Horrible experience... placed order at 12pm, its 2.45 now, still have not received my food, and they keep lieing that the delivery will be done in fifteen mintutes and two mints. Called the store 5 times and the customer care too... still my delivery is not complete. I have placed a ordef at 12:15 pm on 25/09/2015 at their Rainbow Plaza Pune Center. After 45 min. of placing the order when i called the store they told me there is some technical issues in the pizza line and my order will be delivered within one hour from their Pimple Gurav Store.
