I ordered dominos pizza online order amount to rs 478... but order not succeeded due to server down ov dominos site... dominos text me next day that ur refund will be reverted back in 5 days... today its 7th day and i didnt get my refund back

Dear, I am Pramod Singh. My mobile number is [protected]. I reside in Sector 13, Dwarka, New Delhi I had placed an order for Veg Singles combo at [protected] at 6.45 PM on 25th Sept 2015. At the time of order it was intimated to me that the delivery will take around 1 hour to which I agreed. However I didn't receive the order till 8.30 PM and I had to make a call to know the status of my order. To my surprise it was intimated to me that there is no order for today from my side. I don't know why all this happened however it has brought me at a discomfort in front of my 5 year old who was expecting the same for the last two hours. I hereby request that the immediate action may be taken against the call attender who didn't book my order and same may be apprised to me by sms or email

I placed an order online . money was deducted from my bank account but the order wasn't placed . i had to place an order again . the phone number i m registered through is being shown as an invalid phone number. So their internet mobile website sucks! Place an order thru ph only always.

One of the worst pizza I've ever had. We ordered Chef's chicken cheese burst (M) + Gold Delight Cheese burst (M). It was Friday's buy one get one offer. I literally fell like going & throwing the pizza at domino's store. The whole pizza (both) seems to be like non-cheese pizza, forget about the cheese burst, they might have kept 10 grams of cheese on both of them, only at the center part. The outer part of bread was totally dry, without any toppings also no cheese. May be the employees should really know what cheese burst pizza is & what is extra cheese pizza. I felt like dragging them to consumer court, unfortunately i forgot to take the pictures. But you can check with cctv of your baking part. Invoice number DPI66106/15-16/65797. I think government officials should raid randomly at domino's oftenly.

Reference id's are IB SM[protected] and IB SM[protected] and billdesk id are BILLDESKDOBC[protected] and BILLDESKDOBC[protected] for two subsequent order i had place on domino's pizza's website for Rs 774 each time. But as i was not able to see my order there i called domino's people they said that here we have not recevied any order and they cant help it. So sir i cant wait more for this refund of Rs1548 (774+774). plz send me the refund as soon as possible. and kindly do the needful.

I had ordered pizza on 20/09/2015 around 5:20 pm in the nearby Dominos pizza Shop. I did not get any delivery so called back to enquire about the delivery and the person who attended the call told, there was no history of my call and order in their system. How was that possible when I had called and placed an order 30 mins before?

Hi, My order number is 134, i ordered pizza at Yechanahalli branch Kanakapura Road, Bangalore for me and my kids at 3 P.M in the afternoon and at arnd 4.50p.m still not delivered..the manager is not taking calls anymore, store is not picking up calls.We 3 r starving at home, .I can understand the rush but they shud b prepared for it if they have put up an order, or else dont give offers, or dont take orders..What compensation will they give...there is a limit to everything and this time it sarpassed all patience .I am expreamly upset and annoyed with Dominos pizza, no consideration for their customer.

I placed an order from dominoes at around 1400 hrs on 25th September, 2015. The order was not processed till 3:45pm. I have tried to call their customer care multiple times and always the response was that they will connect me to the store which is supposed to deliver my order. The store in question in the one in Yelachinahalli, Kanakapura Road, Bangalore. This store was not picking my phone at all and the customer care executives just disconnected the call. All of them are connecting me to the feedback section and I was not able to reach even one agent even after spending 30mins on hold. Cannot even cancel the order. I am still not able to reach anybody. I don't know if I will receive the pizza or not. Hence I cannot go ahead and order from another place. More details: One particular executive by the name Govardhan with Employee ID IND102856 has promised that he will not disconnect the phone if the store does not pick but he disconnected it without informing me. After two hours of extreme turmoil, Finally one of them gave me the store manager's number. This person's name is Guru Prasad(Mobile number: [protected]) and on calling him he disconnected my call and sent a text saying "I am in a meeting". I even said I will complain against you if you don't address my problem. No response. It is 4pm now and none of the restaurants will be open. I paid north of 600 rupees to remain hungry for 2 hours and high stress and discomfort for the same amount of time to again end up in the same position I was in 2 hours ago. Is there nothing people like me can do about such pathetic service providers?

Today i.e 25/09/2015 I have ordered pizza on Domino's site online at 1:10 PM at SHIMLA branch . I wait for the pizza for around 40-50 min than i call tham that i have not received the pizza, they said our delivery boy has already been gone for delivery of order for around 20 min after 1 hr delay i.e around 2:00PM i called back they said again repeat the same line . After a delay of around 1hr10min I receive the order .I said to that person please return my money which i have paid online and give me the pizza because this is the policy of your companey if there is delay in delivery more than 30min they provide free pizza . He said we can't do anything in this if you want to take pizza you can anotherwise i will take it back .I said ok i will receive the pizza do me one favour please sign on the bill with time you have delivered, earlier he compleately said I will not do the sign after some time of strong words from my side he signed with time, if anyone help me in this case i will provide the copy of that bill .

Its been 1 hour 40 mins and they have not delivered pizza to be, while calling to there center "they hang up the phone".

Horrible experience... placed order at 12pm, its 2.45 now, still have not received my food, and they keep lieing that the delivery will be done in fifteen mintutes and two mints. Called the store 5 times and the customer care too... still my delivery is not complete. I have placed a ordef at 12:15 pm on 25/09/2015 at their Rainbow Plaza Pune Center. After 45 min. of placing the order when i called the store they told me there is some technical issues in the pizza line and my order will be delivered within one hour from their Pimple Gurav Store. After not receiving my order upto 2:00 pm i called to the store & the store manager told me that it will take another 1 and half hour to deliver my order. They did not try to inform regarding all these problems from their side

23/09/2015 [protected]Concern Department) This was the first time i was trying to place an order for home delivery as i used to go to the restaurant before. I am very disappointed with this kind of behaviour from Dominos restaurant and their concern team. Their concern team kept me on hold over the phone for around 30 minutes total which they guys usually take to deliver the pizza. I tried to register my complaint but their calling agent kept me on hold and then disconnected the call and same thing happened with me thrice. (I spent my Phone balance of 70 rs) Before this, I received a msg in the morning about the 50% discount and i was trying to place an order with that discount but the restaurant team said that there is no discount. So why i received that msg in the morning from dominos if it is not helpful for me. And after saying that there is no discount they just disconnected the call. I am very disappointed with this.

I orderd pizza online worth Rs 266/- on dated 13/09/2015 and this is the reply i got from them- Oops! We were unable to place your order to the kitchen due to some technical reason. If you chose not to try again, or we are not able to place it in the next attempt, your payment will be refunded to your account/card within 7 working days. In case you have applied an unique coupon, it will be automatically reactivated after 1 hour. We sincerely regret the inconvenience. Your transaction number is dc[protected] dated[protected] amounted 266. i want my refund as soon as possible otherwise i'll submit the application to consumer court.

I placed an online order with domino's at 7:57 pm on September 21, 2015. I received my order and found that the pizza was burnt. I asked for a replacement and I received another which was also burnt. I don't know why they people don't take the customer feedback and complaints seriously. I have attached the image of the pizza received in replacement of the first. Does it look like a Pizza worth to pay? The topping is with tomato. Does they look like tomato?

Hello.. i made an online transaction for dominos... the amount got debited but the order was not confirmed and processed.. they told that i ll get the refund.. but still there is no update... m very much disappointed.. m very much in need of money but these ppl r playin around

I ordered a pizza at 10:45 I get a call at 11:30 we have some issue with location ... Though it was my third order to the dominos this week .. firstly they called after 45 min and said the person is standing near the land mark I said ... I went there in my car by tht time I just missed one call from them ... Called back in 2 minutes ... They said our person came at delivery place twice and went ! They changed there statement in 2 minutes ... Just because I said I u are already 45 min late and dint deliver the order despite me ordering 2 times in the weekk

i ordered some pizzas online from dominos dwarka mor (delhi center) however the agent Vivek called me and said dominos doesnt deliver the pizzas at my place . mohan garden is a big place and this is ridiculous that you still take some areas in delhi as negative area. come on people that time has gone. can't we pay the money or this place is not good to live . if so why has the government approved our area. how can you decide which area is good and which is bad. i have been eating dominos pizza for a long time but i assure everyone that i would not even think of going there. pizza hut is much better yaar. they never say no.

I have made online payment through netbanking. I received message from bank n mail as well but your outlet people are not ready to listen. Mr sudhir was so very rude and harsh on me. He made a comment that "you need to learn the manners, baat karne ki tamiz sheekh le". This is not acceptable from domino's employees at all. Instead of helping me they are asking to pay n take refund after seven days.
There is no responsible person to take a call rather throwing ball from one person to another.
I am really disappointed with this kind of service. The outlet is not ready to give number if any senior manager as well.

Hello, I never get a good response from Dominos store in thane mumbai and timing half an hour is never meant for them They usually give timing to deliver more than an hour, way of talking is like they are serving on a free basis. Thanks, Anil Agarwal.
