delhi, order #538. After so many calls made to them they didn't even picked a single one. After 55 mins a delivery boy arrives with attitude. I asked him the reason for being late and he replied in a shouting voice "I takes that much time, Even if i would have come after an hour, even then you have to accept it. Take the order or let me go". I am pretty much dissappointed and angry with the service and with the delivery boy, His name is Prashant and called me with a no: [protected]. its 10.30 p.m. now, and after waiting for about an hour, I am left with no pizza.

I am a regular customer of dominos, but today's quality is not up to mark, in regards to its raw base, vegetables used are not fresh, order made was for cheese burst and they have provided normal pizza for cheese burst rates then I would call him but not a proper response, and rudely behave.and also found a some assects in pizza, such a very mediocer quality. i really want my money back asap. I was a regular customer of domino's pizza from past many years. Initially dominos was known for their beast service and taste. Now from past many months I had observed that the level of service provided from dominos came down. From past 5 orders which I had made online I was not receiving in time I.e., within 30minutes, which is the commitment from dominos. But ya for that they are refunding me 300 rs back. But this is not my concern. My concern is the taste, which is effected due to the late delivery. Pizza became cold, and I am not able to get the taste which I am expecting from dominos. I had paid much money which if you see not worth because taste was not at all. And second concern is the phone receptionists. When I again called them to enquire regarding my late order, they informed me rudely that sir can't you wait for further 10 min? What type of service is this domino's?? I am also attaching bill for your information.

Hi, I placed an order at dominos pizza on 5th October noon and my transaction was successful but just after the order was placed i got a call from dominos that my order cannot be processed because it is placed for an out of delivery area of dominos. The area was mayapuri in janakpuri east, delhi. Then i did not received any mail or message about cancellation of my order and how and when my money will be returned. DOMINOS IS THE BIGGEST FOOD FRAUD COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN. I need my money first of all and secondly a settlement for my time wastage, i was hungry because of dominos, mental harrasment. When i called customer care of dominos at [protected] they did't talked to me properly and also did't gave me any solution. I should have been informed at the time when i was placing the order online that this area is out of delivery. I am attaching some documents to support my case. This is the no. From which i got call from dominos [protected].

"Pay Rs. 100 less on Minimum bill of Rs.400" is the offer mentioned on Dominos website. So we ordered online worth Rs. 415 but the company failed to act as per the offer. Yesterday oct 4, i have ordered pizza from Hyderabad shaiket dominos. my order no was 158. After 4-5 calls they have delivered it in 75 minutes and that to food was not in condition to eat, it was cold and tasteless. their pizza boy was not able understand hindi or english is another issue .my mistake i paid in advance so i couldn't cancel the order . why they mention 30 min service when they able to do that.i want my money back from them.

Hi, I just ordered dominos pizza today. Total bill was 438. The delivery guy came after 30 mins and deducted only 300 instead of giving me 100% discount. Its a company policy that if its late by 30 mins then they need to return the money back with no deductions. Kindly take it as my serious concern. Thanks, Amit S

Yesterday 2 nd oct I cald up at dominos outlet in sector 34 chandigarg . I asked for combo pizza .the guy refused to deliver that pizza nd want me too go for other pizza when I asked for the reason he said they r out of stock . I was very much surprisesd I m a old customer of dominos from there very beginning . Too confirm dis I cald up at other outlet in sector 8 . They took the order bcoz they don't deliver in my sector so picked I picked it up after pick up I cald cald in sector 34 nd had a word with the manager shaurya he said they have that pizza nd it's in stock . Y the guy lied too me is it company policy too don't sell cheap stuff nd tell people too buy expensive stuff . I was very dishearted nd I will go too consumer court abt this . Rahul [protected]

I had ordered a combo on 01/10/2015 via bill no.DPI66165/[protected]/ 68830 from domino's pizza at phoenix mall lucknow and the combo which was delivered to me was a rotten one with a stale Base and as I had some guests at home for whom it was ordered and because of the poor quality of their product we were in a insulting position.After the guests left we called back the store just to tell what they've delivered and Mr.Rajesh from domino's was in no mood to listen to us nor did he sent anyone to atleast inspect what was delivered to us.After complaining on Dominos site the manager Mr.Savit had called back just to say that they were sorry and will talk to their staff but did not forgot to give his number for anything wrong with their product in future.Are they think I am a fool what about the money I had payed for their rotten they just said sorry and finished .Never expected this kind of quality and behaviour from such a reputed brand like dominos.Will never ever again order anything from domino's.

Hi I am one of the biggest fan of Domino's pizza and it's services but my experience turned bitter yesterday night. I visited Domino's in Odean Mall, Ghatkopar, Mumbai at around 22.33 and order pizza. They took my card, deducted the amount and generated the order (Invoice no. DPI65954/[protected]/2370). I waited for my order and I stayed there for about half an hour. Suddenly a lady (Krupali) came and told me that the pizza cannot be given as I need to pay again. I shown the message received of deduction but she was not accepting it. She spoke to me rudely, spoiled my mood and did not offer the pizza. Finally I stepped out. This experience was really bitter at the time of sweet dinner. Guys, this was not about money courtesy. Even I told her that I did not receive any message for failed deduction and if the money would be reversed, I would come and pay. She was not ready to trust me so how can I when I have already paid for it. Guys, take it in your consideration, improve your service and compensate what happened with me. Refer to the attachment for bill copy and screenshot for deduction.

I keep getting Discount coupon codes via messages from dominos.
upon calling we get no response and store ppl say it is not available as of.
and the same coupon code is accepted in other store but not available to deliver is what we get in response.
Please stop sending invalid messages or atleast accept the one sent.

I love florenece chicken italian pizza, so whenever i go to your store me & my friend order the same. yesterday the pizza was so thin and its bad. after complaining to the concerned person replied indecently and gave a new pizza only having bread a little bit of chicken . so we just returned the pizza. we don't need any money. if you people respond like this to regular customers, then what value you give to others & what is there in keeping policy 99.99% satisfaction is not enough... i visit atleast twice a week with my friends to your store, but now onwards its much better to go pizza hut, its opposit to your store locator... we are not a slum dog to eat whatever you give.. i left whatever i ordered there only. next time i am not gonna step in dominos..they are speaking arrogantly...

I was trying to place web order on 27th september 2015 night. The website went blank after making payment. This happened 3 times. All the 3 transactions had money debited from my bank account but i see only one refund initiation. I am giving below the transaction details for your quick reference.

I had ordered Pizza vide order no-222 on 29th Sep'15 but the delivery person did not bring coke with the order. He brought coke after around 10-15 minutes and by the time we started eating Pizza, it was damn cold. This is not the 1st time it has happened with Dominos, hence wanted your attention to such pity service.

Order places at 7:35 pm, it is 8 40 pm still not delivered Person - ANIKET continously lying - saying 1. house full orders so late then saying too many orders then saying too much traffic then mentioned the delivery vehicle is gone bad. Ordered for cheese burst pizza as there was one plus one on 25th Sep but I got pizzas without cheese burst however they were very smart in charging me for cheese burst. I'm not gonna trust Dominos anymore and will ask all my friends to not place orders with u all. I was cheated and I just do not appreciate it at all. Don't know how many people were cheated like this.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have ordered Pizza with Dominos at Hessergatta Road on Dated[protected] at time 8.35 Pm. From Phone Number [protected].With a promise to deliverby an hour. The Phone number on which we have placed the order is[protected]. My grievance is that they have not delivered it at all, I have ordered two medium size veg pizza for my kids, we waited with endlessly till 11.30. We have also followed up spoke to their staff, every times they give us the same answer that our order is out for delivery. My house is only 2.5 Kms from the Bagalgunte traffic signal by any standard it won't take more than 15 minutes. Today[protected] their staff called at 4 PM and told us that they will delver which we have rejected.
