I ordered a pizza at 10:45 I get a call at 11:30 we have some issue with location ... Though it was my third order to the dominos this week .. firstly they called after 45 min and said the person is standing near the land mark I said ... I went there in my car by tht time I just missed one call from them ... Called back in 2 minutes ... They said our person came at delivery place twice and went ! They changed there statement in 2 minutes ... Just because I said I u are already 45 min late and dint deliver the order despite me ordering 2 times in the weekk

    i ordered some pizzas online from dominos dwarka mor (delhi center) however the agent Vivek called me and said dominos doesnt deliver the pizzas at my place . mohan garden is a big place and this is ridiculous that you still take some areas in delhi as negative area. come on people that time has gone. can't we pay the money or this place is not good to live . if so why has the government approved our area. how can you decide which area is good and which is bad. i have been eating dominos pizza for a long time but i assure everyone that i would not even think of going there. pizza hut is much better yaar. they never say no.

      I have made online payment through netbanking. I received message from bank n mail as well but your outlet people are not ready to listen. Mr sudhir was so very rude and harsh on me. He made a comment that "you need to learn the manners, baat karne ki tamiz sheekh le". This is not acceptable from domino's employees at all. Instead of helping me they are asking to pay n take refund after seven days.
      There is no responsible person to take a call rather throwing ball from one person to another.
      I am really disappointed with this kind of service. The outlet is not ready to give number if any senior manager as well.

        Hello, I never get a good response from Dominos store in thane mumbai and timing half an hour is never meant for them They usually give timing to deliver more than an hour, way of talking is like they are serving on a free basis. Thanks, Anil Agarwal.

          Last night i was went to purchase a pizza in domino's pizza aundh store pune and my pizza was ready to pack but a guy who stand near the oven i think he is punjabi guy wearing a pug. Continusly chatting or doing something on his phone. I told to the guy david who is standing to welcome consumer he said your pizza is ready just to cut and pack in box but the guy is vary irresponsible who is behind the oven punjabi person. So please make sure that your empolyee should not do timepass on busy time they might having time for that but the customer not. Please do serious action.

              786098 is the reference Id for the complaint. Placed an order at the arekere village, Bangalore. Transaction process was not completed after the money was debited. No order was placed at the outlet as well. Even after days of dropping mail to dominos folks, absolutely no response. Wat sort of a pathetic customer service are these folks following

                Last night ie. 16sept night at 11 to 11:30 pm i went to store at lawerence road amritsar . I had a pizza and ready to move back to my home, suddenly i got slipped from a floor due to wet floor and got muscle pull in my left leg. Moreover, my pregnant wife was behind me & imediately i handle her out and stop her not to move forward otherwise a big mishappening occured . How could this happen in such a good companies. So bad & poor services . No sign board like wet floor was there . Such a bad experience. God helps me out from that dangerous place .

                  TDR not refunded I have booked a ticket but had to cancell it as the train was 7 hours late and took another ticket to travel. TDR confirmation mail: We wish to inform that your request for refund against PNR Number [protected] for reason "Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled.", has been received and the Reference No for this is :[protected] The following TDR has not been refunded till date and the Customer care executive is telling that the following TDS has been rejected. How it can be rejected? when i have not travelled in the following ticket. Could you please escalate this and get the refund the hard earned money which is siphoned by Indian railways. DOMINO'S.I am the regular customer and privileged guest of your domino's.My mobile number registered is [protected] at radhe kishan arcade ghodasar ahmedabad.I have last also complained 2-3 times about the pizza served by your domino's store.They are not properly cooked bubbles are there of the maida and cheese is also not proper.If domino's wants that their customer health would not be good eating the pizza and if domino's would not serve the good pizza then customer would not visited.Make your pizza perfect and then give the best pizza surety.it is too poor pizza the worst.Stall outside the road serve good pizza better then you.Domino's is being worst day by day.The domino's worker name Mrs. Padmini talk to me in a rough manner.They don't know how to talk to customer if domino's is appointing these type of worker in their M.N.C company then the worst is the domino's.I will prefer tell all that domino's is a worst worst worst store.That too of ghodasar.Please make domino's a level you are making it a worst

                        I placed an order of 475 INR on 11th September, i chose PAYTM as the medium of payment, when i proceeded to the payment, the money got deducted and i got a successful payment status from the Paytm also, but when i called and confirmed at dominos, they told me that no order was placed by me. BILLDESK Order #DPT[protected] Please take immediate action as i want my money refunded as soon as possible.

                          Dear sir/ ma'am, I attempted to place an order via your website on 11th September'15 around 21:00hrs. I made the payment through my paytm wallet. My money was debited. However, the order was not placed. I contacted paytm demanding a refund. I have been told that in their database the transaction shows successful, and that I should contact dominos. I hope you understand my situation. All I want is a refund of my amount of Rs 240 and some compensation. I am very upset with my experience. In fact, I had to place another order that day (I opted for COD)

                            I have placed an order at 10:35 on there hotline number [protected] and the guy on the other side took the order for double cheese margrita pizza at dwarka more outlet to be delivered in rama park. But when i called back at 11:18 on there restaurant number i.e. [protected] they said the order was never placed and they cannot deliver the pizza as its too late now.. Such a pathetic and untrustworthy service they have. Never ever going to order a pizza at lest not from dwarka more outlet. Dont know what sort of careless staffing they have and what sort of cms they work on that even dont record the clients query.

                              Hi, I am highly disappointed to say that the dominos is not providing good customer care as I have ordered pizza mania(2) and it was pick up order in sec 4 gurgaon outlet, initially, 1 guy over there was said the price is 70rs per pizza mania which I hv ordered then other guy gave me bill of rs 79 per pizza after questioning to him he said order has been changed and they gave me mania pan pizza although it was the same. Server name is Beena. I can gv u exact details in attached proof. Pls look into it and do needful in order to not take us strict action. Ashamed thing happened. Monika

                                  Yesterday I ordered dominos pizza online worth rs 459. I use paytm as payment method. When I executed the payment I got a payment failure. When I checked paytm account the payment is showing as successful. I called paytm and they send me a mail confirming that full amt for released to dominos. And I should contact them for refund if I did not get the order. I had checked with the dominos outlet that was supposed rocdiliver and they say they did not get any order. So clearly dominos has the payment and there is an issue with there payment system. There are LOTS of similar complaint. I want my refund of 459 rs from dominos. Order was placed at 8.15 pm on 11 sep.ph [protected]. Name himanshu

                                    I placed order from dominos.co.in, of Rs 570/-. Money is deduced from my PayTM wallet and also from my credit card. But didn't received any order update from dominos, either on my email or mobile number which I had provided with my order. We waited for 2 hours till 11:15PM, before we concluded its not going to be placed.
                                    I tried reaching customer care and was on call for more than 30 minuets in 4 attempts but I could only listen to message (Dominos Chef's inspiration pizza by Vikas Khanna, and all executives busy). Twice call was connected but disconnected from the executives side without saying anything.

                                      I placed an order with Dominos website (http://www.dominos.co.in/), made payment of Rs 570/- through PayTM wallet. The amount got debited from my PayTM Wallet and its showing successful in PayTM. But didn't receive order updates from Dominos and order wasn't served eventually. We kept on waiting for 1.5 hours till 11:16 PM, before we were concluded its not going to be placed. Money was deduced from paytm wallet, and credit card.
                                      I spent calling dominos customer care for more than 30 minutes in 4 attempts and could only listen to recorded message of all executives are busy(and Chef Vikas Khanna inspiration pizza) and twice call was connected and disconnected from customer care side without saying anything.

                                        I have placed an order with dominos on 11 Sep 2015 at Gacchibowli, Hyderabad order no 404 at 8:30pm which they stated that delivery in 30mins or free. I waited for 30 mins and my food ordered didn't reached me, I waited for another 30 mins and my order still didn't reached me. I tried calling dominos but no one picked my call and after sometimes they kept the receiver of telephone away to make phone busy for another one hour. I was very hungry and eagerly waited for my food to reach me. I was not having any option to get food from outside as it was already to late. I did not received any call from dominos stating about my order delay. After 11:15pm I tried calling dominos store again then at time they picked my phone and said they will deliver my food now and my wait again started again. After around half an hour one person rang my bell and said sir your pizza and asked me for full money I said for what full money as your already more than 2 hours late, he said give money or I will take pizza back, I looked at pizza it was completely cold and box got wet with steam, I said please take this pizza back.
